Fantastic experience: We had such a lovely experience from start to finish! Macario was a wonderful and very attentive host, and the house was a GEM!! So cozy, clean, and comfortable. We’ll be out to Colorado Springs often, and would definitely love to stay at Wild Rye again. Thank you for taking such good care of us Macario!!

Negative experience: We stayed in the Scottsdale property over Christmas and the home is in a great area and the host was easy to communicate with for the most part. I was not given check instructions untill the morning of my arrival untill I had purchased off platform insurance from them which covered $1000 in damages. The home was in terrible condition with rotten spit cups throughout the home and the rugs and mats were covered in debris. We spent 2 days deep cleaning the home and a member of my family slipped on the final day of our stay and broke some glass. Of which the damage should have been covered by the insurance I paid the host. Then , added $2000 dollars worth of damages that were pre existing to the home, (rust in the bath tub, stain in the cabinet, paint on outside brick etc) which we did not have any part of and have been forced to pay that even when we had nothing to do with it. Would not recommend this service through Airbnb , it has been a 2 month long appeal for something that could have been taken care of between me and the host in good faith but this service and macario had caused me a lot of headache.

Fantastic experience: This home is wonderful, worked out perfectly for our group of 7. Views are amazing! Our group used the hot tub and it was great as well. Plenty of wildlife around us over our extended weekend stay. Can’t say enough about the host, very responsive with any questions we had, and our check out was simple and easy. Thanks again for sharing your house with us. 5stars for sure.

Negative experience: during my stay, I would notice more and more proof that the house was barely cleaned before we arrived and the owner has a very poor attitude

Fantastic experience: Easy check in and check out. Lots of room for family gatherings and the beds were comfortable, shower pressure good and clean. I will stay here again on the coming months. Nice backyard to bbq when the weather gets better.

Fantastic experience: We appreciated the space of this house with ample room for our family and plenty of seating, tv's in each room, large dining table, etc. The house was also well decorated. The home is very conveniently located near a grocery store.

Fantastic experience: We loved our stay here. It was so close to many tourist spots and was very comfortable. It is surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. Kitchen had everything we needed. The private backyard was very relaxing and a huge convenience since we traveled with our dog. The host was quick to answer questions and was very helpful. We highly recommend this home.

Negative experience: Place wasn’t cleaned, horrible customer service as one of the agents sent me into a rental where someone was already checked in at. Gave me a hassle with payment, then tried charging my card more then once, was on hold for over 1 hour, the agent continued to just put me on hold without saying anything. Not happy at all. The tub in the master bathroom didn’t work properly the shower door wouldn’t stay closed. Kitchen sink was broke. Had a random person just walk in to the property while I was there they had a door code. Had a horrible smell inside. The heat didn’t work correctly and even the hottub was not working efficiently. When I tried calling over night I got no answer. I just absolutely wasn’t pleased at all with my stay.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this short-term rental management company. When we were unable to access the unit, the response was slow and unhelpful, which was especially frustrating in a time-sensitive situation. It took almost two hours from our first message about not being able to get in for Philip to respond. Airbnb support was also unable to get ahold of the host. The company also appeared unfamiliar with the property. We were given incorrect information about lock brands, doors were described as sliding when they were not, and we were told to look under a “decoration” for a spare key that did not exist. When we asked for clarification, the host was unable to explain what or where this decoration was. We were also provided with a pool access code, only to discover that the pool required a physical key and no code at all. Additionally, we were asked to accommodate a repairman for a nonessential issue that occurred before our stay, which should have been handled prior to guest arrival. On the day of checkout, we received three separate messages requesting a 5-star review, which felt inappropriate given the issues throughout the stay. Overall, poor communication, lack of property knowledge, and pressure for a positive review made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company.

Negative experience: These guys did a terrible job. My property got multiple bad reviews because of poor cleaning. Hoste never informed me of these and my listing was taken down off the big name STR site (due to the reviews.) So I fired them. Now over a month later I’m getting booking notifications all of the sudden. I reached out to Hoste to make sure they knew there was an issue and they said “feel free to reach out if you have any questions.” … … some poor family is going to show up to a house that they cannot access.

Negative experience: Absolutely stay away from any properties this company manages! We booked a stay in az for thanksgiving and they knew our house didn’t have hot water before we checked in but didn’t bother to say anything to us. Then when we contacted them about it they told us they would get the repair scheduled and let us know. Several VM and text messages netted zero results to getting the issue fixed and they kept giving us the same answer, that they will contact maintenance and let us know. 48 hours later still no repair and still no answer on when it will be repaired or any other remedy other than “wait and we’ll get someone to fix it.” Only 1 contact phone number and you have to wait on hold for a LONG time before either someone answers or they just send you to VM. Worst vacation rental experience I have ever had.

Fantastic experience: Great place to stay for larger gatherings! The home was spotless, and communication with the management team was professional and prompt. Would definitely recommend staying with them again.

Negative experience: UNHAPPY guests! The theme and decoration are great, and the host was very nice and responsive before we got there. The house has potential, but it needs some serious cleaning inside and out. The beds were comfortable, but after seeing the state of the rest of the house, we questioned whether the linens were actually clean. The furniture in the house is very old, falling apart and very dirty. When we arrived the kitchen table was broken and on the floor. The dryer was packed full of wet towels, dishes in the dishwasher, and the one frying pan looked like it was taken out of the garbage, toxic to cook in. The floor was so dirty that it turned by socks black and they stuck to the floor. Dirt and bird droppings on everything outside, rendering the table and games unusable. I asked for a partial refund and sent pictures and details to the host. They never answered me. I reached out to Airbnb resolution center, and they told me the host declined to refund me anything. This Host has several other properties; GUEST BEWARE super host means nothing. I will never use Airbnb again or this HOST.

Negative experience: On 9/17 and 9/18. The home is titled "Home in Glendale". I was moved out of the unit due to a water leak the owner had not treated with the previous tenant which lead to significant flooding. It was so bad I could barely breathe but due to my son and I getting in late we just dealt with it for one night. The next day I was refunded by Air BnB due to a non responsive owner and the health issues of mold. The owner just requested $105 to fix a carpet stain which I find unbelievable. In fact, I should be reimbursed for my first day there that was terrible and worst experience I have ever had with an Air BnB. This is unacceptable for them to request me to repair damages that were clearly not mine. Beware of this unit.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst customer service. We rented through Airbnb and the owner used this service for property management. We were not able to access our unit - numerous phone calls to Hoste with no return calls. Sporadic text responses that continued to give incorrect information on codes. No follow up after finally able to get into unit.

Fantastic experience: Philip's place was great - close to everything including great hikeing - and you have a Pikes Peak view from the back yard!

Negative experience: I stayed at a property a couple months ago. The stay was awful, including an AC set to 84 degrees in 115 heat that couldn't be reset, a dirty home, and a handyman entering the house via keypad with no notice. I was contacted by this company 2 months after my stay offering me a refund. I was willing to accept that bc it was an awful stay and I think a refund is fair. They then said I needed to delete or edit my as a favor for the refund. I told them I was willing to add an addendum saying I did receive a refund but the content of my review was my experience. The next day, I got a call from someone who was supposedly higher up in the company saying I didn't need to change my review but just message them via Airbnb to say I'm messaging as a follow up on my review, is a refund possible? Then, they said they reviewed my case and no refund was possible. Immediately after this, I got a message from Airbnb saying my review was removed for bribery. This company has poor rentals they hide via manipulating people so that the reviews get deleted and hide what their company is like. Bad experience from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Had a great stay at the Dallas palace! It had all the stuff needed to make dinners for my kids and the beds were super comfortable!

Fantastic experience: Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless. We will definitely stay here again when we visit our kids and grandbaby. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place!!

Fantastic experience: I booked this Airbnb for my husband’s guys’ trip, and when they got there, they actually called me to make sure they had the right place because it was that nice. The place was perfect, zero issues, and we’ll definitely stay again if it’s available.

Positive experience: Great house with a lot of activities and my family could spread out. Only downside was that the cooler was not working. It was 81 all night. We had family from Alaska and northern Arizona staying and it was definitely too hot for them. Plus side, first thing in the morning we jump into the pool to cool down. If the cooler is fixed, most definitely stay again!

Negative experience: We arrived very early morning of check in, contacted every number and website provided by abnb about early check in, phone numbers provided where not answered, played message games the entire day being told we would be sent info to pay for early check in, everytime the link telling us early check in was unavailable. We were finally contacted about 2:35 by the supposed owner telling us to send money and we could check in an hour early, after waiting since 9:00 am we declined. We were messaged constantly, with no number to call for the next 2 day's trying to tell us how concerned they were (even know i politly asked them to quit with the messages) The drive way at this property is so steep coming off of a busy street it will (does) tear up the front of your vehicle (we were in a Chevy Tahoe), this is a property i would advise staying away from.

Fantastic experience: Very nice little gem of a place in Colorado Springs. Clean, has everything you need and it is spacious with two comfortable beds. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck every morning while taking in the view of mountains. Would stay there again.

Positive experience: Great place to stay in AZ, especially in the summer. The location, cleanliness, amenities, and space were great. The grill and outdoor area was wonderful and relaxing, right off the golf course. That said, there are some important things to be aware of. Late check-in and late checkout are not likely possible unless you’re willing to pay $100 more. Heating the spa and pool is an additional $80/day (this is noted in the description). Also, if you’re a coffee lover, I recommend bringing your own — there were only a couple of K-cups provided and no creamer. Unfortunately, after my stay I also experienced some issues with customer service. I had arranged with the host to retrieve belongings I had accidentally left behind, but they did not show up at the agreed-upon time. On top of that, weeks later I received unexpected damage claims for items I did not damage, which has been frustrating to deal with. Overall, while the property itself is very nice, my experience with communication and service after checkout was disappointing. For that reason, I’m leaving 3 stars.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place. Highly recommend for a larger group. We had nine adults. Great outdoor area in the back of the house with the pool, hot tub and water slide. Really nice outdoor grilling area as well. We also enjoyed the pool table and shuffle board as well.

Positive experience: My family and I had a fantastic weekend after booking this rental. The beds were clean and the house had so much fun personality. We had some minor issues that the host was prompt in assisting us with as well as replied very quickly to all my messages.

Negative experience: We stayed for one week at an Airbnb rental managed by Hoste. Communication was generally terrible throughout our stay and despite us having urgent issues with the rental (e.g., loss of running water) Hoste was nowhere to be found. We left a three star review upon returning specifically citing communication issues. After leaving my review, I received multiple phone calls and messages asking to discuss and offering a partial or full refund, but only if I wrote a very specific message. Because the property manager indicated that no refund was possible without sending the message for her to forward on to her supervisors, I agreed. Hoste immediately reported me to Airbnb and had our review removed saying we attempted to pressure them into offering a refund. They are very clearly using these abusive tactics to manipulate reviews. I would not recommend staying in any rental managed by this company unless you enjoy both the anxiety of being in an unfamiliar location with multiple young children, no running water and no response from the host as well as the gross feeling of being manipulated afterward.

Fantastic experience: This was one of the nicest places I have stayed. It is extremely clean and organized. Our service was exceptional. I would recommend this for your next stay.

Negative experience: I would strongly advise against renting from this company. Our group (6 adults, 6 kids all under 4) rented a home in Scottsdale via Airbnb. The house and yard were as pictured and overall fine. Communication with Hoste was unacceptable (pretty sure they use and AI bot to respond to things). We had a few minor issues upon arrival, we reached out and were told that a handyman would be sent out. That handyman supposedly came while we were out but none of our issues were resolved. They weren’t big and we didn’t make a fuss but why lie? A few days into the stay we found ourselves with no running water. Hoste was unreachable via the emergency number. We messaged with them and they kept saying they’d looking into it. Their answers were generic and extremely vague. We were never given a timeline, no one called or offered to call to check in on us. They treated it with less urgency than us requesting a new lightbulb. (We also reached out to Airbnb at this time) ….. Two days later Hoste offered to send someone to take a look. Ummmm two days to respond on your guest not having water?!?!? That’s unacceptable. Don’t worry it gets worse. We left them a 3 star review on Airbnb. They then requested we discuss our experience and discuss a possible refund. We obliged. On our call they offered us a refund and would not let us off the line until we left this message in the Airbnb chat “ I am following up on our stay at your property. Based on the issues that we experienced, I request a refund for my stay. If a refund is provided, I will reconsider my review. ” We should have said no, but since they had suggested it we went with it. They used that phrasing to flag us to Airbnb and get our review removed from the listing, saying we were pressuring them into a refund. Them having that exact wording at the ready makes it clear that we are not the first they’ve done this to. It’s unfortunate that they are manipulative. I would advise against this company they’re clearly running some sort of scheme here.

Fantastic experience: The place was amazing to stay at. The host was responsive and everything was just as advertised. We look forward to staying at this place again next year when we visit family in the area.

Negative experience: I’d love to tell you how our experience was, but since our one-month reservation in downtown Colorado Springs was cancelled without warning or explanation at 9 pm the night before it was to begin, I cannot. After reaching out to Hoste for a reason, I got none. Yes, I got my full payment back via Airbnb, but Hoste disappeared and left me to scramble for a replacement. Guests deserve better.

Negative experience: Horrible poorly poorly furnished home. This property should not be rented. Baking pans were rusty no real furniture for seating / eating. Zero comfort / attention to details.

After leaving my review, I received multiple phone calls offering me money back, but only if I wrote something specific that they could screenshot and “send to someone.” It feels like they’re trying to manipulate or remove negative reviews from Google. Be very cautious about booking with them.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with this property management company. Avoid any property they manage. I booked through Airbnb for this Labor Day weekend and the home looked nothing like the pictures—it appeared abandoned, with an unbearable smell inside. There was animal hair all over the house, including on the bedsheets, which made it clear they hadn’t even been changed. No vacuum, no cleanliness at all. My husband and I tried reaching them multiple times, leaving several voicemails, but never received a response. We had to leave the house, yet they still want to charge us for the first night. See pictures. Completely unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: The Wandlerlust Lookout was perfect for our Colorado Trip! Beautiful views and the upper and lower spaces made for a great stay. The location is close to tourist attractions, activities, and some great restaurants. The house had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. The host was timely and helpful in responding to messages.

Positive experience: This house has a great layout, spacious, and an incredible pool. The host was very responsive when needed. I recommended some simple updates to the place and the host was gracious to hear me out. Pool amenities, basic essentials, and a deeper clean makes this place a must stay in. Great neighborhood!

Fantastic experience: Home away from home This home has it all. Beautiful kitchen that is stocked with all the essential equipment. A small selection of spices, salt, pepper, olive oil, etc is a nice touch for people who will be cooking. Coffee maker with coffee and sugar. Living and dining area are designed for comfortable gathering. Beautiful home. The backyard has a patio surrounded by flowers and fresh herbs. Lot's of extra touches including lovely shampoo, soaps, laundry detergent pods. It feels like being at home while away from home.

Positive experience: The location was great. All communication leading up to check-in was great. Check-in was terrible. The door code had not been updated to match our phone numbers as we were told. We called the emergency lockout phone number multiple times as well as texted and were not responded to for about 45 minutes. Someone finally texted back a different code number than the one they told us to use. All that being said, once inside, the Airbnb itself was fantastic. We loved the house. It was very well appointed and had more than everything we needed. Even the hot water and water pressure itself was wonderful. Everything was very clean and comfortable and assuming this check-in was a fluke, we would definitely stay here again.

Negative experience: This was by far one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The house was completely unsanitary. There were roaches, including inside the toilet, bugs in the bed and even on the walls, and maggots in the garbage can. My friends and I left with bug bites. The house wasn’t even stocked with basic essentials. No towels, barely any toilet tissue, and no trash bags so we couldn’t even take out the trash. On top of all that, instead of taking accountability, the host wanted to send pest control during our trip, which was a huge inconvenience and something that should have been handled before guests arrived. Eventually, the host even stopped responding to us. To still be asked to do an excessive list of chores despite paying a cleaning fee was the final straw. This was the list they sent us: We hope you’ve enjoyed your stay with us in Houston. Tomorrow is your checkout day at 10:00 am. We make check-out easy; we won’t burden you with chores! Please: Turn off lights, close windows, and lock the doors ️ Trash instructions: TRASH • Please put all trash in the garbage cans located on the side of the house. Please refrain from putting trash on top or on the side of the garbage can. If all cans are full, please message us. • Trash is collected every Tuesday morning. Please take the trash out to the curb on Monday night. Thank you in advance!! FOR CHECK OUT • Check out is at 10 AM, unless there is prior pre-approval • Empty the fridge • Remove all trash and recycling bags to the containers in the front of the house • Load and start the dishwasher • Remove sheets and linens from all the beds that were used during your stay • If you have time, we would appreciate starting a load of towels in the washing machine, thanks! Feel free to ask me any questions and have a great stay! If you need a late check-out, let us know in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $30 fee to cover the cleaning service trip fee. Negative experience: This was a very disappointing stay. Multiple issues made it clear that this property is not being properly maintained or managed, and the host failed to follow through when they said they would address them. We were given the wrong lockbox code, which delayed our check-in and wasted valuable time. The kitchen lights do not work. Without my own flashlight, I literally would have been cooking in the dark. The Murphy bed is unstable and unsafe, forcing my son to sleep on the couch instead. These are not minor inconveniences — they are basic necessities that should have been inspected and fixed before renting this place out. It is unacceptable to charge guests while ignoring such obvious problems. The home itself could be nice, but the lack of care, attention, and accountability ruined the experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it until these issues are properly addressed.

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well equipped. The location was great for shopping and the neighborhood was perfect for walking. Our dog loved the large fenced in yard. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic experience: Great stay in this home. We are a family of 6 and everyone was able to spread out when we came home at night. Many places to hike were 20 minutes away. Shopping and restaurants were a short drive. We visited a ton of places during our stay.

Fantastic experience: I stayed here for a week with my dog while working remotely. I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. It was very accommodating for my dog, which I appreciated—especially as a former host myself who knows the extra effort that takes. Canal Street delivered on my needs and made it easy to house my dog comfortably. The space had everything needed for a week-long stay, and the location is great if you want to be close to downtown Durham. I also felt very safe here as a solo female traveler and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an extended stay in the area.

Fantastic experience: We stayed here for our wedding and loved it! Nice little house in a great spot and the host was very responsive to any questions I had. My pup has a great time with all of the hiking nearby and my partner and I were able to explore manitou on foot from the house, we would definitely stay here again!

Negative experience: Unfortunately this company provided very poor service to me when I rented from them. They do not answer the phone and take a very long time to respond to text messages. I haven’t been able to operate the HVAC with 110 degree weather and its been 30 hours and no resolution. Not to mention they don’t even provide garage door openers for a luxury home rental for two weeks and tell you to park, go inside and use the button.

Fantastic experience: This studio suite was absolutely perfect! It was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best parts is the location — it’s within walking distance to everything in downtown Durham, which made exploring the city super convenient. The bathrooms as well - body wash, shampoo, and conditioner already in the shower and soap at each sink. The area is beautiful. I would definitely stay here on our next trip to Colorado Springs.

Fantastic experience: Our family had a fantastic stay at this secluded Rocky Mountain retreat! The stunning mountain and valley views from the porch set the perfect backdrop, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the foosball table and board games in the cozy loft and finished basement. My wife and I savored peaceful mornings with coffee while soaking in the scenery. The home was spotless and wonderfully private—if you’re craving an escape from tourist crowds and everyday bustle, this is the place. We highly recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

The pool and hot tub were amazing and the kids enjoyed the little put area! Was in a great neighborhood and walking distance to a park for our dog which she really enjoyed. Loved how it was near all of the activities we had planned for our family and was really easy to get to and from. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this gorgeous home!

Fantastic experience: The house we rented was fantastic, it felt (probably was) brand new. All the amenities were luxurious and there was plenty of space for our group of 13. The pool was set at the perfect temperature and there were plenty of other activities to enjoy. The location is only a 10 min walk away from east six street which has plenty of bars and restaurants to explore. The host was responsive, professional, and thought of everything. Would rent from them again!

Negative experience: We never stepped on the property or into the house which can be verified by your ring doorbell. The 4ft wide by 2 ft deep wide trench where they ripped out the sidewalk and driveway entries on the entire side of the road made it impossible to park and unsafe to cross the 1ft wide plywood box that was there as a walkway. The only parking available was on another street in front of a residential house 1 -2 blocks away making it a nuisance to park there and walk all the way with luggage. This also left our rental car at risk of being towed by any homeowner that we parked in front of. When we talked by text you stated that you were unaware of the construction, yet when I returned home today and looked at reviews for the property in June you had a review that told you there was construction and you yourself replied to it. This seems as a misrepresentation if you were aware and did not in form of this prior. I have requested a refund and was told someone would reach out which never happened

Fantastic experience: The home was very nice, fully equipped and well maintained. We were in town for an Executive Retreat for Business Development and the home served 4 of us residing in the residence with 5 coworkers joining us for meetings. We were able to utilize the very nicely equipped with a large television in which we were able to Bluetooth connect to present for our group. We will certainly be back next time we are in town.

Negative experience: We were not impressed with the value of this Airbnb. For the price we paid, we expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained space. Instead, we found a home with broken amenities, cleanliness issues, misleading listing details, safety concerns, and a serious lack of privacy. It was extremely difficult to relax, and we felt disappointed throughout our stay. We would not recommend this property unless major improvements are made. Bedroom and Bathroom: The shower head was rusting and peeling, and barely worked due to very low water pressure. The drain did not function properly and left standing water after each shower. The temperature knob was loose and needed repair. The sink also failed to drain, which created a hygiene issue. The bathroom fan turned off after a few minutes, so steam built up quickly. The bedroom carpet was stained and dirty, which made the space feel neglected. Kitchen: The ice maker did not work, which was especially inconvenient in the summer heat. Some kitchen utensils were dirty, including knives with dried food still stuck in the knife block. For a five day stay, we were only given one roll of paper towels, which was not enough for our group. When we took out the trash, the outside bins were already full from the previous guests. Living Room and Furniture: The couch shown in the listing was not the one provided. Instead, there was a cheap, uncomfortable couch with a broken armrest. Every piece of furniture we used, from the couch to the beds and dining chairs, was poor quality and uncomfortable. The beds were stiff and the pillows gave no support. Even sitting was not relaxing. Outdoor Area: We were told the pool was cleaned weekly, but it clearly was not. The water had a green tint and visible algae. The listing stated the pool was heated, but it did not say that it cost an extra eighty dollars per day to use that feature. The hot tub was also locked and required an additional payment to turn it on. These extra costs were not mentioned clearly ahead of time. The grill was filthy and covered in grease, and the tools were in similar condition. The igniter on the grill did not work, making it hard and unsafe to light. The outdoor fire pit did not function or came with no instructions, so we could not use it. Worst of all, pool chemicals were left out in the open on the patio, which is a major safety concern, especially for families with children. Cleanliness: The floors looked like they had not been mopped in weeks. Walking barefoot made our socks filthy in just minutes. The home overall felt poorly cleaned and not ready for guests. Security Concern: On our final night, someone came to the property without notice and took out the trash. This was very concerning and should not happen while guests are still staying there. Even more disturbing, they unlocked the back door. We have no way of knowing if they entered the house while we were asleep. This made us feel extremely unsafe. Final Thoughts: This property did not live up to what was described in the listing. The experience was full of frustrations, hidden charges, safety concerns, and a general lack of care. For the high price charged, this place did not deliver on even basic expectations. Unless major changes are made, we will not return and cannot recommend it to others.

Positive experience: Check in was a bit uneasy due to the communication especially with the check in instructions that I never received. The dome itself is a great experience for the experiences of the views. I would suggest to plan your trip with daily activities because it was extremely hot in the dome during the day. Any type of sun beaming on you will heat up the dome worse then a sauna. During the night, very nice weather and chilly but a great escape from the heat. The pests included all bugs… we killed a lot of bugs and even had OFF spray but it was not enough: the worst was the Wasps! We had 6-8 wasps flying around our property which we couldn’t relax. The purpose of the trip was to stay in the dome and unplug and relax, but with the heat and pests that was not possible. We spent most of our trip driving around and outdoors to avoid staying in the hot dome. As a stargazer, the views are magical, I wish I had my pictures actually come out, I study constellations and I was able to see all of them! Beautiful sunsets as well … based off the experience I had, the views makes up for it, I got some sunsets to die for and just laying down on top of my vehicle to look up in the sky was priceless. The location of the dome is spot on. This is nothing like Clear Sky Resorts but it does give you a similar experience.

Negative experience: If you are looking for a short term vacation property management company, you will be served by continuing your search. My less than one year with Hoste was disastrous. Their customer care team is in India for properties managed in Colorado Springs and Arizona. They never answer their email, they miss scheduled meetings frequently and make their money by charging owners maintenance and repairs fees from damages caused by their guests. Our last guest threw a party with more than 59 people at the property, the local Sheriff’s were called out twice and still the party continued. Hoste did not once answer a call from the HOA mobile security team and never attempted to contact the guest to cease and desist the party. We are still repairing damage to the house that they swore absorbed no damage after the guest checked. Conveniently, after requesting detailed photos of the home be taken, the areas not photographed were the areas where damage occurred. I would get 5-7 discrepancy/repair requests per month and averaged less than 1 guest per month. The worst STVR company I have ever dealt with.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July! The rooftop was the highlight—perfect for relaxing and watching fireworks light up the sky. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic experience: Great location, close to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, the Cliff Dwellings, lots of dining and Red Leg Brewery. Could use a few updates in the bathroom and a new sofa. The beds were very comfortable, they supplied body wash, shampoo and conditioner, no hair dryer though. Overall it was nice.

Fantastic experience: The property we stayed at was really well thought out. And, Hoste did a great job responding quickly to our questions and making a couple informal recommendation at our request. Regarding the property, our family was active on this vacation with hiking, rafting, mountain biking, sightseeing, plus more. Everything we needed was in the property to make meals, relax, and recover (think hot tub). All the amenities were high quality, well placed, clean, and well thought out - elegant yet understated. The flow of the spaces was really nice. Loved the hot tub and the front deck. Had several meals and coffee on the front deck. We also did some mountain biking, and the garage was perfect for all six bikes. There was plenty of common space, and everyone had a bedroom. It was close to so many activities. Highly recommend Hoste and the specific property!

Fantastic experience: Family of 5 from out of town, the rental was very clean, cozy and welcoming. They provided the basic necessities a family would need while away from home. Definitely will be returning and hope its available for us to stay in again. Owners were very welcoming and communicative.

Negative experience: So disappointed in how we were treated. We had to make last minute accommodations due to construction issue on our house. I found a house close to us on Air bnb run by Philip from Hoste. I messaged him explaining our situation and In my panic to get something booked I picked that day and not the next. I couple hours later I realized my mistake when I got an email about checkout. Prior to the scheduled check in I messaged Philip and asked to switch to the next day and that I had made a mistake. He told me I could cancel with no refund. I double checked the listing and saw there were no reservations for the next 7 days so I explained that I didn’t want to cancel that I just needed to move the reservation. He once again said I would need to cancel with no refund. So beware if you have an issue they are not flexible.
