Negative experience: This company has been a disaster since day one of working with them. They nickel and dime you for everything that goes down and when you start disputing things when they are not properly doing there jobs or make requests to get things done they will shut you down and drop you from property management services. Don't forget these people work for you and you pay them for services. They should be in consistent contact with you of your business that this is where they lack. I have countless messages of being left on read that will posted online regarding this company. Please avoid as much as you can as an investor

Fantastic experience: I don’t think a better agent than Patti Alvarado exists. She was a pleasure to work with and took me from the initial offer I made on a property to closing in 18 days. Patti worked tirelessly to make sure a new roof was installed on time and arranged for the home inspection, appraisal, and termite/pest inspection. Plus, she quickly responded to any questions or requests I had (and there were a bunch). Patti also coordinated to have the house deep cleaned the day before my household goods were delivered. Negative experience: RE. my house for sale; My realtor didn't even post signs, saying the traffic was so light out here! He was discouraging, saying that people don't care to live in my area, which is not true. The contract he sent me to sign had the wrong address, which I had to correct! The washer and dryer would not come with the house I told him, yet he forgot and the buyer got more money out of me. I tried to drop him but couldn't. He certainly wasn't worth his commission!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I found a home on Zillow and contacted the local relator Cindy Birk and scheduled a showing. Cindy was busy that weekend. She had Tony show us the house. The house was nice but we kept looking. Cindy then showed us a second house in Newberry, we liked it as well but it was a little small. We scheduled a third showing and really liked it. We dug into the realtor bios and found Jen Fancher. She was the absolute BEST to work with on our recent home purchase in Gainesville! Pros: -she knows this area extremely well -she met us at our first house showing with all of permit details and organized it in a folder for us- she did the research on these homes before we even met her -she followed up with the title company, various vendors, and lender before and after each step. we were able to close early because she followed up so well with everyone -she had excellent recommendations for inspectors- we really felt like we were able to choose the best inspectors in the area -she has great recommendations for things to see and do in Gainesville, especially for kids -personality-wise, she was up front with us and didn't sugar-coat anything. we knew she was honest with us every step of the way. she's not afraid to ask questions and to advocate for her clients Cons: nothing- no really, there were no cons Thank you again, Jen!

Negative experience: Unfortunately. This review given is appropriate for the services rendered. I used a individual from this realtors agency, and it turned out to be one of the most stressful times in my life. You could have got better service from a Walmart associate than from the realtor I chose from this agency. Marion was untimely, she could not get legal documents back without forcing her to send them some of which I still haven't received. Very unprofessional. She wouldn't respond to phone calls, instead she would respond with text hours later, with none of the information you requested. I would absolutely recommend staying away from using Marion for any buying/selling transactions.

Positive experience: My realtor was Alex and she communicated very well as she did have quick response even when she went out on vacation. She stated on top of the sellers and sellers agent for responses. The down side of my experience was that I did not feel like she was truely my agent. She tended to always want to be a mediator even though I would tell her what "I want" as I am purchasing the property. I missed out on the true property that I wanted due to this. I asked her to submit my purchase price at a higher amount because of how much I loved that property. She did not accept my choice and I miss out on the property because someone out bid us. There were many more complications with the purchasing of my property and I will say it was not an enjoyable process. She always tired to side with the seller and the sellers wishes. I am just happy it is over and I have a decent property.

Positive experience: We were basically happy with Jill's initial enthusiasm and effort. She did put in a lot of time. However, in the end, she was a bit short with us and argued against me offering a lower price. I believe that I ended up paying too much for the property as a result.

Fantastic experience: Donovaun Horne was absolutely delightful to work with. I had a home in northwest Gainesville I have owned for 29 years. Some personal and professional changes in my life made me decide that all good things must come to and end. I met with Donovaun this summer and we had a great conversation. I needed some time to make improvements in the home before it went to market. However I am definitely not good with design. Donovaun was very patient and willing to take 3 months getting the house prepared for market. He helped me find painters. Pick out colors. Find carpet people. Pick out colors. We talked awhile about granite countertops and backsplash. After some deliberation we decided to go for it. The end product was amazing. He even went to Lowe’s with me and helped pick out ceiling fans and found a handyman to take care of much needed repairs. After the home went on the market he was amazing helping navigate the sale. There were a few unexpected twists from some unreasonable buyers, however it all ended well with a bid and contract over listing price I cannot begin to say enough about Donovaun. His professional work is the best I have ever encountered. Time and time again he went the extra mile for me. Much of the work was done while I was out of state and he acted as my eyes. If I ever come back to Florida I would make my first call to him. He’s amazing!!!
