Negative experience: HORRIBLE experience working with EMILEE Martin here. Emilee is incompetent, disorganized, DISHONEST and intolerably unprofessional in addition to lacking a warm, friendly bright personality. Emilee was more focused on hiding her run down junk car from us by abrubtly cutting conversation & running off to her deliberately far off parked car several blocks away when there was clearly ample parking right upfront. Further Emilee failed to answer the most basic questions about just one property we looked at she said she didn't know the square footage of the bedrooms nor had no clue where the amenities were e.g. parking, pool, laundry room etc...Emilee didn't even bother to walk with us providing info as we were checking out the condominium. RED FLAG: Emilee instantly demanded we show her cash and personal info before even providing us with a property that fit our criteria. *BEWARE of false "positive" reviews here posted by employee's/friends. DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THIS REAL ESTATE COMPANY AT ALL.

Fantastic experience: There was a ton of legal stuff complicated by the fact I was representing my brother and not being the actual owner of the property. I would have been lost without Rossette Winkler. Not just being able to help me navigate paperwork, but also her availability to answer questions. She would always answer the phone or respond to a text when I had a question. On those rare times she could not, I would get a text letting me know why and when she would respond back. And she did…that was the best part…and usually within a few minutes. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would...I need to give credit to Colton and all the other team members as well. They all worked together with Rossette to make a potentially difficult sale go very smoothly.

Fantastic experience: Stop looking for a real state agent and ask for Carina Sosa, literally the best. She made our first home buying experience so easy, always took her time to explain every step along the way and made sure we understood everything, always looked for different options to help us out and made sure we got all the perks that a first time home buyer would want. Any time of the day she’s always happy to assist and help you as if you are her family, And yes she speaks Spanish which is a big plus. Fantastic experience: There aren't words strong enough to say how pleased we are with Mathew Madruga. My husband and I were planning a move with our son from Florida to California. Most of our correspondence in regards to prospective homes was done through email or text. I was only able to travel to California at the beginning of the process so Mathew could get an idea of what we really wanted. Fantastic experience: The whole house buying experience was excellent due to the skillful navigation by Lauren Sial throughout the journey. The relocation process took longer than expected but she was always patient with the situation as well as with a number of changes to the home selection preferences we made along the way! The viewings were always professionally and seamlessly executed. With the right house eventually found and price agreed, the closing process took just 2 weeks which was made possible through Lauren’s quick and efficient coordination of all parties involved. Fantastic experience: Michael Macon really was the perfect person to lead me down the path of buying my first home. Michael was kind enough....and patient to represent me in the purchase of my home in LA. Knowing that I had specific requirements, he adeptly guided me through various neighborhoods and helped me narrow my search down substantially. His timing and advice was spot on and we were able to make a contract with the seller and close even though they received a backup offer just after our acceptance for a much higher price.
