Fantastic experience: Lily Campbell and her Team are incredible! They have assisted us with the purchase or sale of multiple houses over the past decades. Lily makes sure that everything associated with the property transfer goes smoothly. In this latest property sale, Lily and her Team performed what we had believed to be impossible. In late 2024, a low-back pain was diagnosed as a recurrence of prostate cancer. In July 2025, my wife and I found out that the chemotherapy failed to control the now terminal cancer. The planned renovation of a rental house was scrapped. In August, Lily Campbell met us to discuss my health issues, the load on my wife as caregiver, and the need to sell the property. The target was to prepare the property and have it ready for sale in December 2025. Lily immediately presented a path forward and we discussed the necessary steps. At the end of that meeting, I told Lily that she had our complete support and full authorization to act as our agent to complete the sale, and we would support whenever needed. Our long-term tenants were advised of the unfortunate situation and vacated on October 31, 2025. Lily met us at the house on November 1st, and preparation for sale started immediately. Lily’s Team, led by Sarah coordinated with us almost daily, working tirelessly with all of the (contractors – some ours and some Lily’s) to address painting, carpet, cleaning, maintenance and repairs. With this teamwork and coordination, the property was ready for sale in record time. Multiple offers and counteroffers were received in December requiring long hours for Lily and her Team. Following all of the counteroffers and negotiations, the escrow closed in the first week of January 2026 at a higher price than we anticipated.

She took care of all the details and quickly arranged for home inspection and even a contractor to meet with me the day after viewing the property. When closing escrow on a property there are so many details and documents that require your attention and signature.
