Pretty easy job, right? She definitely earned her keep on the back end. With selling our house, she came up with unique ideas to make us stand out on the market. Fantastic experience: Mickey was, simply fantastic! This being the first home we've sold, we had lots of questions and Mickey was there with answers and suggestions. We were quickly under contract and had a hiccup after the inspection. Mickey kept us aligned with the things that could/should be corrected (and were) and checked into permits/requirements for us - one concern being "grandfathered." Mickey alleviated a lot of the stressors we were experiencing. The first offer fell through, and then we were then under contract again within a few days. He was always prompt and responsive, always. If he didn't have the answer right away, he knew where to go and he got it - and quickly (same day or next morning). During the negotiations, Mickey would offer suggestions, and they always came with the potential upsides or downsides while keeping our desires and the realities grounded. Fantastic experience: *** Ryan Cleary - highly recommended *** My husband and I lived in Stratmoor Hills for about a year and then decided we needed to buy our own place. My husband looked for places on Zillow and then booked an appointment. We weren't sure who was going to show up - but we are so glad Ryan Cleary was the one! Ryan was super knowledgeable about the housing market in our area, very attentive to our list of needs and wants, answered all our questions, explained everything thoroughly and helped us get in to see places right way we hadn't even told him about in advance. He also gave us his cell phone and said to text or call anytime we needed. We figured it would be months to find the right place, but with Ryan's help our house search started on a Wednesday - Sept. 18th, put in an offer on Thursday the 19th that was accepted by Friday the 20th. Talk about fast! He also helped us find financing in the same time frame. We closed three days ago on Oct. 17th. Everyone we interacted with connected to Ryan was, kind, friendly, thorough, patient, explanatory and very professional. We couldn't have asked for a better team to get us through to closing. Fantastic experience: My wife and I were moving to Colorado Springs from out of state. We called the Johnson Team because of their excellent reviews and Traci Birchler answered our call. We explained what we were looking for and that we were going to be in town for a few days the following week to look at houses. Traci proceeded to send us a number of options and also reviewed the houses we had looked at online. Traci did so much legwork helping us find homes that would work for us in our price range and desired location. We had no preapproval or anything in place prior to our reaching out to real-estate agents. Aaron Johnson was very patient with us over the next 11 months while we made preparations to move to Colorado Springs, obtain employment and get pre-qualified. We only asked Aaron if he could recommend someone that cleaned houses. He set up the appointment and met with the cleaners at the new house. He then called us, gave us the quote, we approved it and the cleaners cleaned the house that day. The only time I spent dealing with the cleaning was a few minutes on the phone with Aaron. I recommend Aaron Johnson as a real-estate agent. He will take care of you and make the process as painless as possible while maintaining honesty and integrity.
