Experiencia positiva: I went looking for an apartment and Miss Teresa welcome me and gave me all the information and their specials as well. She was so polite and respectful and very nice beautiful lady. Very good in bilingual she offer me some water temperature was hot at the time. We did a tour and she told me what's around the community such as shopping centers and schools etc. I felt so comfortable and she is amazing she make me feel at home. I had never ever met somebody like Teresa . I definitely will recommend this place for a nice cozy home.

Experiencia negativa: Bring angel back people who really want to help the residents and the property treats people with a good customers service gets fired not happy about that and leave people who have bad attitude and ignores residents when u complain about something that we are paying for we complain cause we have a written contract and are in the right to get service when we complain plus we please put attention to the residents changing staff is not going to get Nun done is just pushes everting back

Experiencia fantástica: My best friend lives at Pasadena Apts & tbh they are under new people in the office. Angel the new manager actually came to walk my friends apartments . Angel seems caring about the problems in the apartments. No manager has ever walked the apartment. Maintenance is bad but hopefully under the new manager it gets better.

She gave us the information and showed us the model. Angel than introduced us to Jazler the leasing agent. They are both very nice my sister is going to turn her application in Saturday. I recommend this apartments plus they have a 1mth free special

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been at these “luxury” apartments for a year in January and it’s been nothing but them getting over on tenants with all the trash and water fees, the roaches, and every month the water never works properly. I went an entire 5 days without running water or if they did have it on IT WASN’T HOT! Hell it’s not working right now since yesterday morning(2/28)I’ve had to spend extra money to go buy gallons of water just to flush the toilet. The office managers don’t stick around long not answer the phones. They will pick up and hang up and it smells musty even with a clean home. I pay hella trash fees and the parking lot is always run over with stank trash. I hate I renewed my lease but my daughters school is behind the Sonic/Laundry mat. These next 7 months can’t go by fast enough. I’d rather live with my toxic mother than suffer here and waste money. The way I live makes this unit look decent. WORST APARTMENTS EVER! No matter the name change.

Experiencia negativa: Lived here for 4 months. The first day in our "ready to move in" until, we saw roaches everywhere. Dead ones in the living room when you first walk in, dead ones in the kitchen cabinets, live ones crawling along the walls in the bathroom. We called front office immediately and requested extermination before settle our things in. We were told someone will be at our until within a few minutes. A week went by and no one ever showed up. We were forced to stay with my mom that entire week while paying extra money for our things to be in storage. Everytime we called the office, no one answered, DURING BUSINRSS HOURS! We had to send a letter through the mail requesting extermination or we will break our lease. (We went through the standard state protocol for that letter). Within one day of sending that letter, pest control arrived at our door. The next issue was the cracks in the windows in the living room. It stormed one night there, that is when we noticed the cracked windows. Water was pouring through. Again we were forced to move our things to avoid water damage. A work order request was issued again with no response for weeks. Had to issue another state ordered letter. We received quick repairs after the letter was sent. So they obviously will not do any repairs unless you report it to the state. This isn't counting the fact that the entire unit was outdated. Oven did not work, A/C was not working, bathroom sink's faucet had very low water pressure (basically dripping) and cabinets were just painted over and not properly cleaned. You can see how they pained right over dead roaches. Couldn't even be bothered to clean the bugs up. The balcony had a loose wooden board. We didn't go out there at all for fear of falling. Trash container outside was always overflowing. Bugs and other animals infested the trash containers. You can smell the trash from your windows. Thus may have been another cause to the roach infestation. When I paid the extra to terminate the lease, the property were still charging me money 5 months after everything was completed. I requested a refund and it was denied. No one would answer the phone. I had to go through the state to get that sorted out as well. Would not recommend this location at all. If you can't afford to live anywhere better, then stay with a family or friend. Do NOT waste your money with this place.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give a 0 stars I would, the sinks are always stopped up , roach infestation and be the electrical is always on a fritz. The dining room light not working again. The water issue is on an every other month issue.

Experiencia negativa: RUN! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! This complex doesn't even deserve half a star. Bed bugs, roaches, mold. No matter how good you clean you will never get rid of anything until you move from this dump. Any good star review is definitely someone that DOES NOT live there. I had to break my lease. I could not take it any longer. They are horrible to deal with in that office. Now that I moved I no longer have bug issues. I had to get rid of almost everything I own. If you like living in trash then this place is for you.

Experiencia negativa: After being hung up on when we called the number below provided to us to contact. Since nothing has yet to be done about the rust, mold and AC in our unit, while the master bedroom getting up to about 90° even while having 6 fans. We have decided to get in touch with a health inspector as well as seeking legal action. We are not the only ones in our building and across from us dealing with all of this. Experiencia negativa: I would give these apartments no stars if I could, the management is terrible. all they want to do is take your money. I always paid my rent and utilities a week before it was due and they never paid attention to us, they never answer their work orders on time and will even forget to look at them. I went a month with no a/c in June, when I first moved in the dishwasher had mold and stuff floating in it and even had a terrible smell it took them 3 weeks to fix it and only did when the city inspection came. if it wasn't for that I have no idea when it would have been fixed. they will turn the water off with no warning and turn it off a lot even when you do pay the bill. Sonia will hang up on you when trying to help you and will be extremely rude to you. the only person that helps and does her job well is Karla. There is trash everywhere and it never gets picked up. the parking lot is in terrible condition and there is hardly ever any parking after 8:30 at night. The office closes when they want and will not warn you or have a reason to. There is no 24 hour maintenance here they say they do but in reality they don't respond until you hound the office to get the work done. On our last month after signing papers stating that we will not renew our contract, during inspection Sonia took our unit key and told us in front of city inspection that we would get our key back the same day, but did not give it back until 4 days after when we went over to the office and asked Karla to give the key back. The day we went to return the keys, they did not advise us to also grab our EXPIRED stickers and refused to take the keys back without the stickers. Since it was so close to closing we were wanting to go back the next Morning, but Sonia threatened to charge us the WHOLE month instead of just taking the keys while Karla was okay with us leaving it under the front office Matt. Online it showed that we were charged for the month of November even though we already signed and told them that we were not going to be there anymore. Even though this place is at a cheap price, there are other places that are better in service and maybe even price, I do not recommend anyone to move here and to please look somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: They are terrible! They don't care about the residents safety/health. Secretary Sonia is very rude to residents. We have no electricity based on an accident that occur and aren't helping us. It been 3 days and we have to sleep with no A/C, no food, and door open. No one is helping us.

Experiencia positiva: It has its pros and cons. Extremely affordable rent, office staff is amazing, no real amenities, maintenance is almost nonexistent, and if you hear gunshots go off nearby don’t expect anyone to call the cops. Also- find a good laundromat nearby because these are always down. Other than that it’s a great place to start off after college or with bad credit.

Experiencia negativa: Neglectful Management and staff, Quick to take your money and not attentive to you as a tenant at all. I pay on time never had issues for them to complain with us about. I moved here about 5 months ago every time i have an issue i called for service no one ever respond, i found roaches all over the apartment which they didn't notify us prior to moving in day and its very disgusting. My fridge was infested I called the office many times no one did anything to fix this issue i waited for about 2 months and then it broke. finally they sent someone but it took forever and then it broke again days later on Christmas when everything is closed. They say we might get a fridge but they're waiting on the vendor, lets see if this is a month long wait. my dishwasher stopped flushing the water since i moved in, I waited 5 months and still nothing. i lost over $400 worth of food because of the negligence. You can call the emergency number and you’ll never see or hear from anyone. They need to concentrate on the tenants being taken care of instead of trying to make themselves look good on these google reviews. Definitely the worst management i do not recommend these apartments. run the other way.

Experiencia negativa: We have went 3 days now without hot water. I was told the first day that they did not know about the hot water being off until they got to work.... then I was told that the boiler was turned back on. I got home to take a shower and No HOT water for the 2nd night. I called and put a work order in again. So on the 3rd day I called the office to see why my water was still cold, I was told that plumbers were called and that everything was back working. But again for the 3rd night of coming home for working as a dental assistant I could not take a hot shower. For most people it might not be a big deal but I Work around Aerosols all day every day and I would really like to make sure I have hot water when I get home. I pay my rent on time if not early. I’m really regret moving in these apartments. Can’t wait until my lease is up. Oh and I never have lived in apartments where my water, trash is 144.

Experiencia negativa: Do not live here. This place is total a scam. My water billing is about $200 per months plus electric ity for a 800 sq ft apt( it is including water sewer and trash fee). At first, I thought it was a nice place with a good pay rent, but they scam you for the water bill, which you cannot control or knowing how much you actually use. They broke my floor after moving a broken fridge outside, they said they will fix it but after two months already, with several times I requested them to fix it. They just ignore it. Please stay away from this place

Experiencia negativa: I use to be a resident here, so my 1 star review will not change. I had exterminators coming for bed bug treatment every other weekend. So the place was never a reliable living enviroment. The office would not do anything on their part. I filed 2 BBB complaints with them. Maintenance wont fix anything on time. I had a leak on FIRST FLOOR!!!! They still took 3+ months to fix and all they did was paint the water marks.

Experiencia negativa: Do not rent here. The staff are some of the most incompetent people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. They will try to charge you for everything and even nothing, and when you call them doing something wrong that get defensive and try to say its somehow your fault. The apartments are have some of the cheapest repairs they can do.

Experiencia negativa: What can I say overpriced not enough space pretty ghetto and then on top of that you have the tow truck service coming through picking up vehicles that don't belong to them! You can't even cook out without getting fined they are very strict here and this place pretty much sucks.

Experiencia negativa: I've lived here for 3 yrs and I've had issue upon issue and they are fast to take your money and slow to fix anything. Upon getting my deposit and after showing me the apt they where soon to rent to someone else is where it all starts. The apt wasn't even ready as it was suppose to be and had to extend a month at my other place because of this. Ive had leaks in the roof since I've moved in and each time I'd have to call code enforcement, my windows were not even properly installed and was being held in place by a nail, called code enforcement to have them replace every one, I've had a rat & a mouse, and of course electrical issues which weren't fixed until once again code enforcement comes through. Even as of now I've placed in request for over a month about light fixtures, garbage disposal, and still nothing. Side note when they replaced the electrical panel they used and extremely long screw which is protruding from the wall at this very instant.

Experiencia negativa: Lived here for a few months. Could not stand the roach infested apartment they rented me. Wasn't even painted completely. Fridge had blood from previous tennant's guessing from the meat. Ac broke down so often never got it fixed. I move out. Now they wanna hold it on me to pay a fee for there lack of maintenance on there behalf. Charging me 3000 broken lease fee. Hell no.. even explained to them why I was moving. They didn't care. The more read reviews I should've got the hint not to move in. Guess I'll have to take legal action. Show all the photos I saved from the day I moved in.

Experiencia negativa: I was happy when I seen the prices. But after reading all the bad comments I changed my mind. I have seen bad reviews on apartments but not every comment. Hope everything get better for the owner sound like some work need to been done with the staff.

Experiencia negativa: I moved in here and it was decent at first while under construction. Then more people moved in. Loud music all the time, parties on weeknights, police in apts daily. Parking is horrible, I was working nights at the time and there are so many people per apt there is not enough parking. Be ready to park 1/4 mile away at the office and walk to your apt if you leave after dark. My AC broke 5 times over 1.5 yrs. I had to live in TX summer without a working ac for months. Never took any money off the rent or made it a priority. I called code enforcement and it was fixed 2 days later finally. The stove NEVER worked properly in 1.5 yrs. It would heat to 500 degrees or 200...no in between. The maintenance crew consists of 3 guys handling hundreds of units..they are overworked and have more issues than they can deal with. The park is overcrowded and full of unattended kids and teens. Trash everywhere, they only pick up trash once a week....1 bin per 50 units or so. I moved out 4 months ago...still haven't heard anything about getting my deposit back; as I left the place cleaner than when I moved in. Do not move here...even if its free. You will regret it.

Experiencia negativa: Lived here for 7 months or so. Originally we were told we'd get a 2 bedroom apartment amd we were given a 1 bedroom to stay in the the 2 was ready, but never got it. I'd say the reason for this is, because there are families who live in large quantities in a small apartment we would be forced to live in similar condition. My mother was forced to set up her room in the living room amd me and my brother got the very small bedroom. Fortunately there was 2 closets and we had room for the extra stuff we couldn't really unpack and have room for. Our aparment was around 800 dollars by the way. The appliances were fairly new and that was great. The sink in the bathroom didn't work and the toilet often clogged and once even leaked into the room and we had to move everything into the living room, until the carpet was cleaned. The air conditioner was junk and the windows were too big to put a window unit into. There were no, bugs which was great, but we kept everything as clean as we could. The first week we moved in I had to call in to the non-emergency police line, because there were people outside my window with their car's music turned all the way up at 11 at night on a Thursday. Those people also stood up against our front windows and acted threatening, I had a small pistol ready to go in case I had to off some drunk people. We were forced to leave, because the manager wouldn't take our last payment and let the eviction process complete itself. My mother went to the court session and the judge said they had that power to not let us pay our rent and the eveiction wouldn't be taken off. The manager and her goons will come and make her roynds when someones hasn't "payed " like I said we technically paid, but it wasn't accepted, when she makes her rounds she will take a television from your apartment and wont even knock. The manager dosen't take them as collateral, she just takes them and dosen't discount your rent. If I was there I would have used reasonable force, it's Texas after all use some common sense lady. Nobody deserves, within reason this kind of treatment. Maybe it will get better and I can only hope, but my experience was less than desireable. Use extreme caution when hunting down a home. My message to the manager would be "be careful who you mistreat, they just may be the wrong who.

Experiencia negativa: This apartment complex has serious issues. - Bedbugs. We've been getting bitten for the six months we've lived here. Apartment was inspected twice and the inspector "didn't find anything". It wasn't until we took a tupperware with ones we had caught into the office while a lady was considering renting that they did something about it. The lady saw the bugs and hastily left. Extermination supposedly came, but we are still catching plenty. -Bees. Yes, bees. There is a hive of bees living in the wall of our apartment, a fairly recent development, we've been asking for it to be removed for a month. They're "getting to it". Thus far no stings, but my sister is allergic and now has to carry her epipen with her constantly. If she is stung it would make of a lovely lawsuit I am sure. And we've found one in our apartment, which leads nicely into... -Poor construction. The front door does not fit the door frame. Well... most of the doors don't fit their frames actually. You can see daylight through the sides, and it's so bad that we can't fix it with weather stripping. Even if they do get rid of the bedbugs, they're probably come right back in. We have seen bugs crawl underneath the closed door. Bug barrier spray seems to help, but isn't totally effective. The windows don't seal well either. -Poor maintenance. There is a hole in our kitchen ceiling that drips whenever it rains. We have a contain on top of the fridge to catch the water. They are "getting to it" on this as well. Utilities are ~$80 a month, not including electricity. Not sure if that is good or bad, but coming from an area with lower cost of living, it is annoying. As is the electricity, which is far higher than it should be because the house is poorly sealed. Mostly we've just adapted to higher temperatures. As other reviewers have mentioned, parking is a problem, but you can find spots at night if you are diligent and willing to be a ways away from where you live. Other than not fixing the problems and overcharging for a problem apartment, the staff seem alright. They don't seem to like us, but as we are always bringing up issues and asking why they haven't been fixed, it's understandable. *Edit. I have been by the office. The entire building is badly infested and requires a thorough delousing. That's what your pest control company said. Still finding bedbugs.

Experiencia negativa: We have lived here for over 20 years and we are wanting to leave ASAP! DO NOT MOVE HERE- EVEN IF RENT IS "CHEAP" Office personnel changes- seems like a weekly thing. The office manager has always had in attitude. One time, an office personnel told a resident they couldn't be assisted because it was 10 minutes until 6 and she "didn't have time to assist anyone because she had plans and had to leave right at 6".. Um no, your job is help! I've asked for several maintenance requests- I get an email with all in one order and when one is done, they close all the others. Maintenance is crap! Rent is outrageous and they are not luxury apartments. They don't even have a pool, or fitness center to at least credit why rent is so high. They claim it's because they're making all these changes... yet they haven't wanted to change anything in our apartment. Parking is a disaster. Alarms are always going off. I sent a letter to corporate and never received a call back, email, or letter to at least even acknowledge my concerns. They probably don't care, that's why there is not number listed. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I had to give a star because it wouldn't let me post without it... wish I didn't have to rate it with a star.

Experiencia negativa: This place is TERRIBLE! I lived here for about 9 months and it was the worst place I've ever been. They took a month to replace the fridge that was there, which gave off a horrible smell. When they finally replaced it, they tore up the floor taking out the old one. They said they would come back and fix it and they never did. I gave them my pet deposit along with the fist months rent and the used my pet deposit towards me next months rent and made me believe I got a move in special. They then went on and gave me a violation for it. The management sucked and weren't very friendly. The receptionist was very unprofessional and was even giving me attitude when I was trying to figure out where my pet deposit went. She was blaming me for that happening. Horrible place, do NOT come here!! I will definitely not be staying here again. EVER!

Experiencia negativa: We were prospective renters, hoping to get a good deal. We should have known better. The place looked decent, and the staff was friendly, but once we put in our application and a deposit, things started to go south. My husband got a call from them saying there was a problem with our application, but they didn't know what it was, but that they'd appeal it to see what was going on. Two weeks later, they called me and left a message. I asked my husband to call them because I was at work. They wouldn't answer his calls, or if they did, they just hung up on him without answering. So I had to call. When I did, they told me we'd not passed the application process because my husband supposedly owned property he owed money on. (He doesn't own any property, and hasn't ever owned any property.) They then argued with me over that, then told me that because we'd failed the application process, we wouldn't get anything back. The application fee, I can understand, but they said we wouldn't even get the deposit back. Apparently they'd "told us", via word of mouth, at the time of application, that if we didn't pass, we didn't get anything back. Neither my husband or I remember them saying anything about that, let alone seeing it in any of the contracts or application papers we looked at or signed. We do NOT recommend them to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: went on their website because prices were listed low. Went to check it out and there is no clear sign for the leasing office entrance went into the employee area were it looked awful and falling apart, run down kitchen horrible paint job. Finally find the correct entrance where a lady was complaining about a horrible job they did repairing her air conditioner, after she gave her some lame excuse to get her off her back. She then proceeded to get on the phone and then asked us how she could help us while still on the phone. I told her we would let her know when she gets off the phone. When she did we mentioned how on her site a three bedroom was listed for under 800 and we were interested she told me that they only do craigslist and her manager wasnt there to verify the website. She then took a call from her phone in the middle of speaking with us so we just got up and left. I guess we lucked out by avoiding this train wreck

Experiencia negativa: Terrible place to move, we live in a 1 bedroom n we started from 600 to now 780! They are charging almost $80 for utilities NOT including the electricity bill, they are ripping us off. Plus the maintenance is terrible they take for ever to come and fix the problem, and sometimes they don't even fix it they make it worse.
