3 months ago Negative experience: I would give them a zero but it's not available. They don't deserve a one. There. This is a poorly run company. Communication is awful. Getting your work orders completed is awful. Lots of excuses. Very little action. I have been dealing with this for 6 years and it is just beyond awful. Do not use William Douglas. They do not hire people that know what they're doing. And you can't get a hold of anyone. Everything's a secret. They transfer you but nobody answers their phone.

3 months ago Fantastic experience: The back gutter on my garage fell off unexpectedly, so I submitted a work order in the portal. When I checked in two days later, Ina told me it was already fixed. 3 months ago Negative experience: Our HOA just left a subsidiary management company owned by William Douglas and they have stopped communicating with us and have refused to transfer our funds to the new management company. These are funds that our small community needs to operate and it absolutely blows my mind that this company is illegally withholding our funds. At this moment, I would never recommend hiring William Douglas or any of its offshoot companies to manage your HOA. And existing clients, I would check your contract to make sure you protect your funds when you decide to leave.

3 months ago Negative experience: Raizelyn was amazing 10 stars out of 10 stars for her and she deserves a raise. WDM as a whole though kinda sucks. They're not especially easy to get ahold of when you need something and they lack transparency with homeowners because you have to do everything through a very kludgy looking web portal.

5 months ago Negative experience: Horrible communication. No one takes accountability. I closed in September and they still cannot give me an accurate reconciliation of what payments are due. On top of that, they are still charging late fees. Highly recommend to avoid using this property management company.

6 months ago Fantastic experience: Thank you RAIZELYN. The app and the portal are set up differently. I didn’t find the app set up, as easy as the portal. With your help, I believe that my account it is set up to pay the monthly balance, on the 10th of every month. We are overdue to the $110.00 balance, so I used a credit card to pay this balance.
