Negative experience: This company is not hands on. Tenant is not paying utilities and I may end up with a tax bill to my property. Nothing is taken care of in a timely manner. Very disappointed and not at all the service I was promised.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, it’s been a great company to do business with. My family and I are very happy with the beautiful home and neighborhood they were able to get us into.

Negative experience: The absolute worst company to rent from! If you are a home owner… please use a different management company. I’ve had a 2 running toilets.. non stop for a month. They fixed one. Now I have one running toilet for almost 2 months! No communication!! Nothing! This is just one of my many complaints. I’ve rented for years and have never dealt with this. These people are getting paid to do nothing. Don’t use them ! Don’t rent from them!

It is a very well-run property management company which is very knowledgeable about the Riverside county rental market. The whole leasing process from initial engagement (Tyler), to management contract signing (Tyler), onboarding (Connie), leasing (Makenzie), property inspection (Lee), lease contract signing (Kristan) and payment (Santiago) has been extremely well organized and well structured, thus creating a very positive customer experience. We received weekly updates from both customer service, Connie, as well as the leasing manager, Makenzie, regarding the progress of the leasing effort and would discuss any possible adjustments to pricing, description, photos accordingly, in order to make the properties more competitive and marketable. As a result, both of our properties have been rented to qualified tenants in a very timely manner.
