Fantastic experience: Sergio is the one and only realtor you will ever need! I've moved seven times during my 28 yrs of marriage and used a different realtor EVERY TIME. That says a lot. Most of the realtors were fine but not outstanding, so I never returned as a repeat customer. BUT, after working with Sergio on my recent home purchase, I don't have to search for a realtor any longer. I found a realtor for life. Sergio has gone above and beyond what any realtor has done for me (and I'm a pretty picky and demanding customer). He is very patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and resourceful, and offers all of his assets and years of wisdom which make his services even more invaluable. 5 stars is not enough, Google needs to add a 6th star for STELLAR/OTHER WORLDLY. Fantastic experience: Sergio is a great realtor. I highly recommend him for all your Real Estate needs. My mother-in-law passed away and had a rental property in Riverside, and I met Sergio a few years ago at a party. He is smart, engaging, and honest. He knows the market and was nailed on what the house would sell for before we wrote up the contract to work together. The house was a wreck, but for Sergio and his team, it was no problem. We had to have 20 years of junk taken to the dump, re-glaze the tubs/showers and sinks, refinish the floors, paint the house inside and out, do some landscaping, and get the termite report done and completed. This was not a problem for Sergio; he has a team of professionals, and they did a great job. On top of all that, he's in constant contact with you throughout the process, you will always know what's going on and the timelines for all the projects to get the house ready. Fantastic experience: I used Sergio to sell our home in La Palma, CA. His positives: * He did not prepare machine generated report for our home, like many other realtors did quickly. He neither sent flashy pictures of properties he sold earlier. Instead he takes the machine generated reports using only comparable properties, puts his own deep knowledge to analyze and mark up them up, then creates a wonderful tutorial video, and sends it to his client. Just AMAZING! * He was very cooperative, adjusting and understanding of people: - This applied to his understanding of his client, as well as the other parties involved in the transaction (including even the escrow and title companies!) * He strategized with us to set a selling price, so as to maximize it. And that's exactly what happened. The sale was locked in about 7 days from the listing date. * He also arranged for all the contractors, roofing company, etc. at very competitive rates, saving us a lot of headache. * He is very knowledgeable about loans, VA, federal loans, etc. and their likelihood of approval, along with pros & cons. This helped select the right buyer from among several competing offers. * "Prompt" would be an understatement. You can tell he’s very experienced and professional from the first conversation with him. He was never over bearing and I never felt pressured. He explained everything happening at each step and kept me updated. I had a very convoluted issue which needed to meet needs of several parties involved to make my home sale happen. Fantastic experience: I found Sergio via homelight. My husband and I were renting our house in California and opted to sell. The problem was that we were currently in Puerto Rico, so all of our communication would have to be done via phone or electronically, as well as having to have all documents signed electronically. Sergio reached out to me after I filled out a simple questionnaire on homelight. Within 5 minutes of chatting with him I knew he was the perfect realtor for us, he ensured that we would be able to do everything via docusign! Fantastic experience: The market is brutal for buyers right now but I actually had a fun time shopping for houses with Sergio. This is my first home, so the process was really daunting going in. Fantastic experience: Last month early November, I was looking for houses in Riverside, I came across of one beautiful house and I like it. Somehow I have not gotten a realtor so I look at those recommended at the website I’m using for browsing houses. I saw Sergio’s name and I called him. I am glad I did as he immediately presented me a proposition of schedule of when I want to view the house. Before viewing the house, I was brief of what the current status of the house. The former owner suffered some disability and un able to care for most of the house. With that said, I was already 50% on backing out, I do not have any funding’s to pay for major repairs so I thought I will not be able to get this house. As soon as the viewing was done, I did not find the house too shabby at all, Sergio also took care of the inspection and that Inspector was detailed. The other repairs that needed was negotiated with the help of Sergio. He did make sure that safety of the new owner will be well taken care of. We also encounter some hiccup at the closing but it was due to some undisclosed issue by the owner, he again jump into action and we are able to continue the closing process. With my experience with him, I am now aware of what to advice to any new buyer out there. And what to look for. Sergio was able to make the negotiation work smoothly even with some setbacks. Sergio is very professional, and stand by his word. So far all the needed alterations or fixes are done and are professionally worked on. The garaged which is almost falling down was change and it is now very much operational. This Christmas was a total blessing!!!
