Experiencia fantástica: Love living in Jefferson Creek. The location is great with shops near by, bus stop near the leasing office. Staff is very kind and responsive. Office celebrated Halloween and invited us for a pizza party and activities for the kids ❤ Office responds to service requests- regular maintenance with power washes and fire safety checks. Experiencia negativa: I would strongly advise anyone considering Jefferson Creek Apartments to think twice before moving here. Within just 10 days of moving in, my vehicle was towed despite completing the registration process with the leasing staff during move-in. I was explicitly told everything was done, yet my car was removed from the property, costing me $340 and hours of inconvenience. This clearly reflects poor communication and lack of accountability from management. On top of that, the living conditions have been extremely frustrating. There is constant, loud noise from the unit above—day and night. It genuinely feels like there are multiple people running around at all hours. The noise is so severe that it has impacted my sleep and overall well-being. What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of response from management. I have raised multiple complaints, and no one has acknowledged or addressed these issues. It feels like once you sign the lease, your concerns are ignored. Between the towing incident, ongoing noise problems, and zero communication from the management team, this has been a very stressful experience.

Experiencia negativa: They charge you hefty amount when you move out (all renovation fees on you, with no bills provided, all they want is ur money for regular wear & tear, that should be done by them!!) don’t fall for reviews, look most highly rated were given around the same time for a promo or something…!! This place looks ok with views but is falling apart, poor trash management, poorly maintained infrastructure (broken exteriors/walkways etc..) Poor Management - doesn’t even care about roaches/bugs/parking issues/noice complaints & a-lot.. There are better communities with better views if you wanted to live better I suggest to avoid this community..

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT MOVE HERE! I REPEAT, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Newton’s third law of motion states for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. This is a truthful review written as a reaction to Jefferson creeks action of sending an outstanding balance straight to a collection agency without EVER sending me an invoice for moving out two months before my lease ended. The mistake I made was leasing the apartment without seeing it because it was being painted. This is absolutely the worse place I have ever lived in my life. Living in a tent in the middle of a desert in Iraq for 6 months was better than this lousy experience. If you are a cat lover you’ll love this place since there are no less than 100 stray cats on the property. A litter of kittens were born in my walls soon after moving in with constant meows for a month. Flea eggs hatched in the spring on the cheap wood like plastic floors that turned my ankles to blood from the flea bites. It took 2 months to eradicate them. The apartment itself was unsightly, huge patch marks in the ceiling from previous repairs, the floors were uneven to the point of actually causing me to trip. The inside constantly smelled of animal urine which I initially contributed to the previous owners pet but after mopping the floor several dozen times with bleach water the smell persisted which I later concluded that cat urine in the walls was the cause. The only cure would be to gut the walls down to the studs and totally replace. Water leaked from the tenants bath faucet above me for 4 months every time they turned it on. Maintenance would show up with no tools and just push stuff around my blower above the tub and walk out and say it’s fixed. This created black mold on the ceiling which I had to spray and scrub with bleach water every week and they never bothered to repair it even after eventually fixing the leak in the apartment above mine. You are constantly threatened weekly with $50 fines for doing the wrong thing. There so called “trusted” partner valet trash people were useless. They finally got rid of there “trusted” partners after they couldn’t deliver on power washing the breezeways. They only have one trash compactor for the entire complex and is completely over filled by noon Saturday until Monday morning. It is really embarrassing to have friends come over on the weekend and have to drive past the garbage stacked up outside. The apartment complex overall is unsightly, painted a depressing gray, old and dated 35 year old with nothing but a sea of cars to look at. People walk aimlessly thru the parking lot in the evenings. I’ll be leaving more honest reviews of Jefferson Creek on every single rating platform to inform the Public to stay away from this nightmare. I get physically ill just thinking about this slum and Westdale Management. AVOID at all costs!

Experiencia negativa: I feel like people should know what they’re signing up for. I ended up dealing with an infestation in my unit, even though I keep my home clean. When I reported it, the office was slow, unorganized, and honestly didn’t seem to care. I had to keep calling just to get updates, and the problem was never actually fixed. Pest control would come, do the bare minimum, and the bugs kept coming back. It got so bad that I started looking into breaking my lease because I should not have to pay full rent to live with an ongoing infestation and little to no support from management. The whole situation has been stressful and avoidable if they handled things properly. If you’re thinking about moving here, really look into how they handle maintenance and resident issues, because once something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

Experiencia negativa: My girlfriend and I have had to file 2 police reports in 2 months of living here.. they say there is security but never see them. Quite ridiculous. BUT THEY SURE DO KEEP THE TOW TRUCK ON SIGHT - SEE BELOW Updated review as of 10/25/2023: They have now towed my car on 10/20 and offered 0 help to the $350 fee I had to pay to get it out of the tow yard. It took about 5-6 days for my initial email to be addressed, and it was not addressed in depth as to how this happened. There is literally one person who does their job here and it is not management. I really wish google let you leave multiple reviews because this place sucks in multiple ways. do yourself a favor and do not move here. Jefferson Creek - Please respond w/ a fake, unauthentic response as you usually would so people can see your actual effort to address such matters. People work for a living. In that regard, this last week we were given a notice outside of our door for "Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Inspection" - This notice said that through Oct. 23rd AND 24th that all animals are to be caged, and that if the inspection team is unable to enter your apartment you will be charged. NOT ONLY did we waste 2 days of our time to make sure our animals were caged and to avoid a fee, they NEVER came by for such inspection. Not even a knock. People have jobs, Jefferson Creek's team should start doing theirs. UPDATE as of 10/08/2025 - Even after ALL of the above occurances, when leaving this lease the complex reported we owed them $1200 - which is no effecting my ability to get into a simple 500sq. foot apartment in Dallas. THIS PLACE IS FRAUDELANT, THE FRONT OFFICE IS AS LAZY AS IT GETS, PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD DO NOT APPLY TO LIVE HERE

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT MOVE HERE! THIS REVIEW IS LONG BUT IT WILL SAVE YOU IN THE LONG RUN!!! I really wanted to live here and I have regretted EVERY SINGLE SECOND of that decision since the day I moved in. The day of my move in I walked into a dirty apartment covered in plaster, paint, and dust from the maintenance done after the previous tenant. Nancy got the cleaners there asap and I was able to move in same day still with minimal delay, but the issues keep coming. I set off bug bombs while I was at my old place with the movers and I came back to roaches being dead in the tub and both sinks. Even worse, The washer and dryer i am paying to rent came to me infested with roaches as well so I had to bomb the laundry room area 2 more times to kill those off. Keep in mind this is just day 1 and 2 of my lease!! I decided to give it a chance simply cause I couldn't afford to relocate all over again and did all my preventive care to try to keep things at a manageable level. I constantly inform the office about these issues but after a week of no change with the level of roaches I was seeing, I had a meeting with the staff to see if I could change apartments or just break the lease. During that meeting I was begged to give them a chance to remedy the issue and was basically accused of bringing the roaches all at the same time. " we cant move you to a different apartment because your roaches will follow you " to which i told them flat out that they're the ones that gave me the damn roaches in the first place. Im 6 months into a 15 month lease and I've already been looking for new apartments because I hate it so much. I still have roaches on a regular basis. Thankfully not as many but this is only because of my personal care management. Pest control only comes in your apartment if you request it with the office staff and even when he does he just puts out roach bait that is supposed to make them infertile. Nothing to actually kill them so at this point I stop asking them to come. I've had 2 sets of kittens be born in the walls of my bathroom and no im not joking! The first time was in February 2025. I called emergency maintenance who thankfully showed up and told me the kittens were in the wall and that they would come back when the office was open to cut open the wall and get them. I was told I would get a call around 10 am when they came back but of course no one ever called or showed up. I called the office on my lunch break and the office staff told me there was a maintenance emergency causing a delay but he was pretty sure maintenance would be at my apartment before 5. I get home to let my pets out since I had them locked up all day and surprise surprise no one ever came by. I went straight to the office and talked with the office manager who apparently knew NOTHING about the issue. I played the recording I had of the kittens crying in the wall and was told maintenance had left for the day so she would have them go the next day. The leasing agent in the office heard the recording and literally laughed and joked that I was lucky and it was so cool to have cats in my walls! Of course no one ever came and when the office finally reached out to try and get something done ( 4 days later!!!) I was told that maintenance would have to inspect the apartment again before they could contact animal services. By this point the kittens hadn't been heard for a couple days so i told her to not worry about it. I typed this review on May 17th while listening to a new set of kittens crying in the walls. I heard these ones consistently for close to a week. Have not been able to get any office staff on the phone, sent management an email on 5/16 and still have gotten no response. Thanks to my new work hours the office is closed when I'm home so I'm stuck listening to kittens crying ALL DAY in my apartment walls because they dont care enough to do something. Im so fed up at this point that if It wasn't going to screw up my rental history I'd flat out abandon this apartment.

Experiencia negativa: WARNING to residents - do not let your guests forget to register their vehicles for parking....their car can be towed in less than an hour's time of parking which recently happened. And the towing company (named Apollo) charges the MAXIMUM amount allowed by Texas state law which is $272!!! Then once you include an approximate $50 fee for storage at the impound lot (for simply one day), plus taxes, plus any credit card processing charge fees of 3% (if you don't pay with cash), you're looking at a grand total of $331. Absolutely sickening. And there's also a daily storage lot fee of around $25 if you don't pick up your vehicle immediately! The tow truck company must be driving through the parking lot like vultures. I don't know if Jefferson Creek profits off of this as well (AKA, receiving kickbacks), but the fact that they contracted with a company who charges the absolute maximum allowed is disgusting. So, if your guest merely forgets to register and gets towed (which I'm sure these drivers attach vehicles ever so quietly to their trucks, so as not to cause anyone to notice), they will be paying over $300 out of pocket. I'll save everyone the time of trying to figure out where the car is towed to. Experiencia fantástica: Very good community, 1. Walmart, target , Whole Foods, sprouts is nearby.(5 min drive) 2. Good walking area and kids play ground 3. Parking facility is good 4. Experiencia positiva: The place is maintained with a good pool and basic gym. The first two months of our stay are good but when we requested for pest control, we didn't hear from them again. Recently there is a theft of car tyres too. So being vigilant is good. Although the lake view is great for an early morning or evening walks. It's pet friendly too.

Just because I have another works to complete today, I have made an appointment. Now I don’t understand what is the point for scheduling the appointment. Experiencia negativa: They charged $763 for this as my move-out charge. They said this “stain” cannot be removed so they had to change the tile. I asked them for the chargeable bill, they sent it without any company logo. Just a plain paper with some nonsense charge.

Experiencia negativa: I am writing my honest opinion wishing I knew these things before I lived her Want my opinion RUN ‍♀️ here is why 1- Safety —My car got broken into twice and the converter of my car was stolen and the management was not able to do anything — You always see random homeless people walking around the creek 2- Bills —The electric bill is crazy high and we checked all the companies we had the lowest rate after moving to a house our bill was lower then the apartment — the water bill is $90 for a small apartment 3- Management — They keep finding reason to make you pay fees — They are rude and disrespectful 4- After Moving out they send us a bill of $2000 for regular wear and tears use in the apartment Hope this will help any future residents to know where they will rent

Experiencia negativa: Walked in and the lady at the front had a very unwelcoming tone, me and my husband had a tour scheduled for 1:30 and no one communicated there was nothing to show at all, a complete waste of gas and our valued time. Although the office was beautiful, spacious and clean the staff members in the office seemed very bothered by visitors. Don't waste your time, read the reviews first and from experience never sign a lease where you are not welcomed.

Experiencia fantástica: Jefferson Greek Apartments stands out for its strategic geographic location that is 15 minutes from DFW airport and about 18 minutes from downtown. The outdoor facilities have a good atmosphere and the common areas are clean and well maintained. The GYM area has what you need to workout and the pool is quiet and great for family or friends. The staff is friendly and professional, so they also receive high praise for their service, which contributes to the welcoming atmosphere when getting to know the facilities and making the best decision to rent the apartment. Experiencia positiva: 2024: Overall 4 out of 5, a good place to live. 2022: Security may be a bit lacking, because last month our car’s front license plate got stolen, not exactly something that you expect would happen when your car is parked well inside the society. Had to go through tons of hassle because of this! 4⭐️ for that. 2021 Original review: An amazing place to live. Such a prominent location. Literally everything is on one arm distance. Bonus : The creek flowing by the backside of the society.

Experiencia positiva: Ive been here for 3 yrs. The grounds are kept clean. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion. The gym is brand new. Community is safe. Cool trail behind the complex by the water...good for walking/running; see pic. Great location. 10 mins from DFW Airport and 20 mins from Dallas Love Field. My only complaint...After 3 yrs as a tenant, I recently started experiencing issues with pests. This is a first for me. There was no sense of urgency when I reported it. Office personnel advised me that they reduced the number of treatments allowed in their contract with Orkin Pest Control. When Orkin finally came 2 weeks later it didn't help. I've been spending money out of my own pocket trying to combat the problem.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely LOVE living here. The office manager is super friendly and helpful with anything you need.I have had zero complaints. The maintenance staff are very diligent and fix things fast. The Maintenance staff is amazing and they respond to your problems almost immediately and are courteous and very knowledgeable. The grounds are kept up beautifully and being at the pool feels like you're at a resort. I definitely would recommend Jefferson Creek to all my family and friends.

Experiencia fantástica: I lived at Jefferson creek apartments from past 3 years. Joined here in Nov 2022 and my last date is 5th Sept 2024. Experiencia negativa: This is the mail that we received today. And it’s almost 12 Am still no water. This is second time in past two days. Thursday I received the mail 1 hr later water got shut off. Tried calling leasing office multiple times to check when water will be restored but no one answered on a week day. Not sure how to manage without water this long time and no one would be there to reach out to at this hour. No email with updates. They simply do not care about tenants issues. And no words to say about roach problem.

Experiencia negativa: I would give 0 stars if I could. Management sucks. When you ask them a question they never know what’s going on or what to tell you. Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. We have wasps, mosquitoes, and cobwebs around all the walls, doors, and fences and they don’t do anything to clean them. My AC was broken for over a month before they did anything about it and then it broke 2 more times before they replaced it and didn’t install it correctly so it blew up. So went the majority of the summer without AC. Their website says they have amenities that they actually don’t have. They say pest control comes once every month and they’ve been here once in the year and a half I’ve lived here. Only reason I’m still here is because I didn’t have time to look for a new place before my lease expired. They don’t do their jobs most days but the one time they do they towed my car because I had gotten a new license plate the week before and hadn’t had the chance to update it in the system because the code I had to change it wasn’t working. Overall one of the cheaper apartments in the area but even for what you pay you don’t get the bare minimum. Save your time and energy and don’t move here.

Experiencia negativa: Been complaining on top neighbors jumping nuisance to leasing office but they don’t care. This community don’t even have courtesy officer and it’s really no one to take care of noise complaints. Also they miss to inform you on lease renewals and they will put you on month to month rent and fines even it’s not your fault. Think twice before coming to this community.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been at Jefferson Creek for a long time. It has easy access to some of the major highways 114, 161 and 635. Its very well connected to both DFW and Love Field airports. Very close to hospital, grocery markets, restaurants and gas stations. The on-ground staff is very helpful and always greet you with a smile. A creek flowing by is a plus with a trail where you can take your morning and evening walks. People here are from a diverse culture and adds warmth to the sense of community. The management organizes seasonal events where you get a chance to meet, greet and socialize with more people. They have been renovating the whole comunity for quiet sometime now. Its a nice place to stay and call home.

Experiencia negativa: Imp : You would get zero help from the management. No use of talking to the management regarding any genuine problem. They won’t help you. We parked our car in this community as we came to meet my friend over the night. He told me to park the vehicle in uncovered open space as he was notified that way in the start of his stay(A board with same is posted in this review). But when we woke up in the morning, we didn’t see the car in the parking. It was towed in the early morning 5:40. We asked them there is a board mentioning unassigned vehicles can be parked in uncovered place, then why was the car towed. They were showing another board where it says visitor vehicle should be registered. We asked them their boards are very contradicting. They said they stopped following what is mentioning in the board(posted in the review). They don’t understand that this is a pure misunderstanding because of the two different boards meaning different things. They directly told that they can’t help us in anyway. Tow fine was around 317.54$ . We had to pay fine just to meet friend over night and made a decision to park the vehicle (with owner being mentioning to park it in uncovered place) and there’s no help from management as it is their mistake to have two different boards contradicting each other. Worst place. You won’t get any help in case.

Experiencia negativa: We were guests at this community yesterday and our vehicle got towed today without any proper reason. There was a board that says visitors can park in uncovered space and there was other contradictory board saying that any visitor vehicle has to be registered first. The latter board was very small and very easy to miss and wanted did that. We went by the first board and parked the vehicle. The community guys are so greedy and they themselves call and ask the towing company to tow your vehicle so that they get some commission in between. This same incident happened to multiple people multiple times and they keep introducing new rules but never keep the residents up to date with the rules.

Experiencia negativa: ALL of these pictures are extremely outdated and false advertising! Just take a walk around and you will see the place is falling apart. I lived here for 9 months and management turned over 3 times. The appointment was below average and although maintenance would respond they would do cheap fixes that would break again by the end of the day. The only thing that is good about the place is it is priced accordingly. Lastly there is a very diverse group of people who live here so they have different norms such as walking in the middle of the road late at night or throwing old food out into the grass attracting bugs and smells bad, just be aware.

Experiencia negativa: Former resident here. Had to leave ASAP!! Rude staff, major issues with roaches & bedbugs. Overall aesthetic is dirty and poorly constructed, like something from the 50s; amenities suck, can’t trash your bags conveniently! You had to drive your trash around the community to find an empty bin. Valet trash is a gimmick to charge you unnecessary fees. Gym room is small and has no ventilation!; constant noise and fumes from traffic. Not ideal place to live at all especially with what they try to charge people!!! Don’t waste your time; money is well spent elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: I have lived here since January 2021 and I love it. I'm close to the gas station, bank, Kroger, and Target. The community is friendly and hospitable. The ladies in the office are always helpful and understanding. The maintenance guys are timely and serious about any repairs. Most importantly, the bus passes right by the complex and to the train station where I can leave my car home and go to the airport. I travel quite a bit and do not have to pay airport or hotel parking anymore. I highly recommend this community. I will not leave until I buy a house next year.

I have been a resident of this apartment complex for around 6 months and they will charge you a rididulous price when you move out, even if have kept your apartment nice and clean. 3. Access to the laundry is not restricted/broken. 4. Poor management, keep everything documented because you will need proof for everything. 5. They said they will provide covered parking but for the unit I had, I did not have covered parking. Please think twice or more before moving in.

Experiencia fantástica: I am staying at Jefferson Creek Apartments from last 2 years. It's a nice experience and pleasant stay. The management is good on addressing the issues promptly. Rooms are big and open spaces with plenty of sunlight. Staying near a water body in these hot days, having It's own privileges. I would like to continue till I move to my own home. The price hike is very less. I don't have pets so no idea on those. During last winter, we neither faced water scarcity nor power outrage. The bad days already tested and this apartmnent stands out very good. Shade car parking is free as compared to other places to protect from hail Strom specifically if you stay in Texas. No bed bugs no insects. I believed that's on you how you maintain your house. They provide free pest controls.

Experiencia negativa: I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The office staff will do anything to avoid helping you. They won’t even try to assist you with anything. The office manager, Maria Ahumada, is particularly unhelpful and consistently refuses to answer/return phone calls and emails. I am counting the days until I move out, mainly because of the office staff.

Experiencia fantástica: The thing is that you are living in a convenient area where everything is right at your finger. You are right across the street from a gas station. You you can walk to a Starbucks and in the eating places. You are 1/4 mile from a Whole Foods, .5 miles from a Kroger and Target. 2.5 miles from a Walmart. You can get on 114 to get to work, right on the George Bush Tollway, and 2 miles from 635. Everything you can think of is right there when you live in these apartments.

Experiencia negativa: I just moved to Irving TX from Maryland for a job. I’ve never moved across country before. I wanted to make the transition as smooth as possible, and one of the things on my list was to find a decent apartment before I got on the road. I settled on Jefferson Creek apartments. I spoke with the leasing office, applied online, got approved, and they offered me to sign my lease. I signed the lease. A lot goes into moving, it’s a lot of stress, especially if you are moving across several states, and I figured, I want everything to be perfect so I went ahead and signed it. I broke a big rule here by signing a lease before I saw the apartment. And it came back to haunt me. I left on a Thursday night and was expected to get there late Saturday if not Sunday morning. Their website said they are open Sunday. but because of the ongoing public health issues, they changed their Sunday hours. In the middle of my road trip I realize they are not open Sunday. A guy at the leasing office told me if I am not there by Saturday, then I cant move in until Monday. So what was a nice road trip turned very unpleasant as I struggled to get there in time. I struggled hard and I got there a few minutes before they closed on Saturday may 16th. when i finally got there, They handed me the keys and closed the rental office for the day. No one bothered to check on my after this moment. I went to my apartment, walked in, and the first thing I noticed was pungent almost chemical like smell. I opened the window and tried to get the smell out. Rental office was now closed, so I had no one to assist me. I left the window open, turned a fan on, and I went out to go shopping, and came back a few hours later. The smell was still in the place! I noticed these huge bugs in the bathroom, where the smell was concentrated. These bugs looked like roaches and were the size of my thumb! I googled them and found out they were Texas Wood Roaches. Never seen anything like it! As freaked out, and disgusted as I was, I still tried to sleep because I was exhausted. I laid down in the living room, plugged in my CPAP machine, and fell asleep only to be waking up by hard snoring and choking through the CPAP. And I was like, why the hell am I snoring and suffocating through my CPAP machine? then I realized the smell I'm smelling is mold! That’s the only thing that could be choking me through my CPAP machine. This didnt happen in any of the hotels I stayed at on my trip. It was definitely mold circulating throughout that apartment! at that point I got up very tired, got all my stuff, and dragged myself into another hotel [I had been sleeping in hotels 3 days prior] and I was furious. I was so frustrated from having to drag all my stuff back to my car. I slept fine at the hotel, no snoring and no choking. The next day [Sunday] I tried to contact someone on but no response. anyways I didn’t return to the apartment until Monday when I handed them their keys back the minute they opened their office at 9 am. they charged me a lease breaking fee close to about 2 grand. Nobody has 2 grand laying around to just give up. Never apply at Jefferson Creek. These people don’t seem to care about anyone. they seem like they could care less about you. I am still here in Irving, and I found another apartment “Waterwalk”. No mold, no Texas sized roaches, and very good customer service. They actually care about their residents, have human compassion and empathy. You wont find that at Jefferson creek. The people at Jefferson creek are ruthless and only care about money, not providing you quality living. if you rent there, you will find that out very quickly. You have been warned.

Experiencia negativa: The trash in the mailbox area is always full and the apartments are filthy and full of roaches. And when I tell the manager there are roaches they don't care . This trash is still always full after I complained about it severally times it still looks the same nothing is getting done.

Experiencia negativa: If the maintenance happens in the apartment around you, No notice given to you. Drilling happening over your head, no notice. Reason given by property office "Its not quite hours, we don't owe you a notice". Lucky me I am out of here next week.

Experiencia positiva: Currently renting and my experience from start to moving in, was great! Very helpful staff and my neighbors are nice and everyone kind of just keeps to themselves. Yes, you do see strays, but what neighborhood doesn't have them? Most of the time, the apartment complex is clean. During the end of the summer, however, the pool always seemed to stay dirty. I wasn't too happy about that. Parking is first come, first served. In my opinion, it doesn't get overcrowded. So far, I am very happy here!

Experiencia positiva: I have live here for almost two years. Up until 2019 everything was fine. Now the breeze ways are dirty, contractor repainted the bathtub with a "very bad" paint job and today 11/23/2019 my vehicle was towed because the sticker expired on 11/11/2019. Not even given a "courtesy notice. Management should address their towing policy for expired stickers.

Experiencia fantástica: I lived in this community for 2 years and all I had was good experiences. I had a good creek view from my patio. I felt safe to walk around after dinner around the community. The staff were friendly and helpful. My two bedroom is spacious and worth the money. Close to MacArthur and Royal lane junction walkable to racetrack and several multi cousine restaurants.

Experiencia negativa: I have had a horrible experience with this apartment complex. I stayed between November, 2013 till September, 2014. Within this short span of time I had several uncomfortable experiences. My room was at the ground floor infested with rats. When I complained the apartment staff turned a deaf ear to my repeated requests to arrange for pest control. I was very tensed about the situation, since I was having a small kid at home. They finally did ask a pest control company to install few rodent traps in the house, but it was not until we ourselves took a lot of pain to keep proper food baits and placed the traps in more numbers and proper places, that the rat got caught! And believe me or not, they never bothered to compensate me or give a sympathetic service after what I had to go through for months. Also, in the end instead when I finally quit, they slapped a hefty fine on me as cleaning charges. Oh my god! cleaning charges for what? For cleaning their own mess?? I remember I had cleaned the house properly before leaving and still they charged. They had no repentance that it was me and my family who had to go through all the mess with the rats,pests, etc. that gave me sleepless nights! :-( They should seriously improve their services and make the lives of those who stay with them more pleasurable.

Experiencia negativa: Would not even give 1 star ! Management is rude and unresponsive. I have lived here for 5 years and I am so overjoyed to be leaving. I put up with it because of the extremely close proximity to my job AND it was the only place in Las Colinas that permitted 3 dogs. I had three pups 5 years ago. First, let me say that they allow undocumented people to reside in apartments and do nothing about it. Several apartments have multiple people residing in a 2 bedroom apartment which creates extra noise, extra water usage and extra garbage- all of which have plagued me the past 5 years. I’ve complained- no results. Next, they do not care about people who not pick up dog poop and allow them to have their dogs off-leash. Recently, I complained 4 times regarding a guy in my building who opens his apartment door and lets his dog out with no leash, no collar and the guy stays inside his apartment! The dog is running all over the complex peeing and pooping and charging at other dogs.. mine for instance!The other day the dog was out and tried to hump my little female Westie! The office told me the other times I complained that they do not know who the person is or the dog based on the description I gave! They needed me to take a picture with my cellphone! Yesterday I left a message for the manager and my call has not been returned! They know what building it is and it’s an upper apartment.. all they have to do is knock on doors! This is not safe for the dog or tenants. Every year my rent has been increased around $40 a month and the water bills are huge due to the splitting of the bill and the multiple people living in apartments. The grounds this past summer and Fall were horrible- the grass was overgrown and their was mud and dirt everywhere for months. If you are a responsible pet owner, want peace and quiet, responsive management and a safe and clean environment - stay away from this place!

Experiencia positiva: Nice and clean community, things I feel bad is there carpets are too old. When I entered the apartment for the first time there carpet is full of pet hates hairs , I was greatly disappointed. But then after so many service request they cleaned it. Apart from that community maintenance is very gud and friendly staffs .

Experiencia negativa: I would rather use 'NO STAR' if it could be available.Just screwed up with the leasing people. They are very arrogant and rude especially Diana. They couldn't keep their promise to allocate an appartment after the application fees has been paid and they didn't have a better explanation nor they have compensated with anything except returning my amount in a check. Now I'm hopeless to find an appartment in this area. I suggest everyone to not get decieved like this.

Experiencia negativa: Do not choose this place unless you are OK with your vehicles being vandalized over and over with no concern from the apartment complex to do anything about it. There have been stolen cars right out of the parking lot as well. NOT THEIR PROBLEM ONCE AGAIN. I will never rent from Jefferson Creek or Westdale owned apartments in the future.

Experiencia negativa: Been living here over a year, and my cars have been vandalized in the resident only parking lot here 5 times as of today. Every time you go talk to the office, they just say file a police report, it's not their problem, and they can't help. No cameras in the parking lot and no one cares to help. First incident someone hit my front bumper, bent the bumper and took off paint, the next 4 times someone poured a dark soda on my car during the night. The office only suggested someone I knew was vandalizing my car, which isn't logical considering we're new to Dallas, none of our Dallas friends know where we live and we don't know anyone else in the apartments. I'm 100% sure it's someone living in the apartments. Poor quality of people living here and poor management that will only push you away. Moving out as quickly as possible.
