6 months ago Fantastic experience: Sakina is AWESOME to say the least! I strongly recommend anyone who’s looking into purchasing or selling a home to work with Sakina. She is a phenomenal realtor and truly advocates for her clients. I had the pleasure of working with Sakina and she is extremely knowledgeable of real estate and makes sure to guide you in the right direction. I remember a moment when we were all discussing purchasing a home with a lender and we asked to run numbers of how much the mortgage would potentially cost. The lender accidentally ran numbers based on FHA loan but Sakina knew we were going with a conventional loan. My wife and I didn’t realize it but Sakina noticed something was off and sure enough brought it to the lender’s attention. The lender apologized and fixed the numbers which was much lower and reasonable. We truly appreciated Sakina being in our corner and couldn’t thank her enough. Additionally, Sakina is great with communication. Whatever questions we had, Sakina would answer them promptly. She was able to answer all of our questions and/or address any concerns throughout the entire process! My overall experience was amazing with Sakina! I will definitely be working with her again when it’s time to refinance, buy, or sell a home again! It was an honor and pleasure working with Sakina!

1 year ago Fantastic experience: One lunch can change your life!!! I was referred to Ms Sakina & 1152 Realty through a mutual friend. At the time, home ownership was a far off dream reserved only for those w/ perfect credit and thousands in savings. I had neither. However, out of respect for my friend, I gave Ms Sakina a call. This turned out to be the best decision of my life! She responded quickly & also sent links to referrals of other clients that she's helped in the past. She asked if & when I would be free for lunch just to talk face to face which I appreciated. We set a date, But I didn't truly know what to expect. I met w/ her and her husband Sho for lunch. At the time, I was so sure that home ownership was out of reach for me, I had actually already begun the process of getting apartment locaters to find my next place. I had just turned in my 60 day notice at my current building, and was positive I'd be in the same cycle of moving to another apartment again. At first, it was extremely uncomfortable opening up to 2 complete strangers and detailing my current financial situation. But swallowing my pride, I did just that. I totally expected them to tell me just how screwed I was & give me tips on things I needed to correct before pursuing my first home. And honestly, that would have been a win for me. But instead, it was the exact opposite! They were respectful, attentive, and polite throughout the entire lunch meeting. There was no sense of judgement from them as I chronicled my debt/savings predicament. And to my surprise, they were both OPTIMISTIC about their potential to help. But first, there would be much to do on my end and time was of the essence. Ms Sakina provided me a detailed checklist of things I needed to do, phone calls I needed to make, and documents I needed to secure. She was very clear that she could only work as quickly as I would. And so I began. The next 60 days seemed to move at supersonic speed. But Ms Sakina and her amazing team at 1152 Realty was by my side the entire time. No. Seriously. The entire time. This all took place - mind you, durning the hectic holiday months of November & December. Even still, I can recall receiving response correspondence from Ms Sakina sometimes as late as 9pm to answer questions & quell concerns I had. From tiny questions to mini freak-outs, Ms Sakina was calm, patient and steady whenever I needed her. WHAT REALTOR DOES THAT?! She does. And she's amazing for it. As I sit here today in my brand new home typing this, I can only praise God the Father in Heaven for the blessing of Ms Sakina, her team, & my friend for referring me to her. It’s funny: From ordering the Chicken Parisien Nov 4th, 2024 to closing day at the title office Jan 14th, 2025, Ms Sakina sat on my right hand side both times. Sakina is an extremely detail oriented AND passionate individual who has a phenomenal understanding of Collin County Real Estate. All agency staff members are very courteous and professional. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: We were in the market to buy a home for 6 months but always got out bid or there would be some glitch that would break the deal. My wife and I were very frustrated. During this time, a very trusted individual recommended we talk to Sakina. The funny thing was another close friend had recommended her when we were first starting to look for a 2nd home. We called Sakina immediately and explained what we were looking for, she calmly explained pros and cons of our wish list, gathered necessary info and immediately started sending us options the very next day!!! She would be in touch with us everyday and we felt like we were her only clients even though we knew she was juggling so many hopeful customers like us! Sakina was fantastic! She would even go and view the homes for us when we were not able to make it due to work. She did it because she knew market was hot and if we liked the home , we had to move fast. Sakina presented herself in a very professional manner in our first meeting. Laying out her process and how successful she has been with it (nothing wrong tooting your own horn... :)). From then on, she was nothing but superb in helping me find the right place, very patient (we visited at least 2 dozens houses), very knowledgeable (with the school district boundaries, noisy streets in the background, etc.) and with the offer to the seller.
