Fantastic experience: Richard is very responsive to our requests, and ensures that they are fulfilled in a timely manner with little to no disruption in our daily lives. Whenever I visit property management, the receptionist is always very friendly and welcoming. Overall renting through WSR has been a great experience, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been an owner of a rental property for over 15 years. There is no other management company I would trust in the Inland Empire before WSR. Furthermore, when it comes to maximizing value for yourself and your tenant, the individual case manager is equally important. The manager of my property is Alfred Vilas. Alfred is going to go the extra mile each and every day. For example, my side passage gate to the backyard fell off its hinges. It was a security issue for the tenant. He got a few ridiculously high estimates from his contractors, most likely because it was such a small repair. Not satisfied I was getting the right value, he went above and beyond to find a qualified contractor to do the job at a reasonable price. That is just one example of how WSR delivers value to its customers. That ethos is also instillled into their managers. Owners will not find that with every proper management company. I know it sounds cliche, but feel like I am being looked after by a member of my own family.

Fantastic experience: I am in love with the property I rented that is managed by WSR Property Management. Ana is a great resource and quickly responds when I have an issue or maintenance requests. It’s been a great experience leasing from this company.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking at homes to rent for 3 months. Had to deal with a lot of property management companies, let me tell you Jenny at WSR by far more professional then any of them. She had answers to all questions and she looked and acted professional, The other companies the agent knew nothing about the house and showed up with purple hair one guy looked like he just rolled out of a bar. Negative experience: If I could they would get -5 stars. The so-called property manager, in my opinion, seems to drive a wedge between members and management, making it a us-against-them environment.

Fantastic experience: I have lived in my Hemet single family home for going on 13 years.During that time I have been living stress free because I know that if a maintenance problem came about that my property manager Ana Hlavnicka would handle it right away. For example just a few weeks ago the carpet was due to be replaced including a total interior paint job I was concerned about my furniture being outside during the rehab but Ana scheduled the painters and carpet perfectly so not to run into each other and Ana sat me down and explained how things would go and it would be but s few days I would have my furniture back inside. Fantastic experience: Our experience with WSR has been smooth. All matters have been taken care of promptly and properly. Our property manager Ana is amazing and has been taken care of my 2 properties for over 10 years. When we decided to sell one property earlier this year to do a 1031 exchange, we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and tidy the property was when we paid a visit after 13 years. Ana made sure the property was sold at the best offer and in no time, we secured another property that beyond our expectation. Ana put in a lot of effort throughout the entire exchange process and fast forward to now, we have rented out the new property only a few days when the new property was put on market. Fantastic experience: I needed help selling my mom's mobile home. It wasn't a big sale, but WSR still gave me excellent customer service. At first we thought it was going to be an easy fast sale because we were selling the mobile home at a competitive price, but there was a lot steps that had to be taken. WSR was very personal in their response and took great care to keep us informed of the process. First we had to list the property, that was not in good condition. WSR helped us find an affordable cleaning company, walked us through all the regulatory fixes, negotiated with the buyer's agent, and found a title and escrow company. Three days before the property was supposed to close the mobile home park demanded further repairs and WSR was able to rush in a construction team to help complete the repairs before closing. WSR was very thorough and helped walk us through all the forms that had to be filled out, signed, and sent to various places, and we got a digital packet of all those documents for our files at the end of escrow.

Fantastic experience: When looking to move from San Diego to Riverside, trying to secure a property was difficult as many other properties were only having open houses during the week when I couldn’t leave work and drive over an hour to view. But Devon at WSR made finding our new home a breeze. He met with us when I was available and when we decided this was the house for us, the process was smooth, quick, and communication was excellent. Even after moving in, any issues that arose I was able to reach out to Devon and felt like he had my back and I truly appreciate that.

Fantastic experience: Alfred Vilas gets stuff done! And fast! I own a home next to a property Alfred at WSR manages. A tree from next door was growing over my fence and into my lot. I asked the neighbors who manages their property, they gave me Alfred's number. With in the week, he had a tree trimming crew out there! It was such a relief! And he got it done so quickly! He's been communicating with us every step of the way and has been very helpful and friendly. I would definitely use him if I ever needed a property manager.

Negative experience: I have been in contact with Brian and Jeffrey ( owner of wsr) regarding a main pipe that has been leaking since at least January 2025 at Arlington woods. Neither seen to care. Brian seems to always blame someone else. It is not a sprinkler. Does not return emails or phone calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Negative experience: I have paid April and May on time. I have sent copies from my bank proving payment. Spent time getting the copies from my bank. Fantastic experience: Rebecca Nelson sold my husband's condo that had been a rental for 40 years. Within 2 weeks of contacting her she assessed what needed to be done to get it ready for listing, obtained estimates and had the work completed and the condo was listed for sale. Within 6 weeks from listing, escrow closed. She was so easy to work with, communicated almost daily by email or phone, explained pros and cons of decisions and accepted whatever decision I did make. She is a skilled realtor, didn't immediately accept the first offer. The final selling price was only $3,000 less than the list price. She made, what for me, could have been a very stressful experience, more pleasant than I anticipated.

Negative experience: Richard Gibson who is our contact deserves no stars due to his level of not taking care of repairs when reported and then lying about DISHNETWORK cables to be taken down from outside the house when DISHNETWORK equipment was here before we moved in. WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN CUSTOMERS OF SPECTRUM SINCE WE MOVED IN. RICHARD GIBSON IS OBVIOULSY A LIAR. Negative experience: Need to talk to someone higher Asap. Called the office on Friday left message and no one called back. My car was towed and paid $500 today. When l moved my third car to another location l called the office several times to see if the sticker will work and was put on hold for Dawn left message and no come called to say yes it’s ok or no it’s not okay. I called the office several times that the board for security card number is not correct still the board is there with wrong. All the monthly hundreds we pay can’t change the correct number and no help at all

Negative experience: When you go into their office they bribe for 5 start reviews. Our HOA is ran with the assistance of WSR. Connie who works the front desk and Kina in accounting are great at working through issues that might occur with your HOA fees etc. They are the real mvps of WSR. Bryan on the other hand who is our direct HOA representative is absolutely the most unprofessional, frustrating, dismissive, (and lack of a better word) jerk I've had to work with. There was a MAJOR issue with my HOA portal account and it was taking double fees from me ($335!!!!!!!!!!) and adding extra fees. Bryan would ignore my emails, "explain" things in his way and when I questioned it because he explained NOTHING, NONE OF WHAT HE SAID MADE SENSE, he would ignore me again. He has zero communication and problem solving skills. He should have a desk job, with no phone and no email capabilities, in the corner of a dark room. OH BTW BRYAN THE EXTRA CHARGE WAS AN ERROR AND THEY SENT ME A CHECK, THANKS FOR NOTHING. If you can avoid wsr, do it. If you have to do business with them avoid Bryan, if you can't avoid Bryan just talk directly to Connie, she's an angel ❤️ WER you replying this asking to reach out might look like you're trying and doing right by all of us, but you are all WELL AWARE of my issues since I've been in thorough communication. Working with Ana has been a pleasure since our first phone call. Ana helped arrange for me to view the different available units in a timely manner and then once I decided she made the entire move in process orderly and painless. Also worth mentioning that Ana helped coach me through the resolution of a 'credit score problem' that was uncovered during the screening process. If you are renting a WSR managed property and Ana is your rep then you are in good hands.

Fantastic experience: This has been one of the most organized and fast-responding property managers I've worked with. Our dedicated contact, Anna, has been really communitive throughout the move-in and process and during our first month renting. Our kitchen faucet and garage door had issues a couple weeks after moving in and Anna had people out to fix both within 24 hours! I've never had a property manager address an issue that quickly, much less respond as instantaneous as she does. I'd highly recommend this management team!

Fantastic experience: WSR Realtors has the best customer service of a management realtor team since I've relocated to CA. Their response times are awesome when you need maintenance on the property. Communication: text, call or email it makes life so simple for quick updates, responses or feedbacks. Only if I could tell the name of the realtor who made me feel like a person and not how much money I could give to them. Market terms are affordable and the property is updated. Plus the landlord pays water. Thank you WSR Management for giving me the opportunity to rent out a property, also for your response and treating me with kindness.
