This was my very first apartment on my own, and at the time my credit wasn’t the strongest. What stood out to me was that CRPM didn’t just look at a number, they looked at me as a person. They recognized my steady income and dedication to work, and that meant a lot. I want to especially thank Ruby, who was my liaison during the application process. She truly went the extra mile and advocated for me to get approved, and I’ll always appreciate that. Later on, Rajen became my property manager, and he was outstanding. He was always easy to work with, professional, and genuinely cared about any issue I brought up. What really stood out was his responsiveness, he was always quick to answer calls and never ignored concerns, which is rare and speaks volumes about his character. I spent two years as a tenant with CRPM, and I’m truly grateful for the experience, especially being under Rajen’s care. I only moved on due to personal endeavors, but I leave with nothing but appreciation. Highly recommend CRPM to anyone looking for a property management company that actually cares about their tenants.

Nowadays, most property management companies don't even deal with prospective renters in-person, so it was less nerve-wracking to me to be able to meet the employees at the property for the viewing and sign the lease in person at the office!

Fantastic experience: I moved from one property to another within Community Realty’s portfolio. Maherah, Mario, and their management team made this process so easy and seamless. I’m so grateful for the team communication that made this transition possible. This company is attentive from the move-in process, move-out process and everything in between. By far, the best property management company I have deal with in the last 15 years. The maintenance team have been incredibly responsive to questions and repairs. This property management company has great systems in place for communicating with tenants about updates, etc. I would highly recommend Maherah, Mario, and their team.

Danny called me a bit later to confirm the timeline for his arrival. Danny showed up on time and handled the issue within minutes. He was even super kind to the elderly lady who chatted him up in the mail room and didn't want to let him leave! Fernando checked back in to ensure everything was handled on time. 10/10 SUPER PROFESSIONAL
