Negative experience: Contacted her directly on one of her listings We reached a contract which was later cancelled She placed an exclusive buyer broker agreement in the back of the lengthy contract We told her upfront that we did not want such an agreement I tried to discuss the agreement but she just said, “ don’t worry, the seller pays the commission “. The agreement called for her to receive a 3% commission on any property that we might buy even if she was not the one to locate the property and even if she was uninvolved. We failed to pay close attention to the agreement wording, as she apparently was hoping, as we told her that we did not want an exclusive arrangement Additionally, she focused on showing her own listings even mentioning some two or three times after we told her the first time that we were not interested

Fantastic experience: Once my wife and I made the decision to move to St Pete, we contacted a few realtors via email (we were still over 3000 miles away) and liked her response the best. We're so glad we did! She was so helpful with so much, from the questions we had before we arrived and throughout the whole process. Before arriving, based off her incredible knowledge of all the neighborhoods and our chats, we had a great plan to use our time there efficiently (we flew in for one month with the direct purpose of finding our new home). During our search, we hit the ground running and she had all the viewing appointments set up quickly and gave us the info in advance of those we were most interested in. After viewing a number of places, before our time to find one was up, we found our new home. She fought for us in negotiating (in a hot seller's market) and stayed in contact throughout the process and we were able to close and get the keys all BEFORE having to fly back! I've already recommended her multiple times to anyone in our new city looking for a home and will continue to do so.
