Fantastic experience: We recently sold our home in Middleton through Compass Real Estate and agent Allie Nicholson. We had support through the process from Kerri. Allie and Kerri were great to work with throughout the entire process. We had a corporate relocation so it was not the easiest to navigate, however Allie and Kerri worked closely with us and the relo company to ensure the sales process went as smooth as possible. We were able to sell our property right at list and exactly where Allie's analysis of expected sales price would be. It showed that she really did understand the market conditions and allowed for us to be able to price the home just right. We only had the house on the market for 5 days before we received an offer and had lots of interest! Compass Real Estate does offer a private exclusive option as well, however it was not something that proved to really move the needle for us. If you are selling a home or looking to list, Allie and Compass would be an excellent option.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE COMPANY! Do not use this real estate company. They proved to be unethical in their real estate practice. Jonathan Gaspero demonstrated he has no integrity as a real estate agent. When contacting the business owner, there was NO RESPONSE. We will file a complaint with the Wisconsin Realtors Association and the Better Business Bureau. Go elsewhere for your real estate needs. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Negative experience: The communication and process were as expected, but I felt this group lacked knowledge and personalization. I have worked with several real estate agents in California, Kentucky, and Florida. In comparison, this group did not connect with us as buyers or provide the same level of research and details. In my past experience, other realtors have provided the research that I had to do myself this time.
