Negative experience: Terrible customer service at Rocklin Park Place. Multiple emails and calls and NO RESPONSE!

Negative experience: I pay $350/month to be ignored via email, over the phone, and in person by both the office staff and the HOA president. I’m sure you’re thinking “they must have reason to avoid you,” but my requests are mostly simple and are undeniably Association Management Concepts’ legal responsibility. If they do ever address a work order, they’ll be sure to make the situation infinitely worse before they resume ignoring you. Please find the attached photos of when I advised of a severe leak in my laundry room that had caused a hole in the ceiling. After weeks of ignoring my repeated requests, they finally showed up and patched the hole in the ceiling… without addressing the leak, causing water to shoot out of every orifice; they then proudly stated their repair was complete. You truly can’t make this stuff up ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I’ve really enjoyed working with AMC. Their entire team is easy to work with, responsive, and professional. Communication is clear and they genuinely care about both their vendors and the communities they manage. I have to say, I'm very impressed with how they're really getting things done to improve the community. Negative experience: If there is 0 stars. I will give 0 stars or even negative stars. The worst property management company ever. My lender requested HOA a balcony inspection report, but they haven't responded since October. It's also very difficult to contact the person in charge. I send emails every day, but no one responds. My phone calls always leave messages, but they never return them. I'm so disappointed with this property. I was looking forward to moving into this house, but now I'm so disappointed.
