Negative experience: Do not be fooled by being told you'll get options if your credit score isn't high enough. You'll be mad when you pay for the expensive application fee, only to be turned back and denied. They must be in conjunction with JWB Homes.

When I submitted a maintenance request for all of them, they were completed within a few days. My experience renting through this company has been an absolute positive one. What I like about this company is that there is a lot of teamwork. When I was not able to get ahold of my leasing agent, Irish helped me and answered all of my questions. Negative experience: Bad experience with their company. They want the tenants pay for cleaning the house and carpet but still don’t return the full amount of deposit. When we move in the house with very dirty and old. We hired the professionals clean the house and carpet really nice but they still find excuses to hold the deposit. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I don’t do reviews very often, but this one I couldn’t pass up. I’m originally from St Louis and I got a job offer in Jacksonville. Upon moving, I was disappointed at the place I originally had on hold. I searched and searched and got disappointed as well as being scammed left and right for weeks. I was stressing out because I was staying at a hotel with my luggage in storage. Concerned about starting my first day at a new career with no place to rest my head and feel comfortable. Just as I was about to give up, I said a little prayer and someone suggested nest finders. I thought it’s worth a try. Immediately, I called and Sheri had answered the phone. I explained my situation she was very understanding. I met with her the next day and within three days, I was in the most fabulous place...More than I anticipated! Perfect area and all the amenities I wanted! I was so happy I could cry! She did all the hard work and all I did was sign the paper. She made me feel comfortable and welcome (in a new town with no direction)...and to me that means more than anything! Fantastic experience: No one can beat Nest Property Management group. I am always impressed on how they handle the property efficiently. I have been with them from 2021 and they have been very efficient at taking care of property in the aspects of finding tenants, handling the issues while live far off. Positive experience: UPDATED 6/30/24: Make sure you thoroughly read the lease. Based on my experiences on the 1st lease and now renewal, the lease may show you're responsible for things that the owner has accepted responsibility for. I have to speak up and advocate for myself but it can be mentally exhausting and stressful. And try not to bring up the same valid issues with a vendor or you'll start to feel both Nest Finders and the owners think you're the problem. I really like this place and hope to be here longer. I can only pray the owners realize that I'm a very good tenant who takes pride in where I live. ======================= Last night, after writing a negative review about the care and service I received as a tenant, I received from texts and phone call from the owner, Blakley Hughes. To say he was extremely disappointed and upset at the care I received is an understatement. He is passionate about his company and takes it very personal (as he should) when he gets word that his tenants have received poor service. He apologized repeatedly and asked what could he do to make things right. But he had already had in mind what he would offer and it was beyond what I expected. Needless to say I’m beyond impressed with Blakley. I’ve never had an owner read my Google review and immediately put things in motion to right a wrong and make me feel that I didn’t make a bad decision. I am beyond impressed (even to tears) that he took the time to listen to my concerns, answer questions about His business and most important care about me as a person. After deciding to no longer rent apartments since selling my home 2021, I really wanted to find a place to call home for a few years before buying again. This time I was very intentional about which property management companies I chose to rent from. Blakely response to the situation restored my confidence that I made a good decision.

Our recent move has quite simply been the best transition/move in my family has experienced. The Nest Finders portal is easy to use whether you are submitting paperwork or a maintenance order. All work orders have been addressed swiftly with clear communication and quality vendors. Allie follows up with us after any work order to make sure the issue is resolved. They are quick to get any maintenance issues taken care of—and taken care of right! Denisse Rivera has been excellent and always follows up about any maintenance issue to be sure it was handled to satisfaction.
