Negative experience: It's hard to even pick a place to start with this property management group. We lived in one of their complexes for almost 3 years, and it was filled with horrors. Day 1 of move-in I showed up to find someone else living in my new apartment...no on site management to handle it. It look 3 hours for someone from CPM to show up who then proceeded to bag all of these poor people's belongings and throw it outside...which is illegal in the state of FL. The complex had a plumbing issue and caused sewage to back up into our toilet and tub. Find photos attached with how they left our apartment for 48 hours and no help putting us up somewhere for a night, we had to pay that ourselves even though the apartment was uninhabitable. Our A/C unit broke after being repaired 3 separate times in our first 6 months there. It took TEN DAYS to get a new one in. When the tech showed up, he told me the unit was the oldest he had ever seen. The washers and dryers break constantly and only accept quarters, I've seen newer units in college dorms. The parking lot is managed by a third party tow company who towed one of our vehicles claiming it was unregistered?? I again had to pay out of pocket for this and fight the tow truck company myself to get my money back. The parking lot otherwise? Good luck. They do nothing to manage how many people live in each unit, our neighbor at the end had 7 people in their one bedroom. Spots are always taken due to how many people live in each unit. A man passed away 03/25 and his family moved out. His car was still in a spot when we moved out 7 months later. Now in our new place, we could not be happier dealing with an actual apartment management group. Due yourself a huge favor and stay far away from these people. You will wind up living in horrible conditions with no help at all.

Negative experience: This is honestly the worst company you could ever purchase to live under. They don’t care at all about your lively hood plumbing has been messed up since the day I moved in rent is over priced through the roof and they’res no compensation for anything that’s their fault. For example they will tow your car from your own spot and make u pay for it Your plumbing will be messed up the entire month and you still will have to pay full price for rent our water was out for a week untill they got someone to come out to our unit to only bandaid the problem untill we threaten to call the city. Honestly you’d have better living conditions in hell over this place. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to live here

Fantastic experience: Graciano Banfi y Alberto Cuello We’re completely professional. Work was done in a timely manner. Both men did an Amazing clean job and they were both very kind gentleman.

Fantastic experience: Jorge Vivas and the maintenance team are the best! Our apartment's shared plumbing system was backed up due to improper use, causing backflow into our kitchen sink and preventing us from using the dishwasher. We faced this same exact problem back in November 2025 and thought it was resolved the first time it was fixed, but the improper usage continued. Jorge arrived at 8:30am and the problem was resolved by 12:45pm the same day! I only wish the maintenance request was answered sooner. It was submitted on Friday, but no one came to help until the following Monday. We had to reach out to the office over the phone on Sunday to move the process along. Thank you again Jorge!

Negative experience: This company is horrible. Plain and simple. Maintenance requests take forever to get addressed and when they finally do address them, you can sit around all day long, while different people come and go. There is absolutely NO communication, NO common courtesy. NO respect for your time or property. NO urgency from anyone. NO response when you request a call from someone in charge. Apparently, there is "no particular person in charge". Soooo.... Who runs the property I would love you know that. I would advise strongly against renting from Cruise Property. They don't care about their tenants. They just care about getting the rent on time. The trash is always overflowing. People dump large items. The laundry room is always flooded (placed multiple maintenance requests by the way). The pool is dirty. And supposedly, you are not allowed pets, but there are dogs all around here barking anyway. I really wish I had more time to research before I moved here.

Negative experience: Centro apartments in Coral Springs is a joke and has been the pipes are old the maintenance guys sleep in abandoned apartments blast music and drink on the jobs. Take hours to reply and don’t even have on call maintenance save yourself the headache

Negative experience: Extremely unsafe and uninhabitable conditions. There has been a sewage backup with human waste for over 2!!! two weeks, flooding multiple apartments. Management has ignored these serious health hazards and sent threatening messages telling tenants not to contact Code Compliance or other authorities. Communication is rude and dismissive, and the situation remains unresolved. Absolutely unacceptable.

I will definitely recommend Cruise Properties to anyone who is looking for a nice and affordable place to live to and please ask for Erika she is the absolutely best!

Negative experience: straight up slumlords. Upon filing for a divorce from an abusive marriage of 18 years, myself, and my two teenage sons were hastily looking for a place to live after getting kicked out of our family home by my soon to be ex-husband. Being in a rush, we did not hire an inspector before settling on an apartment in Royal Palm Beach managed by cruise property management. When we first moved in, we noticed a musky smell but just assumed that it was the age of the building. Within a few weeks, we were told by the neighbors that the last tenants moved out because of a bat infestation.. we quickly realized the bats indeed were still living in the walls of our bedroom. It turned out the musky smell was bat poop, and lots of it. During our one year in that hellhole we had to send out multiple complaints due to bats, roaches, mold, leaks and A/C going out. The AC broke multiple times during summer peak hours; to the point where we needed to rent a hotel and were of course not compensated for that hotel fee. The worst of it was the mold that infested my son’s room. When we first reported it to CPM they took weeks to reply.. to the point where he was massively impacted with allergy problems. They finally came out and basically just painted over the mold… We found out that there was a leak in the roof and soon after the mold came back. After the first of the year they came in and took out the drywall to handle the mold situation- I had asked if they could also test the other walks and air because we smelled the mold all over the house. It seemed like things were getting fixed finally and we honestly didn’t want to go through moving again, so we resigned lease. Only ONE month after resigning the lease, the Mold was back with a vengeance, the bats were back, and the cockroaches were out of control. At that point, I had to make a decision and I called the offices informing them that we had to leave because of our health… and requested that because it’s only a month and unsafe living conditions we need to be let out of the lease. They did not back down. We are a year moved out of that horrible property and they sent us to collections for over $5000 and did not return our security deposit of $2500. I am now not only rebuilding our lives after an abusive husband, but also an abusive company. Cruise property management needs to be shut down.

Negative experience: Update - Maintenance eventually came by and provided a temporary fix. They were polite, apologetic, and helpful. Unfortunately, when I contacted management to ask how they plan to prevent this from happening again (since there’s no 24-hour emergency maintenance), I was ignored. At this point, it seems the only way to get a response from this company is by filing a formal complaint. ————— The location is great, but dealing with management has been the worst part of living here. My power went out at 9 PM on September 15th and is still out more than 12 hours later—no updates, no maintenance, and all my groceries spoiled. If they put as much effort into caring for their residents as they do into posting fake positive reviews, this place would actually be worth living in.
