Our comment from Agencias Inmobiliarias about Evernest Property Management Fort Collins:
Evernest Property Management Fort Collins is a property management company that strives to provide a supportive and responsive environment for both tenants and property owners. Many clients have praised individual team members, particularly Gabriel, Grecia Grijalva, and Mar Soriano, for their helpfulness, quick responses, and ability to simplify the leasing process. Highlights from customer feedback include:
- Exceptional communication from staff such as Gabriel and Grecia, making complex processes more manageable.
- Rapid response times for maintenance requests, ensuring properties are well-maintained.
- Personalized assistance and support to help clients navigate their rental experiences smoothly.
- Positive experiences shared by long-term tenants who appreciate the professionalism exhibited by staff.
However, some reviews have highlighted areas for improvement. Certain clients have expressed frustration with:
- Inconsistent communication and the challenge of reaching live representatives during urgent situations.
- Concerns over hidden fees and unclear billing practices.
- Delays in maintenance responses and unaddressed issues that impacted their living experiences.
Overall, while many tenants have had positive experiences with Evernest, there remains a call for enhanced communication and clarity around fees and maintenance processes to better serve both current and prospective clients.
Evernest Property Management Fort Collins: Reviews
Fantastic experience: Gabriel was fantastic and super communicative. Thanks for the home!
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're grateful to have Gabriel on the team!
Fantastic experience: Our point of contact was Gabriel Rodriguez, he was fantastic. Made this tedious process of lease signing and deposit super smooth! Answered questions quickly and was super helpful. Definitely recommend asking for him if you're ever looking at using Evernest Property. Thanks Gabriel!
We're glad to hear about your positive experience. Gabriel is a great member of our team!
Fantastic experience: Thank you to Gabriel for being so excellent and kind and helpful to me and helping me set up my new place in a seamless and comfortable way ! Thank you Evernest for being so amazing in helping me move to a new amazing spot!
Thank you for sharing, Eric. We appreciate you and Gabriel!
Negative experience: Worst service ever. I’ve never had to PAY to go self tour a property to rent. Horrible customer service
Hello - thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback!
We would be happy to support with waiving this self-tour charge, as a courtesy. This is part of our practice for both identity and financial verification, when accessing a property.
I'm glad you were able to connect with Gabriel and hope you will consider revising your review, following this resolution!
Thank you,
Tim Hamilton
Fantastic experience: Special thanks to Gabriel, the leasing coordinator — he was extremely helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. He took the time to answer my questions and helped me choose the right lease period for my situation. I really appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
Thank you for the feedback, and we're glad to hear about your positive experience working with Gabriel!
Negative experience: Stay away. You’ll be forced to deal with remote employees who can’t understand you, find listings, or answer questions. If you get past that step, you’ll be charged to tour properties. Never heard of this from any rental agency across multiple states. Wildly unprofessional and inept remote employees, listings online are not at all accurate, and probably aren’t even real based off pricing. Seems this agency bit off more than they can chew, considering people have huge issues in North Carolina, Alabama, Colorado and beyond. A quick google search to see what previous renters have to say will save you a lot of pain and money.
Hi Alex - thank you for sharing your feedback.
I'm unable to attach your review with a profile in our system, but would love to learn more about your experience. Feel free to reach out to me directly ([email protected]) to discuss further.
Thank you,
Tim
Positive experience: I walk my friends’ dogs and she lives in a property down Emmerson Blvd. The houses are very beautiful and the neighbors are great; however, there is so much dog poop along the sidewalks that it makes it very unpleasant to walk around anywhere. I think that this is because there aren’t any doggy bag stands or doggy waste disposal stands anywhere. Because they advertise this community as a dog-friendly establishment, I highly recommend that they put those stands up if they weren’t already planning on doing so.
Hi Jessica - thank you for sharing your feedback! Unfortunately, we do not manage entire communities, so we would be unable to place resources to support with dog waste.
If you send me an email with the exact address ([email protected]), we can coordinate with the HOA and provide this feedback!
Thank you,
Tim
Negative experience: Not the worst property manager but tried to charge me $250 to resign my lease, so definitely watch out for that. I was a good tenant and now the apartment has been on the market for over two months and they can’t get it rented out. If only they would have just dropped the $250 I would have stayed. My former landlord is literally the review below me. I’m pretty sure they tell stories to renters and blame it on the owners and vice versa. My suggestion would be to skip using them if you’re an owner! And avoid if you are a renter because of the hidden fees! I’m paying less for more space, a garage and second bathroom.
Negative experience: Ever since Everest has taken over it’s not the same. I’m looking elsewhere for a property management company.
Fantastic experience: Paulina was very helpful and made sure we had all our questions answered as soon as possible.
Negative experience: This property management office is useless. They dont know or address issues that violate colorado state law, they're hardly in the office up here to actually talk to anyone, and they charge fees for renewal for "office paperwork" but are utterly useless. What paperwork? What actions to deserve ANY fees? This, like many or most, are bad at their jobs and communication is ZERO. I wouldn't rent ANY properties that has to do with evernest. They're good at taking your money but bad at doing anything to deserve it. The owner has screwed us once and is trying to again and evernest just sits on their hands. We're looking into legal action.
Negative experience: Dealing with Evernest was a true nightmare, horrible people to deal with. The property management company that was working with the house when we first moved in was amazing. After that it went downhill. These guys are crooks, liars, lazy and just plain idiots. The pure stress of dealing with these guys on a regular basis was absolutely horrible. They never answered questions in a timely manner, I always had to threaten them to get any sort of information out of them. It was horrible. I had a true maintenance emergency at night, and nobody ever showed after three phone calls, I was left to with a busted pipe and flooding on my own. Terrible terrible terrible company to work with in Grecia and Louisa are the worst to work with. So disgusted by this experience Then after you folks got fired by the actual owner and I got the owner's contact info for the first time in 4 years I found out why some of the maintenance stuff wasn't getting done. Because you were price gouging them. It was a horrible experience for both the owner and myself as the renter, you're lucky I don't sue you for the stress you have caused
Hi Heather,
Thank you for sharing your experience in detail. We're very sorry to hear about the stress and frustration you’ve endured—especially regarding delayed communication, unresolved maintenance emergencies, and the issues surrounding your security deposit and keys after move-out. This is far from the level of service and support we want to provide, and we regret that your experience left you feeling this way.
Your feedback is being reviewed internally to help us address these serious concerns and identify where breakdowns occurred in both maintenance response and overall communication.
We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to make your voice heard.
Best Regards,
Evernest Management
Negative experience: I had an awful experience renting from Evernest. Among other things, they charged me $402.30 for damages after I moved out, even though I had reported everything they charged me for on the Move-In Checklist. I spent hours emailing them to try to get my money back and they wouldn't address the specific charges and said "we cannot guarantee a definite timeline" regarding reviewing my disputes and returning my money. The only thing that worked for me to get my money back was threatening legal action. I was able to get all but $5 refunded—the remaining charge was for a light that was already out when I moved in. Here is the email I sent them that ended up working (hopefully this saves someone else some time): "I am requesting that you return the remainder of my security deposit ($AMOUNT) within 7 days. If the deposit is not returned by DATE, I may need to take legal action to recover the amount owed, including potential damages. Please review section 3a of Colo. Rev. Stat. § 38-12-103." These are a few of the photos of the property that we sent Evernest when we moved in, along with a list of the things they tried to charge us for.
Hi Meghan Ryterski, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how important transparency and fairness are when it comes to security deposits. We regret that the process was frustrating for you, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback.
We take concerns like these seriously and are continuously working to improve our communication and move-out processes. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we can do better, and we will be reviewing this internally to ensure greater clarity and efficiency moving forward.
If there are any remaining concerns that need to be addressed, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We appreciate the opportunity to improve and value your time in sharing your experience.
Best Regards,
Evernest Management
Negative experience: Evernest fails to bill appropriately leading to constant notices from the city to turn off utilities and over billing due to disorganization. They then assure you they won't charge you the accrued late and shut off fees while actually billing you for them. They refuse to provide copies of the bills for transparency. I have been trying to speak to them on the phone for weeks and they refuse to return phone calls even when staff assure you they will. They continue to assess more fees in retaliation to contacting legal services and filing a complaint with the attorney Generals Office. Never rent from them, they also don't fix what they say they will to get you to sign a renewal.
Hi Stephanie,
We sincerely regret to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating billing and communication issues can be. We strive to provide clear and transparent service, and we truly apologize if that was not your experience.
We want to look into this matter further to ensure everything is addressed properly. If you’d like to share more details, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] with the subject line: "Online Feedback Response." Kindly include your property details so our team can review your concerns and follow up with you as soon as possible.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and value the opportunity to improve. We look forward to assisting you.

Evernest Management

Fantastic experience: I can always depend on Edgar at Evernest to check on, assist, and provide honest timely feedback if there's a maintenance issue.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that Edgar has been dependable and provided the support you need.
Fantastic experience: Paulina has been super helpful with all of my questions! She has been great to work with!
Negative experience: Think twice before hiring this HOA management company. They have had three different names in less than a year so that should be one clue for you. Ask anyone at Mountain Gate at Mariana Butte how much they like and respect Ascend (3rd new name) HOA management company.
Negative experience: We switched to Onsite early in 2020, just as the Corona Virus was being released. Onsite was bought out by Evernest Property Management in Sept. 2022 and the problems keep getting worse. I have a property that was vacated 23 days ago, and it is still not being advertised. The move out report wasn't started until the 13th after I had called the manager several times without getting a call back but finally got through to him on the 10th. Evernest offers a free rental analysis, but they don't seem to use it when evaluating for rent renewals. I just received notice that one of the rentals renewed their lease and there was no rent increase despite my having a discussion with the manager about that property being way under market rent and needing to be increased. Unfortunately? that manager quit recently and now I am having to deal with a new management team, the third in 6 months. DO NOT HIRE EVERNEST to manage your property. I am currently dealing with Rachel D. as the 6th property manager in less than 2 years. When I try calling her, I just get a busy signal. I scheduled appointments for her to call me and only one appointment resulted in her calling me. Last week she cancelled appointments, today she missed 2 appointed call times. I represent a partnership that has 30 units being mismanaged by Evernest. There are currently 10 vacant units, one that had a fire a couple weeks ago, so there needs to be good communication, which does NOT happen with any of the Evernest people.
Fantastic experience: Paulina was quick and easy to work with! Very helpful with any questions/concerns that I had.
Fantastic experience: Grecia Grijalva has been phenomenal to work with at Evernest Northern Colorado. She has been prompt with responses and a wonderful resource throughout our renting experience with this company. Much appreciated!
Fantastic experience: Grecia Grijalva has always been so helpful through our nearly three years of living at our current apartment. Her responses are always prompt, helpful, and polite.
Fantastic experience: Very prompt and courteous service! Follow up was excellent too. I will recommend Paulina and Evernest to my friends and family in the future. Extremely professional.
Negative experience: Do NOT under any circumstances trust these people with your property. I signed a contract with Onsite to manage my house, but shortly after it was purchased by Evernest. Onsite was good. Evernest is the most unethical and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They rented my house to people who did not pay rent. Then when I had a good tenant, the furnace went out and they failed to do anything about it for at least 5 days in the coldest part of FEBRUARY. This is a violation of the law. They only took action after my tenant got a lawyer involved (They also didn't notify me until my tenant hired a lawyer). Too many other problems to mention. They don't give a crap about your house or your tenant. They are, however, very good at making sure that they get all of their money. ….. In response to the comment about a home warranty: that is a complete lie. I purchased the home new. It came with a one year warranty from the builder. By the time the furnace went out the home warranty was expired. Don’t lie I will keep editing this post.
I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience with Evernest. We deeply regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and that there were significant issues, particularly with the heating during a crucial time in February. The delay in resolving the heater issue was due to complications with the home warranty, which unfortunately extended the repair timeline beyond our control. Evernest never recommends owners partake in home warranties due to such delays. We take these matters seriously and hope your feedback helps to improve our services.
Negative experience: The worst property management company I have ever worked with. I had a review of 4 stars up because I was able to break my lease in the end. However, it is now 4 months after the lease has been broken that I am having issues with this company AGAIN. The electric bill that Evernest stated they would be paying for and taken care of (it was almost $300 due to flooding and having to run high powered fans for 2 weeks), is now in COLLECTIONS. Something they told me they would fix for me and was part of the terms of breaking my lease is now the reason I'm in Collections. This company does the BARE MINIMUM to try and swindle their customers. They are never in it for their customers, they are ONLY in it for money clearly. And if they are so dysfunctional, they need to have fewer properties that they manage. Appalled and disgusted are the tamest words I can use. Do yourself a favor and run as far as you can. Any property management company in fort Collins would be better than Evernest. They should be ashamed, but turns out I can't even get a phone call back from them. I even have everything in writing. So, doesn't matter how diligent you are, how much you get anything in writing, they will still do everything they can to ruin your future and your day. I should have listened to the dozens of other reviews that said to stay away. Don't be like me and find anyone else to do business with. They do not accurately represent the good that is in Fort Collins.
I apologize that your experience with Evernest did not end on the best of terms. I see that your account shows a $0 balance and that no additional utility charges were sent to you. Additionally, our records indicate that your account has never been sent to collections. Please contact your resident communicator with the information you have received so we can verify its accuracy and ensure it is from a reliable source. We are here to help resolve this issue for you.
Fantastic experience: Grecia Grijalva was extremely helpful in assisting us in the signing of our lease. She was always available and kind. She made what can be a painful process simple and quick.
Kayla, thank you for leaving a review! Grecia is a true joy to work with!
Fantastic experience: The staff have been professional, responsive and supportive. Grecia was a joy to work with. She was always available and willing to provide any support needed. I would lease another property under their management without hesitation.
Christine, thank you for taking the time to leave a positive review! Grecia is amazing to work with and we are proud to have her on our team!
Negative experience: Terrible. Had to pay $300 in applications fees for a condo that “was available with no other applicants” to be told less than a week later in had been rented and we would not be receiving a refund of our applications fees. Do not rent with them!!
Hello Mollie, I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been for you. Our goal is to provide clear and fair services to all our clients, and with that every single property is first come first serve. If you are still interested we would be happy to transfer your application or work towards an amicable resolution.
Fantastic experience: Great customer service, Mauricio was a great help and responded promptly all my questions, I do recommend Evernest for property management.
Manual, thank you for taking the time to speak on your positive experience. We greatly appreciate your feedback!
Negative experience: When we first moved in, they gave us the wrong move in date but then listed the correct one in the lease so there was a bunch of confusion surrounding when we were actually supposed to move it, which caused extra charges on our end with our previous apartment. Then, most of the maintenance requests we put in were determined as "resident charges" because apparently when things break over two years of living there it's always the residents fault for using it "incorrectly." Whenever we sent emails out needing assistance, a different person would most likely answer each time and when they didn't want to respond to certain emails they just wouldn't. They wouldn't give ample notice before additional maintenance fees were put into the portal, sometimes marking them as past due well before we could even see the charges in our account (this happened twice). We put in a request to fix our roof because it was leaking and it took almost a YEAR for them to actually get around to fixing it and they sighted "weather" as the reason.. however, we put our request in back in at about late spring/early summer of 2023 and it didn't get fixed until March of 2024. Additionally, they would send someone out to change our filters on the property and no one at our location ever received any notice that someone would be by but the technician would always claim that we were notified. They also have you pay for a resident package that basically charges you $40 a month just to use their online portal and get filters delivered because we never saw any of the other useless benefits that came with it. We recently sent them a long email addressing our grievances and they only responded back to the parts they wanted to which again only adds to the frustration. Also, when you resign your lease, they charge you a fee ($200 for us just to renew it which is a fee I've never had previously. I feel as though I could go on and on about the bad things with this company but here's what I really mean to say is: When we were told we would be getting a new property management team taking over, we could not have been any happier. I've rented from several companies in the past and this was by far the worst experience. I don’t recommend this company at all.
Thank you for sharing your concerns, Brianna. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your time with Evernest. We aim to deliver exceptional customer service and regret that we fell short of your expectations.
We acknowledge the confusion regarding the move-in date discrepancy and take responsibility for the oversight. While we strive for accuracy in all communications, we must adhere to the terms outlined in the lease agreement signed by both parties.
In terms of communication, Grecia has been designated as your primary contact since May 2023 and has been diligently responding to your inquiries. Due to the nature of our processes, our team has multiple members that work in the different areas of the business, the communication is redirected to the area specialist to better track and prioritize your requests, ensuring that we provide you with a prompt response. We understand the importance of consistent communication and are committed to improving our processes to ensure timely and efficient responses to all resident inquiries.
Regarding fees, all mandatory charges, including the resident benefit package and renewal fees, are clearly outlined in your lease agreement. We understand your frustration and assure you that these charges are disclosed upfront to provide transparency to our residents.
With regards to maintenance requests, we have only charged for two requests throughout your tenancy, both of which were determined to be the responsibility of the resident after thorough assessment by our licensed vendors. If you would like further clarification on these charges, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced and appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve our services. Please feel free to contact us directly at [email protected] if you have any further questions or concerns.
Fantastic experience: So far, so good. Hoping things continue to go smoothly. Maintenance has been excellent. Quickly addressing a serious water drainage issue at our rental house. Chantel from management came and walked through the house with us two weeks after we moved in to assess the condition of the carpets in the lower rooms. Downstairs carpets were steam cleaned just a few days later. Update 03/08/23- the six months have gone well. Maintenance has been very responsive. We worked with Grecia while deciding on renewal for the next year. She was extremely patient, answering dozens of emails with three residents and three co signers all chiming in before making a decision. Renting in Fort Collins is not easy. As management companies go, Evernest has been fair, transparent and kept the property in very good condition. Update 04/09/24 We are renewing for another year. Grecia Grijalva has been very helpful .We did another roommate swap. She answers emails in a timely manner and is easy to communicate with. Maintenance has been very responsive. While we have lived at this property we had new gutters and downspouts put in and they replaced the deck. The property is well taken care of.
Jeni, thank you for the great feedback! We are glad we could help!
Fantastic experience: Mar was wonderful in assisting us with our new lease and helping ensure we could move in as quickly as possible!
Hello Natalie, Mar is excellent to work with! Let us know if you ever need anything else!
Fantastic experience: Mar Soriano has been extremely helpful with our move from answering questions to quickly getting our lease to us.
MacKenzie, thank you for leaving a review! Mar is amazing to work with!
Fantastic experience: Grecia from Evernest Property Management is the best She can s always helpful and responsive and just this week cheerfully helped me out of a financial bind
Liz, thank you for taking the time to help appreciate Grecia! Grecia is one of the bests!
Negative experience: Property owners should stay away from this property management company. When it was "Onsite Property Management", they did okay. But after it became "Evernest", it is the worst property management company we have ever used. The communication was very confused, there is no specific contact person to reply our emails and no one answered our phone calls. They don't care about your property is vacant and you don't have rent income. But they won't be late about charging you for management fee. After we switched to another property management company, they are still charging us management fee although they are not managing it anymore! We don't think we should pay it and then they got a collection company! Unbelievable! Here is what I would like to add about the respsonse from the owner. They said we "terminated management mid September". But the truth is, we sent email on 08/14 stated that "We would like to terminate our property management agreement effective 08/15/2023." And they still charged us $75 Management Fees for August and September. This property is very close to the University, as long as they were a little bit more responsible, it could be rented out easily. But they let it be vacant since previous tenants move out on 7/31/2023, and started charging us $75 monthly management fee.
Hello Chenglin, thank you for taking the time to share your concerns about your experience with Evernest. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you've encountered, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your issues. Unfortunately, we tried reaching out multiple times on behalf of this matter but were not able to receive a response from you. As you terminated management mid September, management fees also ceased the same month. No management fees have been charged to your account since. We truly would like to settle this matter with you and hope we can come to a quick resolution. Please call (970) 225-5741 to discuss further.
Fantastic experience: Mar and Jill have been incredibly helpful and responsive to all my questions! I hope to keep working with them!
lrhartzel, I am glad to hear you have had a great experience so far! Do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything else from Mar or Jill!
Fantastic experience: I have worked with Onsite since last summer and they have been absolutely phenomenal!! They are detailed oriented and are always quick to answer my questions. Very professional and at the same time very friendly. I would definitely recommend!!
Negative experience: As a property owner, I would stay away from using Evernest as your property management company. Too many unnecessary mishaps to explain, but know there are way better local Fort Collins options. Keep looking!
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback about your experience with Evernest. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or mishaps you may have encountered. We take all feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve our services. While we understand that you've had a less-than-ideal experience, we would appreciate more specific details about the issues you encountered so that we can address them promptly and make the necessary improvements. After a full audit of your unit, we were unable to find any issues. I can see that you terminated management back in June 2023 and if there are still outstanding issues we want to help address them right away.
Our goal is to provide excellent property management services, and we regret that we fell short in your case. If you're open to discussing your concerns further, please reach out to your previous property manager (970) 225-5741. We value your input and would like to work towards a resolution.
Negative experience: BEWARE! 1. Without proper reporting to the owner, they force tenants to pay a mandatory $39.95 extra each month for a “Resident Benefits Package” which is supposed to include: a. Renter insurance – you don’t get to choose coverage. b. HVAC air filter delivery (I have yet to receive a single filter ever) Our filters cost about $20 each. c. Credit Building Program (I don’t trust them) d. $1M Identity Protection (I assume this is probably some kind of scam) e. Move-In Concierge Service - supposed to help with utility connection/home service set up. (None of that happened either) 2. It costs you extra money to give them money! a. Pay online - extra $10. b. Pay in person - extra $20. 3. Impossible to contact. a. Their hours of operation are M-F 10am-3pm. b. Call the office, you never get to a real person, EVER! c. Garbage mobile app. – they still never call you back. d. Have an emergency? Good luck! You call the emergency line, and you go to a 3rd party call-center which truly sucks. Call the local office number and select the option for maintenance: it goes to an operator who gives another number to call. e. Every employee has the same email address which is just “support@evernest”. However, if you’re a minute late with your rent, you’re getting emails and notifications regularly. Suddenly you communicate just fine! 4. If something breaks, we’ve just learned to fix it ourselves as they're unreliable. We’ve had 3 emergencies, and they failed us EVERY time. a. Christmas Eve 2022 – arctic storm with temperatures around -18. We lost our heat. Called the emergency number more than 6 times and nobody ever called me back until the 27th. If we didn’t have borrowed portable space heaters, we would have been in serious trouble. b. January 2023 – break in the main sewer line causing sewage to back up into the house causing significant flooding damage. Called the emergency line and nobody called me back. AGAIN! We called the owner and had a plumber out there quickly. c. November 2023 (different house, same owner) – Clog in the main sewer line outside causing minor sewage backup. We had covid and I understand finding someone to come out was difficult, but you can’t leave people with NO PLUMBING. AGAIN!!! We asked for advice so we could triage the situation until a plumber could get here. When someone finally called me back…they advised me to use Draino… for a main line sewer clog. This was their expert advice. Gross negligence is a heightened degree of negligence representing extreme departure from the ordinary standard of care. Falling between intent to do wrongful harm and ordinary negligence, gross negligence is defined as willful, wanton, and reckless conduct affecting the life or property or another. Owners and Tenants beware. ***EDIT*** Reply to owner response: Reach out to someone? Seriously? It's near impossible to get through to anyone regardless of the number provided. I have NEVER been provided ways to avoid fees. You guys seems to add fees wherever possible. It costs us extra "processing fees" just to pay rent both online ($10 for electronic payments) and in person ($20 for cash/check/money order). Resident communicator? Is that a joke? You responded quicker to this review than to ANY issue we've ever had. Yes, we are given adequate contact information for emergencies. The problem is getting through to someone or to get a call back. Your 3rd party call center is awful, and your local (in-house?) maintenance line is just a lady who asks if you're a tenant, owner, or HOA and then gives you another number to call. All maintenance matters appear resolved because we don't call you anymore. It's useless. Why bother? We simply cannot rely on you for anything. We fix it ourselves because it's easier than trying to get your help. You've dropped the ball for EVERY SINGLE emergency when we needed you most. I've never complained about paying late fees on rent, being late is on me and I accept that. It's all the other extra fees that are a problem.
Hello Maggie, thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. The Resident Benefit Package is an asset to both tenant and owner as it ensures adequate renters insurance and other benefits to the tenants. We encourage you to reach out to our resident communication specialist to ensure you are getting the most out of the package; however, it is ultimately up to you on what benefits you would not like to receive through the package. As for rent, I see you were granted an extension for payment. We work with all our tenants to provide the best experience and there are ways to pay rent with no fees, which have been provided to you. Our resident communicator is easily accessible via email and phone (970) 367 - 4664. For emergencies, every tenant is provided with adequate contact information and we have a 24/7 maintenance line. Please reach out if you have not received that information. Additionally, it looks like all maintenance matters have been resolved at your unit. Please reach out to us at (970) 367 - 4664 so we can best assist you and further solve these concerns.
Fantastic experience: Grecia was my point of contact when we moved out of our rental home. She was very communicative and was cooperative with all of our requests. She was also understanding when we ran into a few small issues which risked pushing the move-out date. Fortunately that did not happen, and I appreciated not being stressed to get out of there. Evernest itself is a respectable business and I didn't have any issues from them during my time renting from them.
Hello Jacob, thank you greatly for your review! We are happy to hear your move out went smoothly and that Grecia was able to assist!
Fantastic experience: Mar has been fantastic! He responds quickly and has been keeping me up to date on available properties. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience
Hello Max, thank you greatly for your review! Mar is wonderful to work with!
Fantastic experience: Michael Ninefeldt came out to service our heater for seasonal check up. Michael was super timely, excellent and helpful.
Michael is one of our most valued employees and we are glad to hear he provided an excellent service!
Fantastic experience: Mar Soriano was wonderful to work with she helped us every step of the way. I definitely recommend Evernest Property Management particularly Mar. Thank you for your help.
Hello Tyler, Mar is amazing to work with and I am happy to hear she was able to assist!
Fantastic experience: Grecia Grijalva was very helpful in resolving pet requests and making the addition to our lease super easy! She has been a great property manager!
Hello Althea, I am incredibly happy to hear the process of adding a pet to your lease was smooth and quick! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review!
Fantastic experience: Grecia Grijalva has been very helpful throughout my time renting current condo and has responded in timely manor to all requests and emails. She has also been very professional and courteous.
Negative experience: UPDATE: It is now October 11 and the repairs to the basement that flooded on June 4 still have not been fixed AND the repair guys did something the caused my water to run for several days. Evernest is NOT helping with that water bill! At this point I am seeking legal council. Of the 3 maintenance issue I have had (including 1 regarding mold that prevented me from running the AC in the middle of summer). Only 2 thing have been fixed. The refrigerator seal stopped working and it took 6 weeks & 3 separate maintenance visits to get a new scratch and dent refrigerator. The roof started leaking and it took almost 6 weeks to get that repaired. The basement flooded and is growing mold. There is a bedroom and bathroom down there that are not usable. This has still not been rectified. The occurrence happened June 4th, 2023. It is now Aug 3rd and we still are not running the AC to prevent mold circulating through the house and poisoning my 1 year old grandson AND we have a bedroom and bathroom that is not usable. But I still get 3 emails a month telling me my rent is going to be due soon. They don't even respond to my emails anymore and when you call you just sit on hold for hours.
Hi Crystal, we are truly sorry that your experience with Evernest has been less than satisfactory. Looking at our records, we found out that the basement flooding issue is being handled directly by the owner of the property, which restricts our capacity to make decisions regarding the completion of this repair. Rest assured we will communicate with the owner promptly for a swift resolution!
Negative experience: Summary: - Sub-par Communication. - Sub-par Property Turnover and Cleaning, especially carpets. As a Rental Property Owner, I've experienced significant challenges with Evernest Fort Collins' property management services: Communication Challenges: Since the transition from Onsite to Evernest, communication has been severely lacking. In the past, I had dependable points of contact in AJ and Teresa, who were not only responsive but also took prompt action to address my concerns. Unfortunately, both AJ and Teresa are no longer with the company, and since then, getting in touch with Evernest has become an ordeal. Phone calls seem to go unanswered, and emails often receive no response. It's frustrating to feel like you're chasing after the assistance you're paying for. Moreover, their replies, when they finally come, are vague and avoidant. There have been instances where they set up calls with me but then fail to follow through, leaving me in silence with no resolution in sight. This lack of communication has been incredibly infuriating and has eroded the trust I once had in their ability to manage my property effectively. Property Turnover and Cleaning: Beyond communication, I've also observed issues with property turnovers and cleaning processes. Evernest employs the dry cleaning method for carpets, which, in my experience, falls short of the thoroughness achieved with steam cleaning. The situation became particularly frustrating when, for both properties, multiple cleaning sessions were required. Even after the initial cleaning, there was still an abundance of pet hair on the carpets. In one instance, despite the carpet being claimed to have been cleaned twice, it continued to emit a strong odor. It was only after seeking external help from my own carpet cleaner, who performed steam cleaning designed for pet-related issues, that the problem was finally resolved. Employee Turnover: Adding to these challenges, I've noticed a concerning trend of high turnover among Evernest employees. Contacts I interacted with one month would often be gone the next, contributing to the inconsistency in service. This revolving door of employees has further eroded my confidence in Evernest's ability to provide reliable property management. Issues with Staff - Morgan and Victoria: My interactions with Morgan and Victoria indicate that the company may be understaffed and in need of additional training and oversight. Both struggled with communication and follow-up and being thorough in responses, which suggests that these issues might extend beyond individual staff members and require attention at a broader level within Evernest Fort Collins. In conclusion, my hope is that this feedback will encourage Evernest Fort Collins to address these significant issues and improve their property management services for the benefit of both property owners and tenants.
Fantastic experience: Grecia is an amazing representative for Evernest! I am always so grateful for her assistance and caring tone when responding to my inquiries. She has never made me feel anything less than valued and THAT is hard to find in customer service these days!
Positive experience: I leased in Southeast Ft. Collins for four years with minimal hiccups. Everyone I worked with was polite and responsive. I've leased elsewhere five different times. Some of which were horrible. Thanks to all involved for respecting my privacy and needs.
Fantastic experience: Great support and understanding!!!! She has been the best so far that i have delt with. And great over all customer service and help!!!!
Fantastic experience: Tania was extremely helpful. I have not rented a house in a long time and she was very patient with my questions no matter how asinine they may have been.
Fantastic experience: Grecia Grijalva is a breath of fresh air. She is a professional communicator who doesn't hesitate to do a little research to get a problem solved.
Fantastic experience: Sprinkler head was leaking and other sprinklers overspraying in a greenspace. After reporting to Evernest, the landscape company was out the next morning to adjust and repair. Very responsive and quick turnaround was appreciated.
Negative experience: Customer service seemed great at first Tania was very prompt in answering my questions however this place is crooked… I applied and was told it would take 7 days for my credit to come back they go through transunion and I checked prior to applying it was over their required score of 590….. anyways I was told this place was being sold instead by the owner and was being taken off the market I ask for a refund and then Tania tells me it isn’t being sold it was taken off because of my application then the realtor Jillian calls me and says that there is miscommunication going on in the office I should be eligible for a refund given it wasn’t because of my credit it was because it was taken off before I got the chance to be reviewed and then coincidentally they email me saying I was denied because of a credit issue and I don’t qualify for a refund? Unacceptable and scandalous!
Fantastic experience: Mar was super helpful, responded quickly and helped us get everything prepared for our new lease. She had patience, grace, and navigated me to the right contacts that I needed.
Fantastic experience: While our point person (Tania) was fantastic and that is the only reason I’m giving a 5-star review. She was very communicative and advocated for getting the painful process complete. The overall process with underwriting was slow and cumbersome. Also, the issues we shared after the showing were not addressed before move-in. We’re now dealing with issues in an occupied home and a very overgrown, weed-infested lawn. Last, we never met anyone in person, even at the showing.
Fantastic experience: We are a vendor for Evernest Property Management & I’ve always had an amazing experience working with Javier. He is extremely prompt with responses and incredibly professional!
Negative experience: This place feels like a scam I was denied a application because of a criminal record which I do not have at all. Then I try and ask them about this and they tell me that they have zero control over this and it's another company and you have to call them to dispute it, the other company had me on hold for over an hour and then when it hits 6:00 they hung up on me. This place does not do good business
Fantastic experience: Tania has been extremely helpful in getting me on track to renting a house in Greeley Colorado, she responds quickly and nicely.
Negative experience: The owner of our apartment complex fired this property management for mismanagement of an asbestos outbreak, when myself and my neighbors voiced our concerns they were ignored. Also raised our rent arbitrarily before being fired and the new management company was nice enough to lower it back to what it was originally since the lease hadn't started yet.
Hello Justin, The owner of your building requested to be in sole control of the asbestos issue and at your unit. We apologize for any mismanagement on the situation. The rent was raised per the owners request and as property managers we are obligated to do what the owner requests in this situation even though we suggested to not raise rent at your units. We are glad to hear that things are going well for you at the new company!
Positive experience: Thus far, they are amazing. I just had a consultation call, but I am looking forward to the opportunity to work together.
Fantastic experience: The most pleasant person Mar Soriano assisted me in answering all my questions and setting up my touring of a rental property. Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Tania was very helpful throughout the entire leasing process and answered questions quickly making sure that we didn’t miss anything important that could have delayed our approval process. We are so excited to move into our new home. Thanks Tania and Evernest for making this an easy and pleasant experience.
Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience in my dealing with Evernest Property Management. Tania was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
Fantastic experience: Mar Soriano has been great with helping us through signing our new lease with Evernest. We are from out of town so it was stressful finding a place from out of state. But Mar was quick to respond and helpful with all the questions we had!
Fantastic experience: Was super friendly! Answered any & all questions I had, even the obvious ones haha! Very glad Tania was the one to help us out.
Fantastic experience: The process of going through Evernest has been incredible. They’re fast to respond to any questions you might have and have been extremely friendly from the start. Thank you Mar S. for treating us like royalty.
Negative experience: SCAM. Do not bother with this company. They take your application fee and never get back to you. They will email a few times, give you the run around, and then stop answering emails, vm, or chats. They can't be reached by phone. They use an underwriting company to rent a place, which just why? Blame the underwriting team that you have not received any response. I went to their "office," and the electronic directory showed they were in Ste 301. I went to that suite where there was a sign that read we moved to Ste 101, by appointment only. I rang the bell several times, and finally, someone came to the door. The place was all boxed up. She kept apologizing for the mess as they were moving again somewhere else. Someone else said she didn't have any answers and to call another number. Called that number and got more vm. I have since withdrawn my application. This is a scam. I have made a report for scam to the BBB. Please heed my warning!
Fantastic experience: I appreciate the help that I received this morning, and the good explanation of what happened over the weekend, and help moving forward to find another house. Herrman was very kind and respectful.
Fantastic experience: Tania was a huge help when my husband and I were going through the application process and the post-approval process. She is very responsive, and gave us all the information we needed to expedite our move-in process.
Negative experience: A property management company will make or break your property. Evernest will drive it into the ground in record time! When reading the other reviews, keep in mind that Onsite was bought by Evernest about 7 months ago and it is a completely different company. I hired Evernest last October and here has been my experience so far… I already had a long-term tenant in place when Evernest took over. After 45 days though, they still hadn’t gotten a lease completed. I could never get ahold of anyone on the phone, and if I was lucky enough to eventually get a call back, I could never get a straight answer to why. Finally, I threatened to switch to a different company and then miraculously the lease was finally signed. Evernest has separate departments, one that interacts with tenants and one that interacts with owners, but they don’t seem to talk to each other. A couple months ago, the accounting department waited almost 30 days to cash my tenant’s rent check. My property manager, unaware of what was going on in the other department, told me that the tenant wasn’t paying rent and that we should start eviction. I kept asking if anyone had been in contact with the tenant about this, and nobody had besides posting notices on his door. The only way it was resolved was for me to go over and talk to the tenant myself. Lucky I did, otherwise I would have evicted a perfectly good tenant for no reason. Additionally, Evernest sometimes charges my tenant a different amount of rent. I will see it on my monthly owner statement and when I ask why, my property manager doesn’t know the reason. The last time I asked why the rent was $80 lower this month, the property manager replied “he [the tenant] did not provide us with a reason.” As the owner, I feel like no one knows what’s going on with my property and I just have to accept it. The communication is unbelievably bad. I received a call from my tenant this weekend saying he came home to a notice on his door kicking him out again and he couldn’t get ahold of anyone at Evernest to see what was going on. As an owner, I should be aware of the property manager kicking my tenant out, but the only reason I knew was because the tenant called to ask me why. This is the second time he has been told he is being kicked out in the last couple of months. His life has been a nightmare ever since I made the mistake of hiring Evernest! There seems to be a lot of employee turnover. I am on my third property manager at Evernest in just the few months I have used them. Each time they switch, they have no idea what has been going on with the property before. The best word to describe the way my property has been managed is negligent, and the way they have treated my tenant is unethical. Evernest is hands down the worst property management company I have ever seen. They will completely ruin your property as an owner and make your life miserable as a tenant.
Negative experience: I tried applying through this company, but they seemingly just took our money (over $120 for two separate applications), and put our information in the trash. No updates about what was going on with our applications for weeks. They claimed that it was one application fee and they would help find places that fit the tenant, but no effort was shown that they even tried to do that. Even though I provided all information they asked, I was never updated if it was helpful or if we qualified for the property. We ended up going to a much more responsive and kind company. Normand is a transphobic, useless employee.
Fantastic experience: Tania returned my call and sent me listings within my budget and preferences. She even followed up and offered assistance in finding us a place to live with our upcoming move.
Negative experience: My bathroom ceiling leaked from the apartment above on 3/25 while they were remediating black mold from a bad roof job. Evernest has come to see it 3x, has stood me up 3x, and the ceiling has still not been repaired 6 weeks later. The ceiling is starting to crack and you can see the mold forming on my ceiling. I have found this company to be unresponsive, unreliable, and unconcerned.
Fantastic experience: Tania was very helpful she answered all my questions in a timely manner, was super polite and went above and beyond in helping me with what I needed.
Fantastic experience: Tania had been very professional and responsive during my interaction with her for rental enquiry! She is great asset for her company!
Fantastic experience: Tania was great with helping to identify the steps and process for getting a rental with Ecernest. Though we might not due to timing, the process to get connected and almost cleared was simple. If I rent again, or they have a better move in timed home, we look forward to working with the company.
Negative experience: Awful. Can’t ever speak to a real person. They clearly don’t care about their residents. There is no communication when someone wants to stop by. I had a waterfall coming out of my ceiling and it wasn’t treated as a maintenance emergency. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere.
Fantastic experience: Tania was very helpful while we were looking for rentals. I was in way over my head trying to find a place from many states away, and she helped the process run very smoothly.
Negative experience: DO NOT RENT WITH EVERNEST! Long story short due to a leak in an upstairs unit we were shown just how awful they are as a rental management team. They’re negligent to put it lightly. We almost lost all of our belongings due to a asbestos exposure from a leak they failed to mitigate that was no fault of our own. If they tell you they have on call 24/7 maintenance they’re lying, their “operator” will just hang up on you. They don’t answer phone calls, even when it’s an emergency and don’t care about the people they rent to. It’s obvious they aren’t properly staffed to manage the amount of properties they sign on for. It took nearly a month for necessary repairs to happen so we could enter our apartment to move our belongings. We had little to no communication with them during this process as no one answers a telephone! Imagine suddenly being told to leave your home of two years and having all of your belongings held hostage and the people responsible for helping you just don’t answer you. Please avoid as a renter and as a property owner, we lost our home due to no fault of our own and were treated like annoying pests instead of human beings.
Positive experience: 4/1/2022 moved out. We lived at 1113 Alford St for I think close to 6 years and they are pretty good. If you have an issue, they are typically on it immediately. They wanted us to paint the trim and patch holes if there some which I thought was really weird. Also, we replaced every blind and made the place pretty much move in ready. So let's see what our refund on the deposit will be.
Fantastic experience: Brilliant service and prompt service from Mark Comstock. He went out of his way to solve the problem, and provided additional help with our appliance set up. Very thoughtful.
Negative experience: It’s funny how an American company can be this un American so fast, I found out thru a twitter and Reddit post that they love to fire their employees when they have bad moments, also they love to scam they own costumers for a easy flip, so I would save yourself the hassle and just use Zillow
Negative experience: One should not trust their properties with a company that does not care about its most important asset, which should be their employees. Firing them due to being sick is inexcusable and a huge red flag to how they operate.
Hi Miguel, thank you for your feedback. Are you a former employee? We were not able to locate your name in our system. If not, we understand you are defending your friend. However, we do follow all labor laws, and we do our best to build long term relationships with our employees and clients. We do also have standards for employment, and if those standards are not met or followed we are required to release employees. It is unfortunate, we do not like releasing employees, but we also have a job to do and clients to serve, and we need all of our teammates on board to do that. We do not ask people to work when sick, and we do not let people go just because they were sick. We are not sure where you are getting your information since it does not appear you have worked for Evernest, but it is not accurate information. We welcome constructive feedback, but outright lies are not something we can support.
Negative experience: It amazes me how terrible property management companies can be. Evernest is a company that, in order to save a few cents, does not provide employee benefits, and as if that were not enough, it does not offer them options to justify an absence in case of covid. It is not only the case of this recent specific employee, every time someone has covid, they have to show up sick to work as if it is frowned upon to have an illness and miss work. This only shows you that they are understaffed and struggling to keep as much money as they can, at the expense of the health of the employees they have working without offering them vacations. As if that were not enough, they do not have a contract, which makes employees disposable without any legal repercussions or any type of compensation. It is up to you to decide if you decide to do business with these leeches.
Hi Nadia, thank you for your feedback. Are you a former employee? I was not able to locate your name in our system. If not, we understand you are defending your friend. However, we do follow all labor laws, and we do our best to build long term relationships with our employees and clients. It is unfortunate, we do not like releasing employees, but we also have a job to do and clients to serve, and we need all of our teammates on board to do that. We do not ask people to work when sick, and a lot of our employees have the work from home option, so we certainly would not force them to come to an office when sick. We are not sure where you are getting your information since it does not appear you have worked for Evernest, but it is not accurate information. We welcome constructive feedback, but outright lies are not something we can support.
Negative experience: Honestly can’t believe how dehumanizing property management companies can be. As someone who grew up in Fort Collins it never ceases to amaze me how many buzzards have swooped in to feast on the remains of my beloved hometown. With rents constantly skyrocketing due to high demand, I suppose it’s no wonder the greediest, most evil companies are the ones who have taken hold of Colorado rather than companies with well-trained, empathetic staff that view their patrons as living breathing humans instead of potential dollar signs

Negative experience: Not only does this company grossly mistreats tenants who just want to get assistance from them calling them names behind closed doors, it turns out they also mistreats its employees, so you could say this is an organization that simply does not care about people in general. Instead, this is one of the many corporations that look for any means to cut corners and increase revenue even if this means finding ways to give less than what is legally required to their workforce by hiring them as freelancers while they participate in meetings and engage on a set 8 hour-a-day schedule. Why do this? Mainly to not be obligated to provide them with any type of PTO or even sick leave due to covid, and to be able to lay their employees off with no explanation or severance pay even when this is required in the countries they hire on. I am quite certain they believe they can continue to do this and outsource employees in countries where they can pay them less, thinking there will never be legal consequences for them. A truly disgusting lot worth no business or profit
Hi Elizabeth, thank you for your feedback. Are you a former employee? I was not able to locate your name in our system. If not, we understand you are defending your friend. Negative experience: wish I could leave zero. this place must be terribly run, or they just blatantly don't care about their tenants one bit. I have been requesting a phone call from their team about charges on my account for almost an entire month now, and have been ignored. I keep getting the same info via email and having to repeat myself, every number you call is either out of service or goes to voicemail, and the person I am working with via email has been a nightmare. given the lack of care for your tenants I highly doubt you're even reading this.
Hi Forest, we have researched your account this morning for history. The employee you were talking to is no longer with the company. We apologize for the inconvenience and the lack of communication. We are happy to discuss your account with you, Grecia will be contacting you today, she will be able to assist you with your account and get you taken care of. We apologize again for the frustration and inconvenience.
Fantastic experience: Evernest has been a great company to rent from. They are very understanding and easy to communicate with. While switching ownership and now with a recent event, Alejandra Duplancher has been an amazing help with fixing problems for us.
Hi Kelieye! Thank you so much for your 5 star review! We are glad we are able to help!
Fantastic experience: Over the past nine months we have transitioned two of our developments, HOA management, to Evernest. Their professionalism and attention to detail are refreshing and we have been impressed with their response time and dedication to doing things right. Our manager, Michaela, is a joy to work with and has been able to be flexible, working with the different personalities and management styles of each Board. Alan Olson General Manager The Brooks Companies
Thank you so much for the great review Alan! And we agree, Michaela is a joy and we are lucky to have her!
Fantastic experience: HI i moved from Casper Wyoming 2012 to 1117 11th av APT 5 GREAT SERVICES ON THE TIME REACT QUICKLY TANHK U TO ALL TIME ALEJANDRA AND EDDIE TEAM FOR THE HARD WORK
Thank you so much for the great review Fattah! Welcome to Colorado! We are happy we could help!
Fantastic experience: I've had a great experience with Evernest, previously OnSite, so far! When I moved in, maintenance was quick to fix a few things (fridge light blub, clothes dryer knob, etc). The process to submit pictures at move in makes me feel good about documenting previous damage so that I am not charged later. My interaction via email with Alejandra has been helpful. I love where I live and the rent seems reasonable for the location and sq. footage.
Thank you so much for the 5 star review Maddy! We are glad we were able to take care of your maintenance leads timely!
Negative experience: Very unprofessional and poorly coordinated property management company. We have been without a dryer for over 3 months. Contacting the maintenance coordination team has been far from easy, employees are evasive with questions and do not return calls in a timely manner. Overall, I am unimpressed with this company and their capability to resolve issues quickly and easily
Thank you for your feedback Will! We have looked and it looks like the dryer issue has been resolved. We apologize for the delay in the repair, we had one part that was replaced and failed. Between the failed part and the repair company there were delays. We could have communicated better and apologize that the final repair was delayed. We appreciate the feedback and opportunity to do better. If you have any other concerns at any time please let us know, we are here to help.
Fantastic experience: I had some issues with paying my rent and Alejandra was amazing. She’s pleasant to work with. Very Knowledgeable and responds quickly! Offers options if you’re late on rent. She Gave me a more than a month to get back on track, and anything I asked or needed was met. Such a pleasant person. I feel she went above and beyond to help me. If you have trouble getting through on the phone to the office I highly suggest you send an email. Very quick response. You’ll actually have a full conversation with many emails in the same day. They’re always wanting to help their tenants!
Thank you so much for the 5 star review Renee! We are so glad we were able to help you and get you what you needed!
Negative experience: Absolutely terrible customer service. You cannot ever get someone on the phone or to email you back. They refuse to speak with you when there is a problem. Do not use this company. They took out a rent payment after they were no longer managing my property and have refused to contact me back to correct this and give me my $1440.00 back!
Collette, we sincerely apologize for your experience. We are not going to make excuses for the failures on our end. Thank you for the feedback, we are working daily to grow and fix our processes so that we do not repeat the same mistakes.
Fantastic experience: I have only been with Evernest a short time, but so far so good. I had maintenance issues, I submitted a request through the online system which was very user friendly, they responded quickly and completed the job within a few days. The maintenance person was on time and courteous. Everything seems to have been done correctly.
Sharon, thank you for the 5 star review! We are glad to hear that you had a great experience with maintenance! We will pass this feedback along to the maintenance team!
Fantastic experience: The maintenance team is so kind and quick to respond! Both Jordan and Bill have done a lot of work on our apartment and we have been so happy with everything that they’ve done!
Claire, thank you for the 5 star feedback! We will pass this along to the maintenance team!
Fantastic experience: Onsite helped me immediately. Within 2 minutes of inquiring about new homeowner details with our HOA citizen president, Onsite immediately took action. They said I could stop by immediately to pick up the pool keys, etc. They were professional, friendly and helpful.
Negative experience: Terrible customer service. They are horrible and answering questions and it’s impossible to talk anyone on the phone. They will bill you for the most ridiculous things (we just got a bill for snow removal in the middle of august AFTER we moved out of our house…). They take forever to respond to maintenance requests and when they do they rarely fix anything (a massive tree branch fell on our back porch and on top of the house in a winter storm and it took them months to even get part of it down, we moved out in august and it was hanging over our fence. Maintenance came to fix a leak in a pipe and cut a hole in our wall months ago and we moved out with the hole still there. Countless other issues with them. They also took $1200 from our security deposit with zero explanation all it says on our bill is “charge.”
Negative experience: Christen didn't show up for our appointment time and when I called she wasn't willing to come into the viewing when it was scheduled for 30 minute block of time. She wasted our whole day. What a unprofessional person to display at your business. I do not recommend this property management company
