Experiencia fantástica: As the President of the HOA at Traditional Heritage Village in Frisco, I work directly with Shonda Pratt at Real-Manage, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Shonda stepped in to manage our community during a period of transition, with very little prior exposure to our HOA and minimal preparation time to learn the history of our challenges. Despite that, she delivered from day one. From the beginning, she took the time to truly understand our community—our concerns, priorities, communication style, and goals. Shonda is highly professional, communicates clearly and promptly, and consistently puts the client’s needs and best interests first. She makes sure she fully understands what we are trying to accomplish and always comes forward with thoughtful solutions that actually move things forward. It has been incredibly easy to work with her. She is responsive, proactive, and reliable. Even in difficult situations, Shonda remains calm, positive, and solution-oriented. Experiencia fantástica: I am writing to share my experience with Briana Anderson, the property manager for RealManage. Unfortunately, my immediate neighbor's house burned down last month. It was a terrifying experience to be woken up by Plano police at 3:30am yelling at me to get out of my house. Around 9:00 that morning, Briana stopped by to check on me and the neighbor on the other side making sure that we were ok and asked if we needed anything. She continued to stay in touch and mediated to get funds for me to fix minor damage to my house caused by the fire. She is very professional and kind in her correspondence. She is efficient and communicates clearly and promptly with the residents regarding general repairs etc. Thank you and good job Briana!

We also finally have insight into our assessment fee allocation and can actually see what it goes towards with the vast improvements made to our community amenities and events. Experiencia negativa: Our association engaged RealManage for full-service HOA management beginning November 2024. Over the course of the first year, our Board documented recurring operational concerns in several core service areas, including inspection scheduling and reporting consistency, administrative tracking accuracy (ACC items and task closures), meeting notice timing, and responsiveness to escalated questions. In multiple instances, issues that were represented as resolved later reoccurred. We also experienced system-related challenges, including portal functionality and email link errors, which complicated communication and documentation. To be fair, some items were eventually addressed after follow-up. However, resolution often required repeated Board intervention rather than proactive correction. Every community has different needs, but based on our experience, associations considering RealManage may wish to ask detailed questions about inspection protocols, reporting cadence, communication expectations, and escalation procedures before entering into an agreement. This review reflects our Board’s documented experience during the initial contract term.

Experiencia positiva: I am a Board at local condo association. Today we had a vendor who check was sent to a wrong address. The error was ours and when I contacted our community manager, Shonda, she immediately responded . She identified what info was needed to expedite a check for our vendor, She then gathered and reviewed needed forms and got them to management for the "ok" to have a check processed today and got our vendor needed monies. Experiencia negativa: I’m extremely disappointed with how my HOA account was handled. I recently discovered—by accident—that my account had been marked as sent to collections. No one from the HOA ever emailed, called, or notified me of any issue. The only reason I found out was because I logged in to update my payment method. My dues have always been on auto-pay, and I’ve had a tenant in this property for two years with no prior problems. To be placed in collections without a single attempt to contact me is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Homeowners deserve timely communication and transparency. This experience has caused unnecessary stress, confusion, and concern, and I hope the management seriously reevaluates how they handle homeowner accounts.

Experiencia negativa: Allows semi trucks in a residential neighborhood, even though the docs and city ordinance forbid it. After multiple complaints and pictures, their only response was "we only saw one semi in a driveway". Also ignore official mail sent read receipt to their mailing address.

Experiencia negativa: These guys have been consistently bad to work with. We have been in contact with them since May attempting to get simple pool tags for our community pool. We explain the situation to the pool employees, “no tag, no entry”. We were told a month ago tags were sent, only to find out they hadn’t and now another 5-7 days we should hear something. Summer is over and every time we talk another excuse. I hope our HOA finds a more reputable company.

I could not reach the I always talk to an agent works for them and then wait 2-3 days to hear back. Services they provide does not deserve the money they get. They are always rude. I hope our neighborhood gets a better management company, the old company was much better.

Experiencia negativa: This company are simply scam artist. I live in Stonebridge ranch in McKinney. They took over our property management about 6 months ago. They fine you for a non-detailed violation you call them, fix it, then they fine you again and tell you it was for the same violation but point to a different place. They intentionally wait to inform you of violations (over a month) so they can fine and increase fines. They give you a moving target... (replace these bushes) so you replace them, then they tell you to replace different bushes (that were fine the first time) and just keep fining you over and over as though you never fixed the first occurrence. They wait days to respond to you. They give overly vague responses when they do respond. They are compensated based on how much money they collect and screw you through process in order to maximize collectibles.

She had been covering prior so I reached out not sure if our account manager was still out. He wasn’t but that didn’t matter. She took care of it and did what was needed to make sure we had what it took to get what we needed. When there was a question she immediately engaged Emily who jumped right in and help her a navigate the problem all while I and the vendor were on the phone. The vendor was ATT to put that in perspective. These two were great and much appreciated. Thank you ladies for stepping up.

Experiencia fantástica: I live in a wonderful place. Our community is beautiful with so many things to connect with my neighbors. There are book clubs and wine tasting and social events. One of the best part is that we have people that truly care about their jobs and are on top of anything that is needed. Avery and Andrea are the best!
