Fantastic experience: My experience with the Agency Frisco started out a little rough when selling my home in Frisco, but Ashley Sykes and Heather Stevens definitely made up for it. They were amazing, especially Ashley! The only issue I had was with the contractor they recommended. It all ended up getting resolved but the painters did a pretty awful job at first. Fortunately, everything ended up working out. As for the positive, the marketing at the Agency Frisco is impeccable and one of the main reasons I chose to go with them. My house sold within the first 2 days and the pictures were amazing! We didn’t even need the video. I was mainly looking in the Prosper and Celina area, and from the start she made the whole process feel so much easier than I expected. Negative experience: If you’re going to use The Agency run by Heather Stevens, please read your contract and I mean every inch of that contract. Do not sign a six month deal sign three months at a time if you’re going to cancel your contract with them you’re gonna wind up paying 10 to 15 K please check the verbiage on the contract, they are very sneaky and not honest about it. Trust me when I tell you and most of all they’ll bring you lowball offers on your home and call it legit offers, which is a joke. Good luck do your homework if you hire them.
