Fantastic experience: Holly was great throughout and always considered my priorities while looking up houses and touring them. She always remembered my requirements even when i would forget at times and would look at things that may/maynot need repair. She did all that so i didn't have to. She always provided full details of the house and her recommendations that helped me make my decision. She probably showed me like 20+ houses before i found the final house that i loved. Fantastic experience: My realtor Cory Castille was fantastic, he helped me turn what is a very overwhelming process into a streamlined and comforting one. I had never bought a house before and the amount of times I texted him trying to figure out what something meant or if I should be concerned about it I'm sure became disconcerting but Cory consistently helped me make the best decision possible. He was detail oriented down to bringing up considerations like flood zones, costs of renovations or upgrades, and even the noise from nearby roads and trains. Cathy Rice was my transaction coordinator and frequently had completed and sent back documents/questions to the sellers before I was even able to consider what I needed to do. She simplified the backend of the process immensely and communicated with both the seller and I promptly and professionally. If I need to recommend someone a real estate agency or need to buy another property I will be contacting them again.

Fantastic experience: When buying a home you need to go with Cory Castille. I'm a first time home owner and he made this process easier than I thought it would ever be. Throughout thos buying experience he was always friendly and persistent with getting everything done in a timely manner wile not cutting any corners. If you're not buying your home with Cory then your not doing it right.

Fantastic experience: Kristi Melby absolutely went above and beyond as our buyer agent. We were moving across the country and didn't know the areas well. Kristi got to know us and worked hard to understand exactly what we were looking for. We couldn't find what we were looking for and she had a hunch we would love a particular neighborhood but there was nothing for sale so she sent flyers to everyone in the neighborhood and luckily a couple of homes responded and we were able to find a home and neighborhood better than we had imagined. Had she not sent out flyers,... I think we would still be looking for something we loved. We were so lucky to find Kristi and I would not use anyone else. Call her if you want someone who is great at communication and will go the extra mile.

She was super attentive to all of our questions and was able to schedule almost instant tours of all of the homes we wanted to tour. Fantastic experience: I’ve known Marti Hampton for almost 30 years, and we have bought and sold three homes from her, most recently one this week. She and her team are the utmost professionals, made everything very smooth and easy, and kept us informed every step of the way. Because we had renters in the property, that still had a nine month lease, we knew it was going to be difficult but Marti, Martha and her team knocked it out of the ballpark and sold our home within a month. There’s no one out there that can sell real estate better than Marti Hampton..

Negative experience: I would highly recommend avoiding any Marti Hampton represented properties for sale. They lead us on, and verbally told us we had a contract to purchase a home in place. They negotiated structure and contract details to increase offer, increase DD and closing date. Directed us write and deliver both DD & Earnest money checks to the seller and attorney, and to schedule inspection, to then later that night tell us the seller backed out and didn’t execute contract on their end but went with another buyer. They did this through text message only. In my opinion and experience, they handled the situation completely unethically. At this time, myself and agent have yet to receive any further communication or explanation, nor my checks returned. I would hate for anyone to have the same experience, best advice I can give is to avoid any Marti Hampton properties for sale.
