Negative experience: They had not seen the home and they already had a price for how much they were going to offer. Glad I did not go with them and got more estimates and quotes . You should do the same. Get 3 or more buyers so you can have more options.

Negative experience: Rather disappointed they didn’t even attempt to make me an offer. They saw my property was unique up in big bear and indicated the best they would give was nearly 30% below its current listed price or around $300k less. I might have entertained something in the 15-20% range which if they did an actual evaluation and appraisal would still be quite a deal for them. They clearly massively low ball properties to make a huge profit

Fantastic experience: I was truly skeptical when I heard the ad on 870 radio, I was in the middle of a house rehab and wanted to move to Virginia. I though, what the heck and lets see what low ball offer I get. I called them up, they dropped by the same day and made a shockingly fair offer. Once I would have finished the rehab and paid fees and commissions, it came out virtually the same. I had planned on getting rid of a lot of stuff instead of taking it with me and they said just leave it and they will get rid of it and clean the place out. Too good to be true? Nope. In the end it funded today, a little over 2 weeks after we started. I now made my move and put an offer on our new house. I can not thank them enough. The process was seamless with no surprises or games. I would do it again in a heart beat!

Negative experience: This is by far the worst company . This company was involved in a horrible mishap a few months ago that cost me dearly. They sold a property in Ontario to another real estate broker in my community without fully disclosing a legal assigned garage unit for that specific condo unit. They claim the previous owner just described a garage that was his. Well, Sellers advantage, it was not his! It was MY garage that you described, and that real estate broker illegally trespassed and cleared out all my personal belongings. Mr Yi Sui is the broker that was responsible for the illegally trespassing and clearing out my garage, and Sellers advantage is responsible for selling it to him with incomplete information . Michelle Lines, the transaction coordinator for Sellers Advantage, should have been more detailed with that transaction. The garages are numbered and appropriately assigned to their units. Sellers Advantage did not do their due diligence before re selling it. It seemed as if they were more interested in making a profit than checking details prior to selling it. I tried to contact the CEO Damon Lines, but he did respond. I also received a text message response from michelle lines colleague Andre Javier stating that she was working closely with my property manager to resolve this dispute. Sad to say, but that was a complete lie. So now Sellers Advantge has dishonest employees at their company. I am still waiting for a response from them This original post was back in 2024 It's been almost a year since this incident occurred, and I still haven't heard a response from the owner of Sellers Advantage Damon Lines. This absolutely shows how little the owner of Sellers advantage cares about a victim of gross negligence and his dishonest staff

Fantastic experience: Best decision that we made. My grandma wanted to seller her investment property and we saw a commercial come on for Seller's Advantage. I told my grandma I used to work with Damon lines when I was in the industry and that we should call them. Everyone was so respectful to me and my grandma.
