Fantastic experience: If your 're looking for a place to live you need to go through Smart City! I had Madison Ferguson as my locater who went above and beyond regarding finding me a place. I spent two weeks searching for a place stressing out about it and almost settling for way less. Madison was able to find everything I wanted and more all within my budget! The difference in places I was looking for on my own compared to what she found for me is night and day. Its amazing to work with someone whos knowledgeable, passionate about what she does, and cares about the people shes helping!

Smart City connects you with one of their apartment locaters, they reach out to you, figure out what you’re looking for, what your budget is, what area you’re wanting to live in, and curate it all into one for you! You get a PDF of several apartments and they lay it all out for you. Molly took out the hassle of looking for an apartment, and on top of that, she’s very kind and helpful with the whole process. With Mollys help, I found everything I was looking for in an apartment and I will be using her for my next search!

Fantastic experience: Paola at Smart City Denver changed my life and I am not exaggerating in the slightest. When I saw the Instagram add, I assumed Smart City was an apartment searching website, similar to ones I’ve used in the past, and I’m so incredibly happy I was wrong. Based on my budget and what I had seen on the other websites, my hopes were anything but high. I gave Paola my exorbitant wish list and was ready to be laughed at. However, when she sent me her picks for me, completed with full walk through videos, floor plans, square footage, neighborhood details and a transparent cost breakdown, I could not pick my jaw off the floor. Paola found me gorgeous units in beautiful neighborhoods with amazing amenities all within my less than ideal budget that I NEVER would have found on my own. She toured each place with me and was asking questions during the tour I never would have thought of or forgot to ask completely. Every single picky complaint I had was only ever met with understanding and willingness to try to find me something better. She took notes and videos of the specific units I would get and sent me everything to help with my decision. I only toured five complexes and ended up going with the second unit Paola had showed me; that alone was better than the 13 significantly worse places I had toured the last time I did this by myself. Her hard work got me into an absolute dream unit that I otherwise never would have seen the inside of. She has essentially held my hand through this entire process and continues to help me out with the logistics in the moving process, giving me much needed peace of mind. I could not be more grateful and I would recommend to absolutely everyone looking for a new home to ask for Paola at Smart City Denver.

Fantastic experience: Although I did not end up going with the apartments that were chosen for me through Smart City, I wanted to share how great my experience was. I worked with Jason Shine and he did a really great job finding me apartments that met all of my preferences. Most importantly, he did it very quickly and had incredibly effective communication. When we met in-person to tour the three apartments, he was extremely personable and made the process seamless. He even went out of his way to do this on Valentine’s Day due to my busy schedule. Fantastic experience: I LOVE SMART CITY!!!! i was connected with Julia G and she was an actual angel! i'm making a cross country move from nyc to denver and didn't have the opportunity to go to denver and scout apartments, so when i found smart city i was sooooo pumped. Julia was simply the best and made the whole process so easy! i was able to land a KILLER apartment in my first choice neighborhood :) Julia answered all of my many questions and help settle some anxiety over making these decisions from nyc and i really couldn't be happier! i am so pumped to get to denver and start my new life and it wouldn't have been possible AT ALL without Julia i really can't recommend this company enough and i feel so blessed to have found them!!!!! please please please use them and if you can get my girl Julia because she will not let you down!!! their concierge team is also very helpful and able to answer even more questions about the logistics of a cross country move. this company really thinks of it all and make you feel so at easy despite how big of a lifestyle change you are embarking on (in my case) but i would also use them just to move around denver if needed! Fantastic experience: Where do I even start?! There are so many great things to talk about. We first started using Smart City Denver about five years ago and have never looked back!!! I can’t believe how tedious and dreadful the process of apartment hunting used to be before using Smart City Denver! Every time we’ve moved since then we use Smart City Denver, it’s been a DAY AND NIGHT difference. They help save you so much time, we no longer dread apartment hunting. They make the process so smooth. Not only that but they’re very communicative which is so important during the process. I love how open their communication is. They’ll walk you through EVERYTHING and hold your hand every step of the way, even after you’ve found your new home to offer resources for moving. I RARELY see this level of support and customer service. In fact, they always reach out to us before our current lease is up to offer assistance with moving again if we need it. They will also go with you on the tours and offer insights to each place they’ve had clients rent to help guide you better which is super helpful especially if any of their other clients have had any compliments or concerns for the property you tour. Sometimes we had busy days and would respond late to their messages and they were always understanding and patient! We usually have challenging requirements to meet for the apartments we like to live in and Smart City Denver has always done everything to help us find apartments that fit our needs and in our budget which isn’t an easy task, especially in Denver! Last year Taylor B. helped us which we’re so thankful for! Because she’s was temporarily away, Taylor G. helped us find our new home this year and we couldn’t be more appreciative and excited to move!!!! She did the near impossible, with all of our requirements, and found us the perfect new place to call home. Not only did she help us find the right place but she even stayed late when we toured the last apartment and decided to apply there. She was our number one supporter and advocate! Especially when we forgot the price listed on the website was lower than the price listed during our application process and asked the leasing agent if they’d adjust it accordingly which they did. You want Smart City Denver on your side when touring/looking for new apartments for sure! Taylor G. was so nice too, it was fun touring with her. Taylor G. made the whole process a breeze! We couldn’t thank her enough for the help! If you’re looking to move then use Smart City!!! More importantly, they’re great to use if you don’t live in that specific city yet but are looking to move there. I recommend them to EVERYONE I know who’s looking to lease a new place. I’ve never written a long review like this before but am HAPPY to because of the top tier support and service we’ve received using Smart City Denver and Taylor’s support! One year I tried using another apartment broker group and they did not even compare to Smart City in terms of professionalism and service! Plus it’s free, what more could you ask for?! We couldn’t have found a better place without them!

This guy is an absolute professional who made the entire process effortless. Fantastic experience: I found Smart City through Instagram ads, and I am so glad I decided to use them to help me find my new apartment! I was lucky enough to work with Victoria, who made the entire experience so easy. All I had to do was share some of my wants and needs, and she made a list of great locations that fit my budget. Victoria also set up all the tours and ensured they fit my schedule. She really took away a lot of the stress that comes with moving, and I felt extremely confident when signing the lease to my new apartment! Renting an apartment from out of state could’ve been stressful, but she made the entire process easy and seamless. Fantastic experience: Jamal Curtis was amazing. He went to WORK finding the best apartment fit for us in the exact area we wanted to live in. Coming from Washington DC, he was a great person to have on the ground in Denver. He FaceTimed us at each location, and he did research to answer our questions about different properties. We ended up choosing an apartment that is opening next month, giving us an affordable and brand-new place to live, which we likely wouldn’t have found without Jamal. Cannot recommend him and Smart City enough!!
