Negative experience: Terrible experience! We felt completely unsupported while buying and selling in the Denver metro. Marsanne misrepresented her commitment and constantly argued with us instead of advocating for our interests. Knowing full well we have a challenging property, the marketing strategies we discussed were never implemented, we were promised a support team that we never received, documents were sent incorrect and incomplete, and we were expected to do several of her tasks ourselves. Every inquiry was met with hostility, and she resisted our clear requirements and expectations. She insisted on giving in to buyers' and sellers' demands with no negotiation, disregarding our wishes. Ultimately, Marsanne's complete unprofessionalism led to ignored communications, unnecessary conflict and an unsuccessful sale. Avoid at all costs! (We realize Marsanne is no longer with the FI Team, however we feel completely unsupported by the FI Team/eXp as well)

She went above and beyond to make sure we found just what we wanted and did extra behind the scenes research to make sure we got a great deal. Fantastic experience: I relocated from New York to be near my son and family in Novrmbet. While still in New Uork my agent sent me listings to look at to see what I was interested in. Upon arrival in Colorado she immediately set up numerous townhouses and condos for me to view. I was in my new home in weeks thanks to her understanding of mu wants and needs. Fantastic experience: Craig is seriously a legend. I have never enjoyed working with someone as much as him. When working with Craig, I quickly felt like he wasn't just in it for the commission and truly does care about long term relationships. Full transparency, the first house we went under contract for ended up having a lot wrong under the surface. The only reason I found this out is because Craig advised that I get a licensed plumber out there before close to take a look. He provided me with referrals to contractors that he had previously worked with. That plumber was such a straight shooter and told me the truth, not just what was going to get him the job. It ended up saving my wife and I from making a big mistake. We not only got out of the deal, but Craig also helped "go to bat" for us to get our earnest money back. The entire time, he handled himself calmly and professionally, treating everyone involved with respect. As soon as I told Craig about the house being a no go, he not only got to work on getting us out of it, but also found 5 new properties on the market that were even better than the one we were getting out of. 3 days later, we were under contract for a different house that we are honestly much happier to be buying. I will never stop raving about how awesome the FI team is and will for sure be working with them for all future real estate investments in the Denver area.

Fantastic experience: Craig was an incredible wealth of knowledge. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, he was patient, diligent and organized. Working with Craig helped me to understand the markets in and around Denver so I could make the most informed decision. Craig is truly an amazing advisor to have on your side. I could not recommend working with Craig more.

Negative experience: We were on the selling side and went under contract with two separate buyers from this brokerage, both we later (after going under contract) learned intended to “hack” the house and both walked from the deal right after getting quotes from contractors.. turns out putting in third kitchens is very expensive. The first time it was unfortunate, the second time we felt dumb for accepting an offer from this brokerage. Trying to turn single family housing into house hacks is a good investment idea.. but please consider establishing your budget first because walking twice at the last minute hurts real people and families. The same “house hacking” contractor was sent out twice, and he told us it was nearly the same project that the first buyer wanted to do. It is shocking to me that the brokerage didn’t use the estimate from the first bid to advise the second buyer an idea of what this actually costs- she walked the next day.

Fantastic experience: I met Chad and other members of the FI team at a real estate meet up and they were extremely sharp, knowledgeable, and willing to help. If you are looking to buy a house for personal use or an investment property, I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I found Annick through the bigger pockets website, as I was looking for an agent who was well versed in investing and an investor as well. She followed up quickly for a call, went through numbers with me on a few houses, and set up showings for everything I requested. Annick was a consummate professional, steering me in the right direction at every step of the way, answering all of my questions, and following up on every detail. We had a few hiccups with the sellers, and we talked through everything. Through closing she was easy to reach, responsive, and always had ideas on how to approach different situations.
