Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of working with Jimmy Jones on some property we were looking to buy. My wife actually connected with him first and if she was smiling then it was going to be good. Jimmy is a professional, friendly, knows his stuff and a retired Veteran. He kept us informed every step of the negotiations and provided us with comparisons, values etc. to help us make that final decision. Jimmy is a gem.

Fantastic experience: Jessica Mitchell is the most professional and knowledgeable realtor I have ever worked with. Not only is she a community leader, wife, and wonderful mother, but she truly knows real estate inside and out. She takes the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for and works tirelessly to help you find your dream home. Jessica listens, communicates clearly, and always goes the extra mile to get you the best possible deal. She helped me sell my childhood home and guided me every step of the way through finding the home of my dreams. Even after closing, she continues to support me as a new homeowner. Jessica has become more than just a realtor—she’s someone I now consider a friend. This was one of the biggest decisions of my life, and I feel incredibly blessed to have had her by my side throughout the entire process.

Negative experience: Second time in 2 weeks! Agents call and set up appointments then do not show up. This is terribly frustrating and shows how little they care to inform buyers or sellers of location or details. if you are thinking of using them DO NOT! Agent called for a showing and made an appointment to show the house at 5:30PM on Saturday the 28th of March. He never called or showed up demonstrating a lack of respect for clients and his own personal integrity. If this is acceptable behavior by the broker I would NOT ever use them to handle a real estate transaction. This demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism and integrity.

Negative experience: DO NOT WORK TRUST THEM!!! I had a very disappointing experience with this agency during one of the most vulnerable times in my life I was pregnant and in the process of purchasing a home. My realtor was Dina Damaris and the seller Dayo Olabode. A major concern was how the intermediary relationship was handled. I was presented with an intermediary relationship notice just one day before my loan approval, leaving little time to fully understand the implications or seek independent advice. From my understanding, this type of relationship where the brokerage represents both sides requires clear explanation and informed consent well in advance, which I did not feel was provided. This raised serious concerns for me about transparency, conflicts of interest, and whether my best interests were truly being represented. Throughout the process, I did not feel adequately protected or advised. I strongly encourage future clients to ask detailed questions about representation agreements from the very beginning and to be cautious if anything is introduced late in the process. Overall, this experience left me feeling taken advantage of rather than supported during such an important decision.

Negative experience: I found a property and wanted to look at it. Zillow matched me with her. I wanted to look at it and scheduled an apt to see it. She said she couldn't show it unless i signed a buyer agent thing. Linking me to her for a period of time basically. So i did...i wanted to put in an offer on the house, to which she tried to talk me out of it by my impression...then repetitively tried to get me to use her husband to help get a loan through wherever he works. I kept declining and she kept pushing. I said just put in the offer and well see what happens, then she said that there were many offers and I needed to be very aggressive. I need the renovation loan her husband can get me. I said nevermind on that property. I want to back out of it. (This was JAN 17th or 18th) Then I found another property, asked her to put in an offer around 9am and she said she would later at night after supper. That night she mesg me and said that the house went under contract early evening... I was obviously irritated she made me miss the house in my opinion. I told her im no longer looking and dont want no further contact. Now they refuse to release me from the exclusivity contract so I can work with another agency.. so on hold for 6 months. Watch out with this place

Fantastic experience: Jill Tatum was represents the pinnacle of what a realtor should be. As a first time homeowner, I was apprehensive about the process, but Jill, in her easy-to-talk-to, can-do manner, literally glided me through the process. I honestly can't say enough about her, the service she provided, and how appreciative I am to her. THANK YOU, JILL! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I recently connected with Sam Lopez of Monument Realty, and I was very impressed. Sam stands out for his deep commitment to ongoing education and staying on top of the ever-changing DFW market. His transparency and bilingual (English/Spanish) approach ensures clients feel supported and confident throughout the process. As a loan officer, I genuinely appreciate his responsiveness, professionalism, and collaborative spirit. I’m looking forward to referring clients to him and working together on future transactions.

Negative experience: We had a deeply disappointing experience with Monument Realty, specifically with agents Gerald Sanguino and Greys Fuster. Several weeks after signing a listing agreement, we requested to end it. We were led to believe that doing so required paying a substantial fee. There was no mention of this termination fee in the listing agreement, and we were not told it was optional. The process felt more like negotiating for the release of our own home than receiving professional representation. After several weeks of pressure to pay this fee, we filed a formal complaint with TREC. Only after that was the fee waived, and we were released from the agreement.

Negative experience: Realtor Hamed Belgameh works for Monument Realty-the ad of 4 CEC has false representation. Stating the home has a Circular Driveway when it actually has a 9 foot driveway straight to the garage. Any educated person can drive by the home OR even Google Maps has a picture of a single car wide driveway. I have contacted the Realtor and Monument Realty company to correct this information with no results. I have also informed the Texas Real Estate Commission of my complaints. This ad is causing problems in the neighborhood due to new tenants being lied to and using next door neighbor's driveway. This just shows the Realtor and Monument Realty Company do not know the property they advertise for, do not respect and cause problems the neighborhood they do business with. The thin purple line is the property line between the duplex. 4 CEC is on the left side. There is no Circular Drive. I do like the way they tried to make the driveway look larger by adding part of the neighbor's driveway.

Fantastic experience: Wow! Worked with Lora Karacic and her team on something with a quick turn around and she was incredible. She has great content on social media and was so quick to get things taken care of for me!

Negative experience: From the first day the house was listed, my roommate and I tried reaching out to the agent multiple times through homes.com, realtor.com, his phone, as well as the main office. No response from anyone for a week. By the time we finally got in contact with someone (not the listed agent), the house was gone. Extremely disappointed by this experience. If you want a response, go elsewhere

Negative experience: I saw a house on their website the day it got listed and it took me a week to get any sort of response from them and by that point the house was already taken. A very frustrating experience to say the least and a big loss for me and my house hunt

Fantastic experience: Went for a work event and had a great time. The staff and realtors at Monument are always so nice and so friendly! Whoever created the curriculum for customer service did a fantastic job! Not a single grumpy or rude person in sight. You guys rock!

Fantastic experience: Carley Keiser and Kelly Lyons went above and beyond helping me find the perfect shop for my dance store. They were professional, stayed motivated and determined and even graciously stepped aside when the place we found would not work with agents. Carley still checks in on me and if I ever need to move, she will be the first person I call.

Negative experience: I would recommend considering a different realtor. Our experience with Greg Primus was extremely disappointing, as he was disengaged and unresponsive throughout the process. My mother, a first-time homebuyer and travel nurse, relied on me to assist while she was working out of town. Unfortunately, Greg Primus failed to communicate our requests to the sellers and was largely absent during key moments. During the initial walk-through, it was the sellers who led the tour while Greg sat in the kitchen on his phone. During the final walk-through, Greg mentioned bringing a housewarming gift for my mother but never followed through. His involvement felt minimal, and it was clear that once he received his commission, he had little interest in supporting us further. I do not recommend working with Greg; you would be better served by someone who genuinely cares about their clients.

Fantastic experience: Tristans dedication is unparalleled! From start to finish, you will be confident in the process and end results. Buying or selling, call the soon to be top agent in North Texas! Thanks for all your help!

Fantastic experience: As a disabled veteran with poor eyesight, I deeply appreciated Soma's assistance. She took the time to sit down with me, review every paragraph of the contract, and explain everything thoroughly. Her work was so impressive that even the sales rep at the new build community was amazed. Soma's dedication clearly shows she does this to help others, not for the money. She is a very patient and intelligent lady!

Negative experience: I ran into Sheri Sanders at a gas station in Decatur. She tossed a cigarette out of her window and shrugged her shoulders when I pointed at it. Very unprofessional. Sheri may not be the broker, but is a direct representation of the broker and firm.

Fantastic experience: Tiffany Burns negotiated a great lease on my home in Frisco. She marketed the home very well and we received multiple offers which exceeded our expectations. What’s better is a year later, she was able to sell it in pre-listing for a fabulous price. She truly knows the market and is very reasonable and professional. Tiffany managed many details with a challenging buyer with ease. I highly recommend Monument Realty to represent their clients very well. (Ours was a luxury home in the $1m+ price range) If you are looking for a realtor, that truly goes the extra mile and is a true expert in their field, then look no further.

Negative experience: Our agent didn't have time for us. The first few outings were fine, but then our agent kept rescheduling our appointments. Finally, they made a lame excuse to not show up. After we had rescheduled our entire day just to look for a home to buy, they were a no show. I called someone else, and they have showed up EVERY SINGLE TIME. We even experienced the first hail storm together, and we signed a contract with the new agent. Don't waste your time or energy with this company, they don't care unless your laying down some serious cash.

Negative experience: Do not trust Tony Barnes- he is very incompetent, zero knowledge of loans, not attentive to his client. He talks big but provides extremely bad service. He doesn’t show up on closing day, no information on appraisal and will push you to get 321 buy down or FHA loan even if you’ve excellent credit. All he needs is his commission. Please remember not to hire Tony Barnes as your realtor.

He created great relationships with selling realtors and understood what would be good and bad deals for the market. Ultimately, he ended up negotiating us a deal we didn't think was possible in today's economy... and honestly made what we thought would be a stressful process, pretty fun. I would highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: Gage is such an amazing realtor! He helped Tristen, Dakota, and I find the perfect home to rent. After touring for a total of 1 day we were able to find the best home for us! Gage is so kind and so friendly and extremely informative with everything in very simple terms I was able to understand. In the start of this I was so nervous and felt very confused by everything and alone in the search for our perfect home, but then I reached out to Gage and he quickly helped us out. If you're ever looking to buy or rent a property I definitely recommend reaching out to Gage at Monument Realty over anything else!!! Fantastic experience: Moving in the military is always super tough between last minute changes to paperwork etc, etc. Miriam Genske went about and beyond finding a place for us to stay (which we have stayed in for 3 years!) in our price point, with everything we asked for, and was a great fit for my family! Fantastic experience: Leah helped me buy my home a few years ago and I had such a great experience that I reached out to her again. Unfortunately she doesn’t do the day to day selling/buying anymore, but she recommended Jacklyn who was amazing. She went above and beyond every step of the selling process and got me a great price on my home. She communicated with me regularly about updates. She went and met with the irrigation company because my sprinkler system didn’t pass inspection and I had to work that day. She even came at one point to hang out with my dogs since I didn’t lock them up when a buyer was coming to tour the home. She did things way beyond what I would expect a realtor to do and I’m so grateful to her!

Fantastic experience: Monument Realty is a high-end full-service real estate firm located at The Star and next to the Cowboys practice field along with Formation (an alternative workspace).

Negative experience: 2/5 stars because I never got to take a picture with my realtor after my home closed or got the gift she so called had because she was too busy.

Negative experience: Can't seem to get a human on phone for an active listing - so weird, why list a home if no one is going to show/ sell?

Fantastic experience: Nothing of words can describe how phenomenal my agent, Cassie, is. I consider her a friend now! Cassie is the best of the best in her field. Very well informed, professional, friendly, and always always put clients needs as her top priority. We were first time buyers, no directions in hands. Glad we got her call! After that, the whole process just fly by, quickly! She educated us on how to win in this market, didn’t even give the sellers a chance to put their home on open houses. Negative experience: You know to be told you’re going to get properties sent to you to buy & your realtor Toni acted like she was going to help. Her facial expression when she saw my white husband then realized I wasn’t white. Her face completely showed how racism still exist. It’s ashamed . I’m going to do a tiktok and call her out . You should be a shamed of yourself. Don’t judge a book buy it’s cover. We are probably in a better financial situation than she is. Don’t use her ever.

Fantastic experience: Chris Holmes-Hill did a great job in helping me find my new home. It took about 6 months to find the right property because, as I looked, my criteria kept changing! Many realtors would have moved on but Chris hung in there. He was very involved and would walk the properties with me giving advice and looking for issues that might impact my decision. He would text or email me properties that met my criteria. Many times these properties were moments from being listed. He was truly ahead of the pack! When I found properties I was interested in, he always prepared comps and advised me on what would be a fair offer. When I finally found my new home, he helped me with everything from the negotiations to the inspections to helping with lender requirements. He even braved the icy roads to be at the closing. He was involved in every aspect. I highly recommend him.

We quickly realized we needed a relator who could navigate the market, be a efficient communicator, provide professional advice, and be a strong negotiator. Fantastic experience: To say that we had an amazing experience is not enough. We had to sell our house in a short time period due to a move out of state. Things were already stressful and difficult, but Jeff, Dolly, Barbie and team did an amazing job. It was a seamless process and it felt like we didn’t have to do much work. Fantastic experience: Lauren Barrett held my hand when it came time to selling my dad’s home. His health took a turn for the worse fast. I moved him in with me instead of a facility. Fantastic experience: You need Egypt! She went above and beyond to help us find and purchase our first home. For a first time home buyer there were a lot of things that we did not know about. Egypt was knowledgeable and was able to explain everything we needed to know about the process. She is fast, flexible, and does whatever it takes to help her clients put in the strongest offer possible. We cannot say enough good things about her!

Negative experience: It’s pretty simple. Just look at the reviews. Theres a reason they either have a 5 or a 1. I was told by agent that Monument Realty usually brokers homes in the range of $600k to over million dollars. In other words, if your price point isn’t high enough you probably won’t matter. Everything started ok but after a couple of weeks I noticed something seemed off. The feeling was more like you just let me know when you find something, then maybe we can look at comps, and maybe submit an offer. It was obvious I was the last corner to be cleaned up. This was confirmed after I had a falling out with agent where he stated he only makes 1.5% commission off my transaction so his time could be better spent elsewhere. I contacted Monument Realty but still haven’t received a response. They say they are the realtor of the Dallas Cowboys but screw the fans I guess.

Fantastic experience: Antonio was Amazing!! He went above and beyond to get us into our new home. Any time we wanted to see a home he was there within the hour. Answered every text and phone call immediately and professionally. He was very passionate about his work and about getting us what we wanted. Our transaction was not the easiest one out there, may have been one of the hardest. But he handled it with ease and never gave up despite how many differences my husband and i wanted in a home. Haha. He is a very hardworking man and we are just over the moon that we got into our home in this CRAZY market. You can count on him to get your goal done. Fantastic experience: I was surfing realtor.com and they connected me to Brenna Pennington from Monument realty. Being a first time home buyer, I always had this fear of getting cheated. But I was fortunate I got Brenna. She was very professional, extremely responsive and great to work with. She proactively sends me new listings everyday. But at the same time never pushes you for anything. She showed me a few houses and was very punctual during every meetup. Finally I found a house with the "wow" factor and she helped me make an offer and it was accepted. But unlike other testimonials where the realtor helped a lot to close the deal, my story is different. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I had to terminate the contract 1 day after the option period expired. But Brenna stayed committed to help me and get my earnest money back even though she is not going to gain a penny since this deal is not going to work out. That's when I truly realized what a wonderful human being she is. Thank you so much Brenna for all your help and you have won a client for life. If any one from Monument Realty's management/leadership team is reading this review, please give her a hike. You need to promote such people who are professional and dedicated. Fantastic experience: Chaska at Monument is the best! I was fortunate to have found her when I decided to purchase my first home. As my realtor, she helped me find the right neighborhood for the perfect price. She was extremely responsive and made great suggestions. She was quick to handle or answer any questions that may have risen. She made every step look so effortless and I could not have been more happy. Overall, Chaska was thorough, honest, professional and great to work with. If the time ever comes where I would need a realtor, there is no question on who I would pick :)

Negative experience: Called made an appointment to see a property in Fairview with "Whitney". We drove 45 miles to look at the property and, she was a No show. Called back while at the location, and she would not answer her phone. Very unprofessional behavior from "Whitney". Please don't waste your time with small realty companies like that, and especially with Whitney.

Fantastic experience: First and foremost, this company is amazing!!! My husband and I met Danielle Belair back in 2018 while peaking through the window of a house we were interested in. She was the most down to earth, kindhearted individual I had ever met. She wasn't pushy, or rude. She was curious to get to know us, where we came from and who we are. She wanted to know what we wanted in a home and what our future was like. She is personable. She cares. THAT is what we wanted in a real estate agent and she was everything and more. We realized quickly in 2018 that we were not ready to buy a home, but Danielle stuck with us until 2020 when we pulled the trigger. We found a beautiful home that had everything we could dream of. We immediately called Danielle and within 24 hours we were at the house doing a showing. We made an offer the next day and not once were we left in the dark. She recommends the BEST lenders, inspectors, etc. She always put myself and my family first and it showed how big her heart really is. We first met her as we interviewed a handful of agents to help us sell our home and look for the home of our dreams. She was the ONLY agent that called to learn more about us and came prepared to our meeting with appointments already set up. That drive sold us -- she was going to be our guide on this emotional journey! Even with the craziness that came with the summer of 2020, she managed to find us a wonderful buyer (within 3 days) and the home of our DREAMS. Trust me -- she worked for it!
