Negative experience: The fact that they have any good reviews is so disappointing because I only wish our HOA was given the same level of customer service. They are slow to response, don't take accountability for things, and as a whole aren't helping keep our subdivision safe.
Negative experience: Absolutely disgraceful to have a company micro manage our community on a level that ALL of our members are not happy. The amount of homeowners within our brand new neighborhood are contemplating selling due to the HOA fees, lack of amenities, unnecessary violations, lack of honoring their responsibility for common area upkeep, etc. Our homeowners are PAYING this company to give us violations and fines. UPDATE: as of November 13th- I have received another violation, but I have attached an email stating that my file will have a note discussing this issue regarding my lawn.. And it clearly states this should not be an issue anymore. Here we are yet again receiving another violation because this company does not know how to communicate with each other and does not know how to properly manage something Including their employee to drive around and their cars taking photos, like a creepy stalker. I fully expect to hear from this company regarding this issue and the lack of accountability.

Positive experience: The team that answers the phone is nice enough and helpful but the processes overall seem like they could be more efficient. For example, we closed on our home on Aug 19th, it is Oct 6 and still I have not received the physical FOB to enter the development amenities. I spoke to Jennifer at the office and she was very helpful and will be mailing me another one because they think it might have gotten lost in the mail because the home is in new construction - she mentioned this happens a lot when there is new construction because the addresses are 'ready' with the USPS... to which I wonder, why nto change the process for new homes?? Like hand over the FOB during closing same time the homeowner hands over the check with the closing fees that includes the payment to PPM??? I'm sure there are other administrative details I am not aware of that might make this difficult but come on - this isn't that hard of a problem to anticipate (new construction = new address) and they don't pro-rate for the fact that I haven't been able to use the amenities even though the fees to me HAVE been prorated so that I have to pay PPM.

Negative experience: My wife and I were first time home buyers. We ended up purchasing a new build home in the Lakeshore community here in Durham, NC. We love our neighbors, but the HOA has been one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had to deal. Simple requests will be scrutinized and dragged out. HOA board members and their spouses will literally harass you in your yard (happened to my wife while she was gardening). I would recommend anyone to stay away from any HOA managed by this company. It’s made for a horrible situation living here and is the utmost example of what bad HOAs are.
