Fantastic experience: From the first email , we found out how amazing Richard, with Dash Catolina Real Estate was. Our journey started on a sunday night, expressing to Richard, ou desire to look for a new home. He call me promptly on Monday, asking about our wants, out needs and, what it was that we were looking for. Within days, we were matched with loan companies that took us seriously and helped us get our documents in order. Within a week our home was picture ready and photos taken of all the rooms. Fantastic experience: She-Ra Daniels was wonderful to work with as we set out to buy our first house. She was really looking out for us as a (at times, clueless) first time buyer as we toured properties and wanted to help us find the best home for us. It was clear she wasn't trying to hurry us to the closing table and move on and that was really reassuring for such a big decision. Fantastic experience: Kerry Brubaker was an awesome realtor from start to finish. He was very thorough in reviewing the homes we were interested in, climbing into attics and crawling around crawl spaces to make sure the big-ticket items like the HVAC, water heater, roof, and other major systems were in good shape so we weren’t walking into any major surprises. Once we found our home, he stayed on top of inspections, testing, and everything needed to keep us on track to close. He also negotiated money from the seller to help cover repairs that came up during the inspections, which we really appreciated. Right before closing, our lender dropped the ball in a way that put us at risk of not closing on our scheduled day, which would have delayed everything by three days due to a holiday weekend. Kerry took charge and did whatever it took, making the tough calls, pushing where needed, and because of his effort we were still able to close, get recorded, and get the keys to our home on our original closing day. This isn’t just a job for him. He genuinely cared that we ended up in the right home and felt good about the purchase.
