Fantastic experience: I happened to meet Noah Mitchell at an open house I went to. I was relocating from Missouri to Omaha. Noah was exemplary every step of the way, from his communication with me, to communicating with my realtor in Missouri to make every step as seamless as possible. I’m so happy I went to that open house! I feel like he was so knowledgeable about what to look out for in a house, and what were concerns. Overall, I cannot recommend Noah enough if you need a realtor in the Omaha area. And he is still in communication with me even through the deal is done!

Fantastic experience: Emma was a superstar, she made purchasing a house exciting and informative. Emma let us know of how the process works and the time frame of each step. She looked for houses that matched our dream home and toured the houses with us. During tours she provided insight on the conditions of the houses and what were red flags to watch out for. Negative experience: Based on peoples other buy-side experiences with this company seems to be great however there's is one bad apple in the group. Avoid doing a sell-side transaction specifically with Ricardo Castro. Overall, poor professionalism and attempts to oversell equity on a multifamily despite the an appraisal report stating a large difference compared to the winning bid price. He provides poor comparables in attempt to overinflate the value on a property (aka comparables like 5-8 units and comparing it to a 4-unit, which is unrealistic to standard appraisal practices and is not commercial). He simply does not know what he is talking about and one of the main reasons the deal fell apart

Fantastic experience: 5 stars isn’t enough, this company and group of employees truly care about your best interests and needs making purchasing a home stress free and effective while giving you the true feeling of confidence with the ability to answer all your questions and listen to your needs. Fantastic experience: Sue Henson came to our aid during a weird time of buying a home, but she did everything she could to get our offer in place on the day of touring a home. Fantastic experience: Jeff Smith was my realtor for the Omaha area, and he was the best realtor I've ever worked with. He was prompt with answering my questions. I asked a ton of questions, too, and he was patient with me, which I really appreciated. I lived in Montana during the process of looking at houses in Omaha. When I came down for a week, he set aside time to take me house hunting. One of the days I was here, we were out from 11am to 6:30pm (or so). That was a long day, but he was willing to go through it with me, and he even showed me a few other places. After I returned to Montana, he was willing to speak with the home inspector on my behalf and Face Timed me with the results. I did get the report and spoke with the home inspector, too, but it was nice to talk with Jeff while he was in the house to show me the things the inspector noticed. Jeff goes above and beyond, and he's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I highly recommend.

Negative experience: So unprofessional! I revived a call from the realtor about a home and he said I could set up a viewing on x day, just call then! So we did, when he asked when we were moving we said 2 months from now he actually YELLED at me ‘so are you going to pay for those months’ and before I could say anything he hung up. I don’t enjoy dealing with children when it comes to renting a home, it was rude and honestly so unprofessional. Never renting from this agency. Ever.

Negative experience: Used Melody I live in Sand springs Oklahoma coming up here to sell my grandmother's house she swore she'd take care of it I can't even get her to call back or even get any of the comps done from where I've talked to her she keeps blowing me off blowing the trust attorney off still can't get a hold of her she just up and quit and she'll text every 3 or 4 days saying yeah I'm really interested in doing it never does it it's a joke so now I'm I drove up here just to check on the house and probably hire another realtor I mean what a waste of time and manners

Fantastic experience: Joe Stephens with the Insurance department has been so nice and helpful through our first time home buying process. I can’t stand having to go to a bunch of places to shop around for something like insurance and he made it so easy for us. Just a couple calls from us and he got us a fantastic rate for home and auto, saving us literally HUNDREDS of dollars a month. So thankful!! Will definitely be recommending him to anyone I can.

Negative experience: Nebraska Realty (NR) was the agent for the buyer of my previous home. The close of this home has been the weirdest experience of my life. The buyers agent was very lax in staying on top of the appraisal. Because there was no (or very little follow up) the appraisal was scheduled 1 week prior to closing. In addition to this, when my agent was trying to schedule the closing, NR did not respond for almost 72 hours. We found out this was because the agent left the country and did not inform my agent OR HIS OWN BUYER that he was leaving. There was also no follow up from the agent's manager or Team Lead to make sure their buyer was being taken care of. To add insult to injury, the appraisal returned issues that needed to be resolved but this wasn't caught until after the buyer showed up for the closing. This is about the time that NR completely bowed out of the process and left their buyer high and dry. They were not available to assist their buyer in remediating the issue. They did not try to resolve or find a temporary solution for their buyer. They did not communicate at all with their buyer or my agent. Thankfully my agent has been on top of everything and has basically been working to keep things moving for the buyer and ourselves. Nebraska Realty's utter lack of communication, accountability and inability to resolve ANY of the hurdles that came up astonishes me that they are still allowed to operate.

Fantastic experience: I had Sue Henson as my realtor to sell my house - she was very professional and knew exactly what to do - she told me the items that I needed to move for pictures- she had professional pictures taken and my house went on the market that evening. Showings could be scheduled starting at noon on Friday. I had over 40 showings and we looked at all offers at 5 pm on Sunday- she could tell which offer was the strongest and that’s the one I accepted- very smooth and I felt secure with her help.

Fantastic experience: Working with Amber made the sale of our home of 21 years stress free. We interviewed several agents and chose her based upon her treating our house as a home and not just another sale. One thing she wasn’t was high pressured and aggressive. She was very easy going and a pleasure to work with throughout the process of selling our home. Her stager came in and gave suggestions on how to best present our home. Due to unforeseen issues we had to postpone our sale for a year. Amber was extremely patient with us and was there for us when we were ready to eventually put the house up for sale.
