Fantastic experience: Dyan Thomas gets very high marks on all aspects of representation. She is knowledgeable, diligent, responsive, supportive, honest, and efficient. I have been through the process of buying or selling property at least 15 times in three states so I have some basis for comparison to other realtors. Many realtors are quite good, while some only talk a good game. Dyan knows real estate. She routinely and promptly responded to texts or emails at night or on weekends. I have practiced law for 45 years in Alaska and been involved in many real estate transactions so I understand the process, documentation, strategies, etc., yet there were times when Dyan provided input I deemed wise and reconsidered my initial thoughts. We made it from listing date to closing date in 21 days on a house we sold. That is not normal, and Dyan (or any realtor) cannot be expected to deliver that swiftly on most transactions, but you can expect a capable realtor who has your best interests in mind. I give an unqualified recommendation to retain Dyan and Astra Realty.
