Negative experience: Goodwin is currently billing our HOA electric at double the Xcel rate. They refuse to provide financials, explain how money is being spent, or collaborate with homeowners what so ever. It very much appears there is something illegal going on financially and Goodwin is doing everything they can to protect the developer. Nothing has been fixed in our community, and Goodwins property manager closed out the ticket I had open without there being resolution. I just called the office (which redirects you to their call center) to ask who I can escalate to. I was told I can have the property managers contact info or the call center supervisor, but that the supervisor wouldn't be able to give me any more info. Jessica P has been completely unhelpful in responding to our calls or emails. Our electric bill is $100 more for each unit than prior months, and they are charging $17,000 from the HOA reserves on top of our personal charges (we have no amenities). STAY AWAY.
Fantastic experience: I was confused about some payments. Called Goodwin &Co., left a message. It was returned quickly. I spoke to Rafael Paz who was a great help. Considerate, well spoken, explained every detail. Pleasure to deal with.
Fantastic experience: Jeffrey was the best. I work nights and was having problems with the one time HOA online payment. Then trying to contact the company when the were open and I was awake, long story short by the time I got Jefrey there was a late fee. I just tucked it up and was going to pay it, but Jefrey offered to take care of it. I made my one time payment and don't have to worry about it till January 2027. Thank for Jefrey!!

Negative experience: Horrible company. They will ignore your requests for months and years. Non-emergency requests take 6-12 months to resolve with no communication from G&C. Isaiah will hardly ever reply to your requests. Multiple calls, tickets, and emails have no effect. They are the gold standard in horrible property management companies.

Fantastic experience: Citas S. was a patient, well spoken customer service representative. She was patient, confirmed my need, & gave me more info than any of the Goodwin reps. Goodwin & CO is neither a helpful or respectable company to their account clients, to date. Several calls, several misdirections & NO RESPONSE from Property Reps! Only attention is to HOA payments or financial exchange. I would NEVER recommend this company for any reason. Poor management, poor property reps & NO FOLLOW UP…. But quick to charge additional fees, ignore requests & blame clients without responsibility! You are lucky to have Citas S. She will find a better job that appreciates her.

Negative experience: Impossible to get a hold of anyone. I call and says high call volume then says they are unavailable. When I get a call back, it’s always from a different number that goes to spam/voicemail and they tell me to call back the 800 number again. No one responds via email. Been in this loop for days… Re company’s response: I emailed Ron already as I saw someone had a similar complaint and they said to email him. Guess what… he didn’t reply back to me either.

Have you contacted our customer service or direct managers email, called our receptionist or used TownSq which is both a website & mobile app that you can communicate with us and your manager directly? It sounds like there are many avenues that you can utilize to reach us that you have not utilized yet but we are happy to help you anytime!

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible HoA up in the Candelas. Have been fighting them for months now over a simple netting for our dogs to keep them safe, since they don't want us to put up privacy fences because it will block the view. But they can put up massive commerical structures across the street on highway 72. Kindof ironic. The dog netting is very minimal and can't even notice it. Feeling alittle bullied by this HoA because we are a house that shares with a HoA part of grass, that also doesn't take care of their part of the grass from weeds and grass. Very hypocritical of a company to demand things from people that take care of their house but they cant on their side. Fence is noticable of close but not harming anyone far away or in the community. Wouldn't recommend working with these people. Bully people out of simple things with the power they have.

When you purchased your home, the developer did tell you about the rules for not putting up the netting that you've been requesting. It's also listed in your governing documents that it has never been allowed. I'm sorry to hear that you're frustrated. However, there's nothing that we can do to change that rule unless the board decides to do it. Given it's a Metro district, it's a very long and hard process and the Board does not plan on making exceptions. We also do not have anything to do with the construction across the street. As the management company, we are fulfilling what the governing documents say.

Negative experience: Zero stars. They have no idea what they are doing! They drive around taking (incorrect) photos of homes and sending out emails because they are incapable of doing anything requiring skill. Nice work folks

Management of communities is far more complex than just driving around and sending notices. We work at the direction of your board of directors who make decisions and provide direction to us on how to handle certain tasks. We would be happy to go into greater detail on the role of the management company if you would like to contact us. If you're having an issue with a letter that you received, please contact us. All of our violation letters have pictures of the violations on the letter. If you feel that you've been issued a letter incorrectly, please contact us so that we can have it removed from your account.

Negative experience: Real annoying pieces of garbage that give all HOAs a bad name. This is why people hate HOA. They sent me a picture of my front tree saying its dead..... its November of course there are no leaves!?!? Its very much alive... this is like the 4th notice this year al for the most nitpicky ridiculous things I have ever seen.
We are sorry that you feel that way however, Goodwin & Company works at the direction of the Windshire Metro District Board and administers compliance based on the District’s regulations.
To clarify, the courtesy notice sent did not state that the tree was dead. The notice requested that accumulated leaves be raked and disposed of. The photo included was to show the location where leaves were identified, not to indicate an issue with the tree itself. This was a courtesy notice only and not a fine or enforcement escalation which clearly outlined the reason.
We understand that receiving notices can be frustrating and encourage you to contact management directly so concerns can be reviewed in detail instead of leaving inaccurate posts.

She is always very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about historic issues in our community, vendors, etc. I'm new to our Board and she's made it relatively easy to learn the in's and out's of the HOA. Really thankful that we have her! Compared to previous PM's, residents also seem much more satisfied now that we work with Mariah.

Negative experience: A lot of the reviews here have to be fake, because Goodwin cannot possibly be an upstanding (or even real?) company. Our community in Denver switched to them recently and were given an email address to contact and a phone number to reach. The wild thing about the phone number is that it rang and then hung up...no option to leave a message. Rang once, call ended. The email unsurprisingly was never answered but y'all don't need me to tell you that. It's, in some ways, a brilliant business maneuver to stand up a management company and then not staff the phones or inboxes, but I'll be interested to see what the long-term effect on the business is. Stay super far away if you can.

Negative experience: UPDATE: today is day 9. I have added a video of our reality. We do this 4 times a day. We are so fed up. Grant Park, Denver. Our elevator has been broken for 5 days with zero communication. Zero updates. Now it’s the weekend, and you don’t offer support on weekends. (Bizarre!) My husband has to carry our 14 year old SEVENTY POUND dog up and down 4 flights of stairs 4 times a day, every day. I CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW MUCH THIS SUCKS. I will call out ISAIAH VIGIL as the person I’m told is responsible, but I loathe your entire company and your FAKE reviews equally. Trust me folks, scroll to the 1 star reviews. Nothing else is true. Happy to delete this if you fix our elevator!

Your Board is currently reviewing elevator company options moving forward. We are very sorry that this is an inconvenience and are working actively to resolve.

Negative experience: Had problems with a late fee and Elieza G did the research that nobody else would. Got me the waivers needed to remove the erroneous charges. Had many problems with other companies, at least this one did the research and didnt just stand there with an open palm saying too bad, so sad. ~Follow up the lack of communication in this company is laughable. Changing bill dates without notification so they can stack late fee on top of late fee. If you use them make sure you are checking your email daily just in case they send you some new thing you didnt know about.

Negative experience: HOA raised almost $100, monthly is now $380!! Community is poorly maintained. Trash everywhere, overgrown bushes, weeds, grass is dead, dogs running around with moi leash and droppings are not picked up,. Maintenance crew quickly blows over trash, nothing is thorough, or any actual upkeep.
Fantastic experience: Clyde is so patient to me and spend a long time helping me to set up the autopay and pay August payment. He provided the best service that a customer expect. I hope that every agent can have Clyde’s working attitude. I really appreciate his help and time.

Negative experience: Leaving a bad review once again since this is the only way they respond to our needs. Summer is almost over, and we have been contacting multiple people for our pool & tennis court key. We have gone officially 2 summers now without the amenities we pay so much for on a monthly basis. Additionally, they did work in our alley way, and have left hazardous potholes on the sides of our garages, with no intention to fix it. We are continuously disappointed by this HOA company, and we hope for answers soon.

Negative experience: One star is too many for peachwood community staff and Goodwin in general. Lip service is their specialty. I would NOT recommend selecting them for property management.
Negative experience: Such a waste of time and money trying to work with our assigned community manager at Grant Park in Denver. Messages go unanswered, scheduled projects are ignored and updates are not provided to owners with basic email communications or responses on Town Square. It's not difficult to send out email updates and it's the bare minimum of what is expected from a management company. Also haven't been able to get a call-back from a supervisor for multiple phone call reach-outs now. Scam.

Negative experience: My experience with Haley Baker has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, her communication was cold, condescending, and completely lacking in basic customer service or professional courtesy. Rather than offering support or listening to my concerns, she repeatedly spoke down to me and kept pointing out what I was “responsible for” as a homeowner in an unnecessarily rude tone. Even after I politely and respectfully asked that future correspondence be communicated in a more constructive and professional manner, her tone remained dismissive—as if I wasn’t worth responding to with even the bare minimum of respect. It’s one thing to enforce policies—it’s another to speak to people like they don’t matter. Everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy, especially when they are reaching out in good faith to resolve an issue. I sincerely hope the company re-evaluates how communication is handled moving forward.

Negative experience: By far the worst HOA company I’ve had to deal with, their customer service does not reply can’t get a hold of anyone over the phone. Emails will only be answered by Holly and will not go any further, recently I’ve sold my home and the HOA charged over $3000.00. A one sheet of paper that was printed “Status letter” they’ve charge $747.60 that is incredibly expensive, to transfer the name on the HOA cost me $170.00 and they’ve pro rated me for half the month of July $206.13 even though I’ve paid July’s HOA in June 2025, total scam. We also had to pay the insurance that is their insurance company covering the outside for $3200.00 every homeowner had to come up with this amount out of pocket to cover next years insurance coverage. I’m glad to be out of this HOA company they are totally scamming the residents who did not vote for the assessment. Hopefully I can get the media interested to expose this company’s fraud.
