Fantastic experience: I was referred to Melissa Williams by my lender and I am soooo glad we were connected. I had a meeting with a different realtor group, and something just didn't feel right. I called Melissa and on our call Melissa was so enthusiastic and eager to get the ball rolling! We set up a coffee date to meet and from that moment, I WAS IN! I met Melissa on a Thursday and by Saturday, she was already showing me houses. She took me on a tour of 15 houses just to get a feel for the market. From the beginning of August until the end of our QUICK CLOSE, Melissa was on my favorites for text threads and phone calls with my partner. Fantastic experience: We live in Fresno, CA. We purchased this house in Sacramento, CA where both of my daughters studying in med school. This house is for my daughters. I don’t know anyone in Sacramento. My youngest daughter met Melissa Williams at an open house. From there on, Melissa helped my daughters from showing the house until they got keys of the house. Fantastic experience: I first met Jessica when my mom's health started to deteriorate and we were making plans to sell her house. I found her when walking through the neighborhood and seeing her name on a "For Sale" sign. She was one of the few signs that also included the word "Sold". That was probably not the most scientific way to find a realtor, but boy did it work. My mom's house was a nicely renovated house in East Sac built in 1917. While modernized, there was plenty to do to get it ready to go on the market. Jessica handled everything! Did I mention do not live in Sacramento? That's what made her service even more incredible.
