We wanted to sell our rental property with minimal stress and interviewed three different agents. None felt like the right fit, so we reached out to a fourth. Edgar Adame answered the phone personally and was at the property within 15 minutes. From that first meeting to the day we closed, Edgar exceeded our expectations. While other agents gave us long lists of what wasn’t included, Edgar impressed us with a confident, clear, and solutions-oriented workflow. She was able to have a notary come immediately before I left and kept me updated on what had to happen to ensure we closed on time. Fantastic experience: Our family used REMAX to sell our home in Buena Park and it was the best decision we could have made. A simple sell, turned into a huge mess due to the property being in a living trust and going into probate. It was our first ever experience dealing with probate but everyone working with us from our realtor Hugo Pompa, to our escrow officer Miriam Adame made the experience less confusing and scary. I can't imagine trying to buy or sell a home in California and not calling on their expertise. Everyone who was involved in the process was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Hugo and Miriam were always a call, text or email away, willing and able to answer our questions. Hugo was truly an advocate for us. Not just someone looking out for his commission check. Our situation took significantly longer than an average sell and not once did anyone involved make us feel like we were a hassle or burden. Whenever documents needed to be wet signed, they sent someone over so we didn't have to go to the office, although that was an option. I have nothing but good things to say about all those involved and that's saying something since the process got really ugly due to the living trust. Fantastic experience: Words cannot express the gratitude I feel having met Yolanda and Luis. On a whim, and the overwhelming feeling that we needed more space in our home, I started combing through Zillow and Redfin and found a house that would fit our needs. Our process was a year long process that we chose to do for buying a house. Claudia was patient enough to see us through the whole process. Whenever I ask her to check on something something or ask her to do some research for me she was able to get back to me with answers . She never dropped the ball, and I would highly recommend her to anybody If I asked her to look at A POS property she had no problem and always had a positive attitude even if it was not up to the best condition.
