Negative experience: They constantly increase the monthly HOA payment with nothing to show for it. No improvements to the neighborhood. It’s been 3 years and we don’t even have grass yet. On top of they change the rules without notice to homeowners just to charge them fees and make a quick buck.
We're so sorry for any confusion. As the property management company, we do not have the authority to set assessments or create a buget. Instead, we act as a trusted partner to HOAs, following the directives set forth by the Board of Directors, who make those decisions alone. This includes adhering to the established budget that they set, which includes HOA dues.
Fantastic experience: The RowCal construction team performed outstanding work. They were always working and extremely professional. I would use them again for any work that is needed on my home. The repairs they did were outstanding and it made my sidewalk and yard look great. Many people have seen the work and are always commenting how great the team did.

Fantastic experience: I had some work done @ my townhouse in Spring Creek today. We had to wait for the order to come in, accommodate for weather. Negative experience: Their auto pay functionality is terrible and their suggested solution was for me to pay an extra 20 dollars on every payment and hope that it would always cover the bill. When I asked who I could talk to about it, their response was nobody. They said that there is nobody in charge of their website, and that all I could do was send them an email to their Care Team but it would reach the same team that I was already talking to. I agree with other reviewiers that they do not care. Their description they provide says that they care about homeowner satisfaction but apparently not.

Negative experience: Edit! - Shame to how poorly you manage HOAs! You ought to have great shame when you sleep if you have any responsibility whatsoever with this horribly mismanaged company! - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO MANAGE YOUR HOA! Add my name to the piles of people who are disgusted with how poorly this company does what they claim to do. This is a function of our government gone wrong and HOA Management model needs a major step up on every front. This company might not be the culprit - they are just the result of a broken system of governance. We need to rewrite the HOA model and Engineer this from the ground up. These people who have ZERO actual interest in the community might not be to blame. We should blame ourselves for hiring them and the actual home owners who changed to this horrible company. :) I read other reviews - basically they sold out to a big bank and have gotten even worse - This is what happens when you move the owners further and further away from the actual issues. Also - you have all the information you need to fix your company written ALL over these reviews - so please do not ask me for more - By doing so only proves you are willing to do as little as possible to improve and merely appear like you want to get better. Negative experience: Over the past two years, RowCal has failed to provide me with legally required documents three separate times. The last time, I needed basic paperwork for my insurance renewal. These records are supposed to be provided promptly, but my community manager completely ignored me for a month, despite dozens of emails to him and RowCal’s support team. Because of the delay, my insurance premium nearly doubled. I was promised a refund a month ago (they said it would take two weeks)… still nothing. At this point, I really doubt I’ll ever see it—especially since my HOA fired RowCal. Over 100 emails. A dozen calls. No real answers. This is how they run things.
We're sorry to hear your frustration, but we want to clarify that when a new property management company takes over, they handle all accounting matters from the association account. If a refund is approved, it will be issued by them since the previous company no longer has access.
Positive experience: In the world of management companies, this one has been the most responsive to questions and messages compared to my prior experiences. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: Absolutely useless as HOA management. They NEVER do anything to help the HOA. It always looks like a disaster. Weeds everywhere, maintenance is abysmal. They charge an insane amount for not really doing much of anything. I’ve emailed and emailed trying to get them to step it up. All they come up with is excuses and no action. I would highly suggest you stay away from any type of property management. Absolutely useless!!

Negative experience: This HOA is extremely unprofessional and refuses to provide basic transparency. I have asked nine separate times for an itemized list of what the current assessment is supposed to cover, and they still will not give me a clear answer. Instead, they keep pushing me to download large files, even after I explained that I don’t have the storage space to do so. This is not only dismissive, it feels like they are deliberately avoiding accountability. Homeowners deserve honesty and straightforward answers about where our money is going, not a runaround. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: Ashley, gets a five star from me because she reacts quickly to issues that arise in the Pinehurst Community. I'm on the board and she keeps us informed and clarifies things for the board that we don't understand. And she's also patient and has a good attitude. And she takes immediate action when there's an issue in the community if possible. Ashley, is also highly knowledgeable about her work.

Negative experience: Horrible company, they extort huge fees each month from us and provide no real results in our community. No way I would suggest them to anyone looking for property management. Each time I reach out to them I get the worst customer service and it takes them days to respond and trust me their time is no more valuable than mine. Just be warned they are just a horrible company and horrible customer service.

Negative experience: This is the worst HOA ever. They spayed toxic substances for 2 days and never alerted anyone that the substance they were using was toxic. The MSDS sheet said there is no safe exposure for pregnant women. we were never informed of the toxicity of the product being sprayed. They constantly delay your complaints by saying they cannot open the documents weeks later or just refusing to respond. Our building is a mess. A contractor they authorized spilled Tar all over the stairs and window wells several years ago and they still have not corrected the problem. There is no follow through. There is no plan for future issues either. Do not use them.

Negative experience: I have been trying to set up a payment plan with them for a 5k balance they imposed on the residents where I live. I have been trying since February when the amount was due to get a payment plan set, and I have an email of the 1 time I got an actual response from someone saying that we could set up a plan. Since then I have called and emailed numerous times with absolutely no responses. how am i supposed to get this fixed if nobody answers calls or emails? Ive been charged for a certified letter and for late charges on my account. I have been trying to get this rectified and it seems like all they want to do is ignore you so they can tack on more and more charges. UPDATE: They hiked the HOA fee from 140 when I moved in to 202 and yet they can't pay for our complex water services? What is my money going to if not to keep the area nice and property values high?

Negative experience: RowCal and the comm mgr Cynthia is like many of CO HOA mgmt companies -- horribly low on ability, competence and detail-orientation. The easiest of tasks are not just difficult, but impossible for them ("Send parking passes to tenants moving in in Aug." -- after a week of emails back and forth, and reclarifying the request (and our current tenant in disbelief trying to understand how this can't be done), they send them to us, at the rental home, instead of to the new tenants, who move in in August, at the rental home) The list is too long to share here -- but homeowners don't have a choice in the matter. We just have to deal with the agony every time we need something done.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had the honor of working with Ashley at RowCal in Colorado Springs for several years as she served as my condo owner’s association’s property manager. She has been prompt in replying to any questions or needs I had, directing me where I needed to go if a it wasn’t her wheelhouse, and always helpful. Her command of board meetings wa always great, and she was willing to find out answers for owners when they asked questions that weren’t on the agenda. Her team has been incredibly responsive when things needed to be addressed, whether it was a door not working or a roof leak. We received your application on the afternoon of Wednesday, June 18th, and understand how frustrating it can be to wait for an update. There was an additional one-day delay due to the Juneteenth holiday bank closure on June 19th. Please know that the $50 background screening fee is not something we profit from, it’s the exact cost we pay for the service, and the background and credit check reports can be used for other applications as well.
We also want to clarify that our team works to be as upfront as possible. While we do our best to accommodate applicants with less-than-perfect credit, we do have certain non-negotiable criteria across all our properties. In this case, one of those criteria appeared within your background report, which is an automatic disqualifier. Had this been disclosed earlier, we would have been able to save you time and the application cost by informing you of that policy in advance. We truly wish you the best in your housing search and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.

Fantastic experience: Our need for a new Management Company was immediate. We did not have the luxury of a 30 day time frame. RowCal came through for us and continues to do so! I was provided my very own direct Client Service person and she helped me with uploading documents to the web site, provided me with necessary reports for on-boarding and responded to very question and concern I brought up. Our property manager has been a delight. She has answered all of questions and concerns and has been proactive in our set up as well. The web site is easy to navigate and while there are new features for our homeowners, they are all open to the process because it is not only simple, but they know they have a live client services person to contact should they need to. Our previous HOA went through five (yes, five) Management companies... needless to say, I have some experience with management companies and can highly recommend RowCal to anyone looking to change!

Negative experience: Calling themselves a property management company is comical. Took 6 months for them to show up after signing up to do an assessment of the property/budget. Not sure what they were getting paid for the first 6 months because they weren’t responding to work orders either. Do yourself a favor and look anywhere else for a pm company

It's only been less than a month since I bought the house and all I have to go by is what the other neighbors have said and one phone call to you. Fantastic experience: Just wanted to give a shout out to the maintenance guy Brandon. He really went above and beyond to fix our fence gate and made it even better for us. He replaced a few pieces of wood and used his expertise to raise the gate back up. It seems very stable now. He did a very thorough job, and we appreciate that. We’re hopeful the issue is fixed longterm. Brandon was very nice and professional.

Negative experience: If I could give a lower rating I would. I've waited over a year to get mold fixed. HOA fees have been raised every 6 months and they've done nothing more, but less. They don't take care of their people. Raise HOA, but have less snow removal, less leaves cleaned up, branches everywhere in the community.

Negative experience: Tried to get a hold of the property manager through the care team and through email multiple times because we were closing on our condo in less than a week and there was fishy things happening with our HOA budget. I never received an email back in over a week. I called the care team hotline and they would try to transfer me to her and she would not answer. Even the hotline people were getting frustrated. They could see she was “online” but would not respond, after multiple attempts per day. We almost did not close on our condo because of this manager and company. I do not recommend them at all. If you are under their management and trying to sell, I wish you luck, you’re going to need it!

Negative experience: Clown Show! Look at all the negative reviews. I've dealt with this company for over 10 years. Every year it a pain in the neck trying to pay dues. Sloppy record keeping, error prone payment processing, and late fees for because they cannot process your payment on time. Had to threaten them legally, to get a late fee waived.
We strive to make dues payments as easy as possible and offer a variety of convenient options, including online payments through our homeowner portal, e-check payments, and traditional mail. While we understand that some homeowners prefer physically mailing their payment, it's important to note that we do not control the United States Postal Service and their delayed mailing times. Due to it taking several weeks to receive traditional mail through the USPS, we strongly recommend giving those payments at least 2 weeks to arrive. If you have questions about setting up our free e-check method, we'd be happy to walk you through it. Negative experience: This management company is a joke and they do they do pay people to put 5 star reviews. Dig deeper and see the one stars! If you find a house with this HOA DO NOT PURCHASE the house! They are crazy! Not good communicators and charge for odd things. Steer as far away as you can from any HOA but especially them. Scroll down to see more 1 star reviews. There are few 5 stars beneath me because they must have asked those people to put a review to get their rating up. Go further down and investigate. They are a greedy company. Save yourself some trouble and don’t buy where they are. RowCal won’t do anything to rectify the situation they just want their money!!!! Also Kerry is awful! I stand by what I wrote and I know others have the same sentiments about them! Run away from any HOA and this management company. The worst!!!!

While it’s true that serving over 35,000 homes in Colorado Springs means we will inevitably have some 1-star reviews, it’s also true that the homeowners who shared 5-star reviews deserve to be acknowledged and not devalued for their genuine feedback. This is a tough industry to serve, being we work with most peoples most personal and largest asset - their homes. The team does their best every day to serve community members like you.
It’s important to understand that RowCal is not your HOA; we are the Management Company. An HOA refers to the neighborhood and its governing rules, which were agreed upon by you and other homeowners when you purchased your home. The charges you’ve mentioned are set by your HOA’s governing documents and approved by the Board of Directors—not by RowCal. We act as the facilitator to ensure the community operates according to those rules. This part of our job description isn't usually fun for us either.
Regarding Kerry, he is a valued member of our team who is widely appreciated by board members, homeowners, and vendors for his dedication and professionalism. While we understand that not every interaction may meet personal expectations, we stand by his commitment to providing quality service. Personally attacking a local member of the Colorado Springs community may result in your review being removed by Google.

Fantastic experience: Elijah did a great job fixing the water damage to the door jam into my garage. Had a hiccup on arrival time driven by cold weather. Positive experience: The team has been doing a real good job managing the Soaring Eagles residence, the property is looking clean and very well maintained. My only complaint would be getting them to enforce some of the rules such as unserviceable vehicles parked for months on the streets.

Fantastic experience: I've never lived in an HOA community but I've never heard anything but "good" things! I've been in the community for 9 months and so far I've not had a problem. The summer landscaping was great. The mowed often and trimmed bushes and shrubs. They always cleaned up afterwards as well. They've been out to shovel and plow well within 24 hours. I've not had to file any claims yet so I can't speak to that yet. They have answered all my emails within 48 hours or less.

Fantastic experience: I have served on the board as VP of my homeowners association for over a decade, and the challenges we had as a community with a poorly run management company became too much to bear. I did a lot of research, looking for a replacement management company, by interviewing them in my own living room, and I finally came across a RowCal representative, who came very much prepared with detailed documents on their business model. I presented my findings to the president at that time and arranged for a second interview and together we decided that RowCal was the best fit for our community. Since we’ve been with RowCal, not only are things starting to happen, but we are heading in the right direction towards a better financial health. They have a fantastic property asset manager, and is guiding us through the process of getting things fixed and completed after years and years of neglect. This was accomplished by several Townhall meetings and carefully explaining to the residents, the process, and the pros and cons of going ahead and getting caught up versus not doing anything at all. The picture became very clear to everyone and we are now headed in the right direction. I highly recommend RowCal to replace any management company that has fell short from these important tasks.

Negative experience: Our HOA is a greedy organization that prioritizes collecting money over fulfilling their responsibilities. As military personnel stationed in Colorado, we encountered a series of issues with their services. For context we have not lived in the house since 2022 and currently rent it out. During a deployment, our automatic payments stopped, and we were only informed through mail sent to our Colorado home. In June, they switched companies and immediately placed a lien on our house without notifying us as homeowners. Over $300 in certified mail was sent to the renters but not to us. After receiving an initial email stating that we needed to sign up for a new account, we received no further communication via phone or email regarding our delinquency. This oversight resulted in an accumulation of $1200 in fees. The HOA lacked the courtesy to contact my husband to inform us of these developments. Instead, they continued to add fees and placed a lien on our house without any notification. We discovered this information almost 6 months later through an email. These actions demonstrate appalling business practices and a disregard for homeowners’ rights.
We understand how frustrating this situation must feel, especially given your unique circumstances. Communication regarding account changes and balances was sent to the mailing address on file as well as to the email address we have on record. Our records indicate that you received the initial email about setting up a new account and additional notifications were sent via mail, including certified mail.
We encourage all homeowners to keep their contact information updated with both the HOA and management company to ensure important updates reach the appropriate parties. If you'd like to review your account further or discuss the situation, please reach out to our team directly so we can work toward a resolution.
Fantastic experience: Linda Tavernier at RowCal has helped me with our violation of COMMUNITY Stom door issues (Color) that we did not know almost 3 years. She kindly explained how to solve the problem step by step patiently via emails. Negative experience: This company has to be the worst HOA I have yet to experience. I didn’t know the company sold to them but my HOA payments was still coming out my account. Long story short I sent documents of proof that checks was being deposited. They recommend rowcalcareteam which is a joke. Their only response is email, no one calling you to fixed the issue with HOA. When i asked for the property manager information I was told I cannot have my own property hoa company info. That they will have to contact me about money being deposited but they haven’t been receiving? However, they are quick to continue to put a late fee when I made it clear I am not paying for something that was already paid with proof from usaa that the checks was being sent and cash by someone which they act as if they have no knowledge of. This will be the reason I sale and never go to an HOA again. The community has nothing to offer but half snow blowing and occasional grass cutting but we are here to pay them $100 dollars. No playground for kids, community gym, pool or anything.

Positive experience: Ok, let me explain the 3 star rating. First, I assess Kaitlin Newbill a 5 star rating. She has been a step-up to the plate employee. Kaitlin Newbill is not our assigned community manager. Our assigned community manager left. No warning. Surprisingly, we found ourselves in a mess with some vendors for non-payment. What?! Are you kidding me?! No joke. Kaitlin Newbill has patiently listened to our plight and has made things right with 1 vendor so far. Let me stress this, we are not even assigned to Kaitlin, but she is going the extra mile to help us when no one else has. We were assigned a new manager, but we need experience here. Kaitlin has experience with HOA management. I believe she truly cares for our community and our board. As good as Kaitlin is, RowCal is not. Talk about falling through the cracks, how do you overlook an entire community? I assess RowCal a 1 star. 5+1=6÷2=3 . So on average a 3, that's how I came up with 3 star rating. Best thing about RowCal is Kaitlin. Thanks for helping, please continue to guide us out of this mess.
Negative experience: We had the worst stay at one of their units. They took forever trying to get things fixed and now that we've moved out it's been a pain dealing with them and colorado springs utilities to get the utilities fixed so we've been paying for several months of utilities for a place that we haven't lived in. I work nights, so it's hard to call, but when you email any of them, they tend to ignore your issues. So far, it's the worst management company I've lived under. There's also safety issues they could easily address, but they always say there's nothing that can be done. We've had our lives threatened by homeless people year after year, and the management company and owner of the property doesn't care. The homeless get inside the building despite there being a code to enter. All this company cares about is getting your money. In response to your latest reply. By law for tenant laws, we've also been told this by cops. You guys are legally liable for ensuring a safe living environment. There's a lot of things you guys can do that would help assist in providing a safe living environment from the homeless but refuse to do so. Cops have also told us theres nothing they can do so they instructe dus to get you guys to help provide a safe living environment. So yes, you guys are failing at maintaining and abiding by the law. You guys have been the worst company since day one. And even on year one of the lease, you guys tried to violate the lease agreement with us until we took a screenshot of the legal binding contract you signed. One day, someone will actually sue you guys and get you shut down if you aren't careful.
We're so sorry to hear that, Timothy. Illegal activities are a matter for the police and cannot be the responsibility of community association managers. Dangerous and unsafe activities need to be addressed by the local authorities who legally can detain and remove people who are trespassing.
Negative experience: I am not impressed. Their portal is not user friendly and they took out $517 extra out of my bank account for Novembers HOA dues causing me overdraft fees and a financial burden. Accounts Receivables needs to have more attention to detail when dealing with people’s money and if something doesn’t look right, call the homeowner. It’s simple, it is called Customer Service.

Negative experience: I am a previous tenant of Rowcal of Colorado Springs specifically the firefly condominiums. Personally, my impression of them is 1) all they care about is making money 2) you cannot rely on or get any help from them at all and 3) they do not know how to do their jobs properly. We had numerous issues of homeless people loitering, trashing, doing illegal drugs, having sex in the common area hallways of the building. Not to mention fear for our safety because they would threaten to kill us and our dog and show up with weapons. Rowcals response was to tell us they could not do anything, to call 911 and that we had permission to tell them to leave. Well thanks to their lack of action and care on top of lack of doing their jobs and taking care of the homeless people and securing the building my service dog is no longer alive. We no longer live there because I could no longer handle walking into that building or seeing the apartment. Haven’t lived there since August but yet we got billed for utility bills for August to October when we were only legally responsible for August. We paid it all because Rowcal refuses to respond and get back to us and we most likely won’t see that money back. I cannot speak for those that own townhomes or apartments under Rowcal but I can say if you rent from Rowcal they do not care about you and I would not trust them especially when it comes to you and your family’s safety and lives.

Negative experience: Pay for services we don’t receive. Just bought a home managed under RowCal. Lived here 3 months and they do not care that the garbage can took a month to receive or no snow removal was performed now the accumulation is too high to drive out of our neighborhood.

Fantastic experience: I am the board president of my HOA and Pete Leon has been our community manager for the last five months. We have been so happy with his service to our community! He's very responsive to email, resolves issues in a timely manner, answers our many questions, and is also patient and friendly with homeowners. We have also been undergoing a massive construction project, and our project manager, Matt Egan, has been instrumental in making the process run smoothly and efficiently over the last few years. While we have a long way to go, Matt's guidance has been essential and very much appreciated!

Negative experience: We have had a terrible experience with RowCal. Currently we are paying $200 over the average HOA fees for where we live. Last night we had a board and HOA meeting which the RowCal management team abruptly hung up on us in the middle of. We have made service requests that have been ignored and were later told because a homeowner was not home nothing could be done (this is not true a homeowner was in the house, they just never showed up). We have made complaints that are not heard and we cannot speak up for our community. We also believe there is misappropriation of funds occurring as when asked about our budget layout and projected spend we were given round about answers and met with avoidance. I do not recommend this HOA service!
Hi Shalisha, we're sorry to hear your frustration and are hoping that with more information, we can alleviate it. The increase in association fee is directly correlated to a savings plan for roof repairs that are extremely necessary and an increase in insurance premiums. We understand that no one enjoys their dues increasing but the roofing issue has become a critical one that must be addressed. In the meeting, the budget was presented and voted on. Unfortunately, the meeting was forced to be closed due to disorderly conduct. Questions were answered during the 90 min meeting and if one was missed, we apologize. If work orders include entering the residence, RCM will schedule a time to be let in. It appears in this case, they had reached out for several months to schedule that but were unable to and closed it after 7 months. We hope this added information helps. Negative experience: It is hard to imagine a worse property management company than RowCal. Yet since they were acquired by Morgan Stanley in May of 2023, their bad service gotten worse. Our community of single family homes has had at least 7 different community managers in less than two years. Often we only know the last manager is gone when they fail to reply to email or calls. As board members we have had to take on the responsibility of finding and managing maintenance for our community. Finding a new company is a breath of fresh air. Good riddance RowCal.

Negative experience: Not happy with the communication and lack of professional communication from Kerry Cantrell. Have left a message for him about an issue in his HOA management area and he has not responded. This lot under his HOA has been unkept for about 6 plus years now and has become a trash, weed and dog feces station. Which is a health concern in the neighborhood.

Negative experience: This company is not helpful what so ever. You call or email and they are rude. They do not help resolve the issues. Their auto skips payments at random, even tho you get emails starting it will be paid in 10 days they won’t waive the late fees for an error on their system. Then charge an administrative fee to the check on top of it. I would not recommend this company to any future HOAs.

Positive experience: Update...RowCal waived the delinquent fee and late fee that were charged in August. My account is now in balance. My appreciation for that final financial act. It has been largely smooth sailing since they took over. They did correct the recent e-mail snafu and now the account credit concern is resolved. I appreciate that they followed through.

Positive experience: Customer service overall was good but two main issues. 1. An HOA for a senior living complex should not have office is on the second floor of a building without an elevator. This makes it very difficult for seniors with physical limitations to visit your office. 2. It would be nice to be able for seniors to appoint representatives to help with issues. My grandfather has memory issues and struggles with complex tasks and having to get him involved any time there's an issue gets really complicated. I get avoiding elder abuse but the senior should be allowed to appoint by free will.
Hi Jordan, we completely understand the limitations our current office presents and we're happy to report we will be moving to another location soon which will have an elevator for residents to use! In order to appoint someone else as a representative for your grandfather, they would simply need Power of Attorney.
Fantastic experience: I contacted Rowcal to address a window that was not draining and causing damage to the inside of my condo. I was so impressed on the fast service to get the problem fixed. Jackie and Jess in maintenance had my problem fix in only a couple days. Both experiences I called Rowcal on, I received professional and a fast response to my needs. I was so impressed. Thank you

Negative experience: My condo recently switched from Diversified to Rowcal. I didn't think it was possible for my HOA service to get ANY WORSE! Well I was wrong, it's worse. Imagine paying monthly to have a company actively ignore your emails and dodge calls. Just read the recent reviews and you'll quickly realize I'm just one of the many. Take your HOA needs elsewhere. Criminal.

Negative experience: I have been dealing with this HOA company for 4 years now and they are absolutely terrible. It is nearly impossible to get in contact with someone. They have continued to raise our rates with empty promises. In May we got letters posted on our garage doors claiming there would be maintenance done on the exterior of our houses which is in control of the HOA. Construction started a month later, which meant random siding being ripped down and still has not been put back up to this day. I have been making what I thought was the correct payment but apparently rates were raised again and I didn’t realize that so now I have been hit with late fees and interest without any reminder. This is ridiculous. If you’re gonna have a high rate for HOA at least be worth the amount. If you are looking to move into area with this HOA I suggest looking elsewhere.
Hi Nick, there appears to be a misunderstanding on who is responsible for association fee increases. Your HOA Board is the only one with the authority to bring that to a vote at a meeting. The most current increase was caused by a large insurance premium increase. Notices of both the meeting where this budget ratification took place and the subsequent fee increase were mailed and emailed to residents to inform them of the change. If you are not receiving these, please be sure to update your contact information in your resident portal. We agree with you that the construction defect project has been taking longer than the contractor initially expected and have been in close communication with them to ensure the project is completed in a timely manner. Negative experience: Complete incompetence and lack of all business integrity. Been dealing with the office, and 4 different staff to get an online acc set up, as they recently took over from another HOA prop mgmt company. I'm simply trying to pay my monthly bill, and they cannot figure it out. (lack of integrity bcuz they continually state we'll call you back, we'll figure it out; unfortunately they do not)

Fantastic experience: Kerry Cantrell does a great job for our HOA. He has served us for several years and is very familiar with our governing documents. He is responsive, easy to work with and follows up on community issues to ensure they are handled timely.

Negative experience: 8 years of working with Diversified here. There has only been one request they fulfilled for me (removing a wasp nest). From roof issue, to disrespectful neighbors, to paint problems after their vendor left without completing my unit… It hasn’t been great.
Fantastic experience: Traesa Nelson has been our property manager for several months now since our merger to RowCal. She has done an outstanding job so far. Traesa is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about HOA Rules and Regulations.
