Negative experience: Extremely disappointing experience with Olga Banai. Despite confirming the showing location with her multiple times, she confirmed the wrong property and sent me to a location that was never confirmed for a showing. I traveled over 30 minutes with my clients, only to arrive at a property where no one was present and no showing had been scheduled. This lack of attention to detail wasted valuable time for both myself and my clients, and also cost me financially due to transportation expenses. As a fellow real estate professional, I expect clear and accurate communication — especially when clients are involved. This experience was unprofessional and frustrating. I hope Olga takes this feedback seriously and improves her coordination moving forward

Fantastic experience: I had a phenomenal experience finding an apartment to rent with Sonia Wiley and Rent 1 Sale 1 of Sunrise. I called the office to inquire on their services and they set an in-person appointment for me to visit thm a few hours later that same day. Realtor Sonia Wiley discussed my rental needs with me and provided me clear and complete information on what would be required to work together. I provided information and paid a nominal fee for a background check and Sonia and I looked for properties to tour together in person. After we toured a place I was interested in, Sonia prepared a rental contract right away and specified all the information and documents I needed to provide. Once I provided all documents and a security deposit, Sonia submitted everything to the owner as quickly as possible and helped me to secure my new apartment. Sonia gave me knowledgeable guidance all along the way. She helped make a stressful life change very manageable for me. I recommend Rent 1 Sale 1 Sunrise and Sonia Wiley to anyone looking to rent or purchase a home and I plan to use their services the next time the need arises for me.

Negative experience: I have never received such poor customer service in my life. Sam is incredibly rude. Not to mention, they charge $100 per applicant just to run your credit. What a huge waste of time and money. Do NOT recommend.

Positive experience: Desmond was very patient and helpful with finding us our new house. He helped us out a lot. It wasn’t easy finding the house that we wanted for the price and the space that we needed. But we finally got it. Thanks Desmond for getting us the house that we needed.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst service ever. Very unprofessional team. They already has been renting the property that want to rent to you and they just want to take your money ( credit check money). Such a scam. Everyone in the office lied to me. I worked with Olga & Angela and of course their boss was there and was orchestrating the show. After they just play with people and when you call them off on their lies they don't even apologize but instead they give you attitude. I would never recommend that place to anyone. The worst experience ever!!!! I wanted to give them zero stars but the system doesn't allow that unless you pick a star.

Negative experience: if i could give this place 0 stars i would !!! very unprofessional, unorganized, Carolyn calls u to confirm an appt, yet when you arrive the agents have no idea about the appt, she called me 2x to confirm if i was still viewing a property, and upon arriving, the agent sam, didnt even have the code to unlock the door for the property !!! I came back a second time to view another property, no one was there to assist at my scheduled time, and the one woman that was there AND ABLE TO HELP pushed me off to another rep who couldnt be there for another 30min, because she was too busy stuffing her face with food to help !!! POOR SERVICE , UNPROFESSIONAL, IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A PROPERTY , ID SUGGEST USING THEIR WEBSITE TO FIND WHAT U WANT, AND SENDING IT TO YOUR OWN REALTOR !!!

Had 2 agents previous to working with her. After a lack of professionalism and responsiveness we were referred to Sasha from a family member and we couldn’t have been happier. We spent months looking for a home and found one that was unfortunately a short sale. Some advice..NEVER DO A SHORT SALE. It was the worst experience ever. Dealing with the seller, lenders, lawyers...it was a nightmare. Took us another year before we were ever able to close. Our closing date kept being pushed back by the lawyer and lender...never again. But Sasha got us through it. She stayed in contact with all parties and informed us of any changes that was made promptly. Overall I would never do a short sale again, but I would definitely use Sasha as our agent. Give her a call. You won’t be disappointed.
