She knows all the best contractors in Gainesville and made sure we had reliable inspectors, electricians, plumbers, etc. to make sure the house was in good working order. She even managed the contractors and the work for us while we were out of town. Angela is so dedicated you will feel like she is your own personal realtors. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Fantastic experience: This long-awaited review could easily run on for a long time as there were so many pros to working with Kshama Green. I personally knew Kshama prior to her working in real estate and choosing to work with her, as my agent, was an experience that couldn't be further from those potential nightmare experiences you hear people have when working with a friend. Kshama is someone who aimed for nothing but PURE professionalism!! To the point where I would have to overly emphasize that it would ok for her child (my little nephew by association) to join us on our tours of properties during the process.69 She displayed the perfect balance of kindness as well as assertiveness when needed during our long process of finding and closing on my new home. I personally enjoyed that we could bounce ideas and reality checks off one another as we ventured in and out of houses over the months. Our main issue was finding a lender that would understand my income as I am a self-employed and after several strikeouts, I was fortunately able to find just the perfect lender to work with. However, before discovering said lender, it was hard to obtain and maintain a positive mindset during that time looking at houses that we couldn’t make an offer on. Kshama provided me with that positivity that I was going to get through it and it all will be in perfect time. That we were simply just entertaining ourselves viewing homes because none of those were meant for me even when there were homes that were hard to walk away from. Months go by and while on vacation I come across 3 new homes on Zillow and have Kshama schedule a tour upon my return. On the travel back home, I get the notification of being pre-approved and the final home we saw that same day was the one that stole my heart. Kshama swiftly got our proposal in that night to a home that had multiple offers, and I woke up that next morning to our offering being accepted!! The seller was also an agent so our negotiating and cementing of details throughout inspections, appraisal and all went swiftly and before I knew it, I was at the closing desk with Kshama there to hand over the keys!! This was my 2nd time going through the process of purchasing a home and throughout the early woes and an eventual satisfying closing, I never felt a sense of worry when it came to letting Kshama do her agent thing. No concerns that I was just another deal trying to get quickly pushed through. No matter how many clients she had at the time, she made the time for the ones she represented while even assisting her fellow agents. It is hard to not be extremely satisfied with the work she puts in while being the motherly family human being she is!!

Fantastic experience: Selling a house is stressful…even more so when I no longer live in Gainesville. I recently sold my rental home in Haile Plantation. During the initial phases of the listing, the home was still occupied by tenants. This, of course, makes for difficult showings due to scheduling conflicts with the tenants. Kristin was patient and able to navigate and coordinate that process the best she could during their tenancy. Once the property was vacated, the home’s listing progress went into warp speed and an offer was made within 2 days of property vacancy. While under contract, I had to address surprise repairs - some of which were quite significant . Dealing with major repairs/renovations was made easier with Kristin’s help/connections to Gainesville vendors and service individuals. Kristin has well established roots in Gainesville and can make back-line phone calls to ensure things are taken care of. I would make UNANNOUNCED visits to the property during the repairs and she was noted to be on premises communicating with hired services. When I was not in town, she provided communication via phone calls and texts to me confirming completion of work. During negotiations, she was able to provide sound advice which improved my profit margin. Rabell Realty Group is well established and will get the job done.

Fantastic experience: Thu Hillier was my realtor. She was the BEST! You couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. She was honest, genuine, considerate, and always looking out for me. There were some screwing up with other people in the company but my realtor and her boss apologized. For example: J…. who works for this company scolded me when I asked her why things were not fixed at the final walk through, she blamed it on me, my realtor, and my inspector for not making sure they were fixed but the fact was that we did but they were missed by the builder/realtor team or whoever. Minor stuff but I did not like the rude attitude of her especially she is a realtor herself but she was not my realtor This review for 5 stars was just about my realtor, Thu Hillier. But if it was J…., I would be given her no star or 1 star for being rude. My negative experience with the process was some how my ex’s lawyer ended up the closing lawyer for my house that I didn’t know or have the option to change because they gave the reason that the builder was using this lawyer. I have no ill feeling with his lawyer since I never met her because she came in my ex’s lawyer team right before the closing date of my house! I’m pretty sure it was very rare or no one ever had this experience before!

She really takes EVERYTHING you want into consideration and goes above and beyond for her buyers (at least that’s our experience). Unfortunately the interest rates are too insane for us to rationalize buying a house right now so our home search is on pause, but that doesn’t stop Kshama from caring. She doesn’t pressure you or make you ever feel uncomfortable. She is very smart and organizes showings very well. I 1000% recommend working with her.

She was the realtor on my condo in Monticello. We remained friends. I loved Monticello but after awhile I realized my condo was too small. We have been on a journey to find something else for about a year. She has been patient and tolerant of me during this process. Finally found my new residence in Deer Run. I love my house, but it may be too big. Poor thing, I have her looking again. Just looking. I recommend Thu to anyone that is looking to buy a house. She is the best.

She was especially helpful in locating workers and a handyman for updates we wanted to make once we bought the home. She had great advice for painting and other decorating ideas. She was so flexible for meeting us and meeting the inspector, etc., when we were not available. She really saved us so much work! Negative experience: Had a very unprofessional experience with realtor Cecile Arce. During our time in looking for a home, she was not actively looking . Rather I was the one constantly searching & then sending what I found to her to request a showing. We ended up finding a home to purchase through "word of mouth" and it was not listed on the market & was sell by owner. When we decided this route, with curiosity I kindly thanked the realtor AKA "CC". Which she immediately responded rudely assuming another realtor was receiving commission, despite me explaining multiple times their was no commission & no realtor involved. It was complete harassment via text messages & I am completely astonished, that Rabell has someone like this representing them. That being said. Stay clear!

Fantastic experience: Angela is so good at her job. There were two other offers on my house, but the offer she helped me make was the one that was accepted. I am so happy with my new home, and I could not be more grateful for Angela's help in landing it.

Negative experience: The courting phase was good, but once we signed a contract, the flip happened. We built with Michael Weseman of Weseman Homes & Renovations and Kristin was the representing Broker of this Builder and should still be so far as post close/warranty items are concerned. Let us walk you through our horrible experience with her and her firm.... It should’ve been a warning sign when we first were rushed over to meet the “cabinet guy” before we signed a contract, but were “wooed” by having the actual builder there to “make sure all our needs were met,” etc. Mind you, we were told we were going to talk about cabinets, nothing else. We were then sat down to all of a sudden pick the exterior color of our home (light grey), fascia (dark grey), roof (black), and rock on the front of our home (Black River stacked stone). I guess Kristin felt we were taking longer than needed because she had somewhere else to be (literally telling us that), but mind you, she was the one who said “let’s get your colors picked today.” About two days later, she put the realtor, Jackie, in the middle of things to message us the “oops, by the way, you will have white fascia, not grey, and a grey roof not black,” because they messed up. So instead of saying, “Hm, maybe we should deliver some great customer service here and go ahead and honor what we allowed them to pick,” instead it was “hey buyer, eat it we have you locked in a contract so we don’t care” attitude. Sure the fascia had been preordered for this house and the shingles in their bags had been delivered, but why would you even give the buyer a choice to begin with? And so it began... Everything from that moment on that we were given the option to pick was backed out on. They even eventually put the rock on our house that we didn’t pick despite my many efforts of pointing that out to them. Instead of the one we picked, they got it wrong again and had Stacked Stone Dark Rundle on front of our home. We were assured it was, and THEN I found the picture we took on July 28th as we sat and picked things out, we were supposed to have Black River Stacked Stone but conceded because, let’s face it, we really didn’t have a choice anyway. We eventually got an attorney because there were so many issues, that we didn’t know who to believe. We saw the peak of Kristin’s lack of professionalism when our attorney, after setting up a visit with the Builder’s attorney, had to tell her to leave because she kept yelling at him while he was at our home for an approved visit. As if the above wasn’t enough, we were told that after close, Kristin handles all the scheduling of vendors for the Builder (aka: her brother in law). Even with attorneys involved and their attorney requesting we submit, yet in another format (now making it 3 different formats; handwritten, email, and Word Doc), the laundry list of items we need addressed in our home, the list of items to be addressed by the builder, Michael, NOT their third party vendors, have yet to be addressed. The landscaper and sound people have been out but the structural issues we have need to be addressed by Michael and she has not scheduled any of it to be done. Mind you, we have been in our home now 3 months as of February and were addressing many of these items months prior to close. I have since talked to people around town who have dealt with Rabell and also have had less than a stellar experience. I would stay clear, especially if you’re building with Michael; nothing will be done how it should be and you’ll be belittled in the process, as we were. We could go on but I think you get the picture. Oh yes, there’s lots more, unfortunately. The best part has been us being asked to remove our reviews and sign a NDA in exchange of getting our LEGALLY CONTRACTED warranty work done so their names won’t have true reviews attached to them. There are too many realtors and brokers in this area to have to deal with this lack of professionalism. It’s really too bad that we never received the high review worthy experience others on here others claim to have had.

Fantastic experience: Kristen Rabell has exceptionally served as our realtor for two home purchases and one home sell. Throughout all of these transactions, Kristen demonstrated care, professionalism, responsiveness and incredible communication skills. Her ability to listen to our needs and represent us as buyers and sellers was simply outstanding. I could not have asked for a more professional and kind realtor. She is simply the best!

But Angela was extremely responsive, often going to check out properties for us that we had found online, and suggesting places that met our criteria. Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Rabell thanks to Angela Doughty and Trey Anderson who worked as a team to help us find an investment property in Gainesville. They were very informative about the various neighborhoods and were both extremely patient when it came to showing us houses. Trey ended up taking over and was so positive and persistent during the entire process. She was great in providing local sources for the inspection process and for answering all of our questions and for making sure the contractors and inspectors had access to the property during the due diligence period. Fantastic experience: Rabell Realty is at the top in the field of real estate. You would be hard pressed to find any agency that was better. As a career Marine I moved more than a few times and have bought, sold and rented (both sides) and seen the good and not so good. If you want more than just good Rabell is the place to go. My son and I have completed five transactions with Rabell and we could not be more satisfied. We will certainly use them in any future endeavors. My most recent involvement with Rabell was purchasing what will likely be my final permanent residence. Negative experience: If there was a 1/2 star rating, I would give it. I contacted the receptionist working for this company, Rabell Realty Group. The receptionist was very nice and professional. I gave her the requirements of the building that I needed. She stated that the agent was at another office, and would return my call within an hour or two. TWO days have passed, NO call.... I have also tried four other real estate agencies in Gainesville. I NEED AN OFFICE BUILDING! DOES ANYONE IN GAINESVILLE WORK FOR A LIVING IN REAL ESTATE???

Fantastic experience: Larry Price with Rabell Realty Group, LLC. was awesome to work with (and a lot of fun). We expected this to be a long, drawn out process in finding just the right home for my daughter; but we were wrong. Larry was very knowledgable about the area and put in a lot of prep work ahead of time for our short visit to the area. He stayed in constant contact in the days leading up to our arrival. He helped us find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. We were not the only buyers interested in this particular house, but Larry was persistent and guided us through the process. I recommend him 100% - you won't be sorry!
