I felt from the moment he came out to the house to discuss in person with a folder of comps and what he thought, that I was in the right hands. He was confident but not cocky, that we would be able to sell our home for the best price. I would recommend Mark as an agent in the area. He did a fantastic job, kept me informed during the process, and we were able to sell our home.

Negative experience: Hi, My house was with Pepine realty. One day the woman that was representing the house brought over a restoration specialist unbeknownst to me to do some updating to the home. An amount that could exceed a thousand dollars. She assured me that the work and materials would not cost me or the buyer a dime. [?] I was wary so I declined to have the work done. In hindsight, since the house did not sell, I wonder who would have paid the bill for the work that had been done. I've never heard of a real estate company ponying up the dough for such things before. Since I dont think this company is one that works for charity, I have an idea what would have happened, and it would have happened to me! Be careful for whats free!

Negative experience: From a owners perspective it would be useful if they at least respond to calls and actually list your home without misplacing things or follow such a weird process. Very bad experience.

After researching my options in Florida for a school, I chose Pepine real estate school. It was a good choice. It is a professional and well planned program. Ms. Lea is an excellent instructor who cares about each student. I passed the exam and now I’m a licensed real estate agent. Good school!

Negative experience: I hired them as a management 3 weeks ago and we still don't have both homes listed. It is extremely hard to get someone on the phone. I see why they put a cancelation fee in the contract. I don't recommend them if you'd like efficiency.

Negative experience: Unable to reach the property manager. Her cell phone was inactive. When I sent referrals over, the tenants told me no one responded from Pepine. I emailed them as well no response. They left a key box on the door of my rental unlocked, wide open. I had to call their office to have them get it fixed. So many issues with this company.

Negative experience: The management side of this company is not what you'd expect. I signed up 2 homes with a 20% cancelation fee and now I understand why. They havent listed them in 2 weeks. You cannot get the property manager on the phone, you need to call the office and wait till they call back. This is not the proper structure. The excuses and bureaucracy is like dealing with a politician...

Holly provided us with all the resources to prepare for the sale, answered our questions promptly, and followed up regularly to make sure everything was on track. Once on the market our house sold in a few weeks. Our experience couldn't have been better.

Fantastic experience: The housing market was flat in our area. What had been a seller's market when we purchased our home was now a buyers' market. Our home was higher end, spacious, beautiful, stately, and with extensive landscaping but it wasn't selling. Pepine Realty adapted, invested in extended marketing collateral, and proactively did everything to meet changing market conditions. The professionalism and perseverance of Pepine Realty won a sale and a strong sale in these market conditions. The closing process wasn't easy, but Pepine Realty provided the leadership to get us through the process to deliver the close. Pepine Realty is made up of great people with extensive experience. They get the job done.

Positive experience: My relator Jennifer Ford was great. A five star. She did wonders on staging and open houses. I give demerits to the head office for not working with me on having two relators (buyer and seller) from same office. The reason for 4 star is that Jennifer made up for it and push the rating higher.

Negative experience: I'm not sure how I ended up with the two worst Realtors from pepine Realty. it seems like the realtors that dont care the most are employed there. From my experience. I just had the worst house buying experience of my life if these people could have just had common sense and basic human decency they could have actually gone pretty far. I absolutely do not recommend pepine.

Fantastic experience: I recently spoke with Jordan Missino, and he was very kind and patient. He took the time to answer any questions I had and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciate how helpful he was.

Negative experience: I am editing my review for a few reasons. One is that when I was asked to write a 5 star review I was in the office and being starred at that is why my original review was very short and only had 3 words to it. Two, because the agent we were working with has gone MIA or something. Paul did everything incorrectly from the very beginning. We didn't even receive a key to the place for a good month after the date of move in. Thank goodness we finally got ahold of him over the phone after calling every number we knew to get the code to get in on move in day. And that was move in day morning mond you. We also did not receive the mail key which was another fiasco. We had tp pay $25 for the post office to make a new key and we didnt even get reimbursed. Even now everytime we call or message we dont get a response for days. Three, we did our walk through and wrote down everything that was not ok and again pepine didn't do anything about it even though they said they would get right to it. I got tired of waiting so I put in a work order and a few days go by finally got the worker to come out. Not to my surprise on the scheduled day for everything to get fixed he doesnt show. I took off work to be here because we have a dog I needed to put up. Anyways we needed to schedule another day. Everything finally did get fixed on the second scheduled day. Four, we have reported noise issues and neighbor issues to pepine also with my health declining it started getting hard for me to walk upstairs so I asked if there was a way to transfer our lease to a house and again days go by and with me leaving a message over the phone and messaging in the app I finally get a response of we do not transfer leases. I am so disappointed with this and I will never rent or buy from pepine again and I would never ever suggest pepine to anyone. They dont care about their tenants.

Fantastic experience: Teresa Munguia is an exceptional person. In my experience, with multiple interactions with her, she has been responsible & takes the initiative to start & finish a project through out, consistently going above and beyond as needed, in a timely manner.

Negative experience: Scheduled a day for meeting to assess and list property. The appointment time was not kept nor was a call made to reschedule, stood up. Never will I list with a company that has a total lack of regard for a customer’s time.

Fantastic experience: Pepine Realty has helped me find and buy my first home. Pepine Realty laid everything out, and I learned so much deal. I trust this company so much that I even use their vendors for services. When it came time to rent out my home, I knew of no other company to work with.

Fantastic experience: Josh Howard is great to work with! He is attentive, responsive, willing to listen and look out for the interest if his clients. he doesn't push you to make a decision, but provides comfort and support. We are very grateful to Josh for his help!

Negative experience: Working with Pepine for property management has been a horrible experience. We have had over four points of contact cycle through over the last year. They have not collected rent for large periods of time without informing us, they are unable to document and manage repair costs, and frequently fail to make owner payments, and have levied unspecified fees without clarification. I would strongly recommend looking else where as a landlord looking for competent property management.

Rocky Lyon, who besides being a very nice person, was so helpful and generous with his time. I don’t believe we could have done it without him. He is very knowledgeable about the area and all real estate related issues. He keeps the contact info on every kind of home service and goes above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent. We experienced hurricane Helene The day after we moved in and he repeatedly contacted the utilities company for us to make sure we got our power back the next day. Fantastic experience: We worked with Mark Gajda when we were relocating and needed to sell our house. He walked us through everything, and helped us get in touch with a few people to do improvements on the house as we put it on the market. Our negotiations took a little bit of time and a couple issues arose when we were about to close. Mark was able to support us and did a lot of extra legwork getting the issues resolved.
