Fantastic experience: We had an amazing stay here during Miami Music Week. The location is unbeatable and in the middle to literally everything. Central to downtown, Wynwood, and a quick drive to South Beach, plus walking distance to Ultra which made everything so convenient. The space itself felt like a home away from home. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out, and the host was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions. The amenities were top-tier, and the daily sunsets from the view were unreal. Highly recommend! Especially for anyone visiting Miami who wants both comfort and accessibility.

Fantastic experience: Our stay at the Hyde was absolutely exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible hosts of the unit. From the moment we booked, their communication was clear, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. They went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The unit itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better. You can tell the hosts take real pride in their space, with attention to detail that truly elevates the stay. Everything we needed was readily available, and the overall setup made it feel both luxurious and comfortable. On top of that, the property amenities—especially the pool—were outstanding. It created the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy, adding even more value to an already amazing stay. We loved ordering lunch by the pool There were many warm towels at the pool, we had zero issues with elevators, and we stayed for 11 days at the property. The Hyde tends to be busier Thursdays to Sundays based on our experience but it did not impact our stay. Anytime we needed anything, the hosts or the property staff promptly attended to us. If you’re considering booking here, don’t hesitate. The hosts make all the difference, and we would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely loved our stay with Stay Today in Hollywood! This was our second time booking with them! The location couldn’t have been better - just steps away from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy morning walks by the water and catch sunsets every evening. The views from the balcony were incredible and really made the whole experience feel special. The pool area was quite busy during our stay, but still very nice and well-maintained, and we were able to find time to relax and enjoy it. What really stood out was how fantastic the host was. Communication was quick, clear, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to accommodate us with an early check in, which made our trip so much more convenient and stress-free. Overall, a wonderful stay, we’ll happily come back again!

The location was perfect, and the view was beautiful. We especially loved the private beach and the two pools everything was clean, relaxing, and well maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for all of us, and we would definitely love to come back again.

Negative experience: Bad service, apartment not like the photos. Went with my partner and our holiday was spoiled by this place on Beachwalk. I would have hoped for a better customer service attention.

Negative experience: Do not rent with this company, they are awful. Our apartment had a loud noise that went on and off constantly. Four days during our 5 day vacation they made us wait in the apartment for maintenance. I was unable to sleep due to the noise. I requested a partial refund and I was angry because the customer service was so awful and our vacation was being ruined. They had maintenance there at 9am with no warning what so ever. They asked me to write a text to the owner asking for a review or I would put an honest review, I did then they said I pressured them and took my review off air BNB. They did nothing to accommodate us at all aside from dropping off a cheap bottle of wine. This is just totally unfair. Had they provided a partial refund I would have did a favorable review and noted that they took care of us but this was not the case. On top of it they blew me off for 2 full weeks stating that they were reviewing my case. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

The owners are great to work with, very approachable and always in touch. What really stands out is that the team is available and responds quickly to any questions in our private WhatsApp group, which is extremely convenient and makes communication easy and fast. What I appreciate most is that they treat my property like it’s their own. They focus not only on occupancy, but also on keeping the place in great condition and creating a good experience for guests, which leads to better reviews and repeat bookings. My income has been more consistent, operations are smooth, and I finally have peace of mind. Highly recommend Stay Today to any owner looking for a reliable, full service management team.

Negative experience: I would like to share my experience working with this company, which provided property management and licensing services for my properties. Their responsibilities included guest communication and obtaining all required licenses and accounts necessary for legally operating short-term rentals. The customer service team does not seem to have a full understanding of the information they provide to clients. Based on my experience and other reviews, I agree that much of their communication appears to rely on automated responses, possibly using artificial intelligence. As a result, guests do not receive proper attention, situations escalate, and the company doesn’t handle it well. The licenses were opened; however, not all required accounts were properly set up, while additional taxes were being collected but not filed. When I started asking questions about this, I was told to wait, that everything would be explained, and that supporting documentation would be provided. Three months have passed, I never received the promised documentation, and the company’s management stopped responding entirely.

Fantastic experience: We booked Hyde Residence with them through airbnb. The communication was phenomenal. The condo was exactly as listed and clean. When we checked in we saw other guests that used other booking companies had lots of issues and some were even unable to check in. We had absolutely no problem. Even had resort fees and parking waived. The team stayed in touch with us the entire time and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend them for all your vacation bookings in this area.

Negative experience: We rarely write Google reviews, but we are doing so to seriously warn anyone considering renting with this management company - STAY TODAY. We experienced a major HOT water damage incident at Hyde Beach House in Hollywood on December 2025, caused by a dishwasher showing a leak error code. This issue was reported multiple times and never fixed. As a result, the situation escalated and forced us to evacuate immediately in the middle of the night, with children, and without any assistance or support. We were left to rehouse ourselves at our own expense, with zero help from management. Despite clear promises of a partial refund, no compensation was ever provided. Booking.com confirmed that this company refuses to cooperate, making those refund promises false and misleading. Communication is a nightmare: responses are clearly AI-generated, there is no real human follow-up, and phone support is practically unreachable when an emergency occurs. It is extremely concerning that appliances are not properly inspected or maintained. This puts guests at serious risk. Do not be fooled by the photos. If you care about safety, accountability, or are traveling with children, avoid renting through this company. Rent directly with the building, where service and standards are far superior. One of the worst rental experiences we have ever had.

Having a cafe offering lunch by the beach was most pleasant… The unit was as described: 3 full bedrooms, spacious baths, corner balconies overlooking Waterways and Ocean …This modern unit, clean,airy, and well appointed with a luxurious feel made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable Stayed for 3 nights with another couple, unit offered everything we hoped for and more… Whenever we had questions, the prompt replies from the gracious hosts were most appreciated. We would be happy to return in the future but for a longer stay.

Fantastic experience: Thus was a really beautiful, modern, clean and quiet space with beautiful surrounding views of the water. I came here with my elderly parents for the week and they loved the unit and spent most mornings and evenings on the balcony. It was private and peaceful. The building staff and hosts were excellent, both helpful and communicative. It's in a great central location, walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants and even Miami if you want to hop on the highway. We will definitely return again at some point!

We were able to enjoy the scenic views and it was amazing at night with all the building lit up and sitting on the walk around balcony. The valet and beach access with the chef’s kiss to it all. We would 100/10 stay again, especially for the price! Can’t beat it!

From the valet people, to the front desk, to the servers at the hotel restaurant, even the other guest staying at the hotel, everyone we encountered was extremely kind, and from the moment we arrived. the pictures honestly don’t do the view from the room justice, it was genuinely stunning. I don’t think we would’ve enjoyed our trip as much had we stay at a diffrent hotel. coming back from excursions so this insane view just made the whole trip even better. can’t say enough great things.

Fantastic experience: This place is great. We stayed with the family of four, two boys ages eight and 10. We really enjoyed being so close to the beach, exceptional towel service. The two rooftop pools, restaurant, bar and wait service on the ninth floor were so nice and enjoyable. Being on the ninth floor you get a great breeze, and it was very pleasant. The room was spacious, nice and functional, plenty of room for the four of us to get around and enjoy our time in the room. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend to others.

Negative experience: Buenos días ante todo, paso a dejar este comentario para resumir la odisea, falta de humanidad, falta de respeto y destrato recibido por parte del lugar... Me llamo juan ignacio Estevez, decidí pasar unos días de vacaciones junto a mi esposa, mi hijo de 1 año, mi suegra y suegro que es discapacitado, para lo cual contrate un dpto de dos habitaciones y dos baños en el edificio ahora llamado lyfe beach resort desde el día jueves 8 de mayo al martes 13, un día antes de viajar me llamaron para avisarme que habia un problema y que me tenían que ubicar en otro lado, ante mi negativa el mismo dia que volaba me llamaron y me ofrecieron dos departamentos distintos en el mismo edificio y como compensación por los daños ocasionados ofrecieron bonificarme los costos del resort (servicio de playa y valet parking), motivo por el cual acepte tal ofrecimiento. Ahora bien, lo peor del relato y lo más importante arranca ahora, una vez aterrizado y estando a 8 minutos de llegar al lugar, me llama una empleada para decirme que tenia que cancelarme la reserva y que no podían hacer nada, ante lo que le dije con palabras textuales " vos no me podes dejar en la calle ahora con las valijas y mi hijo menor", no solo les importo muy poco, si no que hasta el día de la fecha no recibimos ningun llamado de ningún supervisor para hacerse cargo de los daños producidos. Espero que esto que expuse les sirva a otras personas a la ahora de reservar por esta empresa, lo que viví con mi famila fue una falta total de respeto.

As a returning guest, I expected better — instead, I was met with disrespect and unfair treatment from the management. They were unhelpful, dismissive, and made me feel like a burden rather than a guest. It’s clear they don’t value loyalty or basic courtesy. I won’t be coming back.

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent stay at this place in Ft. Lauderdale! Modern updates and very clean! Spacious home with all the amenities you’d need for a stay away from home including a great kitchen, washer/dryer, plenty of clean linens. It has a great backyard pool and patio space to enjoy the warm weather, especially with our 4 kids, they had a blast and are already asking to come back. We took advantage of the gear in the garage including beach chairs, bikes for neighborhood bike rides, Cornhole set, and foosball table. Location is great too, quaint neighborhood, 5 minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, and very close to several great beaches and towns including Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and Pompano beach. We also caught an Inter-Miami professional soccer game while in the area! Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and come back!
