Negative experience: My experience trying to schedule a tour with this company has been downright horrible. Their system makes me guess times that might work for a showing instead of simply displaying the agent’s actual availability. I submitted multiple time options only to receive an automated email saying none of them worked and asking me to reschedule - again with zero indication of when the property can actually be shown. Why am I expected to keep guessing times? Just show the available slots like every other normal scheduling system. It’s also nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone, and when you do, communication is difficult. If you’re trying to move quickly on a rental, this process is a complete waste of time. The whole system is disorganized and unnecessarily complicated.

Fantastic experience: Hunter was great he came out for plumbing maintenance for my bath tube and fixed it in a timely manner. Very polite and nice.

Positive experience: Max did a great job fixing my door and I recommend this technician 100 percent! OmniKey is a different matter altogether.

Negative experience: I have been in this unit only 2 1/2 months and the stove has not worked for two of those months due to a carbon monoxide leak coming from alsoI think it is such a violation for them to be able to come into your home every three months and take pictures. And is they doing that to everybody or just me because it ain’t no reason for them to do it to me? I keep my rental units immaculate so is this harassment or what I’m gonna find that part out if they doing this to everybody because you don’t get to single me out. and how can they legally come in and take pictures of your personal property every three months who wants to see somebody every three months that they didn’t invite over every three months I encourage a walk-through but taking pictures. Every three months is a bit insane. Ain’t no way I could ever feel at home here. I can’t wait till this Lease up Nobody should have the legal right to come where you are living and take pictures of your personal property Because there is no way for you to come in here taking pictures without getting my property in the pictures talking about they doing a walk-through that’s not a walk-through that’s taking pictures of my personal and private property Example from this one picture what on the wall right there is their property and if you stalking people for damages already like you money hungry I don’t care what you see right now. It don’t mean it can’t be repaired later and you don’t harass me right now about my living conditions and I’m not violating anything that was not a walk-through It’s just heartbreaking knowing I spent thousands of dollars to move here and knowing I’m gonna have to move again soon because this realty company has left a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t wanna live in nobody business I want to live in a home! And this is not my first lease. I’ve been renting for 20 years and they just started this three month invasion process because everybody focusing on a dollar.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been renting with OmniKey for 2 years now and Giovanni came out today and replaced my sink for me. I wish he would’ve came for past issues, I’d prefer he come for us from here on out!

Fantastic experience: Zach Wing is always available anytime I have issues with the Omnikey app or website. He promptly responds to my emails and was quick to fix any issues we’ve had in the past 6 years. Thanks for all you do Zach!

Negative experience: This is the worst company to deal with iv only been in the rental a month and there are water leaks no dish washer ac don't work. When I try to call they ignore me they never fix anything but want that money for rent I would never do this again.

I used to have issues getting answers from the office until getting into contact with him and I always get an answer within the hour. He has definitely made our experience with OmniKey a good one.

Fantastic experience: We have rented from Omnikey for almost 2 years. They worked with us on SOOOOO many things… they came in a timely manner to fix issues we have had. I have ZERO complaints with renting from this company. They are understanding and compassionate. We have to remember it’s still a business and has to be run as such. Omnikey I do not expect my security deposit back and I plan on making sure it’s clean IF we leave you guys…however I don’t see that happening!!! Thank you Omnikey!!!

Fantastic experience: This review is being left for Justin Bradford!! He is the nicest and most helpful person to work with at OmniKey. My hot water heater went out on the Thursday before a winter storm was coming. One plumber said he couldn’t replace water heater until the winter storm was over and I thought all hope of hot water was over, BUT Justin continues working to resolve my issue and found an approved plumber who would fix my water heater before the freezing rain and sleet would hit. I am beyond thankful for Justin!!

Fantastic experience: Jerome came by to fix a crack in celling, while he was here he was fixed a second small crack and was vary friendly. He explained to process and time frame to return to paint, and fix the fence. Jerome also made the kids feel at ease even though they normally don't like strangers.

Positive experience: Zach from the rent payment department deserves ALL 5 STARS. Though my overall experience w/ Omnikey in the past year has been frustrating, Zach called me back in the same day and as soon as possible after I was having trouble paying my rent through the portal. He was able to reset my portal so that I could make my payment without any trouble. THANK YOU

Fantastic experience: I have to say we were super excited and blessed to find a place. Now, there were a few things that needed attention asap and thats when Giovanni showed up. Everything we that we submitted maintenance orders for was looked at, resolved, or submitted to be fixed. Hopefully he will always be the guy sent to us when something need to be done.

Negative experience: Field tech Giovanni was amazing! Found the water issue and was able to get us fixed up. Thanks! So, update: the tech that fixed this issue WAS super. However, within 2 days, the stove stopped working. That was 11/16. The stove IS STILL NOT FIXED!!! It will be 5 weeks....this company is the biggest joke I have ever met. Untruthful, deceptive, rude, no customer service at all. Its time to get a lawyer. I've only been in this unit for 6 weeks. Shame on you OmniKey!

Negative experience: When I toured the property, I was told it comes with a fridge. When I moved in, the fridge didn't work, which I immediately reported. I was told that the place did not come with a fridge (left by previous tenent) and they would not repair it and I would have to get my own. But they would pick up the broken fridge. 2 requests later, the fridge is still here. After the 4th request, I have now been told that they will not pick up the broken fridge and I have to reinstall and repair it before move out? What is going on? I can't wait for the lease to end and I know already, it doesn't matter how spottless the place will look when I move out, my deposit is gone, just by leaving a bad review.
