Negative experience: Literally an agency that is just all about sales , not about people! Well I am only being honest and letting others know the service level I received. I cannot speak for others. I have received 3 letters from someone named Thomas Elrod stating he has buyers, but when i call rhe number he has on the letter, no one will let me speak with him? And to date no buyers have been brought for a showing from your team . Elizabeth, from your office, has called me 5 times, left 2 voicemails saying she has questions on my home. I have called her back and left 2 voicemails wih no response. If you have buyers, great, bring them!!! If not just take me off any mailing or phone lists you have as this is borderline harassment.

Negative experience: Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Far Away! Working with this brokerage was an absolute nightmare. They completely failed to sell my home — even after two price drops below their own recommended listing price. To make matters worse, they went out of town for weeks during the process, leaving everything to stagnate. When I finally decided to end the listing, they had the nerve to demand a cancellation fee for their own inability to perform. This brokerage is driven purely by greed — they care only about chasing a 4% commission, not about actually helping their clients. If you value honesty, communication, or professionalism, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this group. Total waste of time and money. (Response addition) I appreciate your response, but much of what you’ve written is inaccurate and misrepresents the facts. First, I am a licensed mortgage broker, and I fully understand how this business works — we only get paid when deals close. I had no issue covering legitimate marketing expenses, but your brokerage failed to deliver on the most basic expectations of communication, follow-up, and consistent effort throughout the listing. To correct your claim: I did not purchase the property for $405,000. The total investment exceeded $625,000, including acquisition, renovation, and holding costs. I was fully transparent about this from the start, yet those facts were ignored or misrepresented. Despite multiple price adjustments and my full cooperation, the listing stagnated while you were out of town for weeks. When I chose to terminate due to lack of performance, you demanded a cancellation fee — even though the service didn’t come close to meeting professional standards. Let’s be real: this company is all about their own pocket and has zero integrity. They talk a big game about “marketing” and “outreach,” yet they couldn’t even follow up with buyer agents who had shown the home. Their “for sale” sign wasn’t even a proper full-service post — just a flimsy $2 sign you could custom order online. That alone says everything about their level of professionalism and investment in their clients’ success. As someone in the same industry, I can confidently say: they just suck at real estate. They don’t listen, they don’t communicate, and they certainly don’t act in their client’s best interests. This isn’t about being difficult — it’s about accountability. Homeowners and investors deserve honesty, transparency, and effort from their agents. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here. STAY AWAY from this brokerage if you value professionalism, results, and integrity.

Negative experience: Don’t feel I got the representation I fully deserved and still haven’t heard anything back about an ongoing issue with a buyer that pulled out a day after closing leaving me with 2 places to pay for. It just seems like it was all about the money. Made a simple request on rate upfront and was tricked into a higher price listing at a higher rate and things went wrong from there. Seems like some nice people but they are all about the money. I have message threads that were ignored completely by my agent. Missed multiple deals that made good offers because they were hunting to make more money for themselves rather than taking the offer. Domonique is very nice. Can’t recommend this place.
