Experiencia positiva: Edit: Worth Ross has improved a great deal since my initial review. It took a long time to get my condo fixed, but much of that is due to insurance. Thank you Araceli and Bob for helping my condo get restored. Leaving original review for context: Using this company would be one of the worst possible decisions anyone could ever make, in their entire lifetime. If you read this and still choose to use this company, you deserve all of the pain and suffering that will inevitably result from your poor, poor choice. My condo flooded because my upstairs neighbor's toilet was overflowing for several hours while he wasn't home. Had a restoration company come out to dry it and since then, NOTHING has happened. For five months I have been waiting and waiting and waiting. I will continue to wait because some days it seems they forget my claim still exists. I send emails to my account manager, she ignores them. I call their office. The reception transfers me to my account manager, who, of course, isn't available to take my call and has a full voicemail. I try to escalate things and reach out to other people in the organization. Everyone that works for this legion of doom has perfected their own version of saying, essentially: "There is nothing I can do currently because I am waiting for someone else to take action." Worth Ross's communication is non existent. They volunteer nothing and strategically allow people to wear themselves out in frustration before addressing their grievance. They set no expectations for what their clients can expect from them. They consistently make "lip-service" types of promises that they have no intentions of following through on and that you would be an absolute fool to give any credence to (Trust me, I foolishly know from experience.) I would have to say the primary purpose of our HOA dues are for these people to have an expensive office off 75 and a comfortable income in exchange for doing mostly nothing. There are no tangible, measurable results of their "work" to determine whether or not there is any value in the money they siphon from our bank accounts each month. I really can't be too sure what they actually do (It took them a month just to get me a remote to the gate of the complex) So I will continue to lose my mind in my destroyed condo because Worth Ross doesn't feel like following through on their contractual obligations. DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY UNLESS YOU ARE BEYOND STUPID.

Susan Houfek -------------------------------------------------------------- Looks like I forgot to "Post" the above comment last year. Laura continues to be a wonderful property manager. She juggles everything with grace always taking the high road. She works to keep the board happy, abusive owners happy, day-to-day owner requests fulfilled and I wonder how she does it. I'm talking to her about watering my plants while on vacation. Another owner is talking about Laura uncrating her dog while Laura is trying to schedule fire alarm testing. I appreciate Laura, respect her professionalism and admire her ability to "pick her battles". In condo living there is often the ownership personality that needs to have someone to bully, demean and abuse. Laura takes the high road and keeps the peace. I am grateful. Susan Houfek

Justin, our Property Manager for RROC here in San Antonio is always very friendly, professional in attitude and manner, highly skilled in his communicative ability and is solution oriented. As a resident here for 4+ years I've had weekly contact with him and I've been made to feel welcomed, supported and at home. We are fortunate to have him troubleshooting our issues and finding resolution when matters have risen to his attention.

It was a simple matter regarding providing payment to the HOA. How ever, I want to commend John in that he handled this simple matter as he handles all matters; professsionally, speedily, efficiently and effectively. I always know that when I engage John he will be objective and resolve the matter satisfactorily. John is a pleasure to work with on building matters.

Experiencia fantástica: Well, I’m not sure if I’m able to give an unbiased review at this point, since my relationship with our Assistant Manager, Jo Kinsey, at The Mayfair must be approaching two decades now. This feels a little like reviewing a family member. But, in thinking back, I can’t recall a single time Jo was not present and quickly responsive in helping me, even when unasked, with whatever I needed help with. I can think back at many, many times when she did help me. That includes specific request or simply my understanding a rule or procedure with our condo association which has been managed along with our Board so superbly through the many years.
Experiencia negativa: Been waiting 5months for a refund or credit on HOA fees and had every excuse under the Sun. If I was late 3days I’d be buried in late fees. Not a happy customer !!! Thankfully Angie Fowler that the complex is superb Heaven help you it there is a billing problem

Experiencia negativa: This management company signed a contract with our HOA in November of 2024. They were to transition before the end of the year with the previous management company. I have tried to contact them 4/5 times since January and they have not responded to any of my general question concerning the HOA finances or repairs. Our property finances were last posted Jan 7th and they have not explained why we have a negative balance in our HOA reserve. In the few months they have already changed property managers and the representative who the HOA contracted with has already left the company. The new property manager sent out an intro letter however contacting anyone in the company requires a separate email address or phone number which she indicated in her letter. They do not have an app you have to log into their email address and none of the separate email addresses or phone numbers are there. This is confusing and between that and not being able to access our finances and answering general questions I would not recommend this mgmt company.

I worked since September with your Customer Care who gave assurance that my payments would continue as scheduled. You wrote, "fee waiver request was approved" and now I see fees added! This is unfair, especially considering my good payment records in last 30 years and especially when there are many other owners who owe back dues thus putting more burden on the financial status of this HOA. It seems that I and other paying owners continue to pay for their neglect and lack of caring, thereby raising HOA dues every year. I object to your unfairness and lack of consideration. I hope you have a nice Thanksgiving and Christmas. I can say the "fees" you assessed will not bring much joy into this home.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a meeting at The Bonaventure with their Operations Manager regarding SERVPRO of Carrollton's services. My battery on my van was dead when I went to leave. Angel, part of their Service Staff, offered to get their charger, brought it out in 100 degree weather, and got me on my way. That is truly good character and super service when I'm just a visiting vendor. Great young man and part of the great team at The Bonaventure.

Although they did not resolve my issue, I do appreciate that they reached out so quickly (even if it was only based on a bad review). If I were reviewing them on my email interaction with an unnamed rep, it would still be one star. Whoever replied didn't even understand my issue, but provided a boilerplate response about late fees, which had nothing to do with my issue.

Experiencia fantástica: What a huge difference using a professional, experienced management company that understands they serve the residents of the community. I've been on several HOA boards and worked closely with management companies. After being on HOA boards for 40 years I decided to sit this one out!...It's difficult to find a management company that puts the residents first and meets the needs of the residents. Worth Ross Management is the company that understands the residents are their clients, not just the Board members. Our assigned manager is Shane Ousey, he truly understands the definition of customer service. Shane is on top of the issues, responds immediately to any and all concerns his residents might have within our community. Our community is no means a tiny community and sometimes with different personalities within the community managing some residents can be a task. However, based on what I have seen and heard Shane and Worth Ross Management is doing an outstanding job!...Keep up the GREAT service!
