Fantastic experience: Jiro was vary helpful and whent out of his way to help a disabled guy aka me. He has scent a msg to fruit office to help me with my animals all four therapeutic animals as well as helped me pick out a apartment and get things ready. Now I just have to wait for a return call. Jiro was really good at getting the info I needed in a timely fashion pulse he cares it's in my honest opinion he need a raise due to going the extra mile with me before he Evan knew I was disabled witch is a good thing it makes disabled people like me have a easier conversation so I'll rap this up with few parting words jiro is smart kind and helpful try not to lose him he seems really good at his job . sincerely Angus jones

Negative experience: Our basement flooded due to a broken dishwasher line. We our extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from the property manager. The carpet layers have been ready to go, yet we've received no updates, no timeline, and no response. There has been no urgency shown at any point. After two months we are still waiting for carpet.

I understand your frustration for the carpeting not being installed as this can't be performed until it's approved & funded by the investor due to State of Nebraska laws. PURE has been making many attempts to get this matter resolved as PURE strives to keep things moving forward as well on these kinds of repairs. PURE also continues to this day for obtaining this information approval & as of this very moment it's still in pending status. PURE takes pride to keep our tenants home cared for in the best conditions possible & since have the repairs all completed for this leak that caused the damage, only leaving the carpet replacement remaining.

Negative experience: PURE has shown to be the worst service in property management. They were attentive during the on-boarding, but that all stopped as soon as they had a signed agreement from us. Our representative Mary Anne Doner hardly communicated with us and oftentimes I had to reach out to her 2-3 times to get a response. I’m still waiting on details from the Operations Manager, Rich Miller, but the last heard from him was back on September 26th, 2025. Again, that is with multiple follow ups. Some key items that occurred while our property was with them: 1. They FAILED to properly renew a tenant lease agreement. We had advised them of the upcoming renewal date and re-sent the original agreement multiple times as they had put the wrong information into their system. Even with all the follow-up and reminders from our side, PURE did not secure a rental renewal even when we gave them an extra week past the expiration date. PURE also didn’t take any steps to ensure the tenants would be out of the home should the agreement not be signed. The tenants ended up staying an extra two months with no enforceable agreement and us not having an option to get our own team into the property during that time. 2. They FAILED to complete basic and necessary repairs. These were not optional items, but ones that were required by a City of Omaha Inspection in May and previously noted on PURE’s own inspection in March! Mary Anne and Rich’s response was that it was too difficult to arrange while the tenant was there and we had to reschedule the follow up City Inspection twice. 3. They charged us for services, labor, and materials that NEVER HAPPENED. I received confirmation from Mary Anne on July 23rd, 2025 that all materials had been purchased, but none of the work had been completed. We advised PURE that if they could not complete the work prior to us taking back the property then we would complete the necessary repairs ourselves, and that we should be refunded any charge to our account. Instead, PURE still charged the whole cost for those materials and labor during the final settlement process. When I brought it to PURE’s attention, Rich Miller said he would look into it. That was back on September 26th, 2025 and as of today I still have not received a reply back from him even with multiple follow ups. 4. They DID NOT make accurate reports on the condition of the property. They performed a pathetic excuse of a check-out when the tenant left and indicated that there were no issues at the property. We thankfully had our own real estate agent arrive at the property on the day the tenants moved out and take a walk through video of the disgusting state of the property. When we presented this to PURE, they simply said they would note it. They still, over three months later, have not provided an updated check-out report showing the state in which the home was left. I have a whole email chain of our communication since the beginning of May 2025, documenting our conversations. Most of the replies we do get are either excuses, vague template replies, or promises to improve communication which they then take weeks to follow up on. The few phone calls I have had with their team have left little to be desired as I was either talked down to or made false promises to have a follow up at a later time. To this day I still have not had the exit call that I was told to expect. They have not taken any steps to make this situation right and still have not answered on the false maintenance charges to our property. If you are a landlord, run. PURE is not worth the headache. Edit: In response to PURE regarding this comment, if you read the attachments (or any of our email communication) you would see that these services were not performed. That's the point. You charged us without the work being completed or even delivering the materials you supposedly purchased for the work. This is unethical behavior on top of poor communication.

I also know that you have been working with the property manager & team on these issues. However, when repairs on performed on a unit charges to have to be paid for this. Negative experience: 5 Stars for Wilfred Cobb and Steve Cymbalista! They both are Awesome at what they do. I've had the pleasure to meet both gentlemen while making repairs, both very knowledgeable and explained to me what they were going to do before doing it. I appreciate the communication and I appreciate them wanting to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner. Keep up the good job guys!!! I'm changing my rating from 5 stars to one. 2yrs after I gave them a positive rating, I had a maintenance worker enter my rental without permission to so-call put up smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors that were already up. It took for me to send a letter to just about everyone in administration for them to respond to me. Now 3 weeks ago maintenance came back to my rental to fix somethings, and one of them used my bathroom and left feces all over my toilet. *see photo below* .When I initially made the complaint Carlos was the ONLY one who apologized for such a disgusting act. I again sent a letter expressing my frustration and explained that I would be replacing the toilet seat and that I should be refunded for the new seat. It wasn't until I sent another letter to Blaine Stratton, (who I'm not even sure is even the property manager anymore over my rental) was I given a call. It took almost 2 weeks after the incident for anyone from Wistar to get in contact with me. Only to say I could go ahead and replace the toilet seat.... As if I needed their permission to do so. I'm sure anyone in my position would be highly upset to come home to a toilet with smeared feces on their toilet. With COVID still present as well this was and is DISTURBING to find someone's body waste where I sit MY behind. A refund for a $10 seat at that, that's the best you can do Wistar I'm usually very un-problematic, but this was the last straw. Did I mention I had to call MUD out to shut my gas off on my stove because whoever was so-called working on it left it to where there was a gas leak. So I came home to a home reeking of gas. If I'm not mistaken Wistar lost an employee from a house that blew up on her. Again, I didn't get an apology for the gas leak either. So if you're reading this review I caution you very highly to look for another property management place to rent from because Wistar is not the place.

Negative experience: I have been at pure for almost 2 years. I have never missed rent I take very good care of the property. I have nothing but good rental references prior to this. I have actually made upgrades to the property at no charge to them to get airflow into the home because they don’t have any operating windows. Obviously code violation but it’s a very minor fee and they can actually take up to 6 months to get them fixed with minimal blowback. I have raw sewage that has been leaking into my crawlspace for months possibly longer which in return now has a permanent sewage smell every time I turn the air on. I have had snakes infested in the siding of the home ( I’ve spent over $1200 on getting them removed and preventing them to come back. It doesn’t work). After speaking with neighbors, the last tenant had the same issue with snakes. I spent over $2000 on an air purifier machine to help combat the raw sewage smell that has riddled the house for the last couple months. Broken pipe in the crawlspace that very well could and should have been caught during their annual inspection, the maintenance man refused to go down there to look at it. Negligence at its finest. It’s been at least 4 weeks since they got the work order for the pipe and here I am still waiting for it to be fixed and dealing with sewage smell. Sent one plumber out and apparently he wasn’t good enough to fix it, so I’m waiting for another one to come, that was 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting. The driveway is falling apart with numerous trip hazards, haven’t even heard a peep about that one. Ana then threatens me with fees, penalty’s and law suit over the remaining 5 months left on my lease. The whole time all I asked was to get out of my lease with no harm to my credit because the house is a nuisance to my health. The city is involved at this point but they take forever, and legal action is next. This is the absolute worse experience I’ve ever had. These pictures are sitting sewage water that both their inspector and first plumbing company neglected. Again this is sitting sewage in a home where pets and kids are. It has been like this for at minimal 2 months. They know about issues because there is brand new pvc in some areas. Update they have been scrambling to fix some of the code violations since I issued a 14-30. Sending different vendors out however Plumbing still isn’t fixed and Rich is more worried about addressing reviews then to address problems I guess. He has ghosted every phone and email attempt I’ve made and people are becoming extremely rude to deal with. I will be filing more complaints with the real estate commission and have every intention of getting a lawyer. They showed zero compassion to the situation and they have done absolutely nothing to rectify it, relocation, refund on rent not a single peep. Zero reason why this has gone on for as long as it has. I have spent thousands of dollars on top of missed time from my business to accommodate them. I will do whatever in my power to assure this doesn’t happen to anyone else ever again.

Kryston, PURE is happy to speak with you regarding your situation as you are the lease holder. PURE's team is also happy to work on a resolution in a professional manner & currently this has fallen short on the conversations that has been presented to the entire team including the maintenance tech & vendor on site yesterday. There is no reason to have somebody on the phone who isn't part of the lease & talking in such an abusive manner. Again, PURE is working on resolution of this matter & you personally have rejected allowing vendors to enter the property for quite some time. PURE also has been sending a 24 hour notice for entry & providing a team member to be on site per your request. Respectfully, Rich M

Fantastic experience: PURE really has turned over a new leaf by hiring efficient and speedy people like my contact, Frank. I was responded to immediately (which never used to happen) and they sent Wilfred who was outstanding, to fix the lengthy list of repairs. Negative experience: Do not rent with this company. This company has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, integrity, and accountability. Communication is virtually nonexistent — phone calls, emails, texts, and voicemails go consistently unanswered. My experience working with Mindy was particularly disappointing; she was unprofessional, dismissive, and made little effort to provide assistance. Instead of addressing the issue, she forced an unwarranted charge onto our account simply to avoid dealing with the situation directly. Throughout our tenancy, this company repeatedly failed to fulfill its responsibilities as a property management organization. Despite their prior assurances, we were threatened with multiple late fees, and their handling of our MUD billing issue was nothing short of negligent. After a year and a half of silence, they suddenly demanded payment for a bill that had been paid and mishandled on their end. This experience has caused unnecessary stress, frustration, and financial strain over the past two months. It is abundantly clear that this company does not value its renters or operate with transparency. Their actions make it evident that profit takes precedence over professionalism or ethical treatment of tenants. Please think carefully before renting from this company — the experience has been deeply disappointing and exhausting and if I could leave no stars, I would.

Fantastic experience: I dealt with Ana and she was great. I ended up going a different route because the breed of my dog didn't fit the rules. Fair enough. Ana offered me a refund of the application fee since things didnt work out that I was not expecting. Refund processed within a day and she stuck to her promise. I appreciate the end result.

Negative experience: We had an issue again with our sink backing up on both sides(garbage disposal issue) , they sent out John Bacon(plumber) and from the start he was RUDE, also drove through our lawn as well as our neighbors with his music blaring . Then comes in the house with the worst attitude(so of course we gave him one right back). Was very rude near our 3 young children . He snaked the drain, and said " i left a little mess for you" & left. Under the kitchen sink our babies bottle brushes were completely black, water mess all over under the sink which smelled horrible ( when we went downstairs , the mess was worse than we thought. Food , water & black stuff all over our walls, floors , vacuum (which we had to throw out) and it smelled like straight sewer water. I myself had to clean up this mess from someone YOU hired!!! He was very unprofessional and we called the office to complain about their vender, they of course brushed it off because why should they care , they don't pay rent. We didn't get compensated for our vacuum, bottle brushes, they didn't even want to send out cleaners! Shortly after calling the office to leave John Bacon a bad review, he called my husband to harass him on the bad review!!! How pathetic! Thankfully they sent out Wilfred, we have always adored him , and one other maintenance man. The garbage disposal is being removed monday by Wilfred. At this point my review is mixed, because this was NOT ok. We have 3 small children in this home and seeing that disgusting mess was not ok! We are always ahead in rent by a few months and this is how we get treated??? Property management told us to watch our profanity yet if this mess was left in THERE home and they had to fork out money for a new vacuum etc, they would be cussing too!!

I do know that after reviewing the images from the plumber which were taken prior to him starting the process of clearing the line & his images of once things were done that the images shown above don't reflect the entire story of matter. I also believe that this discussion was handled with the property manager as well in a private conversation with full resolution to the situation discussed. Fantastic experience: I have nothing but praise and appreciation for, Mindy Thibault PURE Operating, LLC Assistant Property Manager. I work as a truck driver and struggled to complete technical issues with providing renteners qualifications. She not only assisted me but stayed after her regular work hours on a Friday to get it done. She is genuine about helping her clients and company make the process smoother and helpful. This was extremely stressful for me to navigate while working and she did not mind. She made it managable and got the job done. Her coworkers also apart of the team worked together to get us into a beautiful rental. One that my husband and I can welcome our grandchildren children parents and friends too. This has been our 5th year renting with different property management teams. I can say that it has become hard to find someone who cares and isn' t annoyed when dealing with clients. They have lost their professionalism, ability to relate as humans, and non responsive. That is the complete opposite with PURE LLC and the wonderful staff the currently have. Negative experience: This has been the worst expience I have had. The past 2 years this company bought out another. Lack of communication, inflated work orders, work not done correctly so had to pay for multiple visits, incompetent expectations, no accountability for their lack of yard maintenence, ensuring utilities are handled, negligent regarding work orders denied/put on hold by me yet they continue to approve nonsense without any information to myself or approval. In a short phrase, this is a greedy and completely abusive company. My home was not monitored at all as people walked in and out of my home and the basement flooded. Somehow a door is missing on the garage but they have no idea how and I am liable. Tenants allowed to add drywall without notice or approval yet every random work order is actioned (sinking floor, open a window that PURE painted shut, build a shower for them, move a fallen tree) where is the common sense?

Fantastic experience: Have lived in a home managed by pure for about 4 years now. We have been fortunate to have good owners and Pure does a great job of completing maintenance, and hiring solid vendors. They have some extra charges, but I think you get what you pay for. Shirlee “JOY” De Asis always helps us out and makes it a pleasant experience to ask for things.

Fantastic experience: Submitted a work request order for a leaking shower lever, Shirlee Joy De Asis got a hold of a plumber right away. The plumber came over the same day to look at the issue and was able to figure out what was wrong. Plumber had to purchase new parts and came back the next day to fix it. All in all, we were satisfied with both Shirlee and Perfect Plumber Inc.

Negative experience: Pretty sure they’ve broken the law; our furnace has been inoperable for 4 days and they’ve not fixed it or offered/supplied us with any alternative accommodations or heating devices. Temps INSIDE the home have gotten as low as 38 degrees. This is not the first time we’ve had to call for the furnace either.
Ryan, In reviewing this issue I have seen was opened up on 2/20/2025 at 4:57 pm. This was assigned to a vendor & accepted on 2/20/2025 at 8:12 pm. This was set up for inspection on 2/21/2025 between 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Finally, on 2/21/025 at 1:15 pm Molly or you called in to update stating vendor ordered part for furnace and it will be in about Tuesday and install planned for Tuesday afternoon. As of currently, this is planned to be placed into the unit tomorrow 2/25/2025. Please watch for updates with them on this repair. If you have further issues please let me know at (402) 559-0363. Negative experience: Scheduled a viewing for one of their properties. When I showed up the maintenance man had just pulled up the for rent sign and was getting ready to leave. I asked him about my schedule viewing and showed him my confirmation on my phone, so he reached out to management and they said to show me the property, they were just taking it off the market..??.After looking at the property I received a message to fill out an application, but when I clicked on it the propywas not listed. Concerned I call and was informed that the property was rented earlier that morning!! No one notified me to not drive 30 miles or to not take the morning off from work. Completely unprofessional yet they still wanted me to fill out an application that cost $60 per person over 18, including disabled senior citizens. Just ridiculous. I am beyond upset with the lack of unprofessionalism shown today. They only good exchange that occurred was with their maintenance man.

As PURE doesn't pull a property off the market until we have a completed confirmation from the prospective tenants for moving things forward with a lease document. When this happens it then take 2 - 4 hours for those actions to take effect in all platforms that advertise the properties out on the websites. As for you obtaining an application form. If you were to have submitted an application, paid a fee only to find out this unit was rented, you can withdraw your application, move it to a different property that may suit your needs or ask for a refund of the charges. PURE strives to keep all things updated accordingly as soon as we possibly can. Again, thank you for sharing your insight & I also understand how frustrating this can be for you as well. Negative experience: This company takes forever to fix issues. Our washer and dryer have been broken for over 2 weeks, multiple residents have put in maintenance requests and it has not been fixed. They cancelled my last maintenance request instead of actually fixing our machines. I don't see the point of being charged a maintenance fee when maintenance does not fix things. Also, their emergency maintenance line is useless. All they do is create a normal work order. Update: almost a month and they STILL haven't fixed anything

Fantastic experience: Really enjoying this company so far. They seem to care about whats happening and that is a relief. Requested a maintenance visit due to some not working/burnt out fixtures. They sent out John Kudlacz. Just the sweetest dude. I actually enjoyed hanging out with him, which is rare for me. Got everything done, and my daughter gave him a drawing. It was a good day. Fantastic experience: The person who has been helping with our maintenance request issues has been wonderful. Angelyn Balcorta is wonderful and has been extremely helpful during a very hard time for my husband and I. She is courteous and goes out of her way to keep me informed of what the situation is despite my being at the hospital. Fantastic experience: About to start my first lease with Wistar and so far it's been a great experience! I saw between 10-15 units before finally choosing one for this next move, and I was very impressed by all of Wistar's units - they were kept in much better condition than many others than I saw and it's clear that they take pride in what they do. They were also super communicative and easy to get ahold of - Ileana helped answer the 350 questions I had and was SO helpful. She was great to work with. Looking forward to moving in! ETA: it’s been over a year and I’ve been very happy! Angelyn has been great to work with for maintenance and things have been fixed super fast. Thanks for fixing my garage door opener Wilfred!

Fantastic experience: My refrigerator went out on Friday over the weekend and I received a text from the maintenance coordinator Angelina Balcorta she was faster than Jimmy John's!! She updated me daily with progress of replacing my fridge she was very concerned with the food I lost got everything handled got it approved and refrigerator is on the way! Fantastic experience: Angelyn BALCORTA is Definitely 5 Stars ! She today took the time and leadership to bring my issues of a maintenance problem in my Apartment to a close and I just want you to know that she is the very best I have maybe ever seen v! She obviously has the talent and the energy and the personality that it takes to be in a position of her own making and not just doing it for herself but she was doing it to help others ! Fantastic experience: This company has always treated me well. I've been with them for about 6 years. From back when it was Wistar Group, all the way till now. Really fast responding to repair requests, etc. No complaints. Also my property manager, Sara, is very helpful and easy to work with. I definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: We are very happy with the maintenance services that have been provided. Angela, Balcorta is very efficient. She follows up as soon as she gets a request. She also contacts us after she has sent someone to do a repair. The maintenance staff is friendly and professional. We had a bathroom and electrical problem and they were taken care of right away. We needed a step repaired outside I put in the request last night they responded immediately and someone came out here today to do it, Angela Balcorta is great. we have never had quick response like this. Of course we don’t want things to need repair but if it happens, we know we are in good hands.
