Negative experience: My sister’s rental house from real property management is uninhabitable, infested with mold. I have read & reviewed all communication between her and the property manager. My sister notified management about leaks in February (5 months ago) and that they never fixed it so the mold is due to the landlords negligence. Landlord just told her to buy a dehumidifier which she did. It has been 20+ days of the visible mold though it is a major infestation and likely inside the walls before that. She notified about these problems, landlord failed to fix them. She did not have cleanliness problems. She hired a licensed private mold inspector that it confirmed it was uninhabitable with toxic black mold. They still deny it. She and her dogs have been having health problems for months. She will have to replace all her furniture. They say she is responsible for rent until someone else rents it. Look at the photos - who would live in this place?! This damage would take weeks, probably months to repair. Not to mention this property would likely have asbestos so the demoing of drywall etc would create another hazard. The old tenants had mold problems and they never disclosed this. They probably will try to repaint and scam some other poor soul into living in this. Avoid at all costs !!!! I have owned rental homes before, and I cannot imagine treating tenants or my property like this.

His personality is out of this world and nothing short of spectacular! I’d advise any and everyone to rent from this company if you want a great rental experience as well as an exceptional new home!
