Our comment from Agencias Inmobiliarias about Trinity Property Consultants:
Trinity Property Consultants is a property management company that has received mixed reviews from residents across its various locations. Many tenants appreciate the attentive and friendly maintenance staff, noting that issues are often resolved promptly. The maintenance teams are described as professional and courteous, contributing to a pleasant living environment in some communities.
However, there are significant concerns raised regarding management practices and overall tenant satisfaction. Residents have reported poor communication from office staff and issues with unresolved maintenance requests. Complaints mention a lack of responsiveness from management, difficulties in contacting staff, and unresolved safety and maintenance issues affecting their quality of life.
Pros:
- Friendly and responsive maintenance teams
- Generally well-maintained properties
- Nice community atmosphere in some locations
Cons:
- Poor communication from management
- Unresolved maintenance issues and safety concerns
- High turnover of management staff leading to inconsistency
While some residents have had positive experiences, it is advised for prospective tenants to thoroughly research specific properties before committing to a lease.
Trinity Property Consultants: Reviews
Negative experience: I recently leased at arrive mission valley, San Diego CA. I would not recommend renting here. They have the worst customer service ever since Yvonne Brown took over. The only helpful person in this office is Ashley. She has always been kind and customer service driven. However she bounces between two facilities and isn’t always around. I have spoken to several tenants, who are unhappy with the new property manager. Since I have departed several other tenants who lived here for years have also moved out. The general consensus is that the customer service has gone downhill since the property manager has changed, and everything is always broken. It took this facility over a month to fix a garage door. Everyone paying for parking was having to enter and exit through the same doorway, for over a month. Obviously the residence safety was never a concern as there was no hurry to correct this issue. Elevators are constantly out of service, and the hallways always smell of pet urine. Not only is the customer service awful. They must be desperate to keep your deposit. They charge a flat rate cleaning fee which is not legal in the state of California, and they charge a standard carpet cleaning fee. Even when you leave the apartment clean and the carpet without any stains. A total violation of California 1950.5. I reached out to the property manager Yvonne. Who not only refused to do a final walk through. (She told my husband to just take pictures when the keys were turned in). She refuses to return the flat rate cleaning fee, and carpet cleaning fee. Even after pictures and videos were provided of how the apartment was left. (I had attached those pictures. I have video evidence too of every room, including closets). Long story short this place is a scam, and they are only in it for the money.
Negative experience: Trinity Properties uses poor practices for marketing. They send flyers to other apartment communities to try to get residents to come to their property. When instead they should be using their product and sales persons to get leases. Which obviously doesn't get the job done so it forces them to use less than business like practices. Beware this is how they do business.
Negative experience: Well, I’m frankly disheartened and unsettled that I feel the want to say this, but this place needs a huge warning on it. I will start with the positives: The leasing agent, Leslie, is one of the sweetest and caring landlords I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. The maintenance people are thoughtful, and are invested in their tenants and their job. The building, no credit to renew on temple, is a stellar example of history and architecture. With that said, they have completely botched any true attempt to make it modern, with sloppy paint jobs and wild disrespect to the building. Now, let me start with the negatives, and experiences I have had while I’ve been here for 6 months. Recently, I was in my bathroom cleaning the sink, when I heard a startling crashing sound. I went to go discover what it was, and I found that my kitchen ceiling light had fallen in. For no reason, other than the unbelievable makeshift ceiling work done. My next experience, I was at home. Minding my business on my day off work, when I heard a pounding on my door. Not a knock, but a genuine banging at my door. It scared me, and I got up and ran to the door. I shouted through saying, “I’ll be out in a moment!”. Rattled, I didn’t know what to do. I looked through the peephole in time to see the site manager, Ashly Fennel, as she demanded I come out. Now, not to sound too dramatic, but it felt like the gestapo was at my door. I told her I needed a moment, so I could put something on, and to that I was responded with an impatient “you need to move your trash”. She had banged on my door, demanded my time, at my home, to tell me to move my trash??? I hadn’t received an email or a text or a call, it went straight to banging violently on my door?? I mean- I’d understand if I hadn’t paid rent or I needed to move my car, but for trash? It was honestly scary. I felt so belittled in my own home, and it has been the inspiration to write this review. I meant nothing as a tenant. To wrap this up, my last issue is the way they have professionally defined “landlords special” for us. Tape marks left all over the room, paint stuck in outlets, and built up grime that came with the building. They think because they are lower income apartments, they can sell us garbage. I have never been sadder to see a building so mistreated, and then finally, as the finishing touch, jack a poorly maintained studio apartment to $1,010 a month. I don’t blame the leasing agent or the maintenance, I blame a management so detached from its tenants that it has a delusional idea of what this building is. I know there is no reimbursement after leaving this comment, and I know they will only come after me, but it needs to be said. I will most likely, NOT, be renewing with renew on temple. This is a copy and paste review of mine, from their renew on temple apartments in SLC Utah. I am putting this here, after receiving an email from Ashly Fennel, where she told me about her experience, and did nothing to accommodate my concerns or experience. It has been made abundantly clear that she is not paid to care about her tenants.
Negative experience: This property management group and the property managers of ReNew Apartments tried to charge $400 in service fees that implied there was no resident residing in my apartment for ten months and then tried to pass the bill off to me. Recently took over Vantage Apartments in Oak Park, IL-- now known as ReNew. I had a property manager call on my behalf to ComEd, they shut off my account, and took over the service in the LLC's name. Conservice then charged a "Vacant Service Fee" of $50 for 10 months to my account. I called Conservice, who then conference called ComEd and confirmed the account change was made without my permission and was then not informed by the property that the change had taken place. An official dispute was filled on the Vacant Service Fees with Conservice and the charges were dropped from my account. Really testing legal boundaries here.
Negative experience: as a new tenant(Jackson,MS) I've experienced nothing but the worst. I was told my apartment would be ready to move in, unfortunately my hot water wasn't working, doors wouldn't lock, washer wouldn't start. It took two months to fix. Thankfully Mike the maintenance man helped me out a lot through this process. My oven wouldn't turn off as of yesterday and that is considered a hazard to not only me but my neighbors as well. My dryer has broken and i understand that is a process to get fixed. I spoke with the property manager on yesterday 10/02/2025, basically explaining that I've had a hard process with my apartment since day one literally. I don't think anyone should have to live in these type of conditions for the price I am expected to pay. All they did was paint over the amenities, with old hair follicles being painted over which is disgusting. I have half new cabinets and the remainder is old cabinets which is very tacky. The sink in my upstairs bathroom has been painted over and over and has started to peel and crack. I asked to be transferred to a different unit due to all the troubles I've faced with this complex, that way that will give them time to come in and change or redo what needs to be fixed for the next person so they won't have the same issues as I did. I will be contacting the cooperate office about these issues and how Mike was very helpful during this process. Not to mention that my rent is up to $1200 for a piece of bs, they also ensured me when moved in that my apartment would be renovated. It's a hot mess over here, I wouldn't recommend a dog to stay here for this type of price.
Negative experience: The absolute worst. Specifically McKenna Dillon and Wendy Upsher.

Negative experience: Living on your property has been on very frustrating. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone in the Trinity Property consultants office for the past 7 to 8 months. I have not received a email or phone call back yet. The staff are very rude. We are paying too much in rent Having mildew mold, Gang activity ,shooting fighting. I spoke to the people in the front office about what’s going on with the Mildew and they sent the maintenance people out the maintenance people said they don’t smell or see anything so now I’m just gonna call the city and have them come inspect all the buildings around renew west Durham. So if someone could please give me a call back that would be perfect. Thank you.
Negative experience: I currently live at Arrive Union Wharf in Baltimore, MD. I moved here in February of 2024 and less than a year in, Trinity took ownership of the complex. Ever since, things have been going wrong left and right. Under previous management, our complex had Amazon lockers for our packages, which was a very secure way of keeping our packages safe. Trinity comes in and claims they are going to make the package room even more secure, announcing a "new and improved package management system". This was a joke. They removed the lockers and put our packages on the floor, taking almost 10-20 minutes for people to find their packages in the massive pile of packages scattered across the floor. Myself and other residents were extremely frustrated by the mess. On top of that, I had multiple packages get stolen. When management was confronted regarding stolen packages, they claimed that it was on me and that I needed to pick my packages up sooner (I guess I can't go out of town for a weekend!). As of recently, there are shelves in the package room that are organized by floor, but I still have trouble understanding how this is an improvement when we had a locker system before this. Many neighbors are loud and it does not feel like management takes noise complaints seriously - we have had neighbors above us blasting music late at night and in the early morning and when management is notified, they tell me that they spoke with the neighbor and he denied the noise, so there was nothing that could be done. There are people in our complex who live in 700-800 square foot apartments who have massive dogs that are left alone all day long, barking constantly, making it almost impossible for people to work from home peacefully. As of recently, in July of 2025, Arrive Union Wharf sent out a mass email regarding vandalism that had occurred in the parking garage. I went out to my car and saw that my car had been broken into - my light was left on, my glove box was open, and things were scattered everywhere. I also noticed that things were stolen out of my car. I immediately filed a police report and informed the complex of the situation. I spoke with management and asked who I could speak to regarding safety and security concerns with the parking garage, as the garage has absolutely ZERO security and the suspect literally just walked in! (Photo of suspect attached). Management gave me the contact information for Trinity's Customer Relations - she gave me both their phone number and their email. I have left about 5 different emails and 10+ phone calls and voicemails, and they have yet to get back to me.. It is now September. It is extremely disappointing that Trinity does not take the concerns of their residents seriously. Why even have a Customer Relations line if they ignore people who have an issue? Now I have to resort to leaving Google Reviews, which it looks like many other people have also had to resort to this. Shame on you, Trinity, for treating your residents like this. Do better
Negative experience: The Hub Apartments 626 Shug Jordan Parkway Auburn, Al 36832 Unit TBD as stated on contract. "Contract states student housing" It is not. We were told they only had one spot in a 4 bed 2 bath, it was a townhome. We were told until the guarantor was approved, they wouldn't hold it. We were told they had a personality matching program. When she got it, she looked troubled. Emma is sheltered and has street smarts of a 14-year-old. Her 2 roommates were probably 25. I called and explained my concern to the same guy I (Emma's dad) spoke with many times. I told him the older girls might protect her, but I was worried about their boyfriends staying over and having intercourse my daughter could hear through paper thin walls, or possibility a boyfriend going to the bathroom in the middle of the night and "accidentally" walking in the wrong room. He assured me that if we had any issues, he would place her in another unit. We weren't allowed to check in or see the room until 1 :30. I had to go to church, so we didn't get there until 3 pm Sunday 8/13/2023. Check in was fast and the young associate slid 2 mimosas over for me and my daughter. He had a case of champagne behind him. I said "excuse me, she is barely 19. We both knew eachother by voices that we had spoken many times abot,1t my concerns: He accidentally told us this was an old building. We went to the apartment and the keys didn't come close to working, so we had to get that fixed. The internet pictures are beautiful, but unfortunately there hadn't even been a maid service or any attempts to clean hers. The floors had different colors of paint on them, the bathroom sinks we once white, but now deep yellow from age. The cabinet door was hanging on by 1 screw, The bathtub had no stopper at all. There were still paint products and trash in the common areas. The walls had been painted but the painters carried the ceiling trim down about 2 feet into the wall paint. Her door looks sideways and I'm sure the lock won't hold . The roommates:I had been assured by Jawan that if this happened, he would see to it. Little did I know they have a dog and pony show where that paid people off the street and have trained people from their headquarters com down to make you feel like this is a good decision. My daughter waits to see if she can stand it, but I have pictures of wheat I thought I was getting and the unlivable apartment that was delivered. Furth more the roommate smokes pot in the common area$; and one day she cam home to 2 very adult men in the common are smoking pot. I went down on Saturday 19 to see she.was. being over dramatic, but she wasn't. They knew mom and dad were there for a reason, but we.were rolling a joint outside the front door like they didn't care who saw there. Smoking in and not hiding when I came back, and again. I took her home with me that Saturday and went to talk with Mrs. Starr; the property manager who had been there just a month. She heard me out, told me things like we do rent to all. I showed her the 3 places on the internet where they said this is student housing and they mention security which they don't have. Then is a rude tone, Mrs. Starr told me she wasn't going to go aroundand.say something to people who smoke pot outside (everyone does). She wasn't going to make sure yo'u children were being put in bad positions like I have read about at all Trinity Property Consultants who ~,Pmehow on the BBB every story sounds like mine and they happen to have hundreds of complaints anq an F rating at all complexes. If I can attach pictures, I believe they were take·n wheri the place was new and in no way do they represent what they are giving people when they get tllere. An apartment who they admit they don't clean in between renters, mold, asbestos popcorn ceiling (I'm hav!ng tested, the AC vent isn't even put, the sinks were while 50 years ago and now they are yellow. The ceHirig is falling to, the ground.

Negative experience: What are we doing here? As a professional business, you would think they’d train their staff on customer service. I was met with an extremely rude and demeaning man when I called asking a very simple question. I just wanted a better understanding of my leasing company & this guy was HORRIBLE and I mean HORRIBLE. I would never hire a man that speaks to a woman in that condescending tone. Please do better as a business, respectfully.
Fantastic experience: I want to appreciate Neal for helping me out and helping us with are unit I wish you guys could keep him with us until he could finish doing my ceiling that water leak down to my living room and he was nice to help us
Dear Joana,
Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience at Trinity Property Consultants. We're so glad to hear that Neal was able to assist you with your unit. We appreciate you highlighting his helpfulness and we will be sure to pass along your kind words to him. We strive to provide excellent service to all of our residents.
Negative experience: Horrible. The BBB has their rating listed as “F” which is extremely fitting. By far the most unprofessional and unorganized company I have ever dealt with. Very scummy.
Negative experience: Although routine Maintenance requests are done promptly, Management will give the run around for non-routine issues. I had some dents on my Granite Countertop table. First, I was told, it was because I cleaned it. Then, when I proved with a video, that I could clean it properly, without any dents, and it is because of Maintenance putting objects on it, Management is giving the runaround on some excuse or the other, to not remove these dents at all, and telling me to stay on with this! They have just been dragging on this issue, and if it tries to come to an end(like it did last week, when I was promised that this would be done), they reneged and told me that they cannot do anything ! Experts have told me that the Granite also might not be genuine, as it scratches very easily!
Dear Vatsal,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Trinity Property Consultants. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, especially regarding the issues you've described with the granite countertop in your apartment. We understand your frustration with the dents and the communication surrounding this matter.
We strive to address all resident concerns thoroughly, and it sounds like we have fallen short in this instance. We value your residency and want to understand this situation better. Please reach out to us at feedback@trinity-pm.com so we can gather more information.
Negative experience: Living at this apartment has been extremely frustrating from the start. At move-in, the unit was infested with roaches, had visible mold, and was clearly unlivable. Despite this, management tried to delay my move-in indefinitely, saying the property manager was out of town and couldn’t assist. After scrambling to find an alternative, it took multiple attempts just to receive a correct lease reflecting the right unit and rent. Once I moved in, I submitted several work orders. Only one was completed, while the rest were falsely marked as resolved with no actual work done. I submitted another request and, again, days have passed without resolution. Rather than giving a timeline, the property manager deflected responsibility and told me to contact the maintenance supervisor directly. This is unacceptable. As a tenant, it’s not my job to manage or chase down the maintenance team. The lack of accountability is extremely unprofessional. I even had to go to the leasing office in person, only for the property manager to once again direct me to the maintenance supervisor, who was on lunch so to ensure that the work was done, I had to sit and wait for him to be back from lunch. This ongoing cycle of delays, deflection, and mismanagement is completely unacceptable. If management cannot oversee their own staff, the burden should not fall on residents to fill that gap.
Negative experience: Absolutely vile slumlords.I would not recommend anyone choose Arrive or any other property owned by trinity. I have dealt with my apartment being flooded due to negligence on the part of the “contractors” they hire on at least 4 occasions. They clearly invest as little as possible into maintaining/ repairing the units, as shown by the incompetence of the contractors. Pics posted of several of the incidents. I live in a terrace level with 2 young children, and after months of complaining that the retainer wall (with no railing and a 8-9 foot drop) was rotting and close to collapse, they finally agreed to have a new one built. After completion of the new one , the contractors dumped dirt in without properly compacting it, so there are now massive holes due to settling/ rain, making it just as dangerous if not more dangerous than it was to begin with. There is also a huge tree that fell that you’ll see in the photos that is still there, well over a year later. The latest issue is by far the most infuriating. Maintenance ignored my neighbor complaining of a leak in her hvac system for well over a month. It’s going on 2 months now since I discovered and reported mold growth in my son’s closet. He is 9 and developed asthma since we have resided here, which his allergist has not been able to pinpoint the cause of. The mold is all in the hvac closet, my son’s closet walls into the living room wall, his ceiling and floor. They sent out contractors who applied anti microbial treatment to most of the visible mold and then painted over it. When I expressed that was unacceptable they sent a contractor who cut 3 2x2 squares out (not even close to all of the affected areas), and were planning on just re-drywalling the holes as a solution. I finally decided to pay out of pocket to have the mold professionally tested, and the results came back as stachybotrys- the most toxic form of mold. I hope that irrefutable evidence showing the severity of the issue would help them to understand, but that has not been the case. I was finally able to get them to agree for us to stay in another unit while the remediation takes place, and was informed by the remediation expert that it would be best to move all of our things out of the apartment since airborne spores could further contaminate our salvageable belongings. I requested to just transfer to the unit we are in temporarily, as I’m having to move everything at my own cost due to their negligence, but was told that my rent would be increased by almost $400 if I wanted to transfer. I don’t *want* to transfer. I also don’t want to put my family at risk for further medical complications. To clarify, the unit I requested is the same floor plan and has the same “upgrades” as my current unit, and I have been given zero justification for their reasoning. I have reached out to corporate on several occasions, but apparently they do not respect their residents enough to acknowledge or reply to emails. So if you want to pay premium prices to slumlords who value the dollar exponentially more than the health and safety of their residents then have at it. I just felt that the least I can do is hopefully save other families from dealing with the ongoing nightmare that living here comes with. **Update** The apartment that I transferred to is also infested with black mold. Photos added below. Also, the property manager decided to hire a company to come dispose of the belongings we had in the apartment we stayed in temporarily that I was unable to move by myself. They love their residents so much that they’ll pay more money to be malicious and dispose of furniture and irreplaceable belongings instead of hiring movers for maybe an hour to relocate the items across the street to my current unit. Disgusting does not begin to describe their actions. I’m also adding photos of the cockroach infestation in the unit they cleared my things from to move some poor soul into.
Negative experience: I just vacated one of their properties in Cranston, Rhode Island and will never do business with this specific community or any Trinity Property Consultants properties ever again (based on the consistent poor reviews I'm seeing). The property manager has all the personality of an angry hornets nest. Her way, right or dead wrong, is always the right way. She'll butt heads with you and use her position to her advantage. This is a very greedy company. I can only speak for the community that I just left, but management will nickel and dime their residents for everything. Very focused on their money. I had a cat that was perfectly healthy when my wife and I moved in. He had taken ill during our 15 months of residency and I ended up having to put him down. This was Thanksgiving weekend 2024, 11 months into a 15 month contract. I notified the office and asked that the monthly pet fee be subtracted from my rent. The agent I spoke with was in agreement and said she would make it happen. I noticed a day or two later that the fees on my account when I logged into the portal had been shifted around and renamed, but the pet fee was still there, just called something else. I had contacted Trinity and also confided in a legal service. This issue was fixed immediately. I had recently moved out at the end of my 15 month obligation. I left the place in pretty good shape. I had started my contract with a $500 security deposit. I received a statement from the property management at this community exactly a week later stating that she was keeping a majority of my security deposit because (the carpets were permanently stained and had to be replaced". She said she had photos. I asked to see the photos. The two she sent me looked to be soiled areas that could have easily been cleaned. I did all I could to dispute this charge. Conferred with legal council again and followed their suggestions. The property manager still had the audacity to tell me that her decision was final and that the subject at hand was no further up for discussion. I was never notified of anything wrong before her deduction, hence not given an opportunity to fix it myself or agree with her plan either way. I was instructed by her staff to just do a "broom sweep clean" of the place before leaving, which I did. There was never a landlord/tenant walk through, leaving no shared record of anything wrong with the apartment. I just can't get past the fact that the manager ultimately threw the ball in my court, calling me the irresponsible one, and basically telling me that the conversation was over, shut the heck up. On the other hand, I can safely say that something of this nature was expected after observing her behavior for the past 15 months. Impossible to deal with if the conversation wasn't going exactly her way. And when it came to "her money"?? All hell broke loose. Never again. I don't see how Trinity stays in business with this fort of veil behavior out of their local property managers. Don't take my word for it. Check out other reviews.

Negative experience: I currently live at an apartment complex that was recently taken over by Trinity Property Consultants. I have experienced a decline in quality of life since the changeover in property management occurred. In my experience, Trinity Property Consultants are a negligent and incompetent management group that only care about money and cosmetic image. There is no urgency to ensure current residents feel safe and comfortable in their own home. Below are examples of how poorly managed the apartment complex is: 1. My lease renewal was set for September 19th, the day after Trinity took over the property. I was told by the previous management company that I had done everything to ensure it was renewed. I received an email six weeks later stating my lease was never renewed and that a new lease was offered with a start date 6 weeks later than what I originally signed for. They refused to honor my original lease and start date and I was pressured to sign the new lease as they threatened tor raise my rent if I continued month-to-month. 2. The unnecessary cosmetic updates are constant. We were told that construction would occur from 9-5 on weekdays. Construction occurs on weekends, holidays and during what are supposed to be quiet hours. Additionally, the updates are poorly done and the paint is already chipping. There is improper notice to notify when a crew will be on my balcony or porch. As a woman living alone, I find it alarming to see a grown man looking into my apartment without warning. The crew is also unprofessional and I heard them making comments on my apartment and pets while working. 3. Improper notice of water shut offs and entry into the apartment are constant. I work from home and rely on having running water. On 1/31/25, I had no water from 9am-7pm without warning. When I called the office at 12pm to ask why, they had no idea and were unhelpful. At 3pm, we received an email stating the water was shut off. 4. The neighbors since the changeover have been absolute nightmares. They are loud and disrespectful at all hour's, day and night. The police are always on the property and management refuses to do anything about the problematic tenants. I have sent written complaints and nothing has been done. If I do receive a reply, it is a minimum of 3 days later. I feel unsafe in my own home because of this.
Negative experience: Title: Unlivable Conditions and Unresponsive Management I strongly advise against living at renew white marsh The property is infested with mice, which has led to unsanitary conditions like droppings in the unit and food contamination. Mold is also present, and management has failed to address these serious health and safety issues. Despite my repeated complaints and promises from the property manager to resolve the issues or move me to a better unit, the alternative units I was shown were in worse condition, with larger holes, broken fixtures, and filthy tubs covered in droppings. I’ve spoken with several neighbors who are experiencing the same problems, which shows this isn’t an isolated issue but a systemic failure. Management’s lack of concern or effort to make this property habitable is unacceptable. I have documented evidence of the infestation and neglect and will be pursuing further action if these issues aren’t addressed. For anyone considering this property—please think twice.
Negative experience: I am still waiting to get a $250 admin fee refund 2 months later from the Renew Westmont property had to file a BBB that wasn’t enough so just filed a DRE complaint because these people are absolutely ridiculous
Negative experience: Mold issues in Virginia Beach. Alerted management 8 weeks ago. Still dealing with it. Not good. Look elsewhere.
Negative experience: Absolutely the worst property management company. We have tried multiple times over the last week to get in touch with someone about resident and housing issues and can’t get a response from anyone. Would not recommend any property run by this group.
Negative experience: Maybe you guys will listen to me since the leasing office won’t. I’ve had 5 leaks including an active one now, and 3 floods in my apartment all within a year and 4 month’s timeframe. The leasing office has refused to place us in a hotel or move us to another unit while they fix the plumbing. My son hasn’t been able to sleep in his room because the last two leaks which were only a week apart happened in his room and he has asthma and cannot be breathing all the mold plus it smells a lot like humidity.
Negative experience: Reviewing one of their properties ReNew Centennial in University City, MO. Terrible experience. The worst part is the total disorganization and lack of communication from the local property staff. It is very difficult to get a hold of staff especially when you are trying to set up a move-out inspection. Despite giving notice very far in advance, I was never able to get an in-person inspection with the local property manager who kept pushing it back. Later, I get a final invoice saying I don’t owe anything but then two weeks later they send me another with a balance!? I am still getting calls/texts from a maintenance tech about a work order that I submitted in May 2024 which was never completed. Do they not know that I left the property a month ago?? The reasons I left were due to the poor conditions of the unit, the slow maintenance times and the inability to easily reach property staff. Expect to inconveniently show up in person to the office if you don’t want matters to drag on. The doors in the units have been repainted over so many times they do not close. The appliances are so old and have numerous issues. The units are very old and simply need a lot of work (and better insulation). Older units combined with poor communication/maintenance is a bad combination. No communication or timelines for work orders makes it super inconvenient for people who work and have pets. They are having so many issues with work orders that the staff sent a mass communication about consolidating work tickets in an attempt to “restart” . I imagine other tenants are dissatisfied with the lack of communication regarding maintenance and ended up submitting multiple tickets. This is probably one of the many reasons the work order system got disorganized and needed this reset in the first place. I would like to get this issue with my final invoice sorted out before they try to send it to collections… Given the lack of communication from the local management, they probably don’t care either way and will continue to drag their feet with a response until the problem is out of their hands. I leave this review here for the main owners Trinity Property Consultants. I want to be done with this company for good.
Negative experience: Horrible the way they treat people. I'm a local vender /small business owner ,and work hard to do things the right way . Came in late afterhours on basically 30 minute notice to get multiple apartments painted and ready for move ins ,was promised payment in 30 days ,that was on May 1st,.have not received payment,no response to emails or phone calls , manager just happens to never be there when I stop by or call . The kicker is they called me in July saying they liked what I did and wanted me to paint the gym then I asked about payment status and no communication since .
Negative experience: UPDATE REVIEW: We just moved out about a week ago, extremely disappointed with the leasing management team!! We got charged half of the amount of carpet replacement since there’s a small corner of the carpet that was scratched up which was $222.37(the scratched up part is smaller than my hand!!)and they refused to provide the carpet company invoice too, how am I supposed to know whether the original replacement cost was!? And apparently the leasing agent who showed us the unit 3 years ago lied to us by claiming it was a brand new carpet that just installed right before we moved in, which the leasing agent I just spoke to on phone told me it was a carpet install back in 2019!! Pure lie!!! Also when my husband’s car was under maintenance, we needed an extra parking sticker for our rental car from dealership to go through the garage gate and they charged us $50 for that sticker. But when we’re about to moved out, I asked whether can we return the sticker and got that $50 back and they refused me! This is insane, we only needed that sticker just for temporary access while waiting to get our car back!! Never ever recommend anyone I know to stay here, TERRIBLE!!!!! —————————————————————————— We moved in Arrive River Oaks about a month ago, the leasing agents here Quynh and Mayra are really helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our apartment so far and would definitely refer this place to our friends in future!
Negative experience: Zero star experience. I am living in The Social Seminole in Tallahassee, Florida. They just assigned a random apartment with lot of maintenance needs and when I raised the maintenance requests, nobody cared. I have leaking bathroom roof for 6 months, not working dishwasher, floor baseboard are missing and some other windows and door problem. Overall, no one wants to live in this type of apartment. But they are running a scam, you sign the lease and now you have to live in this hell for a year. You can't be able to contact anyone outside your leasing office and even if somehow you do they simply don't care. On top of that they charge you the utility whatever amount they want. If you ask them to show the meter readings for your consumptions, they simply tell you that they can't and tell you to go talk to Conservice who is another fraud company. I would not recommend anyone even in the worst case to rent any apartment under the Trinity property consultants.
Negative experience: Dear Trinity Feedback team and to whom it may concern, I am writing to escalate a series of unresolved issues and broken promises that have significantly impacted our experience at Arrive/Tapestry in Northbrook, Illinois. I am deeply disappointed with how our concerns have been handled, and I am seeking your immediate intervention to address these matters. On September 11, 2023, Roxanne assured us in writing that we were on a priority list for a non-ADA B2 unit as soon as one became available. Despite several B2 units opening up throughout the year, we were never contacted about any opportunities to transfer, revealing a clear disregard for the promises made to us. Our current unit, which is an ADA unit, was never disclosed to us as such before move-in. Shockingly, even the management was unaware it was an ADA unit. This has led to significant and unacceptable alterations in the floor plan and drastically reduced storage space. Furthermore, the actual layout differed wildly from the online floor plans, with missing features such as a balcony and a custom closet that were never communicated to us. Additionally, Roxanne mentioned that other alternatives were offered to us, which we allegedly declined in favor of opting for complimentary storage. This is patently false. We were never presented with any written alternatives addressing our primary concern of transferring to a non-ADA B2 unit. The level of incompetence and dishonesty displayed by the management is simply staggering. Roxanne had also previously mentioned that we could cancel our lease at any point if these issues were not resolved to our satisfaction. However, in her recent communication, she completely denied ever discussing this option. This inconsistency and the constant shifting of goalposts are unacceptable. Our experience has been a nightmare, marred by poor communication, broken promises, and outright lies from management, leading to a dreadful living experience. The lack of transparency, combined with significant discrepancies between the apartment's advertised features and the reality, has made our time here intolerable and frustrating beyond belief. We demand a resolution that acknowledges the written assurances provided to us and addresses our concerns immediately. Specifically, we request: An honest and clear explanation of why we were not contacted about available B2 units despite being on a priority list. Clarification and documentation of any alternatives that were supposedly offered to us. Immediate action to cancel our lease, per Roxanne's verbal confirmation the day of our move in. We regret not recording the conversation as she seems to back track on her words. Please see previous correspondence for a detailed record of our communications. I have cc'ed the property manager, Roxanne K, who has been entirely unhelpful in addressing our concerns. The incompetence displayed by the management team thus far is unacceptable, and we are now requesting someone from Trinity Property Management to email me to discuss these issues directly. Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves. I am hopeful that, with your intervention, we can reach a satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Negative experience: I live at university village in muncie indiana trinity owns this place and its terrible it is a joke and uv doesnt care about anyone but themselves trinity is no different i called trinity with a serious complaint over there staff i get nothing but a automated system i left a very urgent serious message i just get ignored yall should be ashamed i hope you go out of business i really do.
Negative experience: I would give zero stars if I could. If you’re looking at a property that this company owns - run. They do not value the safety or well being of their residents and the staff at the leasing office for their properties are some of the rudest people I’ve ever had to contact. This company has spent months attempting to make the grounds of the complex look more appealing while ignoring maintenance requests from tenants living in apartments that are falling into disrepair because they don’t update anything. The rent prices reflect what you would expect to see for newly renovated apartments, which most of these are not. Don’t worry though, you’ll literally never be able to contact or get ahold of anyone at the property management company OR the leasing office, because they hire third party companies to deal with their tenants rather than dealing with requests and concerns themselves - and in the off chance you do get to speak to someone in the office they will treat you like an inconvenience. Due to the several weeks it takes for maintenance to show up and the unprofessional treatment of the leasing office, I have had to pay out of my own pocket several times to repair things that should have been the properties responsibility. It’s astonishing at this point that they convince people to live here.
Negative experience: Unethical company. I applied for an apartment at Renew Lea Hill two months in advance, was assured by staff on two previous calls that I was approved and the apartment was mine. Called today worried that I hadn't heard from them, and the move in is supposed to be in two weeks. There was a "glitch" and my application was "archived" and the unit had been rented, and no other units were available in the floor plan. I checked their website and all apartment prices were $200 a month more. They have not yet offered me an acceptable solution.
Negative experience: I am leaving another review. My first review was the one about how I reached out due to my medical conditions not allowing me to live in the unit i was placed in. I contacted Trinity Properties over a month ago & still have not heard back. I emailed twice & left multiple voicemails. I was even told to reach out to a certain email on my previous review and still did not receive a response. PLEASE do not rent from any residence that’s associated with this company. I was placed in a unit full of smokers which led me to being hospitalized due to i’m severely asthmatic. After reporting this, nothing was done. I nearly died. I hope this review prompt someone to responds to my emails.
Kee, we greatly appreciate you bringing your concerns about our community to our attention again here. We are sorry to hear about your trouble reaching our team, as we recognize the severity of your claims and fully intend to support your well-being. We care deeply about your condition, and while we understand you have previously reached out, we encourage you to do so again, as your messages may have been misdelivered or caught in spam. Please email us at marketing@trinity-pm.com, and we assure you we will provide an expedited response.
Negative experience: THIS IS MY 3RD review. I still have not received a response about how I was treated while battling my medical condition PLEASE do not lease from any properties that are owned by this company. Also, they have deleted my first review!!!1
Negative experience: I wont recommend the properties managed by this company. Accounting is not perfect. I had vacated in Feb 20 2024 out of my apt in Renew Park Blu Building E and they charged whole February month in autopay on Feb 02. They also charged me again for 20 days from my security deposit. No clear explanation and refund. Nobody is answering my call. It is mental stess for me. I planning to sue them in court
Ashraffmarine, thank you for following up on your deposit. As you have had difficulty reaching our team via phone, we are sharing this matter with our Cares Team. Please contact them directly at feedback@trinity-pm.com at your earliest convenience.
Positive experience: My friend and I moved to Renew, managed by Trinity, and we have had a good experience overall. The staff has been nice and accommodating, and the premise is nice. Rent is good for the area, we have a pool and a gym, and our apartment is clean and maintained. The area is pretty safe. Like the other comments said, roaches seem to be a problem all around, and the maintenance crew is currently dealing with them. Currently, we're having issues with our fridge, and one of the maintenance crew fellows, Danny, has been super helpful. The crew is a definite benefit of living here since they are good at what they do. As for contacting the admin staff, we've had success just dropping into the leasing office when we needed help with something. Good experience overall.
Isabel, thank you for the detailed review of your positive experience in our community. We are happy to hear that our maintenance crew and management team have worked together to provide excellent service, and we hope you continue to love our amenities and affordable rates. If you continue to need assistance with pest control, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Negative experience: DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have not received my security deposit refund in two years! They sent it to the wrong Ebony to a state that I have no connection to. I documented my correct forwarding address TWICE. I have escalated the issue legally. Sad. They’ll be paying me double.
Negative experience: If you see that this company manages an apartment building, just run. Please don't even take a look at the cost savings because you'll have to pay it back somehow whether that's a break-in or robbery. They do shallow upgrades to apartments and don't pay attention to simple things such as security. In the past 4-5 years, security of the building has deteriorated in Houston. They keep hiring security but it's not doing anything. In the span of 2 weeks, there has been a rise in vehicle crime. When reaching out to the staff member, she directed me to look at HPD's website as if I'm an idiot and were unaware of the crime rate in Houston. Weird that I'm living in one of the most expensive zip codes yet having the staff tell residents to "figure it out".
Momotaz, we care deeply about the well-being of our residents, and it is discouraging to hear you do not feel at ease in our community. We understand the severity of your comments and hope to connect so we may learn more about your observations. We certainly want you to feel that we have your best interest in mind and encourage you to contact our Cares Team at feedback@trinity-pm.com. Thank you.
Negative experience: DO NOT LIVE HERE. I would give 0 stars if I could. I lived in arrive loring park managed by trinity for just over 1 year and moved out Sept 30th. The space itself is fine, but due to the high turnover rate of staff, moving out/getting a hold of anyone for information was a nightmare. When I was moving out I was not able to get in touch with anyone about move out procedures. I emailed and called several times over the course of the 3 months leading up to our move out. Finally I was given a phone call on the day of my move out that the property manager was out of town, but that I could leave my keys in a kitchen drawer. I did what they said and the next day on October 1st I got charged for the full rent even though I had moved out made extensive efforts to confirm this with staff. I called and was not able to reach anyone at the office or get any response from the property manager about getting a refund. I called and emailed several times over many days and I only got my money back after I filed a claim with my bank for this unauthorized charge and they returned the money to me. Since moving out I have been sent multiple bills that I do not know what they are for, and nobody is able to explain to me, and have not received my security deposit back either. I am so frustrated with not being able to get information on why I am being sent bills and I just want to move on. Needing to spend so much time and energy contacting them every day on top of being charged over $2500 that I shouldn't have been charged for made moving out so much more stressful than it should have been. I hope other people had better experiences but I would not recommend anybody live in a property managed by Trinity since they are not staffing or managing their properties adequately.
Elisabeth, we appreciate your review. Our team works hard to provide our residents with a seamless move-out experience, and we are sorry to read your review. Your feedback about communication does not align with our high standards. We welcome the opportunity to discuss your experience in greater detail. Please stop by our office or email us at feedback@trinity-pm.com at your convenience. We hope to speak with you soon and wish you luck with your future endeavors.
Negative experience: I wanted to share the HORROR of Trinity Properties. I lived in an apartment complex in Tualatin Oregon with no complaints until Trinity took over. They raised rent over $900, evicted families living there for 10+ years, I was illegally locked out of my apartment, waited 6 MONTHS for my security deposit to come back.. The turn over rate of property managers are insane. We had 4 new managers in one year. It took threatening a court case for them to finally send me my deposit back. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. I was out of over $2,000 for months because they couldn’t get their own process to reissue checks… Their REGIONAL manager who oversees multiple states including OR and CA absolutely did not prioritize anything unless I threatened legal action, they knew they were in the wrong. This company instilled the most stress and money loss I have EVER experienced in my renting life. RUN FAR if you see any listing with the name Trinity in it.
Rose, thank you for your review. The satisfaction of our residents is our top priority, and we are sorry to read your feedback. We strive to provide our residents with a top-notch living experience for a competitive price, and our pricing reflects market conditions. We would happily discuss your feedback in greater detail and have escalated it to our Cares Team. Please email us at feedback@trinity-pm.com when you have a moment. We look forward to connecting with you.
Negative experience: I’ve been nice, I’ve been mean, I’ve been professional, I’ve even begged. It seems nothing we do even after having it confirmed by office staff on camera that we have marijuana odor in our apartment will get us help. Tonight on our anniversary as we arrived home with guests at 6:15pm we were met with a literal haze in our apartment and the awful heavy odor of marijuana. At this point I’m pretty much convinced that the management of this property doesn’t care about our situation or the enforcement of the lease agreement (unless it’s about my cameras). Especially after the last two responses I’ve received. Now I see why it’s so difficult to contact anyone from the corporate office, obviously no one there cares either. Around here the rule is “pay your rent and shut up”. Any time I go to the office about anything all I get from the manager is an attitude. All we’re asking is for management to do is enforce the rules for everyone and make our living experience here better.
Gerald, thank you for updating us on your concerns about smoking around your home. We work hard to enforce common-sense policies that allow all residents to thoroughly enjoy themselves. That said, it can be difficult to pinpoint the source of unwanted odors, so we must investigate each report thoroughly before taking action. Please email us at feedback@trinity-pm.com so we may gather additional feedback that will aid our investigation.
Negative experience: I lived very well for 6 years in an apartment complex, clean and safe, but this company bought the property and everything changed… Insecurity and everything ugly and neglected, customer service, the worst. I moved to another place and management took almost all my deposit after the move out for no reason!! Do not do business with these people
Sandra, thank you for sharing your review as a former community resident. We appreciate your loyalty and letting us know about any recent concerns involving service. We would love to discuss your feedback in more detail. When you have a moment, please email us at feedback@trinity-pm.com. We look forward to speaking with you.
Negative experience: Horrible company to own apartment complex. Have lived in the renew Alpine,ca location for 30 years without any issues and now these new women working the leasing office are discriminating against me and my family which is illegal. Threatening to evict us all because they didn't like how I "talked down to them" , never became aggressive/used bad language I just proved them wrong and called them out for threatening to tow my cars but no one elses cars, which is discrimination. They let a car sit directly in front of the office with a flat tire for a month now but want to tow my car that's been sitting for a week max.
Negative experience: Hi, I am being told when I renewed my lease my name and my dogs were removed. The only name on it is my roommates. I am being recharged the dog fee even though I paid it when we moved in on our first lease. Please help, this is a nightmare.
Sam, thank you for making us aware of your situation. We would be more than happy to assist you with making modifications to your current lease agreement. At your earliest convenience, please email our Cares Team at feedback@trinity-pm.com. We look forward to hearing from you.
Negative experience: Eww no... I was charged for someone else's damages (a completely different room). Provided photo evidence that an error was made and spent two months in communication with management to resolve the issue. Instead of charging the correct apartment tenant, they left me with the charges and sent a debt collector. P.S. I can promise you all the cute 5 star reviews come from current tenants trying to ensure that their rent price is locked and not increased every year when they renew their lease. ;) I feel like they owe me a star instead of the one I gave them in this reveiw.
Alex, we take the concerns of our residents seriously, so we are sorry to hear about the trouble caused by any errors made on our end. We assure you that we care deeply about your inconvenience, and we hope to speak further so we may work to make things right. We understand you have already been in communication with us on this matter, but we wish to bring this to the attention of our Cares Team so we may take the proper course of action moving forward. When you have a moment, we invite you to email us at feedback@trinity-pm.com. We hope to hear from you soon.
Negative experience: THE ABSOLUTE WORST IN PROPERTY MANAGENT COMPANIES. I live at one of their managed communities. These photos of the second incident this year where police and local SWAT TEAM were needed to deal with violent, dangerous residents. They do not care about the safety of their residents, they just care about inflating the cost of every unit and making profit. AVOID THEIR PROPERTIES.
Fantastic experience: Carson was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped guide me through a rather stressful process and I can’t thank him enough. 5/5 for the company and for this young man.
Anthony, thank you for writing. We are pleased to learn that Carson was a pleasure to work with. We will share your positive sentiment with him and the rest of our team.
Negative experience: Trinity just bought my community, staff is nice but hasn’t solved any of the ongoing issues I’ve experienced while living here. I will change this review if/when I feel it’s been taken care of 2/10/23: nothing was ever fully addressed and we went without heat for 11 days. I’m now breaking my lease because we hate it here so much. There’s bugs in the apartments, the clientele is horrible, the office is unresponsive, the CORPORATE office is unresponsive, the water bills are $200 and you can find better for your money elsewhere. I have to hound the staff to email me back. It’s insane. I’ve never felt so unwanted or annoying when simply asking someone to do their job! Please enjoy these pics from when I first moved in — they tried to say they didn’t need to be held responsible
Negative experience: DO NOT LIVE HERE. I live one of their properties and I could never recommend anyone sign a lease at Renew. I lived here many years through the old management and “Harbor House” name. Ever since Trinity purchased the apartment, the property has gone drastically down hill. Trinity only cares about making the property feel more premium with the sole purpose of raising rents and increasing profit. All improvements have been done cheaply without any concern for those that live here. Management does not care about its residents and actively chooses to ignore them as evidenced in the examples below 1. All resident water bills have increased for the last two months from $17 to $65. 4x the amount! Management will not answer our questions and will instead just tell us that the bill is accurate. Renew contracts a third party billing company (Conservice) for their utility billing. This is not uncommon for conservice to jack up bills. 2. They will send an email on Friday afternoon stating that they are doing work Monday morning and if your car or bike is not removed it will be towed or have the lock cut. 3. They painted the buildings and replaced window trim without replacing the cracked windows or fixing the issues on the buildings themselves. Many windows including mine are cracked and leak. They were not interested in this issue 4. They built a new patio by removing the volleyball court. Since it was completed in August the new patio hasn’t had any furniture added or gas installed for the grills. A wind storm came through in November and broke the pergola over it leaving it broken and unstable. They put caution tape around it and left it until earlier this month when they finally took it down. 5. My buildings garage door was broken for months. Every time I complained I was told that they were waiting for their facilities manager to look at it only to have no action taken. Date of first complaint - October 20 Number of times I requested them to fix the garage door - 3 Date the door was finally fixed - December 12th 6. The property is littered with trash. Multiple buildings had trash overflowing from the dumpster area for months, a result from their many construction projects. A large pile of construction material, rotting/moldy food, and general garbage sat next to the trash bin for months only to be blown around the property by the wind. Management took months to clean this up, instead saying they are were waiting for a new dumpster before they can clean. Date of first complaint - October 20 Number of times I requested the building be cleaned - 5 Date the garage was finally cleaned - January 24. 7. The maintenance team constantly drives through the property too fast and refuses to park in parking spots choosing to instead park blocking the sidewalk or blocking in residents cars.
Negative experience: This is how Renew Apartments in Virginia Beach Va did us on New Year’s Eve 2023 this is real 7jan 2023 they have hazmat in our apartment ceiling L’s need to be inspected by the State of Virginia because our ceiling would have killed my grandkids they were just there Heartless management team and very intimidating maintenance staff
Negative experience: I would not recommend anyone to rent an apartment at Arrive Silver Spring. I would like to speak to the owner of Arrive Silver Spring personally and ask him to compensate us for the rampant roach infestation issue. We have rented here for more than two years and the new management has been the worst. Jean Quintero, the current property manager has the worst attitude. We have come to the office many times to complain about the roach/mice issue and she does not help us at all. Jean referred us to Quasa (a guy manager) and he said we can terminate our lease without cost if we continue to experience roach issues at the end of our lease. It has been more than six months and there are roaches every single day. Quasa said they would put us on weekly pest control but they never came. We have submitted multiple maintenance requests and the pest control never came to our apartment to address this issue. As spoken with Quasa, I would like to terminate my lease immediately without extra cost (as discussed). Please have the owner speak with us about this situation immediately otherwise we will hire a lawyer to sue this company.
Sophia, thank you for your review. Our team works hard to ensure a clean, pest-free living environment for our residents, and we are disappointed to hear this has not been your experience here. We have escalated your feedback to our Cares Team and encourage you to reach out directly. Please email us at feedback@trinitypm.com at your earliest convenience, so we may discuss your feedback further and get everything resolved. We appreciate your patience.
Negative experience: This company just took over GIO apartments in Phoenix Az. We haven’t had any hot water 3 times in the same week. They’ve “fixed” it twice but here we are on Christmas Eve with NO hot water. The electricity and Wi-Fi services have also been interrupted in just this past week and a half of them taking over. The office is closed until Tuesday, it’s currently Saturday. Looks like we’re expected to shower with cold water in 40 degree weather. Will NOT be renewing my lease.
Negative experience: DO NOT MOVE HERE! I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGITIVE STARS IF I COULD! These apartments are run by slum lords who could care less about the health and safety of its residents. Both bathrooms in my house have mold that can't be killed with bleach, but corporate refuses to acknowledge it and let us out of our lease. We have constant roach infestations and they pest control vendor they hired sprayed more of my personal items including my boxed food (all caught on home camera) than he did my baseboards or anywhere else roaches may hide. As a result, we have been constantly sick with respiratory issues including our animals, who got an infection due to dirty water pushing up through our floorboards. They rarely service any plumbing to the building, so it constantly backs up and is release by an overflow valve located just outside my apartment. As a result, we have had weekends without any use of toilets or showers as the sewage has backed up into our tubs previously. On top of everything else, this company has charged us an "amenity fee" for the last 11 months that their corporate office cant seem to correct, even though they confirmed that they have no authorization to charge us for an "amenity fee". Scams, lies and hazardous health conditions is all you'll find here. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY CLEAR!
Negative experience: Worse property management company ever! Many problems with the community that are not addressed. I’ve called many times and left messages and no one responds. All they do is leave a message on here stating please email. It’s a joke. No one will get back to you to help. The amount of money you pay for rent is not worth it. I would NEVER recommend anyone to live here!
Negative experience: Believe the reviews , my friend lives at one of their properties in midland,tx at Renew North park apartment homes 3609 Caldera Blvd 79707. She put a work order in November 11th for her heater not working on a Saturday when it was snowing and today on 11/30 her heater is still not fixed. The temperature reads 49 degrees in the apartment and she's pregnant with an infant child. Still no heat. Management is no help and the call service hangs up on you.
Negative experience: Living at what is now known as Arrive Wheaton in Maryland is really subpar. There is no time where you can get a human on the phone who is on site to address your problem other than to say that they'll take your number and have someone call you back. NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. No one returns emails. There's never anyone around capable of addressing your concern. I am trying to renew my lease or move out if that is the best option but I can't ascertain that because I can't speak with anyone. I am a law student graduating soon and need to make certain decisions quickly. My finals are coming up and I do not have the time to launch a full scale move but it looks like I'll have to because no one will answer the phone. Avoid "Arrive" properties if you can. No one ever answers the phone because they're always giving "tours."
Talia, thank you for taking the time to review our community. Providing consistent and accurate information to residents is important to us, so please know that we are looking into the situation. At your earliest convenience, please email us at feedback@trinity-pm.com for further assistance.
Negative experience: EDIT: guess what I emailed the email they responded with and they haven’t responded just like I said they would. The absolute worst! Absolutely ridiculous how this company manages. There is no communication with anyone ever and problems will never get resolved. This company took over a property that I signed with and have been absolutely horrible at solving any issues that I had, which was a lot because they never communicate anything to anyone. And often when I would come into the office with the same issue I would get different answers and no clarity. Anytime they say they’ll call you back THEY WONT. Any message I’ve sent to upper management has never been responded with. I’ve spent over $200 due to their incompetence AND I pay an additional $200 a month in rent for a worse living experience than with the previous owners. I guarantee this is the only way I’ll even get a response from them.
Julia, thank you for your time. We value your feedback and are sorry to hear you have not received a response from our team. We go above and beyond to make your daily living stress-free, so your input about our responsiveness does not reflect our high standards. We have escalated your review to our Cares Team and encourage you to email us at feedback@trinity-pm.com when you have a moment. We look forward to restoring your trust in us.
Negative experience: This company is inept and vindictive. They neglect safety & health requirements and instead focus on superficial "improvements" to lure people in. They will use any tactic they can to remove tenants from their homes so they can increase the rent & their profits. They buy old buildings and renovate them with cheap materials and I'm pretty sure having people move in and out is part of their business model.
Negative experience: We haven’t had Air Conditioning in the building for SIX WEEKS, we have a horrible roach problem and nobody here responds to emails or phone calls. Can somebody respond to your tenants ? You raised my rent 300 a month but still no AC and roaches to my knees. Maybe the class action suit we bring will get a reaction!!!
Negative experience: This company was sued and lost $52k, and held in contempt of court, after an apt. flooded, and they refused to correct the problem. Then they sent a debt for the renters to collections, messed up their credit. The judge held Trinity in contempt of court, hit them with massive fines.
We appreciate your time. We pride ourselves on providing a fantastic living experience to our residents, and we are sorry to read your review. At your convenience, we would love the chance to connect with you to discuss anything you may need. Please email us at feedback@trinity-pm.com when you have a moment. We look forward to connecting with you soon.
Negative experience: Super nice location and beautiful landscaping. Great neighbors and I like that they have some attached garages. However, the Pool was shut down by the health department and no one in the office to deal with it! It just needs adjustment to chemicals but this is a bad time of year not to have the pool which is super spacious and bigger than most. They need to hire more maintenance people to keep up with repairs because the buildings are getting older. If not for these issues, I would give it a much higher rating. Hopefully, the new management company will make much needed improvements.
Melissa, thank you for your kind comments about our welcoming community atmosphere and prime location. Still, we are sorry to hear that you have not been satisfied with the upkeep of our amenities and the responsiveness of our maintenance team. Please contact us at marketing@trinity-pm.com so we may address your concerns and uplift your experience.
Negative experience: Arrive Buckhead = Death Sentence...This place is complete TRASH!!! i had to place multiple maintenance requests the day I moved in and only 2 of them has been completed. One of the requests 4.5 months later still have not completed. Now I have a flooded apartment and NO AC in GEORGIA in AUGUST!!! I was told by maintenance this would be fixed within 24 hours, it wasn't. I addressed the issue after 2 sleepless nights because my unit was at 80 degrees and I was basically told by management and maintenance that their "vendor" was notified and there were several other unit that has been without AC for over a week. Also, valet trash is TERRIBLE they pick up when they want too. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! its better to spend a little extra a month and save an eat out day once a week then to give these people their money. I am seriously consider a lease break and pay WHATEVER it cost to get out of this place asap I dont know that I can wait til May 2023 to lease!!!! the worst place EVER!!!!
Casey, we are sorry for any delay in addressing your concerns about your air conditioner. Your feedback allows us to better prioritize our efforts, so please reach out to marketing@trinity-pm.com with more details for us to get right on this. Thank you for your time.
Negative experience: This has nothing to do with Trinity, it has EVERYTHING to do with their property RENEW JORDAN CREEK. Everyone in the office except for Connor is worthless, especially Daryl. Our apartment flooded on June 29th, due to the plumber working on the apartment above us. We have heard that they forgot to shut the water off when they took the water heater out but we have also heard that they hit a pipe with the water heater. They had someone come in with fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the room, said they would come back the 5th to remove them. They didn’t come back until the 7th. They said they would reimburse for a hotel up to $110. Well, with it being July 4th weekend, everything was over $110. July 10th, they finally come in for dry wall. Daryl said that the painters came and knocked on our door the morning of July 12th knowing we aren’t there to answer and said that he called me. He in fact did not, and tried saying he did. I asked if there was anything they can do like put us into another unit while they do the work, he said no the only thing we can do is give you $200-300. That’s not enough considering the fact that the plumber damaged our $2000 mattress and box springs. What I also find funny is that in November when I was living here, our apartment building has a dryer fire and they said they wouldn’t reimburse us for a hotel even though we were FORCED out of our apartment but they all of a sudden can. Not to mention every maintenance request I have had to put in in the year and a half I have lived here. If someone from corporate could be contact me that would be great!!
Fantastic experience: Move-in was a smooth, seamless process. The public hallways in the residence are regularly maintained and neat. Maintenance requests are attended to without unnecessary delays. Only wondering why the dog poop bags, which can be taken from strategic locations are no longer being replenished anymore. It's been more than a month now and they are still empty. This should be looked into.
Chizoba, thank you for your feedback about our pet-related amenities. We are glad to hear that your move-in went off without a hitch, but if there is anything we may do to improve your experience further, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly.
Fantastic experience: Very nice… I love this place, has everything very close, I love the location and the attention.. the only thing that I need is for them to enable the swimming pool of the building, it would be magnificent to finally be able to use it since they have taken a long time to finish the Restructuring..
Adriana, thank you for sharing your thoughts about our pool facilities. We are pleased to see that you are enjoying our convenient location, and we encourage you to reach out if there is anything else we may do to improve your experience further.
Fantastic experience: I'm so glad to have moved to the Icon apartments. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind. The property is extremely dog friendly. Our two pups LOVE the dog park. There are lots of laundry facilities around the property along with work out gyms, a small movie theater, a meditation room, vending machines, BBQ area and more. Very affordable rent and all of the utilities are included in the rent. Parking is underground and secure. There's lots if public transportation around and Starbucks is literally next door. Snafs is attached to the icon and you can get delicious food there. The Icon is a fun place to live!!
Fantastic experience: I am pleased with the apartment. It is quiet. Maintenances is very quick to respond and repair any issues. Office staff is professional and courteous. I have never had any issues with neighbors. Snow is removed promptly and grass is always cut. Property is neat, clean. Amenities are nice to have.
Faye, it is great to hear that your apartment home is providing you with a sense of peace and tranquility. We appreciate your compliments on our team's hard work, and we know that reading your review will brighten their day. Thank you.
Fantastic experience: The staff is what's makes the difference! Trinity has the best staff ever. The Team strives to provide excellence in all they do. They go above and beyond to ensure the residents are properly serviced. This property is always very clean, very well maintained and managed well. The lobby area is always clean. The Manager Wanda and the Assistant Manager are always very courteous, empathetic and extremely helpful! I feel very comfortable bringing my concerns to the Manager Wanda because she listens very attentively and ensures that any and all my concerns are properly addressed. I recalled about 1 week ago having an issue and speaking with the Asst. Manager Jennifer who immediately did what was necessary to take care of the issue. I feel very fortunate and blessed to be a resident in a building where the ENTIRE Team works extremely hard and cares about their residents.
Ann, thank you for your review. There is nothing better than hearing that our team has made such a positive impact on you. We will share your feedback with Wanda, Jennifer, and the rest of our team. If you need anything in the future, please let us know.
Negative experience: Trinity Properties is a multi-million dollar rental company that should prioritize and handle the complaints of tenants/the buildings they manage in a more timely, thorough fashion to ensure quality and safety for all tenants, present and future. Please look elsewhere for comfort and accessibility, it has not been worth renting with them for a multitude of reasons both on a personal and non personal level. The monthly rent price for our specific property located in Illinois is inadequate and highly priced for what you get; ‘renovated’ apartments are very cheaply put together by independent contractors that show up in unmarked trucks. The job is done poorly and highly doubt they are licensed professionals. Several tenants and myself have complained openly online about the quality of work inside the apartments; paint peeling, faulty electrical/cable sockets, old and faulty cabinets covered by spray paint to appear ‘new’, no security bar on sliding patio doors, floor looks like wood but is cheap vinyl, baseboard floor moulding has gaps, patchy/uneven caulking in bathroom, loose plumbing equipment in bathroom and kitchen, water heater is 20 years old and very small so hot water runs out quickly, etc. In regards to everything else that is not apart of the immediate apartment; we have seen many spiders and roaches, have dealt with boisterous neighbors who disturb the peace by playing loud music or by having parties after hours, smoking occurs throughout the whole building even though it is strictly prohibited, fire alarm goes off often and randomly which wakes up everyone in the building if it happens at night, police frequently show up to the property especially on the weekends because of noise complaints, trash chutes get filled up quickly so trash is left in the hallways, dog feces and even dead rats are on the property that do not get cleaned up for days, the laundry machines have trouble connecting to the phone app and will not work properly some days and also noticed that some of elevators have not been inspected since 2019 according to the paperwork in the elevator. We already contacted customer service feedback to express our feelings and to directly discuss our main issue which was relayed to a ‘Regional Assistant’. Very disappointed with how Trinity Properties handles their tenants/apartments because it feels like they do not care to make us feel welcomed or heard when we had continuous issues or questions. The most we ever interacted with the staff and got timely replies was when we initially signed the lease, after that it was far and few between. Their top priority consists of maintaining an outward appearance while the inside has a multitude of underlying problems that need to be properly cared for and tended to in a timely manner most importantly. Ultimately, we are leaving and are not interested in doing future business with any of their properties because of all these ongoing issues and STRONGLY advise anyone reading this to look elsewhere and get your money’s worth all while having peace of mind.
Thank you for reaching out. We assure you that the comfort and satisfaction of our residents are always our priority, and we are sorry to see that you feel otherwise. Our team continually works to elevate our communities for the enjoyment of everyone who lives there, and we strive to keep our pricing competitive with similar communities in the area. If you would like to discuss your concerns in greater detail, we invite you to email us at marketing@trinity-pm.com.
Fantastic experience: I'm new to the community and my door fob wasn't working. Trinity had a team member from another Trinity property by the name of Joseph from San Antonio. Due to the inclement weather, it was just cold, tragic, and I got stuck outside without a way back in. The resident that let me in asked if I lived here and if I didn't have a fob. It was cold and I was becoming frustrated, Joseph did everything to help me gain access to the bldg and executed in style! Today the best assistant manager Jayden made sure my fob was assigned to my apartment and I am finally all thawed out! 5 star services!!!!
Fantastic experience: Peter San Nicolas and his team at Arrive Los Carneros are above and beyond amazing. Property Manager, Peter San Nicolas, is quite literally above reproach. His team is wonderful as well. Maintenance is fantastic! The property is gorgeous and well kept. I love my home here.
Fantastic experience: My community has been nothing but amazing. As a resident I have had the ability to get to know many of the staff in my complex and their ability to assist me with any issues that I may have right away.
Vashon, it is terrific to hear that your time with us has been entirely positive! We are always happy to assist you, so please feel free to reach out anytime.
Positive experience: All the service, and maintainence were very good and organized. appartments were clean and nice, only one thing bad was there is no partial payment when i first move in, I moved in from January 14th, and i asked to pay half, but they said we can’t, it is clear that it is not fair, kinda taking advantage of we urge needed a appartment. We could you ven move in January 15th and pay the half, but they said if not on 14th, next available is February 2nd, it was not that nice of them anyway. i want them to be fair Thats all, otherwise it is all good.
Tseborushka, we are sorry to hear that your move-in process was not ideal. We strive to be fair and transparent regarding all of our policies, and we hope that you will call or email our office to discuss this matter further. Thank you.
Positive experience: We are having a great deal of difficulty getting our rent amounts properly taken out of our bank account.
Jennifer, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. For further assistance, please feel free to call or email our office at your earliest convenience.
Fantastic experience: Apartment manager will work with you on the rent payments. The apartment complex is always clean. Enjoy being in my apartment because of the fire place and how it froze over yesterday I really enjoyed it.
Natalie, what a wonderful acknowledgment of our community and team! It means a lot to us to know how pleased you are with your experience with our well-kempt community areas and our team's attentive service. Thank you for choosing us.
Negative experience: We moved out in October and still haven't received our deposit back ruined our Christmas. They never call back and don't care at all. Worst experience ever!
Ashley, thank you for taking the time to review. We are sorry about any inconvenience you may have experienced due to your deposit. We want to address any miscommunication and assist you. At your convenience, please contact us at marketing@trinity-pm.com so we may learn more. We look forward to speaking with you.
Negative experience: Ever since Trinity took over during my lease at Arrive Crofton (formerly the Point at Crofton), there has been one accounting issue after another. First, they had trouble transferring the utility accounts which meant we were not billed for a couple months, only to be billed months later with a significant increase to play catch up without an explanation until people starting complaining/inquiring. I have since terminated my lease and almost 3 months later have yet to receive my security deposit. I have been calling and emailing only to be told "the check is in the mail". By law they are supposed to return deposits within 45 days of the lease termination. We're now on day 83... The postal service is NOT that slow. So at what point do they actually plan to process the refund? If you're looking for an apartment home, make sure it isn't managed by Trinity Property Consultants if you don't want unnecessary headaches.
Markita, thank you for reaching out with your concerns about utilities and your security deposit. We are sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced, and we want to work with you to resolve this. Please contact us at marketing@trinity-pm.com with more information.
Fantastic experience: I've been very happy here at ReNew Centennial. They have proven to be quite responsive and considerate. I plan to renew my lease here if my work doesn't force me to relocate to another city.
Judith, we strive to provide our residents with outstanding service and beautiful apartment homes. We are glad our community appeals to you, and we appreciate your loyalty.
Fantastic experience: Room is comfortable and sunny. Staff get back within the day, including repair staff if requested. Like the daily hot chocolate!
Wanpen, it is great to hear that you are enjoying your daily dose of hot chocolate! We are grateful for your positive review, and we hope you are happy here for a long time.
Fantastic experience: Work orders are handled well. Whether it’s our on staff maintenance workers or an outside service vendor brought in you can rely on professionalism. This is just one, but very important reason why an apartment home at Arrive Saint Louis Park is home for me.
Negative experience: i'm reassessing my previous review based on my recent experience at RenewOneEleven Apts. the management personnel are dishonest and coniving. i was forced to move so they could remodel my apt in preperation to sell the complex. they did this by lying to me amount my rent amount and telling me it was time to renew my lease. this caused me to default on and eleven year perfect rental history. they told i would get my deposit back but that was in July im still waiting. they woul not return my calls ,my emails, or my text messages. it is december now and they have sold the property so i guess iam screwed. iam 67 years old on ssi but they did not care.WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM ANY TRINITY PROPERTY all they want is your money and they do not care about thier tenents.
Gary, we are sorry to hear that your exit from our community did not go as smoothly as you had hoped. Due to the nature of your concerns, we are elevating this matter to our Cares Team. For further assistance with this matter, please email them at feedback@trinity-pm.com.
Fantastic experience: From pre screening to move in, the Atascadero Staff have been excellent. I appreciate them! They look after everyone’s well being and peace.
Thank you for your praise of our attention to detail and dedicated service. We appreciate your time.
Fantastic experience: I love living at Arrive Eilan. The area is great but what makes my living experience here wonderful is the leasing office staff. Urban, Victoria, Katlin, and Ashley are the most amazing people. They are always prompt on any requests and so friendly. Extra stars for them !
Luisa, we are thrilled to receive such an excellent review about our hardworking team. You can be sure to count on that same great service from Urban, Victoria, Kaitlin, Ashley, and the rest of our team in the future. Thank you for making us your home!
Fantastic experience: Again I lived at this site since the year 2000. My ex-boss lived here with his family for several years until they moved into their first home, before I moved here. Prior to me moving here I was employed at the local Subway up the street. My first apartment was subleted to me by a young man of whom got a new job downtown, but wanted to move closer to his place of employment and was the same situation I was in at the time. I have had good times here and bad times, (mainly weather during the seasons). But mostly good times! I thank God and your company for the opportunity to continue to live here, with the great location, going each Sunday to a awesome church such as West Hills Church to worship. My apartment has not been redone, and I understand that. I love it just the same. Thank you so much for allowing me to respond to your email.
Negative experience: They talk a good game, but don't deliver on their apartment as promised. I can not believe that they can keep tenants. Avoid them don't rent from them. Over priced once you compare to other places.
Gregory, thank you for your review. We are saddened to read your review, which is not reflective of the high standards of service we have set in our communities. When you have a moment, we would love the opportunity to discuss your feedback in greater detail. Please email us at feedback@trinity-pm.com. We hope to restore your confidence in our communities soon.
Fantastic experience: Quite, dog friendly, good value, good living space, great community, good staff and maintenance is prompt if any issues arrive. Easy to speak with anyone if necessary
Brian, we are proud to offer our residents a peaceful, pet-friendly community with top-notch service! Thank you for sharing your great experience.
Negative experience: I normally do not have any complaints about living in the complex but lately it hasnt been good. I think that the people who are managing in the leasing office should take it more seriously when i or others come to complain about our room mates if they are giving anyone problems. Times when ive complained it comes across as a light matter. I dont like that. If they havent been trained for issues like this they should be. Im the tenant not the employee. I dont know if theyre overwhelmed or thinking that its time to relax but i surely dont appreciate it. I dont even think when they say theyre going to reach out to the room mates that are being a problem to others, they dont do it. It could be better. Thanks. Asap: this is at the hub on ocala.
Christopher, thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. We apologize if there was any miscommunication from our team and for any inconvenience you experienced due to an issue with your roommate. We are committed to restoring your confidence in our service and community. Please know that we take your feedback seriously and are evaluating it to identify any areas of training and improvement. I encourage you to contact us directly at feedback@trinity-pm.com so we may learn more and help get this concern resolved.
Fantastic experience: The maintenance team is always quick to respond to all maintenance requests. They are friendly and make sure to do a good and thorough job. The online form is easy to complete and submit. We get texts to update us on their progress. Thanks for taking such good care of our Arrive at Inglewood Trails community. Rhoda Quick
Rhoda, we are thrilled to receive such an excellent review about our hardworking team. It means a lot to hear how satisfied you are with our prompt maintenance services and convenient online portal. Thank you for choosing us!
Fantastic experience: Ms.Tracy and Ellijah are very professional when I come to the Leasing Office at the Benton apartment. Corey the maintenance personnel is very professional when he comes to the unit to work on order. LaCory the maintenance supervisor is very attentive to any situation.
Tara, thank you for letting us know that our team is doing an outstanding job! Reviews like yours remind us why we love the work we do.
Positive experience: I ENJOYED LIVING AT RENEW, PEACHTREE. THE STAFF WERE ALWAYS HELPFUL. THE AGENT ON DUTY NOW WAS NOT HELPFUL OR VERY UNDERSTANDING. I GAVE A 30 DAY NOTICE BACK IN JULY. MY NEW HOME WASN'T READY. AT THAT POINT I DIDN'T KNOW THAT ANOTHER 30 DAY NOTICE WAS REQUIRED. I THOUGHT THAT I WAS SUPPOSE TO LET THE OFFICE KNOW WHEN I WAS MOVING. WHEN I WENT IN ON THE 28TH AND TOLD THEM I WOULD WOULD BE MOVING BY THE FIRST I WAS TOLD THAT YOU NEEDED ANOTHER 30DAYS. I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND. I WAS ASKED TO LET YOU KNOW WHEN I WAS LEAVING. I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY SOMETHING BUT NOT ANOTHER MONTH'S RENT.NO PRORATED GIVEN. HE WAS NOT AT ALL CARING. HE DIDN'T TREAT ME THE WAY THAT I HAD COME KNOW. HIS MATTER TOLD ME A LOT. I'M SORRY THAT THE LAST DAY DIDN'T SHOW ME HOW I'D COME TO EXPECT. I DID E-MAIL YOUR OFFICE BUT STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK.
Jeanne, thank you for letting us know about your concerns with our notice to vacate policy. We work hard to ensure that our residents are well informed about the terms of their lease arrangements. We are eager to discuss your experiences in more detail so we may make things right, so at your earliest convenience, would you please email us again at marketing@trinity-pm.com? We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation in advance.
Fantastic experience: The leasing consultants at Eilan are tremendous. While they all are wonderful, we have loved working with Caitlin, Urban and Victoria. They make living here feel like we are at a resort, with every possible need attended to immediately.
Darren, reading your review has brightened our day. We work hard to provide an outstanding living environment for all of our residents, and we look forward to sharing your comments with Caitlin, Urban, and Victoria.
Fantastic experience: I love living in the towers, the people working here are very nice and friendly. They are always willing to help you when needed. I love that is pet friendly and is close to everything, so no need to drive far!.
Katherine, it is great to hear that you are enjoying all of our amenities and our convenient location. It always makes us happy to hear from satisfied residents. Thank you!
Negative experience: Very unprofessional company. I live at the renew Wheaton center in Wheaton IL and had my A/C go out during the hottest 3 months of the summer and it still is not fixed nearly 3 months later. To make matters worse I was charged a late fee because the assistant PM & PM were unresponsive about crediting my account and extremely rude. When the matter was escalated to corporate I was told someone would reach out and it has now been a week and a half without any response. Do NOT rent from this company!
Negative experience: My partner and I moved in The Hub of Baton Rouge August 21st when we thought we was moving In The first of August. So when we move in we get our keys and go to our unit. Once we made it to the unit the door was hard to unlocked, once we entered the unit it was horrible. After waiting 21 days we thought we were moving into a move in ready apartment. The apartment is not livable for anyone. I will be posting pictures below. When we open the door Roaches was everywhere look like someone had stayed there for years and moved out and gave us the keys. After going to the front office to inform Emily about the issues in the unit the first thing she says is oh have you put it on your move in inspections sheet and we will get people out to fix the issues. She was rushing us that we couldn’t let her know our major issues. Also the mailbox key doesn’t work been to there office several times and Emily says oh maintenance has the keys and they will get it done hasn’t been done yet. I hate I had to go this route but we need answers now. I advise no one to come here. At this point we need to cancel lease or better apartment unit. We even have paid rent up 3 months.
We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the condition of your apartment home upon move-in. We do our best to provide an outstanding living experience for our residents, and it is clear that this has not been your experience. Please reach out to us directly at marketing@trinity-pm.com so that we may help resolve your concerns.
Negative experience: We are at a facility in Northern California, participated in a tour, only to find out that the person called in sick acutely the day after, and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone about this/or what to do (about COVID precaution). I then looked into this further, and found out that there’s absolutely NO WAY to talk to anyone live for this company (all numbers led to voicemail. And only emails). This is still an active matter, and I’m still waiting for an answer which probably can resolve this (happy to repost again with favorable response). But as of now, this has been very disappointing as an experience. Additional post: It is clear that the company would not be interested to resolve this. I still did not (cannot) talk to anybody in this company. One star truly would be too much for their ways of handling things (especially the non response). If anything else is available in your community, try to rent from other companies instead of this. **This** is a BIG disappointment.
Terence, your satisfaction is important to us, and we are truly sorry if you have had trouble connecting with our team about your COVID-19 concerns. We would appreciate the chance to speak with you offline about your experience. Due to the nature of your review, we wish to connect you with marketing@trinity-pm.com so we may promptly assist you.
Fantastic experience: I chose Studios 435 without really even knowing what the building was or what the units were like! I had to move quickly, and every place I looked at online was just too old. I’d never lived in a studio before, but I after I checked the website I thought I could give it a try. I didn’t know how long I would need to live here, and know I can’t imagine leaving. I filled out the application online. Put I ran into a couple of hiccups with the technology. That afternoon the associate from the office called my phone, left a message, and could see where I was having trouble. He helped me complete the application right when I called him back.As harried and spaced out as I was during this process, the building manager, Alethea has been like this support that I didn’t even know I needed till I met her! She was accommodating during my lease signing as I had to cut it short almost as soon as we sat down. And once I started living in the unit, my one maintenance request was completed the next morning. She has been so kind, she smiles at me every morning when I leave for work, she smiles at me when I come home. She smiles all the time. Considering the unprecedented time we are in right now, with people avoiding each other, arguing with each other, being nasty to one another, her smile really carries this whole building. There is no doubt she is the property manager, she walks around the building as if it is her very own, so much so that I know her gait! Having said all that, to be honest, for the most part, I live here because of Alethea, her kindness and urgency, and the staff that keep the building maintained. She is unique, earnest, charismatic, and has urgency for my concerns and questions since I’ve been living here.
Positive experience: Only been a resident for a short time, but have found unit to be very nice, pool great, maintenance response great. Parking for guests is a bit hard but otherwise happy with my choice of Renew!
Chris, thank you for making a home with us. We know you have many choices for apartment living, so we thank you for selecting us! If there's anything you need assistance with, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Positive experience: TBH Well, Haven't lived in an apartment in over 20 years, yet, I found myself in a situation that immediate action was necessary and relocation to this residence was conducive, affordable and distance friendly. While (some) neighbors are 'friendly' ;) There are some with pets, (#70) who will confront and threaten with language fit for a sailor. Reported to mgt; "nothing we can do." Majority of dog owners are considerate, but I have witnessed numerous residences that aren't. The rental process was painless and quite easy, given my financial status. Currently have a work order open 13031856 Garbage disposal Leaking profusely from under unit when using water in kitchen sink. Made contact w/maintenance A new disposal is on order When replacement is received, installation approved by (me) Temporary catch pan under disposal to contain leakage. (provided by maintenance) To be cont... contact me for more info
Teri, we appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear you found the leasing process simple and efficient. We also understand you have some concerns about dogs in our community, which we would be glad to speak with you about. Please email us at marketing@trinity-pm.com if you would like to discuss this or any other matter. Thank you!
Negative experience: Over due work orders, key fobs don’t work or the gates are broken. Jaeden leasing agent favorite thing to say is “uh huh” and doesn’t speak professional at all. Manager is condescending when bringing up issues and gets very defensive instead of listening to someone who pays $2,000 a month to live here and empathizing with them. The top flight security guard will allow you through as long as you smile and wave. I’ve had mold growing and a “rainwater” type leak since the day I moved in, two months later it’s still unfixed and had to email to have them reopen the work order. Tanning bed should just be taken off the list of amenities and don’t cancel your tanning membership because it doesn’t work or as they say in the office they don’t know how to work it. So don’t count that out of your monthly spending amount. When asked for corporates number to escalate the issues you’ll be told by the manager that she is the property manager and you have to go through her but remember like she says there’s two sides to the stories and she doesn’t help much. Other than maintenance issues and security, downtown is nice.
Positive experience: We just signed our 3rd lease, and our wonderful experience here at Arrive@Valley began to significantly decline. First the elevator became inoperable (down since June 7th). Second the fire alarm randomly began to sound off early in the morning, late at night daily. Then the pool was closed by the health department (now open). We are seniors living on the 4th floor. The inconvenience of no elevator has given us unnecessary challenges.
Sheila, thank you for reviewing us. It is nice to know that you have chosen our community as your home for three lease terms. However, we have noted your feedback about the inconvenience of inoperable elevators and fire alarms and will explore any way we may improve in these areas. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss this in greater detail.
Negative experience: Not willing to work with residents when it comes to different types of issues/help-needed. I was eligible/qualified for rental assistance program from IHDA (in regards to ILRRP) but they refused/denied to fill out the landlord section of the application based on the rent amount. That denial is probably illegal under the State of Illinois laws, because the amount of money the program would have provided for me and my family was a $1900 more than the amount required for the rent due. My guess is that it was simply denied based on the time it would have required to finish the landlord section. Melissa, property management's "best known manager" refused to give me a proper (legally sound) reason for their denial. Never even bothered to get back with advice on help I expected from the people hired to help the residents. Thank you for talking down to me, Ms. Melissa.
Fantastic experience: Well maintained and clean. Resident seems to have fun and enjoy one another privacy. Not too many noise and not too many people hanging around the building.
Wahabi, we appreciate your review. It sounds as though you are enjoying your time here all-around. If there is anything you need as time continues, please let us know.
