Positive experience: I found a beautiful unit for my new startup business, however would say that my experience with my realtor was less than great. Initially reached out to have someone meet me at the suite to take a look at it since it had a lockbox on the front and was perfect for our needs. I met the realtor out there the first time, she did not have the key so it was a waste of time I took PTO for. I then arranged a second meeting and again, no key and wasted trip, in the middle of a work day I took PTO for. Over the next month we had back and forths, however the young realtor lady I was working with I never felt represented my interests as a tenant, and much more a vibe of her trying to rush, hurry, and get it over with. She understood that we are a startup waiting to secure our initial capital and I felt rushed the entire time. Furthermore, she often did not communicate between the landlord and myself very well, as there were things I asked to be communicated I know weren't. Lastly, went to make my deposit and first months rent, they had not communicated with the landlord I told them I'd be doing that today, and consequently the landlord had taken the day off and I had to scramble around offices trying to get someone's number to reach out and resolve that. So a third wasted trip because communication was poor. Although she was helpful and knowledgeable at times, I wouldn't say she was overly professional or proactive at making sure I understood what was needed as I often had to ask clarifying questions myself. Overall, I'd say my experience felt like I was dealing with a recent college graduate who did not care about my time or goals, and who ultimately just felt like she wanted everything to go as quickly as possible so she didn't have to 'deal with it' anymore and move on to her next client/commission. I would not let her be my realtor again and would not look forward to working with the company again unless the representative I got seemed to actually care about my goals, interests and time. Starting a business is hard and there are many things you can't account for ahead of time, so I would expect a realtor understanding that would be a bit more dedicated to making sure everything felt like it was correct and right for the tenant. Update as of 5/2/26 - I was reached out to by a member of management who sincerely cared about my experience, and after speaking with him decided to leave a more level headed score. They did after all accomplish the mission and as long as someone feels like they're actually cared about, it's much easier to just view it as a growing experience and move on. I appreciate their time and care in following up.

Negative experience: I’ve sold multiple properties over the years—from multi-family units to multi-million dollar homes—and I can confidently say this was the most bizarre and unprofessional showing experience I’ve ever encountered. On Sunday, 9/7/2025, Monica Pascual of Bosshardt Realty arrived at my Port Orange property with two individuals she presented as prospective buyers. However, it quickly became clear that these individuals were not pre-qualified, nor were they genuinely interested in purchasing a home. In fact, they were municipal actors—law enforcement officers from the Volusia County Sheriff’s Department—who conducted a perimeter sweep with a canine unit under the guise of a home showing. To be clear, Monica’s office is located in Gainesville, over 100 miles and more than 2 hours away from my property. The fact that she would travel that far with individuals who weren’t even actively looking to buy a home is highly suspect and raises serious concerns about the true intent of this visit. This showing was scheduled under false pretenses, and I believe it was an attempt to fabricate grounds for a search warrant. Fortunately, my property is fully monitored with security cameras, and the MLS listing clearly disclosed that all showings would be subject to live video and audio recording, as required by Florida law. Monica’s behavior during the showing was disingenuous. She gently pointed toward my cameras and remarked, “Aww, that’s a nice little camera,”—a comment that appeared to be a subtle warning to the individuals accompanying her. Her actions did not reflect the integrity or professionalism expected of a licensed real estate agent. Given that her office already holds an average 2-star rating, I’m not surprised—but I am disappointed. I will be reporting this incident to the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) and the local Board of Realtors. Monica Pascual’s conduct raises serious ethical and legal concerns, and she will be named in my forthcoming federal injunction. I cannot recommend her or her office under any circumstances. Overall grade: D–, bordering on F+ “failure.”

Positive experience: The lady working the front desk was rude to me and the elderly lady in front of me. She had a nasty tone and was belittling. I don't know if she was having a bad day or is always that way to others.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a realtor who combines expertise, dedication, and genuine care for her clients, I highly recommend Angela Tassinari. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Working with Angela to sell my home was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She went above and beyond at every turn, providing clear guidance and ensuring I always knew exactly what my next step would be. Her communication was exceptional—she was incredibly prompt in responding and made herself available whenever I had questions or concerns. I'm confident that we were able to profit from our home large in part due to with her. What impressed me most was how she navigated negotiations with the buyer and their agent. She handled every interaction with grace and professionalism while fiercely protecting my interests throughout the process. I always felt confident that I was in capable hands.

Fantastic experience: Fonda was a good listener and she provided efficient and effective service as a result. We are experienced home shoppers and pretty much knew what we wanted in a neighborhood and home. Fonda showed us the properties we were interested in and we submitted an offer that was accepted the very first day. She provided her insight before, during and after the home purchase and we heartily recommend her for your real estate needs.

Negative experience: Really bad experience. They never answer their phone and when I went into the office, one of the ladies was really rude to me. Some realtors friends who worked for them before, said this bad service was normal for Bosshardt. Do not use them!

Fantastic experience: We are very grateful to have had Bunky as our agent. Also, this is our fifth transaction with Bosshardt Realty, beginning in the early 90s when Carol Bosshardt helped us buy and sell a home, then in 2002/03 when Anne Koterba helped us buy and sell a home, and now with Bunky. Bunky worked very hard in an unfortunate market situation to get our house sold, to keep us informed throughout, and to make sure at closing that we had all our ducks in a row. Negative experience: Worst property management I have ever witnessed. We had a rat infestation from the day we moved into the house. Contacted management right away. We had rat poop all over are beds everywhere in the house. This issue went on for over 6 months and the heath department had to get involved. Our property manager Haley was fired. It’s actually astonishing how poorly the communication and lack of remorse. Stuck paying rent for house that was completely un livable. The owner of the property was completely unaware of the issue that had been going on for 6 months. Absolutely horrible and absolute dishonest

Negative experience: First, I’m happy to take this review down if issue gets resolved. My husband and I have sent over 5 inquiries to see 123 Nw 34th street property. The realtor texts us and asks us questions on move in dates, our income and credit score etc which we reply. As per criteria listed, we qualify. She then offers a time to see the the property 3 weeks out. We keep on requesting that I’m travelling from Orlando and have limited dates but still agree to her times. When it comes to time to confirm, she just does not respond. Now she claims that she has not go any email. This has happened multiple times, not once. We also saw other properties in the area and no one had such unprofessionalism. Ive still sent so many requests but I think everything goes through this person and she covers it up. This is so discouraging. I wish we could let the property owner know we are trying to view the property for last month and half, and she claims she needs 24 hour notice but gives us dates 3 weeks out and never once confirms when we reply yes to anything. First time with BPM we requested for another location near Butler plaza and the realtor called me, asked me personal questions to screen. When I said my husband is working 9-5 and I can view property during those hours, she refused to show me stating only one viewing allowed. I told her I was happy to decide by myself and my husband is good to decide on a video, she never gave me a time to see the place. Now, this nw 34th street property which we have been trying to view for last one- one half month. Too bad because you just lost two honest tenants who are homeowners themselves and know how to take care of property. Meanwhile we saw two other properties managed by Bosshardt through other realtors. These realtors did discuss with us how difficult it is for them to have any work done with Bosshardt Property management. Very disappointing. Highly unprofessional and yes, I know Miss KU will cover this up again. Very shady.

Positive experience: For all the resources at bosshardts disposal. I walked away feeling like we got the bare minimum. Its actually disheartening. Im a gainesville native. I grew up around bosshardt. My family member had worked there and knew the original owner before she stepped down. I truly trusted they would FIGHT not for us, but for what is right and equal for all parties involved. But having a real estate division, and a legal team, and a property management team and experience at their disposal. We were told to just go with it. Almost even justifying the other parties demands. “Sour tastes” and what not. The people at bosshardt who worked on our deal know who they are. I dont drop names. I don’t even usually take the time to leave reviews. Overall, just lost a piece of my childhood respect for them. Its on the ground and thats where I’ll leave it. Like any other company, its all about timing, who you have working with you, and cant forget moneys influence on decisions. So take this however you want. There might be a cya response to this. In other words, I've never expected to sync perfectly with a realtor, but we certainly did with him, and visa versa, he with us. He's super informed about everything related to real estate laws, trends, annual cycles, and he adjusts himself and his clients to changing situations. He is also extremely knowledgeable regarding his and Bosshardt's service area. Not only that, but he is linked in nationally. In our case, when we moved out of state, he referred us to a realtor who is nearly as good as he is. Negative experience: Horrible customer service. My property manager Amanda has been actively ignoring both me and the other owner of my property for a week. There is active construction to the roof and I have serious questions that apparently only she can answer, just my luck. Every time I call, even if I ask to be put on hold until she can take my call no matter the wait time, I am always put through to voicemail that gets ignored. The fact that I cannot contact the person who manages MY PROPERTY is unacceptable. Frustrated and furious are an understatement.

Fantastic experience: Closed on 2 properties within 3 weeks of each other and my realtor, Tara Mace, was phenomenal on both transactions! Went way about and beyond to get the deals done, when I thought both were dead in the water. Highly recommend her and Bosshard Title Insurance for closing!

Negative experience: Absolutely disaster service. Nobody care and nobody knows what they doing. Been in the office 4 time for their mistakes that they admitted and now got a letter from the lawyer office for association fees that Been payed, they just forgot to recorded in the new system. Very disappointing.

From the day we asked her about the property we had found and quickly fallen in love with to the day we closed was exactly a month with everything. It was a whirlwind because we put the offer in during Hurricane Ian and then left for an 11-day vacation to Europe a couple of days later. Dawn advocated for us and got everything in order so that a week and a half after returning, we were signing the closing paperwork! Great, great experience.

Negative experience: This reality group sold me a home, and though the home works, it had numerous detrimental issues found as soon as paperwork was signed. Hole in roof, pipes being 50 years old and falsely reported as new, 15 year old roof they told us was only 7 years old (that owner put on himself, no permits or anything), and "city sewage" when it was really an old septic tank, and trees they swore were healthy, that immediately had 3 massive limbs fall due to rot and one damaged our roof so bad we now have to replace it. When the issues were brought up, they just told us to sue them. No care that everything was swept under the rug. The realtor NEVER came to a showing, and did not even leave keys at the closing. I'm a veteran and had to chase everything on my own. Though they got paperwork done fast, i wouldn't trust anything they put on their home ads or any disclosures because everything we got was false.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic group! Highly recommend, have used this agency for multiple residential and commercial transactions and have always been very well taken care of. This family company knows how to take care of their customers but at the same time it’s a large enough firm to service any need you have. Great team, great management, great service. Negative experience: Bad service, they like to stole people money. they keep your deposit and when you ask for evidence what they give you are excuses. They charge you for damages that were already there. scammers

Negative experience: I attempted to rent a property. They don't believe in second chances even if you have paperwork to prove you fixed previous mistakes. Might as well buy a house with their high standards.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with the property management/leasing side of this company. They QUICKLY requested ~$100 so they can run a credit check/background check. Then after being showed a property and me deciding on a property, they gave me the runaround for several days finally asking for documentation of reported income (I was an incoming first year medical resident and the rent to income ratio was far more than acceptable for approval). They then declined my application with no further explanation and declined further communication but kept my ~$100. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS EXPERIENCE. Multiple colleagues of mine expressed their negative experiences with Bosshardt when it came to leasing a property through them. When communicating with the person requesting the information above, the representative was rude and condescending. The company appears to be professional with a nice website and initial good communication, but my experience along with others show that they are far from it.

Negative experience: Petty. Bad business, vindictive and serves warrants on innocents.

Fantastic experience: Crystal hassel has literally been a blessing to us! If it wasnt for her we would have not had all of our ducks in a row. She is super nice and pleasant to be around. She has always been available and very patient with us. I cannot say enough good things about her. 100% reccomend and she will forever be our realtor!!!

We were “shopping” for a condo from out of town and she went above and beyond to find the perfect place for us. Not only did she tour/video properties for us, she also scoped out the neighborhoods to find just what we were looking for. She is very professional, personable and makes you feel like a part of her family. I would highly recommend Lauren as she was raised in the area and after a short conversation was able to provide a list of potential properties that fit our needs/wants. I live five hours away from Ocala and informed Mr Gary that I would love to find a welcoming warm neighborhood that was close to the freeway and necessary shopping facilities. After several months of reviews and homes that didn't have one or two of my requirements Mr. Gary's patience and positive attitude kept us searching. Finally after several unsuccessful bids we found an area with all the amenities and desires of an old Veteran pleasures. I closed recently and will be in the home asap. Negative experience: We are in the process of filiing grievences against Bosshardt Realty and Lee Glicco Realtor, with three realtor regulatory boards in relation to non disclosure of a flooding issue on property we purchased in November 2019. We have tried to resolve this directly but Ms. Glicco and Mr. Bosshart have ignored us. A full rport witll be available for view bdfore year end.
