Jim is the Founder, President, and Broker of @amenrealestate (DRE #01841461 | Corp #01861586); a boutique Brokerage that does residential, multifamily, commercial leasing, commercial sales, and business brokering. He started as an appraiser in 2004 and became a Broker in 2008. Jim comes from a large Lebanese family who all live in Southern California and run an independent chain of grocery stores. He attended Sacramento State and stayed in the region after graduation. Jim had a mentor who brought me into his real estate appraisal business which helped him become an expert at understanding home values.

1 month ago Fantastic experience: To be honest, I sort of stumbled upon Amen Real Estate and boy I am lucky!! I was looking for a mobile home in the Placerville aea and while looking online, I found one i was interested in and I reached out to Amen, so I could take a look at it. I met Matt Levine at the location.And from that point forward, he was my go to guy! He was always on top of everything. He handled a couple small hiccups like he had done it every day and we even closed on time!!! He new the answers to all my questions. I felt really comfortable working with him. He got to know me so he always had properties that he knew I would like. And he was in contact with info, properties, etc daily. I was never waiting around wondering what was happening lor looking up stuff on my own. He really knew his stuff.!! He got me the best deal I could have ever dreamed of on the property i really wanted for an amazing price! THANKS MATT!!! 4 months ago Negative experience: DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE.. YOU DONT WANT TO BE IN A SITUATION WHERE THEY CANT GIVE YOU SIMPLE ANSWES.. I HAVE REACHED OUT TO MEGAN SEVERAL TIMES WITH QUESTIONS ON HOME INSURANCE SO I CAN PUT IN A CLAIM AND I GET NO RESPONSE … THEY NEVER TILD ME INSURANCE WAS EXPIRED OR THAT I DIDNT HAVE ANY INSURANCE.. THEY STATED THAT SOMEONE ELSE BOUGHT MY LOAN BUT CANT EVEN GIVE ME THAT INFORMATION.. I HAVE WAS GOING TO SELL MY HOME AND WAS GIVEN A QUOTE FOR APPROXIMATELY 10K I HIRED SOMEONE ELSE AND WAS GIVEN A 25K QUOTE .. VERY SUSPICIOUS AS I WORKED WITH MEGAN AND WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL WHEN I WAS THE ONE BUYING AND THEY WERE GETTING THEIR COMMISSION..PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE !!!
