Fantastic experience: We were first time home buyers in a highly competitive Denver Metro area market and worked with Tyler Schreckengost at American Home Agents. We interviewed a couple different real estate agents and ended up deciding on him based not only the answers he provided during our interview process, but also per recommendation from our loan officer and mortgage consultant, Ralph Hinshaw at American Financing. We could not be more pleased. He went above and beyond every expectation and thoroughly guided us and provided us with extensive insight and recommendations on how to navigate a hot real estate market. From the time we viewed our first home, we were able to place a winning bid under his leadership in just 3 weeks (he even helped us beat an all cash offer on the table) -- which is impressive given the housing shortage and high demand in the Denver metro area. To put that in perspective, buyers in this market will give up after trying to buy a house for 8+ months! Although he works with multiple clients at a time, we felt like we were his only clients since he always responded almost immediately at any time of day (or night) and always gave us his undivided attention whether it was booking showings and establishing relationships with seller agents even before houses were officially on the market to providing eContracts within hours for our signature and review. He also explained all aspects of those contracts and what that meant for us and what parts were binding versus negotiable. Highly recommended and if we ever decide to move again, we are 100% going to hire Tyler again

Fantastic experience: I worked with the realtor agent Isai and it was a blessing. I’m a first time home buyer and he was definitely the best part of the whole experience. He was ready from the beginning all the way to the very end. Had great knowledge and professionalism, and most importantly I felt comfortable asking him for advice and knowing the answer would be reliable. That to me felt like he was the best realtor I could’ve asked for. Things that he just did without question: kept communication flowing not just between me and him, but consistently had my mortgage loan officer follow through or negotiate and discuss with the sellers/HOA. He was diligent in what he did, never late for whatever it was, which shows how present and aware of you he is. He was there when I had a question in the middle of the night and he was there when I wanted to look at and put up a fast offer on a home I really liked (got outbid, but it was close! And he gave me that fighting chance). If you want someone reliable, look no further because today I’ve closed on a home. You only need to find a good agent and you’re set. So, ask for Isai Jimenez. Thanks again Isai, I’m sure we will work together in the future as well.

Fantastic experience: Given how fast the real estate market is in Denver, when it came time for my wife and I to sell our condo we figured it would be a snap. We thought that we would just list it FSBO and we'd be under contract in days and save on a lot of costs. After a few weeks listed on Zillow and FSBO.com we had a couple nibbles but did not have any real buyers. What we DID receive were a plethora of agents offering to list our house for us. As our moving date came closer, we decided it would be difficult to show and facilitate the contracts for the sale from out of state. Larisa Stur was referred to us by someone we truly trust and we were not disappointed. Larisa and her team were incredible. Within 24 hours of listing with her she had her crew out with professional photos and all the necessary docs ready for us. While that's great that they were on the ball, the real benefit of using this seasoned pro was the ease of the transaction. Within 4 days of listing our condo, Larisa negotiated with a number of different offers and managed to get us $10,000 more than we were listed for! This all-star team provided us peace of mind knowing they were working to sell our property and handle all the necessary paperwork. This allowed us to move without the added stress of selling our condo from out of state. Using this team netted us just as much as if we had sold FSBO and they handled all the paperwork with ease and grace. Go with LARISA!!!

In the market that we are in today, finding your dream house on any budget is a daunting task. Fantastic experience: Tyler schreckengost is the best realtor we could ask for. He is always available to call or even help show homes. He drove all the way to Sterling, co just to show 2 or 3 homes and didn’t complain or ask to see if we can find someone in our area to help us look at homes. He was always answering our questions and making sure that we knew what was going on. He is excellent at his job and knows what he is doing. He immediately clicked with us and became a really good friend at the end. I would definitely recommend him as a realtor and we definitely use him again in the future.

Negative experience: I bought my first home back in November 2020. Star Naeemy made my experience horrible. I felt as if I was not spending enough money to engage her interest. I expressed my feelings and worked with Edward, I'm assuming is her assistant. On closing day, they both were on there computers the whole time and I'm not sure why they were even there. I did not get a closing gift. Star said she forgot and they would bring something by once I was settled. That was a lie. If you don't have a bunch of money and you want your first home buying experience to be treated like the special event it is, I suggest using a different company.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Jessica Creasey and she was just awesome. She listened to everything we were looking for and spent the time explaining the process and how we could find the home we were looking for. Our area was quite a ways outside of the Denver area as we were looking for mountain/rural properties and she drove to every one that we looked at. When some hiccups occurred along the way, Jessica jumped in and helped resolve the issues. Jessica was direct, responsive and everything you want in a realtor. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a property!

Jamie was the absolute most amazing realtor that I have ever met. She went to battle for me in order for my wife and I to get into our first home. She took money out of her commission to help us she gave up a ton of her time and worked around her and our busy schedule just to view houses even if they were out of the way. Jamie is by far the best realtor in the company and possibly the best realtor in the entire state of Colorado. I will not go to any other realtor. Jamie had our best interests in mind and looked out for us through the whole process. We know that she went above and beyond and entirely out of our way to help my wife and I. If anyone is looking to buy a home in Colorado please go here and ask for Jamie if I ever end up buying another home I refuse to go to anyone else. She is absolutely outstanding!

Fantastic experience: Working with Andrew on my first home purchase was above and beyond my expectations. As a first time home buyer the process can be very intimidating at times. Andrew used his years of experience to help me find the right home. After looking at a couple properties and almost putting a bid on the first one we looked at. Fantastic experience: Our agent was Kimberly Brown. I have known Kimberly for about 15 years, as we used to work together for a major consumer goods/food company. We didn’t even interview other candidates because I already knew how trustworthy, responsive, detail-oriented and empathetic Kimberly is. She exhibited all of those skills during our home search. When visiting homes, she had already researched comps in the area that she shared with us as we looked at homes to understand whether they were under or over priced. She also really went out of her way to make my spouse feel very comfortable with her and the process (since my spouse did not previously know her). We highly recommended Kimberly!

Fantastic experience: This was my first home buy. It was quite the eye opener as to what is availanle and how much things are. I was fortunate to ha Jessica Greasy as my agent. She did an excellent job scheduling and meeting at showings pretty much any time as long as they were available. I didnt really know what I wanted and I was being super picky but Jessica did a good job of working with me. She had no problem driving to where ever the showings were no matter the distance. She also did an excellent job making sure the sale went through and although the sale that I chose was unlike any other sale she's had before. She did an excellent job guiding me through and helping take care of a lot of things that weren't even necessarily her responsibility. I would definitely work witnesses again if the occasion ever arises so thank you Jessica for all you've done. You were a great help and made this experience really not so bad even though it could have been terrible.

Fantastic experience: Buying and selling a home at the same time sounded stressful to me, but Angela Kibbee was incredible throughout the entire process. She made it really easy. Angela sold my home in 36 hrs without a “For Sale” sign. The buyers backed out after a near perfect inspection, and Angela had it on the market and sold (again) within 3 days at most (over a holiday wknd).
