Fantastic experience: Best Thai restaurant has very tasty food. Nice change up from all the other restaurants. I recommend Tom Yum soup if you are on low carb type diet.

Negative experience: Wow! With all the money Frisco has, you would think that they would do something for residence and surounding areas for an affordable price. I can say, that it is not worth it to go through the light tunnel! And $15 to see Santa per child, unbelievable! Since when does Santa get pimped out for greed. We would of had more fun at the mall.

Fantastic experience: This night adventure was a good photo op. Bit too busy at first but tons of people after about an hour. The light show was pretty dramatic with the music. Not quite in sync but still fun. May have been a bit late for the larger lit tunnel and other lit items as they were closed off. Good time Frisco Square!

Fantastic experience: I saw the advertising of this event on Instagram and the way it was advertised, seemed like such fun, so my sister, my son and I drove over from Allen, about a 30 minute drive, to experience the event! Once we parked and got onto the square, I will say I was not pleased. You have to pay for the light tunnel and to see Santa, the music for the light show was not as loud as I’d expect, which minimizes the experience of the light show and there wasn’t too much more to do to make it worth the 30 minute drive. Don’t get me wrong, I had fun because I was with people that I love, but if the ability to see Santa was cheaper and the light tunnel, etc. was free, I know I would of had more fun. I love the idea, but I feel it could’ve been executed better than it was. Overall great job, however that’s a one and done for me! I saw, I went but I won’t be back.

Positive experience: Not a lot here but a few places to eat. Most if it is shops during the day. The Christmas display was very underwhelming. Way over hyped. The ice skating thing was really cool. The kids really enjoyed it.

Negative experience: Many years we have come to enjoy the light ball with our family. So sad that capitalism took this away from the community.

Fantastic experience: We stopped by to see the Christmas light show and it was so worth it. The light were timed to music that broadcast from a radio station, which my kids loved.

Positive experience: Although the people were very kind. The hours of operation were inaccurate. We showed up two days in a row to find the ice skating rink closed! It was a waste of time in our vacation and put a damper on our experience.

This is a very intimate, quaint holiday experience that everyone can enjoy alone or with family and friends. Viewing the Christmas lights and going ice skating will make holiday memories for all. So, get out of the vehicle and walk down Main Street to experience the magic of the holidays. Viewing the lights truly puts you in the holiday spirit. I was stopped by a person who asked what's the radio station of the music playing? And here's the answer, visitors can tune in to the radio station 107.3 FM in their vehicles. * Or you can also decide to have your own playlist playing on your cell phone with Bluetooth earbuds as you walk down Main St enjoying the sites. * I recommend for the holidays, for families and friends to visit " Christmas in the Square" in Frisco, Texas. It's a great magical holiday experience.

Positive experience: Christmas in the Square has turned into another way to make money. $20 to ice-skate, $15 just to visit Santa Claus, $25 per person for horse carriage ride, $6 per person for light tunnel. Apparently Community has to turn a profit and the Christmas Spirit is all about a profit.

Positive experience: A place were the community gets together to celebrate holidays and the diversity of the city. I believe the population has outgrown this location and we need a larger place for the community to get together.

Fantastic experience: Did not see huge crowds as it was mid-week. This place is beautiful with all the holiday lightings an festivities. You can meet and greet Santa and take some pictures inside a huge makeshift tent erected. A Frisco must see location during the holidays.

Positive experience: This is more a review of their recent Oktoberfest. The prices were extremely high for what you got. The VIP was nothing like the previous year. I felt like an idiot by telling my friends how much less commercialized Frisco's fest was over Addison's but every other booth wanted all my personal info to win junk (really to send me spam).

Fantastic experience: Frisco Square is essentially a large Park surrounded by apartments shopping and restaurants and City Hall. Frisco has many events at this location such as Arts Festival, music concerts, Octoberfest, Halloween parade and many others. As more apartments get built around the area parking gets a little more difficult, but the city seems to always have it under control. Just keep in mind there's many people who walk their dogs on the park.

Fantastic experience: Went at 8:30pm on a Tuesday after Christmas found easy parking and the lights were synchronized to about 5 Christmas songs on the radio, 107.3 fm. Not much to do but it was a sight to see from the comfort of our car.
