Fantastic experience: My experience with them couldn't have been better. I worked with Alex Wright and he went above and beyond to help me. The advice he gave to get my house ready to sell was spot on. I asked that we focus on the most important items and he was very honest with me. He did his homework in pricing my home for sale.On top of everything I left the country for 3 weeks on the day my home went on the market. I thought it would take at least a month before we had an offer. Nope! My home sold in 4 days above asking price. And Alex went above and beyond to help while I was out of the country - going to my home multiple times to move my car out of the garage for the inspection, etc. He was with me every step of the way and communicating each stop. I couldn't recommend Alex and Brittany more highly!!

So knowledgable and gives excellent advice, very few realtors will tell you the truth on how good/bad a deal is because they need the commission. Brittany on the other hand? Negative experience: Our introductory experience with Luxe Realty was very positive. Brittany and Peter demonstrated engagement and assured a commitment to customer loyalty - subsequent interactions, however, were disappointing. Open House (OH) Events OH1, Peter arrived late; apologized, citing prior client engagement OH2, Michael was punctual, professional, and brought several potential buyers/another agent OH3 scheduled for 1.5 hours, but 45 minutes into scheduled time, Peter still had not arrived. Brittany told us he had a personal situation; I called Peter, and he claimed delayed by another client (we ultimately canceled this event) Few other events scheduled, with minimal to no attendees Showings We experienced more than one no show for a scheduled showing. Luxe did not reach out to let us know, we called/texted them to inform them, not feeling like they were representing us as a client. Feedback was vague or often lacking entirely; only consistent communication provided each Friday (same data available on Zillow) Realtor Interactions Housing market was undergoing significant changes in spring 2025. We suggested to Brittany to pause sale (noting asking price per sqft was considerably higher vs. other homes). She replied that she would prepare an invoice for her expenses. We expected, at minimum, a discussion of alternate marketing strategies vs. what seemed a perfunctory termination/billing response. Eventually received word of potential buyer/offer - after days with no communication, we asked for update. A contingent, lower-than-expected offer was presented; Brittany and buyer’s realtor each agreed to reduce commissions from customary 3% to 2% to make up shortfall (client ultimately withdrew and home re-listed) Received showing request/potential contingent offer in Dec25. Offer accepted; inspection completed; closing date scheduled. Appraisal resulted in somewhat low valuation, but we held firm on asking price. Luxe’s response was “this is significantly more net than our first offer” vs. providing advice/suggestions to progress deal at sale price (e.g., reduce commissions) Inadequate attention to detail (e.g., some appliances included in initial contract, but later removed and confirmed by Luxe; then shortly before closing, they asked whether appliances would stay) Closing Five days prior to closing (8:25 AM), we received showing request for following morning. We contacted Brittany to inquire, and after an hour with no reply, we declined request. Alex from Alex later responded dismissively, citing church commitments for him and Brittany on Sunday mornings, during which time they do not respond - a reply we found unprofessional and contradictory to Luxe's business hours shown as “Open Always” on Brittany’s Facebook page Closing was scheduled on Friday in Feb26 (conducted remotely). We received emails/text messages confirming transaction/funding completion, but we did not receive funds by close-of-business day, as expected. We contacted Brittany and she replied “let me know if you do not have funds by Monday.” Funding did arrive late Monday morning (buyer had access to house since closing), but we were again disappointed that Brittany did not take a few moments to reach out and confirm In an attempt to show gratitude for our business, Luxe gifted us a Texas shaped snack basket that included items beyond or at their expiration dates. Experience Summary Demonstrated a pattern of failure to prioritize our needs; we did not feel valued as clients Open House events indicative of ineffective advertising/strategy; limited in-person representation Communication skills and attention to detail very much lacking. We have bought/sold seven homes, and never encountered such subpar service/realtor representation as we experienced with Luxe Realty in McKinney, Texas. We continue to share our experience with friends/acquaintances and we would not recommend Luxe to anyone looking to transact real estate business.

Negative experience: I am sorry to give 1 star this is my experience over the last 160 days. If you look for a realtor that spends time with you and discuss the steps, and really work toward the goal together, Brittany is not the one. After initial so called “consultation” stage, she is basically off the grid that she uses her staffs who never own the case. This is my first time leaving this kind of review on any platform, and this is how frustrated I am.

We thank our lucky stars we had Jane Kaleski and the whole team at Luxe Realty to guide us through the real estate options in the area. Jane showed us multiple areas and several options to consider. We finally decided on new construction in a beautiful subdivision in McKinney. I’m sure a lot of realtors would have been done once the contract was signed but not Jane. She coordinated with our construction manager on a weekly basis to make sure everything was getting done and getting done right. I found Brittany through a family reference and what a great decision it was to list with her. She priced my house with realistic expectations and explained the process well. I expected to sell in about 2 months, but my house sold in 3 weeks. I couldn’t be happier with how Brittany advocated in my best interests and her knowledge working with the buying realtor was passed on to the apparently less experienced agent. Negative experience: Do yourself a favor & choose a different realtor. We are currently stuck with her & don’t want others to be in the same position as us. We started building last year, 6 months+ later still never met her & she hasn’t help with anything. Very unfortunate that she gets commission off of our sale. The commission should go to the building sales associate that has went above & behind for us. 5/23: I have left more 5 star reviews for business than 1 star reviews. My reviews are honest & I think it’s important to share my personal experience whether it’s good or bad..that is what reviews are for. And yes, we requested for them to no longer share with you after you had already showed a lack of interest in working with us. Once we signed with you, you no longer made an effort to assist us which is why we sent an email asking you to not bother.

One instance that truly stood out was when Ajoura went above and beyond by alerting me to potential issues regarding high school overcrowding in the area I was considering. This level of insight was invaluable, as it directly impacted my decision-making process, especially considering the significant investment involved in purchasing a home in this specific school zone. Ajoura was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns, which made the whole process a lot less stressful compared to past experiences. When it came time to make an offer on a property I was interested in, Ajoura proved to be an invaluable. Even with high interest rates, I was still facing stiff competition in Collin county. The seller had multiple offers on the table, and Ajoura provided strategic advice on how to make my offer stand out, even though I had only 5% downpayment. Fantastic experience: We called Brittany's office and told them we were moving from West Texas and needed an agent that was knowledgeable and flexible with our work schedules and limited time to get to the metroplex.
