Fantastic experience: I have been working with this company for over 10 years. And they still keep impressing me with their highest professionalism , impeccable customer service and how easy and fast they fix homeowner’s problems. I am so happy I found them and proud to be their client.
Fantastic experience: Garage door repair was requested and done by 12:30 pm the first business day after I reported the issue.
Negative experience: Highly unprofessional and unethical company. They are supposed to do walkthrough during tenant move in and move out and make sure any property damage is taken care of. They will make all excuses and will lie to both the tenants and property owners so as to not get involved in any property damage assessment. They told me that I will be charged $100 for doing a walkthrough with the tenant. Similarly, they discouraged the tenant to avoid asking for a walkthrough. Just a bunch of crooks.
Negative experience: You can’t view properties without paying $85 dollars per application. Ridiculous and scamming people of money for just wanting to see if a property fits your needs!
Negative experience: Sadly they want you to pay an application fee before viewing a location. How they justify that is beyond me. I am not paying to view an apartment. Edit: You can justify it however you'd like. You're still requiring people to pay before viewing a place. That's just not something I can accept when looking for a place to live. I did call, all I got was a recording and then absolutely nothing.

Negative experience: Rented from RentPros in Sacramento off Land Park Drive for a year and it was without a doubt the worst rental experience we've ever had. We literally had a car run into our house, shattering the living room windows and throwing concrete all over the place, and we were never pro-rated rent for that month despite having cardboard and wood covering our windows for two weeks in winter. Of course, we were charged over $1k for painting and cleaning when we moved out... Normally that may be fine, but here's what we dealt with in just a year of living in a RentPros managed home: 1. Only bathroom toilet upstairs was inoperable for over a week upon move in 2. Upstairs shower drain cover was totally unscrewed, leaving an open hole in shower floor (see pic) 3. Freezer drawer frozen shut upon move in 4. Upstairs shower handle covers coming off on spout head and temperature knobs 5. Upstairs bath drain was clogged, had to get it snaked professionally 6. Mold in upstairs & downstairs shower 7. House AC air filter was filthy and put in backwards and we were charged with replacing it upon move out 8. Unventilated dryer which they refused to run a vent to the outside for, which means it blew hot air back into the house (super fun in Sacramento summers in an old house where the AC barely works) 9. Could not open half the upstairs drawers because they'd been painted so many times they were stuck shut 10. Rusted out fixtures in both showers (so much so they were turning green). I could go on and on. Overall, the house was dirty, poorly maintained, and we found it to be a constant stressor to have to schedule with maintenance guys through their team who may or may not fix the problem.

Fantastic experience: This company was referred to me by a long time realtor friend in Roseville. They did an excellent job of taking care of my client. My client was not able to take possession until a month after closing and they were prepared once the property was available. My client was very happy with their service since he does not live in California.
Fantastic experience: I was advised by a couple of close friends (one a professional realtor and one a property manager) to go with Rent Pros. The laws have changed so much that a bad tenant can really cause havoc! Rent Pros did all the work of screening and advertising and I am confident I made the right decision. Easy to work with and 100% Pros! I’m retired now and not looking forward to the calls to come fix something, life just got a lot easier!

Negative experience: This is just my experience, but it was not a good one. Ben from rent pros came to look at my place, as I thought it was close to ready, but he said it was not and very quickly referred me to another rental company. He had given be a list and most items were handled, but he said my cleaning lady did not do a great job. I let him know I agreed, but did not have a lot of experience with cleaning folks and that I would finish all the items myself. He very coldly said he's a nice guy but his boss wants it referred out to another company. I politely asked if he could give me another week to complete, as I have been work tirelessly for a month on this place and that everything remaining would be handled. Ben reminded me that he is a "nice guy" in about the rudest tone possible and said no you need to find someone else as he can't have his time waisted. On top of it I have used the contractors that he recommended. I would look somewhere else, I thought part of the point of using a property manager was that you PAY FOR THEIR TIME and in Turn they help you. Maybe he was just in it to drum up work for his contractors, so hard to say, but he is very NICE

Fantastic experience: Rent pros helped me get into a property even though my credit was not where it should’ve been, but this was only due to me selling my home. The team worked efficiently to get me into a rental, and provided great customer service. They were also very attentive to any issues I had and made sure I was well taken care of. Fantastic experience: We could not be happier renting from rent pros!! The house we are living in is absolutely lovely and maintained very well. The application and move in process was very streamlined and efficient and the communication was excellent at every step of the way. Negative experience: We are Military family that payed every single rent payment on time for 2 and half years. Had a house inspected 1 month before move out date. Was never given my deposit back for over 1800$ Was sent a list that was total lies for repairs that totaled amount of deposit. Carpet cleaning for 500$ .Took videos and pictures before I left. I gave them keys and remote in person was charged 300$ for a garage remote when I left both at office. Was over charged and never even received the 58$ they said I would receive. They don’t return emails and have a bad attitude. They will steal your deposit if you don’t do a physical walk through. Which needs to be recorded so you have video proof. This business is clearly taking advantage of it renters and owners. Don’t Rent from these Crooks . It’s worth paying more than putting money in the pockets of thieves.Avoid at all cost ! Never received any check and you are lying about the charges! Post the evidence of a returned deposit! Your statement is false and you are a thief

Fantastic experience: This is my second home I have rented with RentPros. My personal experience is outstanding as the team there worked hard to make my second rental a possibility. Steve lanzi personally made every effort to insure that my moove in would happen when we hit a slight speed bump in the application process. Fantastic experience: I've been super happy with RentPros. I've worked mostly with Ben. I interviewed several property management companies when deciding to rent out my first home. Glad I went with Ben! He's also a realtor, and I used him to help find another investment home to rent out as well, since he knows all the things to look for in a good rental. The whole team has been super responsive to any issues, they found tenants fast, and the tenants have been great picks. The tenants haven't had any issues with RentPros, either, so they do a good job balancing everyone's needs. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The Rent Pros team has been helpful with challenges that have arisen with my tenant and HOA. In particular, Jillian has been a wonderful property manager. She is timely and clear with her communications. She has advocated on my behalf and has has followed through with her words. She has enabled me to rest knowing my property is in good hands.

Fantastic experience: September 2021 Update: After quite a bit of chaos, my bathroom was renovated and I have a much better working relationship with RentPros. Maybe they were going through a time of turbulence themselves but a switch was definitely flipped and our concerns have been taken much seriously. January 2023 Update: Rent pros has been exemplary in regards to taking care of concerns and I haven’t had any trouble getting repairs done promptly. I live in an aging unit so things come up from time to time and most property management get tired of hearing about it like it’s the renters fault the property is old. Rent pros hasn’t given any flack at all and seems to understand that things come up and need repairs. September 2024 Update: Jillian Leal has been very prompt and effective at getting repairs addressed in a reasonable manner. Recently I had a washing machine go out and within 24 hours we had an excellent vendor come out and I am back in working order.
Fantastic experience: This review is for Lloyd at RentPros. In dealing with Lloyd as a renter, Lloyd has always been very on top of things, responsive & helpful with our rental requests.
Fantastic experience: Rentpros was extremely helpful in finding a new renter and getting my property repaired and set up for the new tenant. The house had a number of issues, with the worst being termite infestation. Rentpros had about 30 days to get my property repaired and fumigated before the new tenants moved in, and they did an amazing job! Thanks again!
Fantastic experience: I’ve applied for a few places through different managements , with rent pros and specifically Steve. I have received the fastest responses for my application he has helped me step by step with this process going above and beyond not only to help me understand how everything works but going into detail on what I need to know unlike other property managements they do not respond in a timely matter or keep you updated. Also I love how this in particular property management has a link to show if there is other applications for a property and the status of the applicant for the property unlike others, saving your time and your bucks ! This property management application process is a 5 stars and i recommend applying here as they are on top of things , definitely making my process so much easier !
Negative experience: Horrible company and rental managers! They allow their tenants to verbally harass and threaten neighbors, hoard and collect garbage, have large obnoxious animals, be nuisances to the community, and they take no responsibility or accountability for the properties they manage. All they do is collect a rent check while the properties they represent bring down home values. Thank you rent pros! I can certainly tell the kind of company this is by the responses to their reviews and always placing blame on everyone but themselves!

Negative experience: I was interested in renting a property from this company so I emailed them - No response. Then I called and left a message - No response. Applied and paid for a background check. No response. I would avoid this company and find one more professional
Negative experience: I have rented a place from Rent-pros, unfortunately I had very bad experience with them. The staff in general were not helpful and friendly after we signed the contract. I had things to be repairs damaged prior to our move in. Which were not repaired till we moved out, we sent them over 20 emails and photos but no proper response. The more worst thing happened as we got charged for those damages after we left and pretty mush lost all security deposit. The managers are rude, unprofessional, and never care about long term clients relationship
Fantastic experience: They did a great job managing my rental property over the years. Recently Ben listed the home for sale and did a great job selling it. The final result of the sale was very good and closed on time.
Negative experience: STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. THEY CHANGE THEIR COMPANY NAME TO ERASE OLD 1STAR REVIEWS WITH A CLEAN SLATE UNDER NEW NAME. Notice how they post a bunch of personal info in the responses to people - says a lot about how professional they are & how they will treat you once they have your $. If you are looking to rent with this company I suggest you look elsewhere. I left this review and was told to remove it by CGA or "RentPros". They told me to remove it so they could help me (shady? lol) and they never did. I am a student in college, I've moved around and lived with many different property management companies. Living in a property managed by CGA was a nightmare. The story is much longer than this but I will make it short: 1) They allowed one of the three tenants to exit the lease and still required that the remaining 2 pay in FULL. I asked to be allowed to also exit the lease and they refused. I was talking to one of their rep Tara and I think she got fed up and they switched her suddenly. The reps seemed to be biased and not give me full information while allowing the other tenant to exit the lease. 2) There were issues in the bathroom and the whole sink/countertop had to be replaced. They contacted a family friend plumber or something who ripped out the countertop and then informed us that he didn't have the right size to replace it and the countertop was left that way for 2 weeks. The bathroom was shared by two tenants at the time. The story is much longer than this, but I was told to remove that review, just want to make a summary and leave this here for people to know. I noticed that all the reviews on their website are 5 star only, they filter out the bad ones? Lastly, I'd like to state that I would NOT like to be contacted by CGA or Chris or anyone to be told I need to remove my review again.
Negative experience: STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. THEY CHANGE THEIR COMPANY NAME TO ERASE OLD 1STAR REVIEWS WITH A CLEAN SLATE UNDER NEW NAME. As someone who has dealt with RentPros for several years, the experience has been filled with rudeness when following up regarding repairs that they just dont follow through on getting estimates for when the repairs at each ttime this occurred were safety hazards and urgent matters such as plumbing and heat. Rodent maintenance is one thing they just brush off and don't care. This is an issue for both tenant and owner. Many staff but Chris in particular uses belittling insults to attack clients when they want more than a single overpriced estimate. They also create popup fees charged to the owner that when you ask they choose not to provide an explanation. They do this with openended loopholes in their original contract with owners. The angry tone of voice on the phone is also extremely unprofessional.

We have one client named Lulu but it appears we only have contact with Lulu's husband and none of your review lines up with anything at this Lulu's property. 1. If you have dealt with us for several years you are well-aware of our name change and we did not hide it. In fact, we still have legal use of our original name, CGA Property Management. Our reviews came to the new name since we are still the same company at the same location. Nobody could remember the letters "CGA" so after 25 years, Chris came up with our new name, "RentPros, which is much easier to say and remember.
2. The three pest vendors we work with would not agree about RentPros "brushing off" rodent maintenance. Generally it is our client, the landlord, who is not thrilled about spending money on pest issues. Just last week we had to tell a client we could no longer manage their property unless they approve getting pest work completed. We absolutely take pest and other habitability issues seriously.
3. You contradict yourself in your review by saying we do not get estimates and then later say we insulted you by only getting one estimate. We seek additional estimates for larger jobs or if we receive an over-priced estimate. Generally we do not need more than one estimate. We know the cost of performing most repairs/services because we handle similar situations all the time and we constantly have vendors trying to get on our vendor list who are more expensive than the vendors we use. Recently we had three great examples of our clients trying to handle repairs themselves and ending up wasting time and money just to need a professional to come in later to do the job correctly.
4. Our agreement and fees are very straightforward with our clients. The only open-ended part of our agreement has to do with large or unique, time-consuming projects and our agreement says we will discuss any fees prior to starting the work. Aside from helping Realtors during the sales process, I cannot think of another time we have charged extra fees.

Fantastic experience: After reading many of the reviews of RentPros here, It is obvious that most of the negative ones are from renters and the positive ones are from the owners that RentPros represent. That makes sense. I am an owner and have had nothing but professional and courteous service from RentPros and all of their staff. If you are a landlord and are looking for an affordable, professional property management company, look no further. RentPros is the best in the business. If you are a qualified tenant, rest assured that RentPros will provide you with a professional service. I know that my tenants have nothing but great things to say about RentPros.
Negative experience: horrible management, they will find anything to charge your security deposit. they charged us for repairs they never did when we got the place, will be taking them to court.
Negative experience: STEVE at the receptions office is extremely rude. He responded to an email insinuating that I can’t read, and that I probably wouldn’t qualify for housing since I scrolled past their clause that states they don’t view homes without applications first. (I SAID WHAT I SAID). Companies who do this in 2023 come off as scams, since scammers are stealing our personal information and money by asking for applications first. STEVE was rude, and since he was a first impression, I no longer want to work with this company. I will be writing a letter to STEVES corporate in regards. His attitude is disgusting, and no corporation wants a representation as such. Under many negative reviews, he claims we are LYING. We can’t ALL BE LYING. He’s a bias and disrespectful first impression for this business. I didn’t want to work with property management companies anyway, but I decided to anyway. Sacramento is filled with Corrupt property management companies of such. I’m so glad that she treated me like this. It’s a reminder that I shouldn’t be working with property management companies and that I need to stick to private owners. They do not respect the general public, nor do they have your best interest at heart. Anyone who thinks his responses to those who disagree with him down these reviews, are professional, you are fitting for Rent Pros.
Negative experience: I left two online submissions on different dates/times and it’s been 5+ business days with no response. I called and left two voicemails for the office manager, no response. I called and left a voicemail for another individual who I was told by the receptionist handled the property I’m interested in, no response. I also emailed that same individual twice who handles the property, no response. Company can’t bother to return voicemails or emails within 7+ business days or answer any inquiries from serious, potential renters. I shouldn’t have to pay to apply, have an inquiry on my credit to apply, and provide my social security # if they can’t answer basic questions about the property or be willing to schedule a viewing first. Really frustrating.

Negative experience: Rent Pros won't show rentals unless you waste your time and money filling out an application that has to be approved. Update: Rent Pros nasty response to this tells you everything you need to know about them. I wasn't "unqualified". I never applied in the first place to be deemed as such, and thank God with horrible people like the one who responded to this managing the property. I avoided a nightmare. Any potential tenants beware. With Rent Pros your landlord will be abusive and insulting.
Fantastic experience: I'm a newer tenant through RentPros and so far everyone has been very helpful! The process of getting approved for our house was made easy by the ladies I dealt with and everything went very smoothly. We've had a couple minor issues from the storm blowing down some branches in our backyard and Jillian, our contact for maintenance at RentPros, responded to my emails right away and was able to get someone out to help very quickly. I'm happy I made the choice to rent through RentPros!

Mary Eskandar was not only rude but also really lacked a sense of urgency in communicating with us and failed to mention the water damage in the house we were looking at prior to viewing. I just expected a bit more professionalism explaining cross country move from FL.
Marsha, I'm not going to disclose private information here, but you know you and your husband were dishonest about your applications, specifically who would be living in the home and now I see you are being dishonest about "water damage" which is just a laminate finish peeling and is being repaired this week. You tracking down the property owner and harassing them is not acceptable; I hope you will respect other housing providers' privacy going forward.
Fantastic experience: I have worked with a few realtors in the past and Ben is the best! After seeing a recommendation of him in BiggerPockets forum, I contacted him. Right from the first call, I realized he was professional and knowledgeable of the Sacramento Metro area. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Ben during my house hunting and eventually my house purchasing process. Ben was always super responsive, he provided all the necessary details at every step of the way and made it very clear that my satisfactions was his priority. After the house inspection, he carefully read the entire report and wrote down all the repairs needed and corresponding costs in a well organized spreadsheet. It helped me clearly understand the condition of the house and better negotiate with the seller. Ben also recommended a lender that he had worked with in the past, and I couldn’t have been happier with the lender he recommended. After I closed my new place, Ben introduced Mahala to me as my property manager. Mahala has been wonderful from day 1. She is very friendly, reliable and organized. I asked her a lot of questions and Mahala was very patient and answered all of them. She also helped in pointing out that some repairs need immediate attention, but some can wait till yearly maintenance. And she gets everything scheduled for me quickly. I really appreciate it. The transition from home buying to property manager after house closed was smooth and great. And excellent turn key experience from start to end with RentPros. Thank you Ben, Mahala and team. Happy to recommend to anyone (and already recommended to my friends who may be interested in the Sacramento area in future)
Fantastic experience: Steve Lanzi is incredible and I am so grateful for him. I was the victim of identity fraud with someone posing as me with all of my personal information trying to rent a home from RentPros. Steve immediately flagged the application as suspicious and reached out to me directly to let me know this had occurred. Steve could’ve easily just declined the application and gone on with his day but instead went above and beyond to find and notify me of this illegal activity. I am very grateful to Steve for his efforts. I recommend Steve highly as someone with high moral character and who doesn’t take identity theft lightly, to say the least. Thank you, Steve!
Negative experience: We lived in a Rent Pro's property for almost 2 years. Pro's: Our rental was clean and newer. After our 12 month lease ended, they also let us go month to month. A lot of quality rentals to choose from. Cons: Poor customer service from property managers. Extremely hands off, they'd take forever to follow up even on urgent items and usually it was me following up weeks later, not them. Lack of accountability by Rent Pro's managers, always complaining how busy they were. That may be a case, but it's unprofessional to complain to tenants in that manner. Own up to it, take accountability and communicate with tenants in a reasonable manner. Between my wife and I we've rented in about 20 different places, Rent Pro's by far had the worst property managers. Likely Rent Pro's focus less on helping tenants and more on renting properties since that's where the money is at. Once you start renting they could care less about your experience. One example, of lack of accountability is a garage door remote was broken, which we requested to be fixed as high priority. Not a single response for 2 weeks. So I followed up, was rudely told they were looking into it as if I could read their minds. Then another 10 days with no response and finally we called asked to speak to someone else. We spoke to the owner and finally a vendor was sent out to fix the issue. Yes the vendor fixed it day of, that's not the issue. The vendor was great. The issue was lack of response from Rent Pro's in a timely manner. Overall though, I'd still use Rent Pro's again for a newer property that likely would have limited maintenance repairs. If you rent an older property with lots of maintenance issues, good luck.
Fantastic experience: Rent Pros has been taken care of my properties for a couple years now, Their attention to details from small inspections to large fixes allows me to be at ease while owning rentals. Fantastic experience: Jillian at RentPros is friendly, professional and gets things done. I am a tenant and our landlord recently changed property management companies. Since they took over, I have needed a few repairs and Jillian has been on top of it. The vendors she sends out to handle the various jobs are competent and professional. I feel lucky to have her as my contact at RentPros.
Positive experience: Paying money for an application is fine. Having to give out personal information without talking to a real person or seeing the property first isn't though. There are too many scams out there for my to feel comfortable doing this. I will change the rating if I get in contact with someone about properties that seem a little less scammy.
Fantastic experience: I have been renting with this company for approximately 4 years now and they all have been WONDERFUL!!! They are always responsive and in a timely fashion. We have no complaints about them. Anytime we have a maintenance issue or question they jump right in and get it taken care of. Their staff is absolutely the best! 2022 review My fiancee and myself have been renting through this company going on 5 years. The staff are great and awesome to deal with. Our property manager Kalin, has been amazing, she always gets back to us in a timely manner. Always pleasant to speak to. Enjoy having this company and manager for my rental need.
Fantastic experience: I highly recommend RentPros and their helpful staff. Ben and Mary specifically helped make the process of renting my new place extremely easy and no hassle whatsoever. The entire staff are all very professional and are always able to respond to any emails or texts in a fast timely manner. Fantastic experience: I recently switched to Rent Pros from another Sacramento area property manager. I couldn't be happier with that decision. I had a tenant that was using the newly created eviction freeze to not pay rent. The current rent was only $1250 for a newly renovated condo in a decent area. The original property manager couldn't find out how to remove the tenant legally. I was also tired of getting my monthly financial reports up to 8 weeks late. Since Switching at the start of the year to Rent Pros, the original tenant was removed legally, all renovation have been completed, new tenants have been there for a few months now, and financial reports and payments have been on time. I am going to have Rent Pros manage another property I have once that contract is fulfilled. Thanks Rent Pros.

Fantastic experience: I started renting my investment property through RentPros property management from this month. I have had a wonderful experience from the very beginning with this company. From the very beginning Ben started taking care of everything from planning how to close this new home on time, giving advertising on the websites and planning all other things. I am staying far from my property so it's not always possible for me to go there. But Ben is always there whenever I need some info about that area or to plan anything. He even presented as part of our new home final closing inspection, collected our keys from the builder, collected post office keys, moved our garbage bins after delivery from the road to the side and all other important things without our presence. As this was a new home he even arranged to talk to the gardener to finish the backyard work and called a handyman to set all the window blinds. Ben gave us suggestion how to design the yard efficiently and also helped to setup all the utilities account. He even mowed our front yard grass before handing over the property to the tenant. Most of all Ben is able to rent the house within a week after closing in this very competitive market. I just want to say thanks to Ben and the RentPros team for making our first investment property experience so smooth. Finally it's always good to see that Ben takes care equally of the owner and tenant so that both of us will have a peaceful experience. We always feel safe from the beginning. Ben went above and beyond the call of duty when we needed any help as part of the renting process. At the end of the day I highly recommend Ben & RentPros for not only their speed, but efficiency and amazing quality !!
Fantastic experience: Ben is the best PM I have ever seen. After we contract with rentpros, Ben helped us to find the tenants right away. He set up a very reasonable rent price which helps us to find the target tenants quickly. In my rental property community, there are other rental properties posted on zillow with a higher rent price by other property management companies, but these properties has been vacant for many days and can not find the tenant because of their overpriced rent. We can see that PM at Rentpros is more professional than others. Ben is definitely a highly recommended PM and it is deserve landlords to work with him.

Fantastic experience: I rented a home managed by RentPro's for the past 3 years Tara was my main contact throughout my tenancy and was super responsive to all our requests! We also dealt with Mary as well who was very prompt and professional. There were a few minor issues throughout our stay however the response time from both the office staff and vendors was quick and someone was out to resolve the issues almost immediately. Move out was very smooth and Kauron was fantastic with email responses as well as the walk through and final charges. Very happy with our stay and would have stayed longer if the home owners had not decided to move back in.

Fantastic experience: We've been renting from from RentPros for a couple of years now. Moved from Maryland to CA for a new job. When we found this house through them - we really liked it, but it was still undergoing repairs and was supposed to be ready by certain date. We went ahead and signed the lease, even though we were worried that its not gonna be ready on time. But the house was ready by the promised date - we were happy about that. And later, whenever we needed anything fixed - Jennifer K. responds quickly and takes care of the issue. Very easy going and reliable.
Negative experience: Communication is horrible. Slow to fix things & very unknowledgable. They play the middle man to a point that I don't understand why a owner would even need their services. I understand being a liason but it really feels more like a game of telephone with 3 people. My onwer didn't even know I turned in a 30 day and I was already packing my home.

Fantastic experience: I’m struggling to find a a 3 bedroom in north natomas max rent $2000 as that is 3x my income thanks to the coronavirus no one is moving I’m so frustrated with the market In it’s current state I really don’t know what else to do every day all day I check at least 40 different property management companies to see what has become available there’s a handful of property’s that are vacant and there ridiculously priced in this area if any one has any advice I’d love to hear it I check Zillow like every 30 minutes

This is a family owned company and it shows - everyone I've been in contact with has been amazing! Fantastic experience: Ben from RentPros helped me in acquiring and managing an investment property in Sacramento area. Since I don't live in that area, Ben was prompt to visit properties and share more videos and pictures with me. He also advised me on good neighborhoods to invest in this area. I was so confident on Ben's assessments and feedback on properties, that I was putting offers even without visiting those properties first. Once my offer was accepted, Ben did excellent job in scheduling inspections, negotiating repairs for issues found during inspection and getting credit from sellers for those repairs. When I visited the property during inspections, I was amazed on how accurate Ben's assessment was about the property. Ben also came up with a list of things to be repaired or upgraded to make property ready for rental. Once we closed on the property, Ben was quick to list the property for rental. I don't live in those areas, so after one or two years I usually just totally let them run the show and it was such a pleasant experience. Negative experience: Check out their 3 star rating on Yelp. As the owner, I thought I was getting fair and honest service from CGM or Rent Pro's, as they changed names, until I hired a new pool technician and found out the Rent Pro's pool guy had been declaring the pool was serviced when in truth, it was not. Yet Rent Pro's defended their pool guys word vs my actual photos of the unserviced and severely clogged filters. Even then, after a 4 year relationship, they chose the side of their lying guy. This may explain their 3 rating on Yelp. Chris, you are responsible for your vendors. You chose them. These filters are not to anyones standards. You prey off of what innocent landlords aren't aware of. An unfortunate, but good, riddance.

Negative experience: I do not care how clean you leave the property, they will not give your security deposit back. Rented two properties. Had both professionally cleaned before turning over the keys and they still nickel and dimed us out of our security deposits. Wanted to use the SD from the first to help with the second...nope. They kept it all.
